ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Success Managers at Ramp drive value for customers and revenue for the business by ensuring fast, effective onboarding and activation of newly closed customers. As a Senior Scaled CSM, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes at scale while helping shape the processes, playbooks, and customer strategy that fuel Ramp’s growth.
You’ll own a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, balancing efficiency and personalization through strong judgment, structured execution, and thoughtful use of scalable motions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with high ownership, and consistently drives customer outcomes.

- Ensure fast, thorough, and complete implementation by educating customers on Ramp functionality, best practices, and the “why” behind key workflows.
- Confidently navigate and position Ramp’s full product suite, including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations, tailoring recommendations to customer workflows and business goals.
- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and blockers, and problem-solve alongside Product, Engineering, and Support when needed.
- Drive revenue by minimizing implementation delays and reinforcing the value of Ramp as a core financial operating system.
- Use customer data, usage signals, and patterns to prioritize outreach, identify risk, and intervene proactively.
- Balance implementation work, follow-ups, proactive outreach, and group onboarding while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Partner closely with Product to surface customer feedback, identify trends, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve onboarding processes, contributing to playbooks, enablement materials, and scalable best practices.
- Act as a multiplier for the team by sharing insights, patterns, and coaching peers through examples and collaboration.
- Help maintain an industry-leading customer experience while operating at high volume and pace.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing a high-volume book of business while consistently driving customer outcomes.

- Experience balancing scale and personalization through group onboarding, automation, and targeted 1:1 engagement.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join our partnerships team in EMEA. This role will lead enablement and pre-sales motions with Vercel's solution and consulting partners (SIs and GSIs) across the region, with a primary focus on the DACH market. Partner Solutions Engineers work with partner engineering, sales, and product teams to grow adoption of Vercel's products and build strong technical relationships.
A key focus in this role will be growing partner-delivered capacity in the DACH region: running Vercel's partner certification program, creating and delivering technical enablement and workshops, and supporting pre-sales motions where partners are engaged. Fluency in German and/or French is essential; this is a spoken, partner-facing role.
This role will serve as a developer advocate for Vercel across solution and consulting partners. You will be the expert on building and delivering with Vercel products, including AI and agent workloads, and will establish best practices, author guides, lead workshops and hackathons, and build solutions for partner communities and Vercel teams.
Partner Solutions Engineers require a strong web development background, especially in frontend development, cloud infrastructure, networking, and modern application development. Strong coordination skills across multiple partners and time zones are essential, as is building lasting relationships with practice leads, delivery teams, and executives.
This is an in-person (hybrid) position that will require you to be based in Vercel's London or Berlin office with a required 3 days per week in office.
What you'll do
Serve as subject matter expert on Vercel and Next.js to partner engineering teams and leadership across EMEA.
Run Vercel's partner certification program in the region: deliver certification workshops, review certification projects, and guide partner engineers through the program.
Create and deliver technical training and enablement on Next.js and Vercel best practices, including building agents and AI applications on Vercel.
Deliver one-to-many technical workshops for partner engineering teams, and author the workshop content behind them.
Run and support partner hackathons that build partner skills and surface joint solutions.
Provide pre-sales support where partners are engaged: proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside Vercel's sales and sales engineering teams.
Serve as the main technical contact for SIs and GSIs in the region, building lasting relationships with their engineering teams and practice leadership.
Build templates and solutions that equip partner communities with the best practices on delivering with Vercel.
What you need
You are passionate about building first-class user experiences on the web.
You have a strong understanding of web architecture, frontend development, and serverless computing.
You have 2+ years of experience as a solutions engineer advising or consulting engineering teams.
You have 4+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React.
You speak German and/or French; spoken fluency in at least one of them, alongside professional English, is essential for this role.
You have worked with or within agencies, systems integrators, or consulting firms, and understand how they staff, deliver, and grow a technology practice.
You are experienced in developer relations, from training sessions and talks to producing technical content.
You have a results-driven mindset and are experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
You are comfortable working with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams.
You have excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
You have experience driving the adoption of web technology or previous pre-sales experience.
You are based in EMEA and able to travel 20% of the time.
Bonus if you
Have built and shipped AI-powered or agentic applications, ideally with the AI SDK.
Speak both German and French.
Have run certification, training, or enablement programs at scale.
Have experience with composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics) common in partner-delivered projects.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

What this role actually is
This is a hands-on operational role. Your customers are our employees. The work is a mix of live support, access administration, endpoint and MDM management, onboarding and offboarding, equipment logistics, and documentation, plus improving those processes so the same problems stop coming back.
You will own requests end-to-end rather than passing them along, work directly with non-technical colleagues, and handle several things at once on a busy day. Routine service work is a permanent part of the job, not a temporary phase before something else.
Key Responsibilities
- Own employee IT requests end-to-end: prioritize by impact and urgency, keep people informed, resolve, document, and prevent recurrence.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access across Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub, and AWS, applying least privilege.
- Run IT onboarding and offboarding: accounts provisioned on day one, access revoked promptly on exit, devices recovered.
- Prepare, configure, and maintain macOS and Windows workstations through MDM: policies, software deployment, patching, encryption, and recovery.
- Own IT equipment procurement, delivery, returns, and inventory accuracy for employees across supported locations, including international shipping and vendor coordination.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and SaaS issues methodically: reproduce, isolate, verify.
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge-base articles, and asset records so support does not depend on one person being online.
- Reduce repetitive work through practical scripting and automation, and improve support processes without weakening security controls.
- Enforce IT security and access policies; recognize and escalate suspicious activity and access gaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, Service Desk, or system administration, with personal ownership of the areas above (not adjacent exposure while other teams handled them).
- Practical experience supporting macOS in a production employee environment.
- Hands-on MDM administration (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud, Hexnode, or similar): enrollment, policies, software deployment, compliance.
- Administration of Google Workspace, plus at least two of: Atlassian, GitHub access management, or cloud IAM (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Demonstrated ownership of access lifecycle - joiners, movers, leavers - including approval flows and least-privilege practice.
- Experience with equipment provisioning, inventory, and remote/international delivery.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) and endpoint security basics (encryption, EDR, MFA/SSO).
- Experience working in a ticketing system with SLAs, and maintaining written documentation.
- Ability to handle a high volume of concurrent requests, interruptions, and difficult support situations while communicating calmly and clearly.
- At least one concrete example of automating or redesigning a repetitive support process, where you can explain your own contribution and the measurable outcome.
- Ukrainian: fluent. English: B1 or higher — enough to support colleagues, write tickets, and maintain documentation in an international company.
Nice to Have
- Scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Apple Business Manager, Zero-Touch / automated device deployment.
- Experience with VPN, LDAP, or ZTNA solutions.
- Exposure to ISO 27001 / SOC 2 processes or security audits.
- Interest in security topics (access control, endpoint security, Zero Trust).
- iGaming industry experience.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Apple, or similar).
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Unlimited Paid Sick Leave
- Remote & Flexible Working
- Private Medical Insurance
- Financial Support for Life Events
- Professional Development Budget
- International Exposure
- Regular Company Events
*Benefits may vary depending on location and contractual agreement
Recruiting Process
- HR Interview
- Technical Interview
- Final Interview

About the Job:
Feature management and experimentation have converged into a single market, and the buying dynamic at the top has shifted. Engineering teams are no longer the sole evaluator — data scientists and data-focused PMs now carry equal weight on the largest deals. The bar for statistical depth, warehouse ergonomics, and experiment-first workflows is rising quickly.
In traditional experimentation we have built the foundation: a trusted runtime control plane, a growing experimentation engine, and early warehouse-native capabilities. We are winning lower-maturity buyers at healthy rates. We are not yet consistently winning the most sophisticated data organizations. Closing that gap is the job.
In AI experimentation, we have an early lead: the AI-native tooling category has invested in evaluation and conceded production experimentation, and we already have the primitives (statistical significance, multi-armed bandits, experiment-aware guardrails) that no AI-native competitor ships. Extending that lead is the other half of the job.
This leader will own whether LaunchDarkly becomes the definitive experimentation platform in an AI-accelerated world.
Responsibilities:
Own the Experimentation pillar.
Direct leadership of the Product team. Partner with Engineering and Design counterparts in a triad model. Accountable for the pillar's strategy, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes. Make the investment case across the in-product experimentation experience, the warehouse-native analysis layer, and the infrastructure that scales them.
Make experimentation the measurement layer of the AI SDLC.
Partner with our AI product, observability, and core feature management leaders to productize the capabilities we already have as AI-native primitives. Build a closed loop from offline evaluation through production experiments, to automatic promotion and rollback, to a self-improving feedback loop for agents.
Win the high-maturity buyer.
Earn the technical confidence of senior data scientists and data-focused PMs. Decide what statistical depth, warehouse coverage, and experiment-first workflow capabilities are non-negotiable, and get them shipped on a timeline that wins pivotal reference deals.
Make warehouse-native a weapon.
Expand coverage across major data warehouses and query layers. Deliver parity on analysis-only mode, variance reduction, ratio and percentile metrics, exposure validation, and arbitrary-window analysis.
Operate a high-performing function.
Run a disciplined roadmap, ship predictably against quarterly commitments, drive AI-assisted engineering productivity inside the org, and hire where gaps exist.
Be the external face of the category.
Credibly represent the product with Data scientists, PMs, experimenters, analysts, and partners. Translate the strategy to the field and equip sales to win head-to-head.
How you'll be measured:
Win rate on experimentation-involved deals, especially head-to-head competitive evaluations — step change in the first year, sustained improvement thereafter.
Reference-grade customers at the top of the maturity curve, including named strategic logos.
Monthly active customers and active-account ARR growth against plan.
Experimentation attach rate on new and expansion enterprise deals.
Engineering throughput — roadmap delivery velocity and AI-assisted development adoption inside the function.
Qualifications:
Senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with a track record of owning a product line that competes on statistical rigor and data infrastructure.
Deep, operator-level fluency in experimentation methodology: causal inference, variance reduction, ratio metrics, sequential testing, exposure design, multi-armed bandits, and composite/multi-objective metrics — and the realities of running these at scale against production data warehouses and against non-deterministic systems where output variance, not just user variance, drives sample-size and significance decisions.
Has earned credibility with data science leaders and experimentation specialists at sophisticated organizations — and can recruit them.
Has led a function that includes engineering, design, and data science. Comfortable setting a multi-quarter roadmap, championing investment allocation, and reporting results to an executive team and board.
Clear, direct communicator. Decides fast with incomplete information. Prefers shipping and learning to requirements documents.
Opinionated about where experimentation is going in an AI-native world — and specifically, how agents and autonomous systems will use experimentation infrastructure differently than human teams do.
Preferred Qualifications:
You have built or scaled experimentation at an organization where it was core infrastructure, not a secondary analytics capability.
You have personally won competitive evaluations where a sophisticated data-science organization was the deciding voice.
You have shipped warehouse-native data products and understand the operational realities of running experiments directly against customer data infrastructure.
You see experimentation as how software teams prove that any change — whether built by a person or an AI agent — actually worked. That evidence layer is core infrastructure, not a reporting afterthought.

Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to help build Qdrant's enterprise pipeline. You'll report directly to our Enterprise sales leaders and work side by side with them on the accounts that matter most to our growth.
This isn't a role where you'll just work a list. You'll run both inbound and outbound motions, and you'll operate strategically inside key accounts to help identify and drive expansion opportunities alongside the Enterprise team. You'll be a first line of contact for engineering and AI leaders evaluating vector search infrastructure, so a genuine curiosity about how production AI systems are built matters here.

Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
