About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Developers and enterprises build on Claude through the Claude Platform. Our models are getting exponentially more intelligent, and our APIs and developer tools need to evolve just as quickly so developers can take advantage of that intelligence safely.
We're hiring Engineering Managers to lead teams that build these APIs and developer tools. We are shipping APIs and infrastructure for building and running agents in production. These APIs ship alongside SDKs, docs, and tooling that developers (and agents!) utilize in order to build high quality integrations. These abstractions are backed by our identity, verification, and trust platform, which lets us scale access to Claude responsibly.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health
Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need
Talk to customers directly and turn what you learn into engineering priorities
Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows
Work closely with Research, Safeguards, Security, and go-to-market teams to bring new model capabilities to developers safely
Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers
Minimum qualifications
You have experience managing high-performing software engineering teams shipping developer products, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
You're product-minded and customer-oriented. You care about who uses what your team builds, and you've shaped roadmaps alongside product partners
You've built and scaled distributed systems in production, and you have the technical depth required to guide architecture and API design
You've led teams that ship quickly and hold a high quality bar
You collaborate well across functions and can align teams you don't manage
You care about Anthropic's mission and about developing AI safely
Preferred qualifications
Experience building agent infrastructure or products on top of LLMs
Experience with identity, verification, access control, or trust and safety systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Salmon Bank
Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., the banking arm of Salmon Group Ltd., is a technology-driven challenger bank in the Philippines operating under a BSP license. We combine the trust of a licensed institution with the speed and convenience of a modern financial product. Work within regulated financial infrastructure, where product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience are closely connected.
The Role
We are building our MSME lending business from the ground up and are looking for an experienced Underwriting Lead to design and own the credit function. This is a hands-on builder role — you will not inherit a finished framework. You will design it, document it, and develop the team that runs it. If you have built underwriting functions before and want to do it again in a fast-moving, BSP-regulated fintech environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Design and document the end-to-end MSME underwriting framework: credit policy, risk appetite, scoring methodology, and delegation of authority matrix
• Define and standardize credit assessment criteria for business term loans, with extensibility to revolving credit lines and cash flow-based products
• Establish approval workflows, escalation paths, and documentation standards for credit decisions
• Coach and develop the local underwriting team, building internal capability to operate independently
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Product to ensure underwriting standards meet BSP regulatory requirements
• Review and sign off on credit decisions during the framework build-out phase
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of MSME/SME credit underwriting experience, ideally in SEA or emerging market banking or fintech
• Prior experience building or rebuilding underwriting functions and processes from scratch
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow-based lending, and collateral assessment
• Familiarity with BSP regulations and Philippine lending compliance standards
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are still being shaped
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to coach junior underwriters and collaborate across teams
Why Join Us
• Be part of building MSME lending in a BSP-licensed digital bank from the ground up
• Work within a regulated financial infrastructure with the agility of a startup
• Competitive compensation and benefits including HMO on Day 1
• Collaborative and international team environment
• BGC, Taguig headquarters

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As of May 2026, Claude authored
more than 80% of the code we merge
. In September 2026, we merged more than
30,000 changes per day
. Writing a change is fast now, and the hard part is knowing what is correct and safe to ship. Platform Acceleration builds the internal tools that close that gap for Anthropic's product engineers, who own the Claude API, our SDKs, and the rest of the Claude Platform. We work like a small product team whose customers are other Anthropic engineers.
We're looking for Staff+ engineers with a strong background in backend or infrastructure who care about developer experience and have built tools other engineers rely on. We prefer candidates who can work from our San Francisco office, and we'll also consider candidates based in Seattle.
What you'll do
Design, build, and operate the tools that help product teams ship faster
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area, and make sure its hardest problems get solved, by you or through others
Define what it means to trust a change, especially changes written by Claude, and build the tooling that holds the bar throughout the software development lifecycle
Build agents that take on repetitive engineering work, such as diagnosing failures, fixing broken tests, and running migrations
Embed with partner teams to find their biggest sources of friction, validate a solution with them, and turn the fix into a product other teams can adopt
Move between building new tools and improving the shared systems that teams already depend on, as priorities shift
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience building and operating backend services or infrastructure in production, in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript
Deep experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems
Experience leading large, complex technical projects across teams, from an ambiguous problem to a solution developers adopt
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience supporting internal partner teams
Interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications:
Experience at a startup or on a similarly small team, taking a product from zero to one and talking directly to your users
Substantial experience with agents that do engineering or other technical work
Experience building widely adopted CLI tools, developer-facing services, GitHub automation, or open source developer tools
Experience measuring developer productivity and using the data to decide what to build
A point of view on how software engineering changes as agents write more of the code
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join the Deal Desk team within our Revenue Operations function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we structure, price, and close business globally — partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to turn deals into signed revenue.
You will lead the quote-to-contract execution cycle for our global sales team while helping build the systems, processes, and playbooks that scale a world-class Deal Desk. As the organization continues through a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone who wants to shape the function rather than inherit it — bringing structure to ambiguity, modernizing how deals get done, and raising the bar for commercial excellence.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk, and is preferably based in a hybrid capacity out of our London office, working standard US business hours.
What you'll do
Deal Management — Own the day-to-day deal review and closing process end to end, including deal approvals, deal structuring, and quote configuration within Vercel CPQ, ensuring every deal is executed accurately and on time.
Commercialization & Execution — Drive deal execution in close partnership with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, Product, and Pricing. Design, build, and continuously optimize the sales and deal processes that bring new pricing, packaging, and product launches to market.
Trusted Advisor — Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Sales organization, providing deal guidance and operational support. Approach complex, non-standard deals with creativity and sound judgment, developing practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
Revenue Integrity — Act as the gatekeeper of data hygiene and opportunity data, partnering with GTM and Finance on audits for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Insights & Enablement — Analyze deal performance and market trends to develop new sales motions, deal levers, and training materials that increase sales velocity and reduce business risk, in partnership with the Pricing and Field Enablement teams.
Operational Excellence — Identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, and automate processes. Translate needs into clear business requirements and leverage AI and automation to scale.
What you need
4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote-to-cash, contract management, or a related Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function within the technology sector.
A proven record of partnering effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams to move complex deals forward.
Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
A collaborative team member who consistently delivers excellent sales support.
A resourceful self-starter with strong critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
You think naturally about operational implications and downstream impact.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and operate effectively amid change and ambiguity.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (or a comparable CPQ platform)
A track record of using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
Bonus if you
You’re located within London (HQ). We have offices for you to help build our office culture.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The London base pay range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About the Role
What you'll do
Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.
Collaborate on thumbnails and titles with an eye on click-through and retention.
Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
Requirements
What you bring
Must-haves
3+ years of professional video editing, with a portfolio showing both short-form and long-form work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects..
Hands-on experience generating video with Higgsfield AI, with examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted footage used in finished edits.
Proven experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and a clear understanding of how each platform's content differs.
A fast, repeatable workflow: you can show how you organize projects, use templates and presets, and ship multiple finished pieces per day.
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, story and sound; you know why one edit holds attention and another doesn't.
Clear written English for async communication, briefs and feedback.
Reliable high-speed internet, a capable editing machine and your own Adobe Creative Cloud license.
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for check-ins and fast revisions.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with other AI tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI features, Topaz).
Experience with brand, DTC, beauty, wellness or transformation/before-and-after content.
Thumbnail design skills for YouTube.
Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
Comfort reading organic analytics (retention curves, watch time, saves, shares) and editing toward them.
Experience with Frame.io and ClickUp or similar review and project tools.
Use Higgsfield AI to generate and extend shots, B-roll, product visuals, scene transitions and stylized effects that would be slow or costly to film.
Blend AI-generated assets seamlessly with live footage so the final piece feels on-brand, not obviously synthetic.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
Our client runs a fast-growing education and software business, and across their channels, his team and him, have built a platform of more than 1.5 million followers.
His job is to be the face of their content and to think about where the company goes next. That takes about forty hours a week of creating, plus long uninterrupted blocks for strategy. It leaves very little room for anything else.
Which is the problem. Projects need chasing. Follow-ups need sending. Hiring needs running. Reports need collecting. None of that happens on its own, and when he tries to do it, the content and the strategy suffer.
That is what this role is for. You'll protect his time, remove operational drag, and make sure the company actually executes.
The Role
A lot of roles with this title are a dead end: no access to the founder's inbox, no seat in the meetings, just a pile of disconnected projects nobody else wanted. If that is your experience of these jobs, he understands the scepticism.
This is not that. You will see his calendar, his inbox, his meetings, and his numbers. You will watch decisions get made in real time and understand why they went the way they did. Done properly, it is the fastest and most complete training in how to run a company that exists, which is why it comes with a defined path to
Chief of Staff over twelve to eighteen months.
The trade is simple, and he would rather be blunt about it. You get total context. In exchange, you do the work he genuinely does not want to do: the chasing, the reminding, the coordinating, the collecting, the repetitive things that protect my creative bandwidth.
If that trade sounds good to you, keep reading. If you want the access without the admin, this is not your role.
What You'll Own
Calendar, first and above everything else
Protect deep work blocks, batch meetings, enforce priorities
Turn a chaotic week into an intentional one that matches company goals
Gate my time, never my people. You are not a human shield and you will never intercept someone who should be talking to me directly
The follow-up engine
Action items, owners, due dates, reminders, escalation
Nothing dies in Slack, WhatsApp or email because somebody got busy
Draft messages, emails and internal updates so I can approve them fast
Project management and accountability across the company
Build and run the company operating system, whether that lives in Trello, Asana or Notion
Every project carries an owner, a deadline, a next action and a definition of done
Hold department leaders to what they committed to, including when that means a difficult conversation
Hiring operations
Run hiring end to end for key roles: an Organic Content Director, a Senior DR Copywriter, an Instagram Copywriter and others
Pipeline, scheduling, scorecards, assignments, Loom reviews, references
Keep it moving fast without dragging me into logistics
Content operations oversight
You will not create content. You will make sure it ships
Track weekly output, deadlines and approvals across YouTube, Instagram and email so I am not chasing anyone
Metrics and reporting
Collect and analyse the monthly P&L, maintain KPI dashboards, run the weekly reporting rhythm
Review payroll, which means you will know what everyone earns, and come back with specific recommendations on raises, comp structure, inefficiency and where we are carrying people we should not be
Projects that do not fit anywhere else
Sometimes real-world and operational, such as managing the build-out of a home studio in Puerto Rico
Sometimes unglamorous. A real example: three or four hours going line by line through my AMEX statement to find software we are overpaying for, then contacting each vendor to cancel. The right answer is to do it once, then automate it, delegate it or own it monthly
AI across the workflow
Using ChatGPT instead of Google is the floor, not the bar
You should be good enough that you are advising other department leaders on how to use AI in their own work
How you will be trained
Nobody performs on day one in this role, and I do not expect you to. Context is the whole job, and context takes time to build.
Weeks 1 to 4, shadowing.
You sit in on everything: calendar, meetings, comms, priorities. You build your own model of how I think, what I care about and how I decide. You start taking small things off my plate immediately, mostly scheduling, notes and action items.
Days 30 to 60, execution and systems.
You take over the follow-up engine and the task system. You run a short structured weekly planning session with me. You start managing hiring operations and cross-functional projects, and you begin enforcing owners and due dates.
Days 60 to 90, Office of the CEO.
You run the operating cadence: reporting, follow-ups, meeting prep. You own major initiatives. You are my execution arm while I focus on content and strategy.
Months 3 to 18, Chief of Staff track.
As trust and competence compound, the work shifts from execution toward leverage: planning rhythms, decision memos, cross-functional problem solving, running high-priority initiatives. This is performance-based, not automatic.
Requirements
Who this is for
You are an operator. You like execution, structure, and turning mess into order
You have extreme ownership. You anticipate rather than wait
You can make good calls without asking me for permission every day
You are comfortable in the background while I am the one on camera
You are discreet, because you will see everything
You write clearly and in detail
You enjoy running a tight system and holding people to it
Who this is not for
You want a strategy-only role where you bounce ideas around without touching admin or follow-up
You need constant direction, reassurance or step-by-step instruction. You are here to protect my time, not to collect free mentorship from me
You avoid conflict and cannot hold someone accountable when they are late or underperforming
You are uncomfortable with high access and high confidentiality
Unglamorous tasks offend you
Tools
Google Workspace, Slack, Trello or Asana, Calendly, Zoom, Loom.
Benefits
Remote work
Flexible hours
USD compensation around $3k-5k/month (negotiable but dependable on seniority)
Fast-track to Chief of Staff
What success looks like
Twenty or more hours a week of my time handed back within 60 to 90 days
He stops doing project management, follow-ups, appointment setting, internal chasing and hiring logistics
The weekly operating rhythm runs without me pushing it
Projects move faster, with fewer dropped balls
The company gets calmer and more accountable, not more chaotic

An overview of this role
As the Regional Director, Commercial Sales - LATAM, you'll lead a team of Commercial Account Executives to grow adoption of GitLab's artificial intelligence (AI)-powered DevSecOps platform, which brings together software development, security, and operations. You'll own software sales, bookings, and revenue across the region, helping new and existing customers increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce security and compliance risk.
You’ll also build a foundational operational discipline, including a defined sales cadence, a common methodology (MEDDPICC and Command of the Message) applied consistently across the team, and a partner strategy that multiplies regional coverage.
Reporting to the Area Vice President, LATAM, you'll hire and develop your team, set territory and industry strategies, and align regional sales plans with GitLab's growth goals. In your first year, you'll focus on building a strong team culture, deepening customer relationships across LATAM, and consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
What you'll do
Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Account Executives serving the LATAM market to deliver software sales, bookings, and revenue results.
Build territory and industry plans based on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends, and turn those plans into growth opportunities.
Establish that operating rhythm including qualification standards, pipeline hygiene, deal inspection, and forecast accuracy.
Own accurate sales forecasts, territory management plans, and regional growth strategies aligned with GitLab's revenue goals.
Establish, track, and report on team performance metrics, and address gaps through coaching and changes to regional plans.
Partner with Renewals, Marketing, and Sales Operations to manage pipeline health, renewal performance, and deal execution.
Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent, and maintain a pipeline of potential future hires in the region.
Build an inclusive, positive team culture through regular coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing development.
Enable your team on GitLab's product, pricing, AI-powered DevSecOps positioning, and industry and regulatory factors relevant to LATAM markets.
What you'll bring
Progressive experience in field sales and sales operations in open source software, DevOps, or a similar software-as-a-service environment. We welcome transferable leadership and regional sales experience from adjacent software markets.
Success leading and developing account-focused sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, pipeline, and other sales performance objectives.
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for LATAM, with a willingness to lead your team and participate directly in selling.
Commercial and analytical skills to interpret sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and use those insights to improve regional plans.
Practical experience using customer relationship management (CRM) and sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Clari, or Marketo, to manage forecasts, territories, and pipeline.
Relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, including executive-level written and verbal communication and the ability to mentor others.
Interest in open source and a commitment to GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

You'll join our Sales organization in the Commercial LATAM region. As an all-remote team, we collaborate across time zones using asynchronous workflows. We drive new and expansion revenue and partner with Renewals, Marketing, and Sales Operations to serve customers across LATAM.
