- Anticipate policy developments and translate complex legislative and regulatory activity into actionable business strategy and executive recommendations
- Represent Chainalysis in meetings with policymakers and key staff, industry coalitions, regulatory consultations, conferences, and public speaking engagements
- Prepare executive leadership for meetings with senior government officials through strategic briefing materials and policy recommendations

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on U.S. political, legislative, and regulatory developments
- Work in concert with Chainalysis and Chainalysis Government Solutions (CGS) leadership and account teams to identify engagement opportunities and facilitate strategic policy efforts
- Work with Communications to develop and publish thought leadership content, blogs, or op-eds to enhance Chainalysis's visibility in policy debates
- Proactively strategize and identify opportunities for Chainalysis executives to engage with the North American policy and stakeholder environment
Manage External Partnerships & Coalitions
- Manage U.S. lobbyists, trade associations, and third-party coalitions, guiding messaging and strategy at the working level

- 10+ years of experience in U.S. government policy programs in fast-paced environments, with demonstrated success winning on legislative and regulatory outcomes

- A command of how Congress and the Executive Branch work, and how to strategically engage with them to advance Chainalysis business priorities
- A track record of driving successful policy initiatives to achieve enterprise-wide results; as opposed to solely monitoring, this person will have actively shaped relevant policy

Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.

Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. Today, CertiK supports thousands of enterprise clients and Web3 projects globally, with a distributed international team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a lead product manager to own what we build next for these clients.
You will gather client needs directly and through our client-facing consultants, turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap, and present our products to clients, prospects and regulators in North America and, when needed, abroad. Inside the company, you represent the customer.
What you'll do
Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and work closely with the solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field
Build and run a discovery channel of your own: a panel of compliance, risk and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators for structured (including paid) interviews, so requirements never depend on a single client
Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, with the reason behind each request documented, and defend the ranking to leadership
Present CertiK's products and services to client teams, prospects and regulators in demos, workshops and tender presentations
Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East and other markets
Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering
Requirements
5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution
Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function
Has led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
Directs discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda
Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
Bonus points
Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders
This role must be performed outside the United States. We are unable to consider candidates who will work from within the U.S.

About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a solutions consultant to be CertiK's presence with clients across Europe. You will meet with banks, CASPs and regulators, present our products and services, learn their problems, and lead consulting-style engagements to solve them.
This is a forward-deployed role. About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a solutions consultant to be CertiK's presence with clients across the Middle East. You will meet with banks, VASPs and regulators, present our products and services, learn their problems, and lead consulting-style engagements to solve them.

What you learn there sets the direction for Product and the commercial approach.

Spend extended periods on site with compliance, risk and innovation teams at banks, VASPs, custodians and regulators in the UAE and wider region
Run discovery with clients and prospects: understand their workflows, tools, pain points and regulatory obligations, including the reason behind each request, and document them in the client's own words
Bring findings back to Product in a form that shapes the roadmap and the sales approach
