HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE INBOUND SALES 🇫🇷 ROLE
We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France.
Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals).

This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods, and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
What does make this role exciting :
- You will close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating!
- The Inbound Sales team is quite recent: You will contribute to building a new practice within the Sales Community, getting involved in tooling and process improvements

- You will contribute to making our products even better by sharing feedback and improving the self-serve experience for our members
- You will become an insurance expert and learn to master our products in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects
- We invest heavily in AI to transform the Sales practice. You'll have the opportunity to become one of the most modern Sales professionals in the market!
⭐ YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

⭐️ THE FOUNDING SALES OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for our first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia — a rare founding opportunity to build Alan's commercial practice in the Kingdom from the ground up.
You will be Alan's flag-bearer in KSA: the person who shapes how we sell, who we sell to, and how we build relationships with companies that want to offer their employees a truly great health experience.
This is not a role for someone looking for a well-defined playbook to execute. It is a role for someone who wants to write the playbook — and who has the experience to do so.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to discovery, demo, offer building, and closing.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.
As Founding Sales for KSA, you will also:
- Build Alan's local presence with HR Directors, CFOs, and C-level decision-makers at companies who care about their employees' wellbeing
- Act as the eyes and ears of the company in KSA — feeding market intelligence, prospect feedback, and local insights back to the product and strategy teams
- Shape the sales function in KSA — setting the rituals, tools, and standards that future teammates will build on
- Evangelize Alan's approach in the market, positioning Alan as a trusted and innovative health partner for Saudi employers
- Contribute to Alan globally — leveraging and enriching the playbooks built in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are currently allowed to work legally for any employer in KSA, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
- Have Saudi citizenship
- Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS space (you are familiar with product demos, discovery frameworks, complex deal cycles)
- Have demonstrated the ability to prospect, close, and build — not just manage existing accounts
- Are highly autonomous — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and don't need a fully built machine to be effective
- Have native or fluent Arabic
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Are analytical, organized, and rigorous — you manage your pipeline with precision
- Have empathy — you genuinely care about understanding and solving the problems of the companies and people you work with
- Are not driven primarily by commissions — you are motivated by impact, ownership, and long-term value creation
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

- Meaningful equity — you are building this from scratch, and you should share in what you create
- A world-class team to lean on — you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's international sales, product, and operations teams
- Alan's health coverage (of course 😊)
- The tools to do your best work — MacBook, the best software, and an environment built for focus
- Real ownership and impact — you are not a cog in a machine. You are the machine.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as one of the founding members of our Japan Customer Success team as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across Japan, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities: API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team, you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives. You'll work closely with them to provide best practices and guidance, and support them as their usage (consumption and seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies. That makes you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As one of the founding members of our Customer Success team in Japan, you'll help shape how we build the function in-region. That includes establishing regional processes, developing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market alongside a small, growing team. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams. This requires someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Key responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key Japanese customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption and adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness of new products, and engaging Product PMs as the voice of Japanese customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle: manage comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and serve as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as part of our founding in-region CS team, developing Japan-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
Minimum qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to various audiences
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Fluency in English and Japanese
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of experience in relevant field
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Elasticsearch, Scala) to join a team powering food search and logging for one of the world’s leading health and nutrition platforms. You’ll contribute directly to the systems that drive search — backend services, search infrastructure, and experimentation — with a focus on improving core metrics: conversion rates, time to log, query abandonment, and result relevance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contribute to, build, and maintain backend services that drive the food search experience, integrating with systems across the broader engineering organization.
- Perform search performance tuning end-to-end — data design, indexing, query evaluation, and iterative improvement within Elasticsearch.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of search and data technologies that improve result quality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior search engineers, product management, and leadership on solution discovery, experiment planning, and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and metrics for measuring and monitoring search quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Elasticsearch
- Demonstrated experience with performance tuning, query analysis, and relevance optimization in Elasticsearch at scale.
- Strong understanding of index design, mapping strategies, cluster management, and scoring/ranking mechanics.
- Familiarity with high availability, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring for Elasticsearch clusters.
- Ability to deploy new indexes or clusters as needed for load balancing or experimentation.
- Ability to translate product specifications into technical requirements and deploy ranking and relevance experiments with clearly defined success criteria and metrics.
Scala
- Strong experience writing, shipping, and maintaining Scala services in production.
- Comfortable working across a stack that also includes SQL and Python — Scala is the primary language for this engagement.
Agentic development
- Active user of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI-powered coding environments — shipping production code with them, not just using autocomplete.
- Familiarity with agentic coding patterns and workflows — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring.
- Able to articulate how AI tooling fits into their development process and where human judgment remains critical.
Engineering fundamentals
- First-hand experience building, scaling, and supporting large-scale data infrastructure systems in production.
- Strong understanding of database design, data architecture, and performance tuning across multiple data stores — MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Experience with high-volume messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
- Strong peer code review practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leveraging AI workflows for meaningful development acceleration beyond autocomplete — code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test authoring at scale.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Orchestrates multi-country pursuits spanning ASEAN (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines), Australia, India, Japan and Korea, owning the seating model, deal economics and partner governance through MD sign-off. Owns partner-leadership access at the change-maker level: AI practice leads, industry MDs and CTOs at regional and global level, including EY Consulting leadership.

Location: Based in Singapore, with travel to ASEAN and APAC countries.
What success looks like
First 12 months
- Executive relationships built across EY Consulting at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level, including EY’s Singapore hub and its practices across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- A joint EY–Mistral GTM plan live: shared ICPs, vertical use cases, field plays and demand generation, with named account coverage across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- One to two named, in-flight APAC deals of flagship scope and complexity, converted from or created through global agreements.
- Partner-led and partner-attached pipeline delivered against the team target across sovereign AI, AI Studio and enterprise deployments.
- Two to three multi-year GTM agreements or MOUs signed, covering revenue targets, co-sell motions, enablement and commercial frameworks.
Key outcomes
- Partner-influenced revenue from EY contributes a fifth or more of APAC annual bookings.
- Mistral embedded in partner platforms, marketplaces, sovereign-cloud offerings and regional AI Lab programmes.
- Certified EY delivery pods operational, with a stable base of partners delivering repeatable demand.
Key responsibilities
- Own the EY relationship and joint GTM across APAC: executive sponsorship, joint account planning, pursuit support and governance.
- Own APAC GSI partner strategy, with EY as the anchor integrator.
- Drive EY engagement across ASEAN and APAC countries from Singapore.
- Convert or create global agreements and MPAs into named APAC deals; orchestrate multi-country pursuits across ASEAN and APAC countries.

- Lead deal orchestration: partner qualification, commercial alignment, seating model, deal economics and delivery planning.
- Own partner scorecards, QBRs, pipeline reviews and performance analytics; ensure MPA, reseller/OEM and AI Lab frameworks are fit for multi-country use.
Must have
- 8–12+ years driving partner-led revenue with GSIs, hyperscalers, telcos or OEMs across APAC.
- Has worked at EY, or has directly managed the EY relationship (alliance, partnership or account leadership), with first-hand knowledge of how EY Consulting operates, including its service lines, practice and industry structure, alliance model, decision-making, and how deals are sold, staffed and governed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a strategic GSI relationship and its joint GTM, operating at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level and converting or creating global agreements into named APAC deals.
- Track record engaging C-suite and securing multi-year commercial frameworks.
- Experience structuring multi-country pursuits, seating models and partner governance requiring MD-level sign-off, including across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- Commercial acumen in AI/cloud: able to translate AI Studio, sovereign AI and GPUaaS into clear revenue models.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with model deployment, GPU infrastructure or AI Lab concepts.
- Existing relationships within EY AI/Cloud practices.
- Prior use of hyperscaler funding (ECIF, MACC, OCP), MDF or co-sell pipelines.
- Exposure to sovereign AI or public-sector transformation in regulated APAC markets, including ASEAN.
Ideal backgrounds
Current or former EY Consulting leaders (alliance directors, AI/data practice leads, industry or sector leads), and leaders who have directly managed the EY relationship from a vendor, hyperscaler or technology partner side (e.g. senior partner sales managers at AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud; partner account managers at Nvidia, Dell or HPE); regional or global alliance directors at Deloitte; GTM and strategic partnership leads at fast-growing AI, data or infrastructure vendors.

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 10,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
