Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the Role
Operating Principals are Higgsfield’s general problem solvers. They work directly with the CEO and senior executives on the company’s key initiatives — owning several projects at a time, with no fixed lane: a new market this month, a broken process or a stalled product launch the next. The job is to take an undefined problem from zero to a working outcome, hand it off, and move to the next one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities across products, markets, and partners.
- Building and optimising processes that can scale with a company growing this fast.
- Leading and executing priority company initiatives end to end — analysis, decision, execution, follow-through.
- Pulling engineering, product, growth, and partnerships into one plan and unblocking whatever stalls.
- Preparing the numbers, models, and one-pagers behind leadership, board, and investor decisions.
Scope
- Based in San Francisco, with regular trips to Almaty and travel to partners and markets as projects require.
- Direct access to the CEO; high ownership, minimal process — no team underneath, no playbook.
What You’ll Need
- A degree from a top-tier university — ideally STEM or another highly quantitative field.
- A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas — olympiads, case competitions, elite scholarships, building something that worked.
- 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank / PE, Big Tech, or a fast-growing global technology company.
- Experience working abroad, as an expat, or inside a global organisation as a non-native speaker.
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable ones and enjoy working with data.
- Writing and presenting at a level that goes straight to the board or a Fortune 500 partner without editing.
- Natural curiosity, speed, and a will to make an impact.
- Right to work in the US; based in San Francisco or ready to relocate.
Nice to Have
- A chief-of-staff, founder’s-office, or BizOps stint after consulting / banking.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Gen AI tooling.
- Background in AI, consumer tech, or media.
Screening / Interview Topics
- Hardest Problem Owned – an ambiguous project taken from zero to outcome, and what the candidate personally did
- Cross-Functional Delivery – moving engineering, product, and business teams without formal authority
- Analytical Depth – building and defending a model or business case under time pressure
- Executive Communication – a board deck, investor update, or CEO memo they wrote themselves
- Pace & Ambiguity – handling a priority flip mid-project
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, including FX, indices, equities, commodities, macroeconomic data, market sentiment and derivative products such as CFDs.
• Excellent writing ability, with experience producing clear and publishable financial markets content for external audiences.
• Good judgement in distinguishing general market commentary and education from advice, recommendations, trading signals or personalised guidance.
• Comfortable supporting media-facing activity, including preparation for seminars, webinars, podcasts, video content or written Q&A.
• Fluent in English.
Advantageous:
• SAIFM / RPE modules, particularly Introduction to Financial Markets, Regulation and Ethics, or Derivatives.
• RE5 regulatory exam.
• Additional South African language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
Local market knowledge:
• Understanding of the South African financial-services landscape, retail investor behaviour and local media environment.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.
Why Join Us?
Real scale from day one.
Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands.
Frontier work, real constraints.
You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production.
Visible impact.
Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you’re rewarded for the impact you make.

About the Opportunity
As OKX US continues to grow, we are looking for a Support Operations Lead to join our Business Management team, with a focus on leading and coaching our global Customer Support (CS) function to better serve OKX users. Rather than being a direct member of the CS team, you’ll work alongside Operations, Compliance, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to uplift the quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of our offshore CS agents.
You’ll act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all things within the customer support experience — helping offshore agents understand local customer expectations, regulations, and how to handle issues with care and accuracy. This is a strategic and high-impact role, laying the groundwork for improved CS experience and potentially a local team in the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent the voice of the customer within the business and act as SME for support needs, regulations, and expectations.
Coach and guide offshore CS teams to improve handling of tickets, especially regulatory-sensitive cases (e.g., scam/fraud, ID verification).
Partner with local Compliance, Operations, and Legal to ensure offshore CS agents are trained and updated on local regulatory requirements.
Manage high-priority and escalated customer cases in collaboration with offshore agents and local teams.
Liaise with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) teams to improve KYC/AML workflows for customers and reduce customer friction.
Act as SME for OKX Card support operations — guiding offshore CS on dispute handling, chargeback processes, and cardholder issue resolution in line with card program compliance requirements.
Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to proactively inform CS of upcoming campaigns, changes, or product launches that may drive ticket volume.
Identify operational pain points in the customer journey and work cross-functionally to resolve or escalate them.
Develop SOPs, quick guides, and training materials to help offshore agents respond more effectively to users.
Track key CS metrics such as resolution time, CSAT, and escalation volume to measure success and identify improvement areas.
If the business moves toward a local CS team in the future, help scope, plan, and build this function from the ground up.
What We Look For In You
Experience & Industry Knowledge
5+ years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, or support leadership, ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
Solid understanding of US financial regulation, consumer protection expectations, and AML/KYC processes.
Experience working with or leading offshore support teams in a high-growth or regulated environment.
Exposure to customer-centric operations functions — blending support, risk, compliance, and product feedback loops.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and coaching ability, with a focus on raising offshore team performance without direct line management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to work across compliance, product, marketing, and support teams.
Operationally minded — you're a problem-solver who can turn user pain points into action plans.
Process-driven — capable of designing and implementing SOPs and knowledge base content.
Excellent communicator — able to distill regulatory complexity into practical CS guidance.
Analytical — confident using data and KPIs to improve customer outcomes and support operations.
