ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the founding Channel Partner Manager for Canada, you will build the partner motion that helps Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion.
You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization. The right person is a hands-on builder: equally comfortable opening a new relationship, running a partner meeting, solving an operational blocker, and turning early learnings into a repeatable playbook.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up.
- Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net-new Canadian partners.
- Create joint go-to-market and activation plans to grow the Canadian partner ecosystem.
- Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and operators inside partner orgs
- Educate partners on Ramp’s Canadian capabilities, value prop and updates.
- Own partner onboarding, activation, pipeline generation, and regular business reviews.
- Work closely with the Canadian Sales team to advance partner-referred opportunities.
- Partner with Product to surface recurring partner needs and inform the Canadian roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a closely related role
- High agency, urgency, and resilience
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships
- Self-starter mindset: you are comfortable getting in the weeds

- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional judgment and a history of finding success across cross-functional work
- Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem
- Strong comfort using AI tools to execute quality work, fast
- Ability to travel to in-person events in Canada frequently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage.
- Professional proficiency or native-level fluency in French
- Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network
- Familiarity with finance & accounting workflows and solutions

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Energy (oil and gas) and Utility sectors. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Energy & Utilities industry, you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, pilot, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
Key Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of energy (oil and gas) and utility operations, such as predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and customer engagement
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries

About the Opportunity
Our Card and Payment engineering team builds reliable, intuitive experiences at the intersection of cards, payments, crypto, and global financial infrastructure. We partner closely with product, design, backend, risk, compliance, and business teams to make card and payment products accessible to users around the world.
As a Senior Mobile Engineer on the Card and Payment team, your primary responsibility will be to own and improve the global card issuance process. You will work mainly with product and engineering partners in the US, while meeting regularly with teams in Asia to understand requirements and align delivery. We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, takes real ownership, collaborates well, and is eager to learn the card issuing and payment businesses in depth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end global card issuance process—from eligibility and application through card creation, activation, provisioning, and lifecycle servicing—and improve the experience as OKX expands into new markets.
Learn the card issuing and payment domains deeply, and translate business, user, payment, and regulatory requirements into sound architecture, clear trade-offs, and executable delivery plans.
Own features from discovery through production, with a strong focus on security, reliability, observability, maintainability, documentation, and test coverage.
Drive ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives to completion with a high degree of ownership, self-direction, and sound judgment.
Collaborate primarily with product and engineering teams in the US, while joining regular discussions with Asia teams to discover, clarify, and align requirements.
Build with Swift, Kotlin, or Rust depending on the problem, and actively learn and adopt new languages, platforms, and tools rather than being limited to a single technology stack.
Use AI coding tools throughout the development lifecycle—from exploration and implementation to testing, review, and documentation—while maintaining strong engineering judgment and accountability.
Build and maintain reusable AI workflows, engineering harnesses, and technical knowledge bases that improve the entire team’s speed and quality.
Review code, share context openly, mentor teammates, and make decisions that improve both engineering quality and overall team outcomes.
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and the continuous improvement of team practices.
What We Look For In You
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience shipping and operating production-quality mobile applications, with deep expertise in iOS or Android.
Strong proficiency in at least one of Swift, Kotlin, or Rust, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and contribute in unfamiliar languages and technology stacks.
Exceptional ownership and self-direction, with the judgment to make pragmatic decisions and drive ambiguous work to completion.
Demonstrated, regular use of AI coding tools with measurable impact on delivery speed, code quality, or engineering effectiveness.
A team-first mindset: you communicate openly, share knowledge, support peers, and align technical decisions around the best outcome for the team and product.
Genuine curiosity about card issuing and payment businesses, plus the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly with partners across the US and Asia. Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
Nice to Haves
Hands-on experience with global card issuance flows, card processing, payments, fintech, crypto, or other high-trust financial products.
Experience launching products across multiple countries or regulatory environments.
Knowledge of mobile security, payment authentication, risk controls, or transaction lifecycle design.
Experience improving mobile architecture, shared components, developer tooling, or engineering productivity at team scale.
Experience mentoring engineers or leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Site Specialist to join our IT Team at Ramp based in our San Francisco office! This is a temporary full-time on-site role that blends hands-on, in-person site support with ownership of our core SaaS application stack, and we weigh both sides equally. On the site side, you’ll be the primary IT presence in SF — owning deskside support, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint and AV support, and office inventory. On the application side, you’ll administer the tools the whole company depends on — Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and a growing set of SaaS platforms — owning provisioning, access, portfolio, renewals, integrations, and automation. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a smooth on-the-ground operation while also thinking like a systems owner who scales IT through automation and sound identity practices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide in-person support at our San Francisco office 5 days/week, acting as the site’s primary IT point of contact.
- Perform IT Support Specialist (L4) duties, encompassing all responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist role.
- Provide deskside/walk-up support and resolve IT tickets end-to-end.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and internal escalation before handoff to Pod 2 – IT Engineering.
- Triage and field support requests across tickets, email, Slack, and the team-it-ops and help-it distros; proactively work to minimize volume and improve SLAs.
- Direct and review Serval (AI support agent) workflow runs — step in when automated resolution fails, and contribute workflow builds and guidance improvements.
- Coordinate application onboarding/offboarding tied to lifecycle events (joiner/mover/leaver) — provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes across the SaaS stack.
- Administer core applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and other SaaS tools): user lifecycle, group/role management, and SSO/SCIM integrations.
- Own application portfolio management — seat counts, usage tracking, and license optimization.
- Manage SaaS renewals — tracking contract dates and coordinating renewals/cancellations.
- Partner with Pod 3 on SaaS App Strategy execution from an operational/usage standpoint.
- Build and maintain integrations and automations to reduce manual work and enforce least-privilege access.
- Manage on-site hardware inventory, lifecycle, and procurement coordination — stock levels, reorder requests, and coordinating with fulfillment vendors (e.g., Firstbase, SHI, CDW, Amazon).
- Support AV/conference room reliability in the SF office.
- Take ownership of small and large projects, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver.
- Perform recurring audits on application licenses, access, and hardware; drive remediation.
- Create technical and user-facing documentation; push the team toward industry best practices.

About The Role:
Reporting to the Deputy Financial Controller, this is a senior role within the central Group Accounting team, operating in a fast-paced fintech environment where accuracy, ownership, and the ability to navigate complexity are critical. Alongside owning key month-end and reporting processes, you’ll independently manage complex deliverables that sit at Deputy Financial Controller level.
You’ll act as a trusted point of escalation for complex accounting and control matters, deputise for the Deputy Financial Controller where needed, and take end-to-end ownership of technical and control-related workstreams. The role requires someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity, making sound judgements, challenging existing processes, and driving issues through to resolution rather than simply identifying them.
This is not a role limited to standard management accounting. We’re looking for someone who can operate with a high level of independence, understands the pace and complexity of a growing fintech business, and is ready to take ownership of work that has a direct impact on the quality, control, and reliability of Group Finance.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Own certain centralized month-end close processes, including TB reviews for Group entities, Accruals, Inter-company reconciliations
Leading monthly management reporting and BS control and reconciliation for US regulated entity , with a nod to accuracy, timeliness, and insight to keep it senior-level
Take end-to-end ownership of complex reconciliations and control accounts, including settlement and transit accounts, resolving non-balancing positions and residual balances independently.
Prepare and review journal transactions, applying technical judgement to non-routine and complex postings (e.g. FX, intercompany, accruals, safeguarding)
Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, owning resolution of complex or aged items
Analyse and explain month-on-month P&L and Balance Sheet movements, providing insight rather than description
Lead the production of certain financial slides and commentary for Group month-end close presentations
Partner closely with the Settlement and Reconciliation team in Serbia, owning the integrity of settlement, reconciliation, and control account processes across systems
Act as a key contact for the external group, and small entity audits, managing certain auditor requests and owning challenging deliverables across group entities, and taking end to end ownership on a portfolio of smaller audits. .
Design, document, and strengthen financial controls and processes, identifying and delivering improvements independently and continuously.
Deputise for the Deputy Financial Controller on defined workstreams and support ad-hoc technical projects directed by the Deputy Financial Controller, the Group Financial Controller, or Group Finance Director
Leadership & Ownership
Provide technical guidance and review to more junior team members, supporting their development and the quality of their output
Work independently on ambiguous or complex problems, structuring your own approach and bringing solutions rather than questions
Relentlessly drive efficiency and automation in day-to-day practices, reducing time spent on repetitive and administrative tasks without sacrificing quality.
Work with the team to meet agreed service levels and deadlines, and fulfil additional duties as the business requires
Supporting Accounts Payable
Support approval of regular payment runs by the AP team.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
Essential:
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA)
4–5 years+ post-qualified experience, with demonstrable exposure to complex, technical accounting matters
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
Solid knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and tax
Proven ability to work independently and own and deliver complex deliverables end to end
Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and comfort handling large, complex datasets
Experience with NetSuite or similar major accounting system
A curious, driven, solution based mindset, with the demonstrated ability to investigate the root cause of an issue and find an appropriaate solution.
Competencies:
Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture
Sound technical judgement and confidence making decisions and supporting them on non-routine matters
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey complex financial data clearly to non-finance and senior finance stakeholders
Proactive, self-starting approach with a track record of driving improvement
Willingness to learn and drive to take on stretch responsibilities
Desirable:
Functional understanding of NetSuite
Strong technical capability to contribute to automation and process improvement projects, including data tools (e.g. SQL, Databricks)

Understanding of the payments industry

As a Customer Activation Manager at Ramp, you’ll help partner-sourced customers improve how they manage their finances. You’ll own a book of approximately 80 customers, guiding them through implementation and helping their teams adopt new workflows, including Ramp’s AI and agentic finance capabilities.
This role goes beyond getting customers live. You’ll work with finance leaders, their teams, and external partners to understand what needs to change, address resistance, and make sure customers see measurable value from Ramp. We’re looking for someone who’s led customers through change, is comfortable working with CFOs and Controllers, and uses AI regularly in their own work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Guide partner-sourced customers from implementation through ongoing workflow adoption, with accountability for time to value and business outcomes.
- Build a change management plan for each account: identify stakeholders, understand what’s slowing adoption, and help customer teams work through it.
- Help CFOs and Controllers measure Ramp’s impact, including improvements in close cycles, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI.
- Manage relationships across the customer’s organization, including finance leadership relationships you’ll own independently.
- Use AI to prepare for calls, build customer materials, synthesize data, spot account risks, and reduce repetitive work.
- Help customers evaluate and adopt Ramp’s agentic finance capabilities, including the changes these workflows require in their teams’ day-to-day work.
- Work with Channel Partner Managers, Partner Consulting, Account Executives, and Technical Consulting to coordinate implementations and identify opportunities to expand Ramp’s use.
- Share recurring customer needs, product gaps, and feedback with Product.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in customer success, consulting, implementations, or a similar customer-facing role, with a consistent record of delivering customer outcomes and exceeding goals.
- Experience driving workflow adoption and managing organizational change, including navigating stakeholder resistance. Finance or fintech experience is helpful but not required.
- Regular, hands-on use of AI to prepare for calls, synthesize information, create customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks.
- The ability to build a business case for workflow changes and explain their financial impact to CFOs and Controllers, connecting implementation progress to business results.
- Enough technical depth to work with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow design, and explain those topics to customers.
- Success in a fast-paced GTM environment, ideally at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to get work done across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows, with an understanding of what gets in the way of adoption.
- Familiarity with FP&A, accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero, expense management, or other finance workflows.
- Measurable results in expansion, retention, or time to value.
- Experience at a company where AI was central to the product or how the team worked.
- Experience managing 50+ customers at once, prioritizing across accounts, and turning open-ended problems into clear plans.
- Experience working with third-party partners or consultants on customer activation and new use cases.
- Experience in a high-growth company or startup, where priorities and processes change quickly.

About the Company
Born from groundbreaking research at Columbia University and Yale University, CertiK is a leading Web3 security company focused on securing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications through cutting-edge security research, formal verification, and AI-powered technology. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City, CertiK provides end-to-end security solutions including smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance services for some of the largest projects in the digital asset ecosystem. Today, CertiK supports thousands of enterprise clients and Web3 projects globally, with a distributed international team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
CertiK has spent years building security, risk, monitoring, and blockchain expertise across thousands of digital asset companies and institutional customers. As digital assets increasingly become part of mainstream financial infrastructure, security, financial crime risk, and regulatory compliance are converging. We believe there is an opportunity to build a new generation of institutional digital asset risk and compliance products at that intersection. This role will have significant influence over what that product becomes. We are looking for someone who wants to build it.
About the Role
CertiK is building the next generation of risk and compliance products for financial institutions and digital asset businesses. We are looking for a product leader to own this product area from customer discovery and product strategy through delivery, go to market, adoption, and expansion. This is not an internal compliance role. You are here to build the products that compliance, AML, financial crime, and risk teams use. You will work directly with financial institutions, exchanges, VASPs, fintechs, and other digital asset businesses to understand how their compliance teams operate, identify the problems that matter most, and turn those problems into scalable products. The product space may include areas such as blockchain and entity risk, transaction and wallet monitoring, sanctions and KYT, risk scoring, investigation and case management workflows, continuous monitoring, and compliance evidence and reporting. A core part of your job will be deciding which problems CertiK should solve first and which ones we should not. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, Business Development, and company leadership to build this product line.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CertiK's AML and digital asset compliance products.
Spend significant time with customers and prospective customers, including CCOs, MLROs, AML teams, investigators, and risk leaders, to deeply understand their workflows and unmet needs.
Identify repeatable market problems behind individual customer requests and determine which problems should become scalable products.
Translate customer and market insights into product concepts, prototypes, requirements, and clear engineering priorities.
Drive products from discovery through design, development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Define the key workflows, risk models, decision systems, and user experiences required by institutional compliance teams.
Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to make appropriate product and technical trade offs.
Partner with Business Development and customer facing teams during strategic sales cycles, including discovery, product demonstrations, pilots, and design partnerships.
Work with Compliance and regulatory experts to translate evolving AML, sanctions, and digital asset requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Measure success through customer adoption, product usage, enterprise wins, expansion, and other measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
Significant product management experience building B2B software in fintech, regtech, financial services, risk, compliance, or digital assets.
A track record of owning meaningful products or product areas from discovery through launch and adoption.
Deep understanding of AML, financial crime, transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/KYB, investigations, or related compliance workflows.
Experience building or working closely with products such as transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, wallet screening, risk engines, case management, investigation platforms, or compliance workflow systems.
Strong customer discovery skills. You can speak credibly with senior compliance leaders and frontline analysts, understand both what they say and what they actually need, and translate those insights into product decisions.
Strong product judgment. You know the difference between a one off customer request and a repeatable market need, and you are comfortable making hard prioritization decisions.
Commercial instincts. You understand that a successful enterprise product must not only work, customers must adopt it, pay for it, and expand their usage.
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, early stage product environment and personally drive work forward rather than simply coordinate across teams.
Bonus Points
Experience building AML or compliance products at a blockchain analytics, fintech, regtech, exchange, bank, or financial infrastructure company.
Experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, on chain investigations, or digital asset risk.
Previous experience as an AML practitioner, compliance officer, MLRO, investigator, or financial crime professional.
Experience working with regulated financial institutions and understanding how compliance products are evaluated, procured, implemented, and operated.
Experience with regulatory examinations, VASP licensing, or financial crime remediation.
CAMS or another relevant professional qualification.
Relationships with compliance and risk leaders across banks, fintechs, exchanges, VASPs, regulators, or law enforcement.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $220,000. Compensation for candidates outside the United States will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
