About The Opportunity
Our mission is to drive user growth and engagement across global markets by building a scalable growth platform — the shared campaign engine, task and incentive systems, loyalty programs, and ToB operational tooling that power growth for every business line at OKX — and by unlocking acquisition through diversified channels including SEO, ASO, affiliate, referral, and paid.
As the Growth Platform Product Lead, you will own the product vision and roadmap for our growth middle-platform, lead a team of product managers, and act as the central partner to business, channel, and regional stakeholders who rely on the platform to hit their growth targets. This is a leadership role for someone who has built growth infrastructure at scale and knows how to turn a fragmented set of campaign tools into a unified, self-serve growth system.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Growth Platform Strategy
Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth middle-platform: campaign engine, task/mission system, rewards and incentive infrastructure, loyalty and tiering, user segmentation and targeting, and the ToB configuration and analytics layer that operators use daily.
Set platform standards for reusability, configurability, and time-to-launch so that new growth activities can be shipped by business teams without bespoke engineering.
Balance platform investment against business-line requests, and make clear, well-communicated prioritization calls.
Build the Platform
Lead the design and delivery of ToC growth products (campaigns, tasks, mega sales, loyalty) and the ToB capabilities behind them (campaign configuration, rules engine, budget and risk controls, reporting).
Drive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics so that every campaign is measurable, comparable, and optimizable.
Leverage AI tools and automation to shorten experimentation cycles, surface insights faster, and scale growth operations with fewer manual touchpoints.
Enable Channel Growth
Partner with channel owners across SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid to translate channel-specific funnel needs into platform capabilities.
Identify high-leverage channel opportunities and build the platform features that amplify channel performance across markets.
Manage Stakeholders Across the Organization
Serve as the single point of accountability for the growth platform with Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, regional growth teams, and risk/compliance.
Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes that keep dozens of concurrent stakeholders aligned and informed.
Influence senior leadership on platform investment, trade-offs, and sequencing; resolve conflicts between business urgency and platform integrity.
Lead and Grow the Team
Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; set clear goals, review work quality, and build a high-performance culture.
Raise the bar on PM craft across the team: problem framing, data literacy, spec quality, and cross-functional execution.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of product management experience
, including
2+ years managing product managers
and owning a multi-quarter roadmap.
Deep growth middle-platform experience
: you have designed and shipped a campaign engine, task/mission system, incentive or rewards platform, loyalty program, or comparable shared growth infrastructure that served multiple business lines.
Proven platform thinking
: track record of consolidating scattered, one-off growth tools into a reusable, configurable, self-serve system, and of measuring the efficiency gains that resulted.
Exceptional stakeholder management
: demonstrated ability to run intake and prioritization across many competing internal customers, manage up to executive leadership, and hold the line on platform trade-offs without losing partner trust.
Strong data and analytics fluency
: comfortable defining campaign and platform metrics, reading experiment results, and using data to settle prioritization debates.
Large-scale delivery
: experience navigating complex cross-team dependencies in a fast-moving, global organization.
High learning velocity
: able to rapidly internalize new domains — crypto, regional markets, new channels — and connect product, data, and market signals into actionable strategy.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in crypto, fintech, or other regulated consumer products where growth mechanics must satisfy risk and compliance constraints.
Hands-on experience with SEO and/or ASO strategy, including keyword optimization, app store listing optimization, and organic growth levers.
Experience building ToB operational platforms or internal tooling used by non-technical operators at scale.
Experience applying AI/LLM tooling to growth operations, analytics, or PM workflows.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders

- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny
🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.)
🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch
📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment
🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity
NICE-TO-HAVES
🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals
🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories
🚀 Early-stage / scale-up experience: You’ve helped build pipeline and playbooks in a fast-growing environment where process is evolving

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
Win rate against named primary competitors
Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Hybrid Working Model
School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursdays

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is growing fast, and how we hire shapes what we become. As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in.
You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping AI-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch.
- Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and use data to decide what to change and how to measure it.
- Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
- Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting reporting, and build the dashboards and reports the team relies on.
- Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers.
- Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team.
- Keep recruiting documentation – including interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training material – current, monitored, and easy to find.
- Propose and roll out process changes that make recruiting faster and more consistent, including the comms and training that make them stick.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including getting buy-in from senior leaders.
- Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities.
- Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
Niantic Spatial makes the physical world computable, helping people and machines collaborate safely by aligning how they understand reality. One of the fundamental problems we're helping autonomy teams and engineers overcome is the sim-to-real gap for visual-spatial understanding. We're applying our team's decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Product Engineer to join our Embodied AI team. Working alongside the group's GM, Product leader, and robot learning engineer, you'll own how the product reaches customers, build the integrations that make it native to their simulators and deployment stacks, and influence the roadmap.
You've turned capabilities into products. You've shipped developer-facing products and watched adoption turn on details nobody planned for. You know that a capability isn't a product until someone outside the building has used it without help, and you're passionate about the work that sits between the two.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage and not ship, or someone who wants to ship without ownership of commercial consequences. This is a role for an entrepreneurial engineer who loves to build and is energized by making the people around them, researchers and customers alike, more effective. You have a co-founder mentality. You may have been part of a founding team before, or want to start your own business one day.
What You'll Do
- Build the Product Surface - Own how autonomy teams experience our work: the APIs, UIs, packages, and documentation.
- Make Our World Native to the Customer's - Turn scans and reconstructions into reliable, interoperable assets that work in customers' simulation tools and workflows, including packaging, metadata, semantic labels, object structure, and selectable variants.
- Turn Prototypes Into Capability - Partner with reconstruction, mapping, localization, and research teams to transform prototypes and pipeline outputs into production-grade services and user experiences.
- Deliver at Scale - Design and operate backend systems for accounts, organizations, sites, scans, assets, processing jobs, permissions, asynchronous workflows, storage, and data access.
- Make It Work - Work directly with customers and internal users to integrate our technology, diagnose failures, improve reliability, and close the gap between intended and actual product behavior.
- Influence the Roadmap - Work alongside the group's GM, Product leader, and robot learning engineer to shape what we build and when.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of software engineering experience; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience building and operating production web applications and backend services, with strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, observability, and reliability.
- Shipped developer-facing products — including the documentation and reference code external engineers actually used — and worked with 3D asset formats or comparable binary formats to production depth: you can say what the conventions were, where they broke, and what it cost you.
- Proficient in Python and TypeScript, comfortable working across frontend and backend, and able to take a feature from product requirements through to running it in production.
- Experience designing asynchronous workflows, long-running jobs, external integrations, and data-intensive systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with robotics simulators or toolchains such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, or MuJoCo, or OpenUSD.
- Built products for geospatial, 3D, computer vision, graphics, robotics, or spatial computing.
- Worked on visualization or asset-management experiences with React, Next.js, or Three.js.
Competencies
- Relentless bias for action. You make decisions and ship as if the company’s success depends on it, because it does. You set the pace, and drive the people around you to rise to it.
- Intellectually honest. You know there’s just one job that underpins every other in a startup: find the truth. You are relentless in your pursuit of it, including when it challenges your own convictions, and you raise concerns when you see them — even when it's uncomfortable, and especially when it's unpopular.
- Pragmatic. You have no patience for not-invented-here syndrome and analysis paralysis. You find the fastest path to a working capability without one-way doors that undermine scaling.
- Confident and credible with customers. You can read an autonomy engineer's training config, find why our asset didn't load, and explain the fix in their terms.
- Fluent in other people's ecosystems. You'll spend much of your time learning new tools and stacks. You're quick to learn the customer's language, and you can point to something you shipped in a world that was foreign to you a quarter earlier.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $207,000 - $265,000, and your offer within it will reflect your experience and the scope you take on. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the face of IT at Baseten: the person who makes technology just work for our team, in the office and remotely. You’ll own day-to-day support, office IT, and new-hire onboarding, and you’ll work alongside our IT Engineers, who design the controls and automation you’ll run and improve.
This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues across a macOS-first fleet, with some Windows.
- Give every new hire a great first day, from a ready-to-go laptop to working accounts, whether they’re in the office or remote.
- Run onboarding, role changes, and offboarding through our automated workflows, and catch the exceptions they don’t cover.
- Keep the office running smoothly: conference rooms and AV, network and Wi-Fi, printers, and walk-up support on office days.
- Support new office buildouts and plan workplace IT as we grow.
- Manage IT assets, and vendor relationships, including stock and shipping for remote teammates.

- Handle day-to-day administration of our core SaaS tools within delegated, scoped roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT support or IT operations, ideally at a fast-growing company
- Hands-on experience supporting a macOS fleet end to end: troubleshooting login, FileVault, permission, and profile issues; enrolling devices and deploying apps and OS updates through an MDM (e.g. Kandji), including remote lock and wipe; and managing hardware through Apple Business Manager, AppleCare repairs, and reimaging for redeployment
- Hands-on experience administrating Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
- Experience with conference room, AV, and office network setup and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to support events in the evening may be occasionally required
- Experience with automation or scripting to streamline repetitive work.
- Excellent communication and a real care for the support experience.
- Strong organization across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be in our San Francisco office 5 days a week and lift standard IT equipment.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot

- Proactively identify ways to make our spaces more functional, organized, and enjoyable
- Build strong relationships across the office to understand and anticipate team needs
- Partner with the Office Manager with physical office operations, vendors, deliveries, supplies, and other workplace needs
- Support in-office events, including setup, logistics, and resetting spaces afterward
- Respond quickly to workplace needs and own issues through resolution
- Manage mail, packages, and shipping with accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a high quality bar and an instinct for noticing what others miss. Proactive and observant, with a bias toward identifying and solving problems before being asked.
- Highly organized and able to manage changing calendars, constraints, requests, and priorities without dropping details
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand context and make thoughtful tradeoffs
- Clear, responsive communicator who reliably keeps people informed and closes loops
- High ownership mentality. When you take something on, others trust that you’ve got it
- Strong relationship builder who gets to know teams and uses that context to anticipate their needs
- Service-oriented and energized by creating an excellent experience for employees and visitors
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where needs change frequently
- Able and excited to work from our New York office five days per week
BENEFITS

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Director of Marketing who is a sharp strategic storyteller and a hands-on operator to join our Advertising & Rewards division. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own positioning and go-to-market at the intersection of several high-growth opportunities: a B2B advertising business, a B2C rewards app, a zero-party data and rewards platform, an on-chain identity and attribution layer, and a major strategic brand initiative.
Strong narrative development, messaging, and launch GTM skills are essential, along with experience turning complex, multi-product technology into clear, compelling stories for very different audiences — game developers, app marketers, and brand advertisers. The ability to build go-to-market from the ground up, owning positioning and enablement end to end, will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about crafting stories that make emerging technology click for buyers and love helping game developers and brands connect with players through advertising and rewards, we would love to hear from you!

Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across every workstream.
Provide thought leadership on narrative development, competitive positioning, and content strategy as the portfolio and brand initiative scale.
Contribute to future marketing team design as the division builds out brand and agency sales.
Brand & Agency Sales Growth
Build the new narrative, messaging, and marketing plan required to support Xsolla Ads’ expansion into brand and agency sales.
Partner with the Currency team on the company’s strategic brand initiative, helping define and roll out Xsolla’s new positioning.

Partner across product, growth, design, BD, legal, finance, and central marketing to keep launches on-brand and on time.
Coordinate with the central Xsolla marketing team to ensure division campaigns stay consistent with brand standards and broader GTM strategy.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a commercially driven, analytically sharp, and results-oriented Account Manager to join the Xsolla Offerwall team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the advertiser side of a premium rewarded inventory network at the intersection of mobile gaming, user acquisition, and advertising technology. The best candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and is passionate about helping game studios achieve their acquisition goals through performance-driven advertising.
In this client-facing role, you'll build and grow relationships with gaming studios and UA teams, optimizing campaign performance and ensuring partners get measurable results through Xsolla's Offerwall. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers, translating data into actionable strategies, and collaborate closely with Xsolla's product, operations, and technical teams to continuously improve the partner experience.
Strong account management skills, a deep familiarity with mobile gaming and performance advertising, and the ability to balance day-to-day campaign management with long-term partner growth will be key to your success. If you're energized by the intersection of gaming and performance marketing and love building meaningful advertiser relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Partner Growth & Account Management
Guide new publisher integrations from onboarding through launch, nurture long-term monetization partnerships, and expand existing accounts by driving adoption and incremental revenue growth through Xsolla's Offerwall.
Balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering results under shifting timelines.
Maintain deep knowledge of mobile advertising, the rewarded ecosystem, and app monetization models to ensure partner strategies stay competitive.
Problem Solving & Diagnostics
Serve as the first line of defense when a partner reports a performance drop, integration bug, or unexpected revenue anomaly — approaching each issue methodically: isolate the variable, form a hypothesis, and validate it against the data before proposing a fix.
Analyze data to uncover trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend optimization strategies that drive measurable revenue impact, distinguishing symptoms from root causes rather than treating surface-level fixes as solutions.
Own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end — coordinating with product, engineering, and operations to identify what's broken, why, and what the right fix is, even when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
Anticipate downstream issues before they escalate, using pattern recognition from past partner problems to flag risks proactively rather than reactively.
Strategic Relationships & Executive Communication
Own and cultivate strategic relationships with senior and executive stakeholders at publisher partners, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional point of contact.
Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews, business cases, and growth roadmaps that translate complex data and problem resolutions into clear, actionable business outcomes for senior decision-makers.
Tailor communication style and depth to the audience — distilling technical or operational detail into strategic narratives when presenting to executives, while retaining the ability to go deep on the details with day-to-day partner contacts.
Represent Xsolla in high-stakes conversations (renewals, escalations, strategic planning) where executive trust and credibility directly influence partner retention and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, operations, and technical teams to implement partner requirements and resolve potential blockers, and know when an issue needs to be surfaced to internal leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
3+ years in digital media, mobile advertising, programmatic, or related SaaS/AdTech account management, sales, or business development.
Demonstrated ability to grow client portfolios, negotiate partnerships, and achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Problem-Solving Mindset
A structured approach to ambiguity — comfortable breaking down a messy, undefined problem into testable pieces rather than waiting for someone else to define the issue.
Track record of resolving complex, cross-functional issues independently, knowing when to dig in personally versus when to loop in the right internal stakeholder.
Genuine curiosity about "why" — treats every escalation or performance dip as a question to be answered with data, not just a ticket to be closed.
Resilience and resourcefulness when the first solution doesn't work; iterates rather than stalls.
Analytical Strength
Comfortable interpreting data sets (e.g., KPIs such as CPM, CTR, LTV, retention, or ARPU) and translating insights into strategy and root-cause diagnosis.
Communication & Executive Presence
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation ability; adept at simplifying technical and performance concepts for diverse audiences, including senior and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships with VP or C-level contacts, including leading executive business reviews and high-stakes partner conversations.
Proven success working with cross-functional groups, particularly product, operations, and technical teams, to drive problems to closure.
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of mobile ecosystems, rewarded ads, ad monetization strategies, and performance marketing models.
Mindset
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven; thrives in fast-moving environments with minimal structure.
Views obstacles as puzzles to be solved rather than blockers to be reported.
Tools
Proficiency in productivity and analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets, BI dashboards, CRM platforms, and presentation software).
