THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a software engineer on the Developer Experience team. You will own projects from the first problem statement through production, and measure whether they worked.
The team owns how developers discover, adopt, and operate Alchemy: the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and MCP server that sit between our infrastructure and the people building on it. A growing share of those users are coding agents, so we design for both.
Recent work spans enterprise controls, management APIs, developer observability, onboarding, and self-serve growth. Ahead of us is the shift to agents that discover tools, write code, pay for services with x402, and operate onchain infrastructure on their own.
Our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Temporal, Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Agent-native developer tools: our CLI, SDKs, MCP server, x402 payments, and Agent Wallets.
- Enterprise capabilities for teams running production traffic: organizations, roles, SSO, key management, audit history, and spend controls.
- Public and management APIs for usage, billing, apps, and teams, used by developers, internal tools, and coding agents.
- Developer observability and product quality: usage analytics, request logs, alerts, and the reliability of the surfaces developers use every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call.
- Design APIs with clear versioning, error handling, safe defaults, and backwards compatibility.
- Build data models and services that stay correct and reliable as traffic and customer needs grow, with security built in for users, agents, and services.
- Build the user-facing side of your features across our dashboard, CLI, and SDKs, so developers and coding agents can discover and use them safely.
- Instrument what you ship. Use activation, adoption, and conversion data, plus direct developer feedback, to decide what to build next.
- Write design docs, runbooks, and developer-facing documentation. Review code and technical designs to keep quality high.
- Work with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and other engineering teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At six months, you have:
- Execution: Scoped, designed and shipped a project across our APIs, backend services, and dashboard or CLI, and paying customers use it in production.
- Ownership: Joined on-call and handled incidents in your area without escalating. Your launches ship with alerts, a runbook and a rollback plan.
- Impact: Moved a number you can name, such as feature adoption, free-to-paid upgrades, time to first API call, or support tickets.
- Team: Earned the team’s trust by making sound technical decisions, collaborating across functions, and improving code and design quality.
- Direction: Proposed what the team should build next, backed by usage data and conversations with developers.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- Blockchain experience is helpful, not required.
- Developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools, including SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, or machine-readable documentation.
- Billing, metering, or pricing systems.
- Temporal or another workflow orchestration system, plus caching and analytical data systems.
- Observability, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Blockchain products or developer tools, or agent payment and identity standards such as x402.
- Open source contributions, talks, or technical writing.

Establish high data integrity standards and SLAs to ensure timely, accurate delivery of data
Develop insightful and reliable dashboards to track performance of core metrics that will deliver insights to the whole company

Closely partner with stakeholders to define and materialize metrics and analysis for new and evolving consumer products in a fast paced environment
Influence the future roadmap of Product teams from a data systems perspective
Become an expert in our organization’s data models and the company's data architecture

Experience building a Data Engineering (or similar) function at start-ups.
A strong disposition to thrive in ambiguity, taking initiative to create clarity and forward progress.
Experience scaling own productivity and that of others by leveraging AI without sacrificing the quality of deliverables.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Position Summary:
PointClickCare's Marketing organization is hiring a Marketing Data Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data infrastructure behind marketing analytics and pipeline reporting. This hands-on, backend-focused role works across Salesforce, Marketo, and the data warehouse, increasingly leveraging AI-assisted analytics tools such as Claude, to streamline how campaign performance data is captured, connected, and reported. The role partners closely with Marketing Analytics, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to turn recurring reporting needs into automated, trustworthy data flows that directly support executive-level reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline across the Senior Care and Acute & Payer businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Pipelines & Integrations:
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines connecting Salesforce, Marketo, and the data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery) to support marketing performance reporting.
Reporting Automation & Analytics Enablement:
Automate recurring campaign reporting workflows and write/optimize SQL to build reusable datasets, views, and queries that power dashboards and leadership reporting.
Campaign Attribution & Data Quality:
Strengthen campaign attribution logic (campaign codes, UTM/campaign member data, lead-to-opportunity linkage) and monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data quality across Marketo, Salesforce, and downstream reporting tables.
AI-Enabled Analytics Workflows:
Apply AI tools such as Claude to accelerate data exploration, documentation, and query development, while maintaining rigor and accuracy in production reporting.
Systems Support & Documentation:
Support backend administration and configuration in Salesforce and Marketo (fields, objects, sync rules, campaign structures), and document data models, definitions, and processes so metrics stay consistent and self-serve for marketing stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (completed or in final year) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
0 – 2 years of applicable experience.
Strong SQL skills: comfortable writing joins, aggregations, and window functions against large relational datasets.
Working knowledge of at least one programming language used in data work (e.g., Python) for scripting, automation, or ETL.
Understanding of relational data models and how CRM/marketing-automation data is structured (leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, opportunities).
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong bias toward automating repetitive work.
Intellectually curious and open-minded, with a genuine thirst to learn new tools, systems, and business context.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce (SOQL, reports, campaign objects, admin concepts) or Marketo (programs, smart campaigns, field sync).
Experience with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
Familiarity with AI-assisted development or analytics tools, such as Claude or similar large language model platforms.
Exposure to ETL/ELT tooling, APIs, or workflow orchestration (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or equivalent scripting).
Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics (MQLs, opportunities, pipeline) or B2B demand generation.
Co-op, internship, or project experience in a data engineering, analytics engineering, or revenue operations context.
