Apply AI tools to accelerate security research, automate vulnerability detection workflows, and improve the efficiency of threat analysis.
Work alongside operations and compliance teams to ensure security is a consistent priority across the organisation.
Participate in incident response and management activities.
Stay current on the latest offensive security techniques, application security threats, and industry best practices.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of experience in mobile application security or offensive security, with hands-on expertise in iOS and/or Android platforms.
In-depth understanding of security risks, vulnerabilities, and concepts in mobile and web applications.
Proficient in code review across Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with a strong grasp of application security threats.
Able to create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate vulnerabilities, review patch code for adherence to standards, and collaborate with repository owners on remediation.
Actively uses AI tools in your security engineering workflow — including building AI-leveraged workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills so tools like Claude Code or Codex deliver reliably on real production work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves
Prior experience developing mobile security SDKs at scale — products with a daily active user base of over ten million.
Experience in large-scale business risk control projects, or practical experience in threat intelligence, business risk prevention, and countermeasures against black and grey industries.
In-depth reverse engineering of major apps from first-tier vendors, or other projects that demonstrate strong reverse engineering capabilities.
Proficiency in ARM assembly, with the ability to implement deep-level countermeasures at the native and application layers.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase is scaling its AWS partnership across multiple go-to-market motions, and gaming is one of the fastest-moving. This role owns the AWS gaming segment end to end, driving adoption of Supabase within game studios building on AWS, and managing the technical and commercial relationship with AWS's gaming ecosystem (GameLift, gaming ISVs, and gaming-focused SI/SA teams).
You'll work closely with our SI partner ecosystem (including gaming-focused system integrators) on feature enhancements, run co-sell motions with AWS gaming account teams, and build the pipeline that proves out gaming as a durable growth motion for the AWS relationship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap
- Manage relationships with AWS's gaming team (GameLift, gaming ISV/partner org) and gaming-focused AWS SAs
- Drive the SI partnership motion with gaming systems integrators -- including scoping technical gap analyses (SDK coverage across Unity, Unreal, Godot), negotiating MNDAs/agreements, and managing joint GTM plans
- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams through ACE
- Identify and close gaps in Supabase's gaming-specific product story (SDK support, real-time/multiplayer patterns, missing feature parity vs. incumbents)
- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA/funding conversations, providing data and narrative to support investment asks
- Partner with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler
- Experience working with or in the gaming industry (studios, publishers, or gaming-focused ISVs/SIs) a strong plus
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships (SI partners, hyperscaler field teams, internal product/eng)
- Comfortable operating with technical ambiguity -- you don't need to write code, but you need to understand SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical GTM stories well enough to be credible with SAs and engineers
- Strong program management instincts -- this role is equal parts relationship-building and disciplined execution (gap analyses, joint plans, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline tracking)
- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives that impact the bottom line, paired with a deep understanding of partner attribution and reporting
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility—you lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Partner with the DBA and Data Infrastructure teams on resharding, capacity planning, replication, and architecture decisions for sharded MySQL environments.
Service Reliability & Operations:
Support the availability and durability of critical services across production environments.
Monitor service health using SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.
Partner with service owners to define and improve SLIs, SLOs, error budget policies, and alerting.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
Serve as an escalation point for complex production database and infrastructure incidents.
Follow established ITIL/OSS processes including incident, change, problem, and capacity management.
Take ownership of operational issues and drive projects from problem discovery through resolution.

Contribute to monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks including Prometheus, Grafana, Catchpoint, and ELK.
Help integrate operational runbooks and incident response workflows with FireHydrant.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure as code tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
Develop scripts using Bash, Python, Go, or similar technologies to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Operate and troubleshoot containerized production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Work within Kubernetes and Vitess environments using technologies such as kubectl, mysqlsh, and Vitess keyspaces.
Work with HashiCorp technologies including Terraform, Vault, and Nomad.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Lead Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) for functionality being handed off from engineering partner teams.
Support the operational readiness of new database-backed services before they enter production.
Build training plans, onboarding materials, and technical documentation for new Level 1 and Level 2 SRE Database Engineers.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and DBA/Data Infrastructure teams on reliability initiatives.
Assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery exercises, database migrations, and infrastructure projects.
Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot service issues and track SLA performance.
Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
Share technical knowledge and help grow a reliability-minded engineering culture.
Incident Response:
Respond to and resolve production database, infrastructure, and service incidents.
Troubleshoot and escalate database, Linux, networking, application, and infrastructure issues as needed.
Participate in the on-call rotation and serve as an escalation point for database-related incidents.
Lead or contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
Identify recurring issues and develop long-term corrective actions to improve reliability.
Design action plans to address recurring operational and database problems.
What We Value:
A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
Someone who can work independently, take ownership, and drive complex technical problems through resolution.
Someone who steps up, supports teammates, mentors others, and shares knowledge freely.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to improve the reliability and scalability of production systems.
Required Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure operations, database engineering, or similar roles, with meaningful experience supporting production database systems.

Experience with Vitess in a production environment strongly preferred.

We are looking for a relentless, self-generating "Hunter" to lead the full-cycle B2B sales engine for a global creative production and pitch consultancy. In this role, you aren’t just following a script—you are running your own engine within a proven system. You will own the "Tier 2" service category from first touch to close, working with executive producers, top-tier agencies, and premium global brands. If you are a high-autonomy salesperson who prefers naming your own price and owning your outcomes over being managed into action, this seat is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Tier 2 services ($2,000–$3,500 tickets), from sourcing and qualification to closing
Identify and engage high-value prospects through industry-specific channels like Shots Net and similar premium creative networks
Generate a minimum of 20 clean, qualified leads in Month 1, scaling to a consistent cadence of one Tier 2 close per day
Support high-value Tier 3 deals by opening doors and collaborating with the Director of Growth to close

5+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

We’re working with a growing international business looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage qualified B2B opportunities from the meeting stage through proposal, negotiation, and close.
The ideal candidate is confident managing high-value B2B conversations with international clients and can build on momentum created earlier in the sales process without unnecessarily restarting the conversation.
