Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for LATAM, with a willingness to lead your team and participate directly in selling.
Commercial and analytical skills to interpret sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and use those insights to improve regional plans.
Practical experience using customer relationship management (CRM) and sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Clari, or Marketo, to manage forecasts, territories, and pipeline.

Anthropic believes AI capabilities are improving rapidly, and that AI safety policy needs to keep pace. Our Policy Development team translates technical insights into workable new policy ideas for governing frontier AI. You will work closely with policy colleagues and with research, alignment, safety, and legal teams, and you’ll move easily between technical detail and how policy actually gets made.
Key responsibilities
Help develop technical safety best practices and standards for frontier development, working closely with policy, research, and safeguards teams

Review and give substantive input on federal, state, and global frontier AI safety bills, including on risk reporting, independent evaluation, and incident reporting, helping shape AI safety legislation development
Work with our external affairs policy teams to strengthen our frontier AI legislative framework
Contribute research and analysis across the policy team’s pacing workstreams, including developing novel policy proposals that address challenges related to the acceleration of AI R&D

Have experience working closely with standards bodies or industry consortia
Have experience developing and shaping technical legislation
Have published novel policy thinking on AI governance

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT GTM ENGINEERING:
GTM Engineering is responsible for the data, business logic, workflows, and agents that enable our Marketing and Sales teams to help customers get the most out of Modal.
Like the infrastructure beneath the Magic Kingdom https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_utilidor_system, much of our work happens behind the scenes. We build systems that anticipate and deliver what customers need to grow on Modal.
We bring a product management, growth engineering, and data science approach to GTM, from centralizing our data platform https://deepline.com/blog/gtm-ai-nyc-chris-modal to building agents for account research https://parallel.ai/blog/case-study-modal.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to own our GTM data platform. This role combines analytics engineering with revenue operations: you’ll build the org map, people graph, and data systems that help us discover future customers and support our GTM workflows, partnering closely with our Data team on the shared foundation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain an org map and people graph connecting companies, labs, teams, and individuals to identify researchers, engineers, and early-stage startups, including people beyond our existing users and CRM
- Own identity resolution, enrichment, and CRM schemas so affiliations, roles, and relationships stay accurate, current, and traceable to their sources
- Build GTM data models in Snowflake and dbt connecting people, companies, workspaces, workloads, usage, and revenue, giving reps and agents a shared foundation for customer context
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to define and implement metrics, data models, and business rules for routing, territory assignments, compensation, pipeline reporting, and attribution
- Partner with Data on usage forecasts and account signals; build reproducible reporting that reconciles actuals, forecasts, human adjustments, and credited attainment
- Build reverse ETL pipelines for ad audiences, lifecycle campaigns, CRM enrichment, outbound, and event outreach, preserving engagement history and campaign eligibility
- Own data quality and system health, from graph coverage and stale enrichment to failed syncs and historical reporting accuracy
- Build the tooling that helps GTM Engineering ship reliably, from development environments, automated tests, and deployments to backups and shared AI agents and skills
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’re fluent in SQL and proficient in Python
- You already use AI coding tools and agents to build, debug, and automate your work, and help teammates do the same
- You’ve built data models and production pipelines with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Modal, or Hex
- You have hands-on experience with CRM architecture, integrations, and revenue or marketing operations
- You understand how leads, accounts, opportunities, and revenue move through a business
- You have high attention to detail and a habit of testing, documenting, and monitoring the systems you build
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with usage-based businesses
Location: New York City, New York
What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the decisions, deliver real impact, and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As Chief of Staff, you will report to the CRO and act as their extension across the Revenue organization. You will run the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing revenue team aligned, make sure the commitments made in leadership rooms turn into finished work, and take on the projects that do not have an obvious owner. The role is hands-on: you will chase deliverables, build the tracker, prepare the deck, and follow the thread until it is closed. In return you get a front-row seat to how a revenue organization is run at scale and a direct line to the people running it.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you'll do
Run the CRO's weekly operating cadence: track commitments and deliverables across the Revenue leadership team, follow up on what is late, and make sure nothing falls through
Act as the CRO's extension in tracking Revenue projects and KPIs, surfacing risks early and staying on them until they are resolved
Own the Revenue OKR process end to end: planning, tracking, and execution across every Revenue team, and reporting progress to the CRO and the executive team
Coordinate budget and headcount requests for the Revenue organization, from business case through approval with Finance and People
Lead cross-functional projects on the CRO's behalf, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal, and manage them through to completion
Work directly with the CRO on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters, and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $215,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization – the teams responsible for selling and diffusing Claude into enterprises around the world.
Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters. The best people in this role operate like advisors who embed themselves deeply in the orgs they support, earn a seat at the leadership table, write on behalf of executives, and see around corners, anticipating what the organization will need to hear before anyone asks for it. There are traditional elements to the role too, like all-hands planning and org change announcements, and you'll run those with operational excellence.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or NYC.
Responsibilities
Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within GTM, becoming an expert in the team's work and a trusted member of its leadership support team
Serve as an advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer and their team - helping them think through what to say and when, draft communications in their voice, and give them expert counsel
People manage a small team (one/two directs), supporting the global GTM org
Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into narratives that land with employees across every function
Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, customer wins, organizational change, moments of external attention) and have a plan ready for how we’ll bring employees along
Design and implement strategies to boost signal and reduce noise, so employees know what's important and what it means for them
Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with operational excellence
Partner closely with the broader internal communications team to ensure updates are accurately and consistently cascaded across existing channels and live forums
You may be a good fit if you
Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling complex concepts into plain English, with a nose for great storytelling
Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when to push, when to listen, and how to deliver a recommendation even when it’s something an exec may not want to hear
See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
Strong candidates may also
Have 15+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make complex, high-stakes material clear under pressure (e.g journalism, speechwriting, chief of staff work, strategy and operations)
Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the work moves faster than most people can follow
Have built or run internal communications programs during periods of rapid organizational growth
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$295,000
—
$345,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-touch, hands-on support to our CEO across travel, personal logistics, and day-to-day administrative needs.
This role is focused on personally managing the details that keep the CEO's travel and day-to-day logistics running smoothly, from visas and flights to meals, luggage, transportation, reservations, and last-minute changes. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, high availability, and a willingness to handle logistics directly from start to finish.
The role requires significant travel and availability. This role reports to the Chief of Staff / Strategic Initiatives and works closely with the broader Office of the CEO.
What you'll do:
- Provide hands-on day-to-day travel, personal, logistical, and administrative support to the CEO.
- Personally manage complex domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, hotels, airport services, ground transportation, multi-city itineraries, and last-minute changes.
- Plan ahead for each destination, including routes, meeting locations, restaurants, transportation timing, and other practical details.
- Travel with the CEO and make sure each trip runs smoothly, including check-ins, meals, luggage, clothing, drivers, security coordination, and changing plans as needed.
- Handle personal logistics and errands, including restaurant reservations, gifts, swag, family travel coordination, and other last-minute needs.
- Coordinate closely with the CEO's spouse, family, Chief of Staff, and broader Office of the CEO when logistics or plans change.
- Personally execute requests end to end rather than outsourcing or delegating them to travel agencies, concierge services, or other assistants.
- Track expenses carefully and ensure timely, accurate reconciliation and follow-up through Ramp and other finance tools.
-
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience providing executive, principal, family office, or similarly high-touch support.
- Fluent Russian and English.
- Strong experience personally managing complex international travel, including visas, multi-city itineraries, and last-minute changes.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international trips and stretches of up to three weeks away at a time.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve logistical problems quickly.
- Comfortable personally executing detailed administrative and logistical tasks without relying on further delegation or outsourcing.
- Calm, discreet, resourceful, and highly responsive under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort communicating directly with vendors, family members, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong cost awareness and disciplined expense management.
- Collaborative and transparent, with the ability to work closely with a Chief of Staff and broader executive support team.
- Must be based in San Francisco or within reasonable commuting distance and able to work fully in office whenever the CEO is in San Francisco.
- Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $175,000+, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud! You will bring this project to a definitive close.
What You'll Do:
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected NGFWs.
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, VPC topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture (Year 2, joint with IAM): construct the identity-to-network enforcement model, compose the network zone taxonomy, and direct the IP-to-identity rule migration that phases out all IP-based user firewall rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and CI/CD pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, NAT, decryption policy, and multi-vsys environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of SD-WAN concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a reliable contributor with a senior manager. You build technical expertise so the manager can focus on the program. You operate without needing close supervision and do not cause it.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a CISO and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to keep Peec's revenue engine clean, accurate, and running on time. Our sales team is scaling fast across Berlin and New York on a motion that combines product-led signups with outbound, and every forecast, pipeline review, and routing rule depends on the data in HubSpot being right.
You'll own that day-to-day layer hands-on: maintaining HubSpot, building the reports and dashboards sales leadership runs on, and taking manual admin off the GTM team's plate. You'll report to CRO and work daily with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership. This is a role for someone early in their RevOps career who wants to learn fast inside a company that's growing faster. This is an on-site role in our New York office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy: properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, duplicates, and the hygiene standards everything downstream depends on
- Build and maintain the reports and dashboards behind weekly pipeline reviews, conversion tracking, and forecast calls
- Manage lead routing and assignment rules so inbound, product signups, and outbound land with the right rep fast
- Build HubSpot workflows and automations that take manual work off AEs and SDRs
- Support territory, quota, and commission tracking with clean data and accurate inputs for Finance
- Onboard new GTM hires onto HubSpot and the tools around it, and keep process documentation current
- Handle day-to-day CRM requests from the sales team and spot the patterns worth fixing properly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills: you've built workflows, reports, and properties, not just logged activity in it
- Detail-oriented with data: you notice when a number looks wrong and dig until you know why
- A clear communicator who can push back on a messy process with reps and sales leaders
- Curious about AI tooling and keen to automate repetitive work
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or Reporting)
- Exposure to Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
- Some SQL for pulling your own answers out of the data
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or a product-led sales motion
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership as we build our US team in New York
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Regular team events and off-sites
- A collaborative, in-office work environment in the heart of New York

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind Peec's global revenue engine. We've grown from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months on a motion that combines product-led signups with a fast-scaling sales team across Berlin and New York, and the operational layer now needs a single owner: one source of truth in the CRM, a forecast leadership can trust across both regions, and automation that lets a lean GTM team punch far above its weight.
You'll report to our CRO and own revenue operations globally from our New York office, working daily with sales leadership in both regions and partnering closely with Growth and Finance. In your first quarter you'll take over the global HubSpot instance, stand up a forecasting cadence that covers North America and EMEA, and ship the funnel reporting that shows us where deals are won, stall, and die. This is a builder role with real ownership: the systems you design become how Peec sells.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- How the revenue team works: territories, account ownership, lead routing and attribution. For example, deciding when an account belongs to a rep and when it goes back to the pool, then making the CRM enforce it
- Reporting: pipeline, forecast and numbers per rep. For example, an outbound pipeline number the sales team can be measured and paid on, without arguments
- Comp and commissions: plans set up in the tooling, monthly runs that match the CRM, and clear answers for reps
- Quote-to-cash: offer, signature, billing and the handover to Customer Success
- Data model: one source of truth across CRM, billing and product
- Tools and roadmap: you choose, run and simplify the revenue tools, and keep a roadmap with owners and dates
- Launch discipline: every change ships with a clear rule, a test, an owner and communication to the people it affects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've built or led a RevOps function at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally with both self-serve and sales-led motions, and can teach us how it's done
- You've owned a function, not just worked through a backlog
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot: workflows, data model, reporting, and you still build things yourself
- Strong project management: you turn a loose brief into a plan, bring the right people together and deliver
- Commercial judgment: you understand the sales problem behind a request, not just the ticket
- Comfortable with data: SQL or a BI tool, plus a working understanding of APIs and automations
- Based in New York, or ready to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week
HOW YOU WORK
- You finish what you start, without being chased
- High rigor: you check your own work, especially AI-assisted work, and say what you're unsure about
- You propose rather than ask: you find answers yourself and bring structure instead of waiting for it
- You raise problems early, before others find them
- You close loops: a short weekly written update, and every missed deadline gets a new date or is dropped with a reason
- You stand behind your numbers: you present to leadership and finance yourself and can explain every figure
- You build relationships with sales leaders, CX and finance unprompted
- You take fast feedback well and act on it
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building a RevOps function from scratch, or owning a remit that spans regions
- Experience working across time zones with a European HQ
- Exposure to PLG funnels and product usage data in a sales-assist motion
- Familiarity with Stripe, billing, or CPQ workflows and deal desk operations
- SQL skills for pulling your own answers out of the data
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
