About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WorkOS has a strong bottom-up, developer-focused GTM motion. Our growth team sits at the center of it, running the campaigns, events, and demand programs that put WorkOS in front of technical buyers. As those programs have grown, so has the volume of work that makes them happen, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Generalist to own it.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work across campaign management, events, and content, taking programs from brief to live and getting the details right. One week that means running a developer event in San Francisco; the next, pulling together campaign assets. You'll get clear direction and real ownership.
This is a great fit if you like variety, move fast, and want to build range across every part of a growth function. You'll work directly with the Growth lead and partner closely with sales, design, and product. You don't need to have marketed to developers before, though it's a plus. What matters is that you come from a technical or B2B software environment where you understood what the product did and who was buying it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Events and Field Marketing: Support with logistics and execution of our developer events, conferences, and dinners, including venue and vendor coordination, invite and registration flows, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Project Management: Own timelines for creative assets and copy for growth programs (e.g. newsletter sponsorships), keeping designers and campaigns on schedule so deliverables are ready and submitted on time.
- Copy and Content: drafting variations of email copy, social posts, invites, and event materials, keeping it clear and on-brand for a technical audience
- Reporting: Track performance across programs and report on what worked, surfacing what we should do more or less of.
- Measurement & Tracking: A clean tracking foundation across UTMs and campaigns so we can confidently measure performance.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work with sales on event follow-up and pipeline handoff, and with design and product on assets and messaging.
- Continuous Learning: Build real knowledge of WorkOS products, our developer audience, and the AI-native companies we sell to.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: a marketing role at a B2B software or technology company, ideally one selling to a technical audience.
- Executional Strength: A track record of reliably shipping marketing work end to end, on time and with the details correct.
- Project Management: Run several programs at once, keep track of the moving pieces, and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Writing Ability: Clear writer who can adapt to a brand voice and write for a smart, skeptical, technical reader.
- Events Experience: Hands-on experience running or supporting events, from small dinners to conferences.
- Tooling: Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics.
- Domain Understanding: Enough technical context to understand what a developer tool does and why someone would buy it.
- Self-starter: Previous startup experience, particularly in high-growth PLG organizations.
- AI-Native: Hands-on experience building with AI-native tools, using LLMs, agents, and automation in your own marketing workflows.
- Bonus: Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, or API products.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
MinIO is looking for a senior partnership and business development executive to own a flagship strategic partnership end-to-end—commercially, operationally, and strategically—as it scales from initial agreement into a multi-year, multi-workstream engagement across the region's sovereign AI infrastructure landscape.
This is a high-visibility, single-account-depth role. You'll sit at the intersection of enterprise sales, channel/reseller strategy, and executive relationship management, with the credibility to operate comfortably at C-level on both sides.
What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day partnership relationship.
Act as the primary point of contact between MinIO and the partner's business and technical teams, keeping both sides aligned on commitments, priorities, and delivery milestones across the joint platform engagement.
Expand the commercial scope of the partnership.
Identify and negotiate opportunities to grow the relationship — new use cases, new regions, upsells, renewals, and expanded terms — building on the existing agreement.
Manage contract renewals and amendments.
Own the negotiation of contract renewals, amendments, and expanded commercial terms as the partnership evolves.
Build and maintain executive relationships.
Serve as the primary business point of contact for partner executives; keep leadership on both sides engaged and aligned on the health and direction of the partnership.
Drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Own quota or targets tied to pipeline and revenue generated through the partnership; work with sales to convert the relationship into closed business.
Run joint go-to-market execution.
Partner with marketing and sales to execute co-selling motions, joint offers, and campaigns — including reseller/channel activation — that activate the partnership commercially.
Manage ongoing partner operations.
Run recurring cadences with the partner — QBRs, roadmap syncs, escalation handling — and keep internal stakeholders informed of partnership status, risks, and commercial health.
Navigate reseller and channel dynamics.
Manage complexity across the partner ecosystem, ensuring commercial terms remain consistent with MinIO's broader channel strategy.
Translate partner needs into internal priorities.
Bring partner feedback and requirements back to product and engineering, and advocate for the resourcing needed to keep commitments on track — without owning the product roadmap yourself.
Track and report on partnership performance.
Define and report on KPIs for the partnership — pipeline generated, revenue closed, deployment milestones hit, and overall partnership health — to regional and global leadership.
Represent MinIO externally.
Represent MinIO alongside the partner at industry events (including flagship regional events such as LEAP), conferences, and executive briefings to strengthen the partnership's visibility in the market.
Your Skills and Experience
15–20 years of collective experience across sales, presales, channel/alliances, and business development, ideally within infrastructure, data, or AI/ML companies — with a meaningful portion of that in a strategic partnership or key-account ownership capacity.
Deep, demonstrated familiarity with the Saudi Arabia enterprise technology and sovereign-AI/government-adjacent ecosystem — national AI infrastructure initiatives and the broader Vision 2030 digital infrastructure landscape.
A track record of managing and growing an existing strategic partnership at scale — expanding scope, renewing and amending contracts, and increasing revenue over multi-year horizons.
Comfort owning commercial terms and contract negotiations directly (MSAs, NFRs, exclusivity, revenue share, reseller structures), with support from legal as needed.
Strong working knowledge of object storage, data infrastructure, or AI/ML ecosystems — enough to speak credibly with technical stakeholders on topics like sovereign AI infrastructure, inference/training data pipelines, and platform architecture, even though this is not a hands-on technical role.
Demonstrated success managing a partner relationship that drove measurable pipeline or revenue growth over time.
Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills — fully comfortable in the room with C-level partners and government-adjacent stakeholders.
Experience with co-selling motions, joint go-to-market execution, channel/reseller management, and partner enablement.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with a professional communication style suited to the Gulf enterprise and government context.
Based in Riyadh; willing to travel regionally to partner sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Support team is at the heart of Attio’s customer experience — maintaining an exceptional 98% CSAT average over the past six months. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to clarity, care, and quality.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted voice of Attio to our customers — helping them solve problems, unlock value, and feel supported every step of the way. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, share product best practices, and act as the customer’s advocate across teams.
This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves getting into the details, and finds genuine satisfaction in turning a complex issue into a seamless experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the standards that make our customers love Attio — and help us set a new benchmark for excellence in B2B SaaS support.
This is Attio’s first hire in the APAC region, offering a unique opportunity to help establish our presence in Australia. As such, we’re looking for a self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical and operational processes that keep our customers successful. You’ll combine empathy, product expertise, and clear communication to deliver best-in-class support.
Customer support excellence: Provide fast, high-quality support across email, chat, and video, maintaining strong CSAT and meeting SLAs across APAC hours.
Advanced technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Attio’s API (REST payloads, authentication, error handling), webhooks, SDKs, and integrations — identifying root causes rather than surface-level fixes.
Multi-system debugging: Investigate issues spanning Attio and third-party platforms, interpreting logs, error outputs, and system behaviours to triage effectively before escalating to Engineering.
Automation & workflow support: Advise on and troubleshoot customer-built automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), diagnosing failures and recommending improvements, while supporting equivalent builds within Attio’s native workflows.
AI & integrations support: Troubleshoot MCP server connections and support customers integrating Attio into AI-powered workflows and toolchains.
Autonomous regional ownership: Act as the primary technical support contact for APAC, independently managing a wide range of queries — from foundational product questions to complex technical investigations.
Customer advocacy: Surface recurring issues, patterns, and product feedback from the APAC region, acting as the voice of the customer to Support, Product, and Engineering.
Process and knowledge improvement: Contribute to Help Center content, internal documentation, and support workflows, continuously improving how we operate.
Product mastery: Build deep expertise in Attio’s product, APIs, and integrations, staying ahead of new features to support customers with confidence.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed problem solver who combines technical curiosity with empathy and a love for helping others succeed.
Proven experience: 2+ years in a technical support or customer support role within SaaS, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong technical depth: Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and workflows; comfortable working with logs, debugging issues, and understanding system behaviour.
Automation experience: Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n — either supporting customers or building automations directly.
AI & modern tooling curiosity: Experience with AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.
Independent operator: Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and managing complex issues without constant oversight.
Excellent communication: Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
Customer empathy: Strong instinct for understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Curiosity and initiative: Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
Collaborative mindset: Works effectively with Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is building the Forward Deployed Engineering team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Technical Deployment Leads (TDLs) and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) embed with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. Our delivery model pairs two roles: FDEs own the technical artifact, and TDLs own the engagement end to end, from statement of work (SOW) through production deployment.
As a Manager of Technical Deployment in EMEA, you lead a team of TDLs embedded with strategic customers. You own engagement portfolio health across your team, set the bar for delivery quality, and define where we play: which customers and which use cases are ready for production AI today. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation across the region. This role is based in London.
This is a player-coach role. You need to be credible in architecture conversations with a customer's engineering leads and equally comfortable in front of executive sponsors. You will also lead the most complex engagements yourself when the stakes call for it. Most of your impact will come through the people you hire and the standard you hold them to. You won't write production code, but you will pressure-test the technical decisions your TDL team makes with FDEs.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in engagements across EMEA. Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence, and run the interview loop that holds that bar.
Manage each TDL directly: regular 1:1s, clear expectations, direct feedback, and a growth plan. Build a bench that runs engagements well without you in the room.
Define the delivery strategy for your portfolio: which kinds of companies we engage, which use cases we prioritize, and how that differs by market and industry. Hold each TDL accountable for a clear account strategy: what we want to achieve with the customer and the exit gates that tell us we got there.
Own portfolio health across your team. Track which engagements are on track, at risk, or closing out, and intervene early when delivery drifts. Run engagement quality reviews with your team.
Own customer outcomes across the portfolio. Hold the executive relationship with customer sponsors, run steering committees, and represent Anthropic with senior business, risk, legal, and engineering leaders.
Make the staffing call for each engagement. Work with FDE managers to match TDLs and engineers to each customer, and adjust as scope changes.
Lead the most complex engagements yourself. Take the TDL seat when engagement size, regulatory exposure, or organizational complexity calls for it, from SOW through production deployment.
Set the bar for delivery excellence: SOW quality, MVP scoping, and value measurement. Ensure every engagement has a defensible impact story.
Build regulatory requirements into how the team scopes and delivers, working with Legal, Security, and customer risk functions, so compliance shapes the plan from the start rather than blocking it late.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks across the team. Turn what works in the field into delivery infrastructure that lets the practice scale, and adapt global playbooks to EMEA markets.
Partner with Sales to qualify engagements, shape scope, and inform SOWs. Partner with Marketing and Sales on EMEA go-to-market materials, reference cases, and positioning.
Run the team's operating rhythm: engagement reviews, knowledge-sharing, and escalation support, and feed the wider post-sales cadence and dashboards. Set team goals tied to customer outcomes.
Bring the field back to Anthropic. Surface delivery lessons and emerging use cases from EMEA to Product and Research, and represent the region in leadership discussions.
Consistently uphold Anthropic's values as you lead your team. TDLs should be strong representatives of Anthropic's culture as they work within customer environments.
Travel to customer sites across EMEA (25–50% expected), with occasional travel to the US.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, whether you came up as a founder, engineer, data scientist, or researcher and moved into deployments, with at least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
Have a track record of building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments across more than one EMEA market, ideally including embedded or forward-deployed teams working at client sites.
Have delivered AI/ML or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Bring depth in at least one industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare and life sciences). You understand how security, compliance, and regulatory review shape what ships, and you can speak credibly with a CIO, a chief risk officer, and a head of engineering.
Know the EMEA enterprise landscape: how buying and procurement differ across markets, and how regulatory requirements affect what customers can deploy.
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and judge whether a proposed agent design is realistic.
Have experience with value-based scoping, including TCO/ROI quantification and post-deployment impact measurement.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists. You have built a team, practice, or function from an early stage.
Have executive presence: polished, credible, and concise with senior leaders in high-stakes settings, and just as effective in a hands-on engagement review with your team.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences. Working proficiency in a second European language such as German or French is a plus.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About VALD
VALD is the world leader in technology for the allied health industry, providing innovative human-measurement technology to over 13,000 clients in over 150 countries. If you have a favourite team in the NBA, EPL, or NFL, there’s a good chance they use VALD Technologies.
Since its humble beginnings in 2015 in Brisbane, Australia, VALD has grown to a team of over 400 people in over 35 countries, with five offices across four continents.
Driven by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, sports scientists, designers, developers and engineers, VALD’s suite of systems offers unparalleled insight into human movement, performance, injury risk and rehabilitation.
About the role
The Payroll Manager is responsible for accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery across VALD’s business, including in Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and for the employee lifecycle administration that sits alongside it. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Finance, Legal and IT teams, the role is VALD’s payroll subject matter expert and the first point of contact for payroll delivery, compliance, systems and providers. Payroll at VALD is a deadline-driven, zero-error function: people get paid the right amount on the right day, statutory obligations are met on time, and the numbers reconcile back to the ledger.
The role is predominantly payroll but it also owns the accurate and timely onboarding and offboarding of team members globally. That work is process driven rather than ad hoc: a defined checklist and workflow for every new starter and every exit, run the same way each time, so nothing depends on memory or goodwill. This means you will be one of the first people who new team members meet, and will be motivated to make people feel welcome.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership rather than purely a processing role. You will run the payroll calendar end to end, maintain the controls that keep VALD audit-ready, and work with the payroll providers and platforms that sit underneath it. Alongside that, you will draft contracts from approved templates, set team members up in the relevant systems on day one, and close them out cleanly when they leave.
VALD is scaling quickly, so this is a chance to help build a global payroll and people-operations function rather than inherit a finished one: you will have input into provider selection, help design the controls and support new countries coming online, working directly with the CFO. The role has one direct report — an experienced payroll team member who already works across VALD’s global employee payroll systems, so you inherit real capability and continuity from day one.
What you will do
Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across all relevant jurisdictions, including inputs, calculations, adjustments, approvals and reconciliations, and resolve payroll queries from employees and managers.
Own payroll compliance in every country: payroll tax, superannuation, pension, social security and PAYG equivalents, regulatory filings, year-end obligations and employer registrations.
Configure and maintain payroll settings, including minimum wage and statutory pay-rate changes, award rates, leave accruals and balances, benefit deductions and employer contributions.
Manage pay, title and incentive changes, workers’ compensation and statutory leave payments, and terminations, severance and final pay, with correct tax treatment.
Maintain payroll controls, records and audit readiness, and escalate compliance risks, suspected underpayments or misapplied entitlements.
Coordinate payroll providers, consultants and platforms, and support payroll setup in new countries and entities, including employer of record (EOR) setup.
Fund and reconcile pay runs across multiple currencies, and support Finance with payroll reporting, cost analysis, accruals and month-end.
Run onboarding and offboarding to a defined workflow and checklist — drafting contracts and variation letters from approved templates, setting team members up in all relevant systems, and closing out access and final entitlements on exit — and keep improving that process.
Lead and mentor your direct report, and document and learn procedures so that you can support/be backup for the payroll and onboarding during leave and peak periods.
About you
You will have 4+ years of experience including:
At least two years running end-to-end payroll cycles and statutory payroll obligations for a multi-jurisdiction employer.
Technical depth in at least one jurisdiction’s statutory payroll framework (for example Australian PAYG, superannuation and award interpretation, or US federal and state withholding and 401(k)), with the ability to learn new jurisdictions rather than relying on a provider to interpret the rules for you.
Experience building or strengthening payroll controls — documented processes, evidenced approvals, reconciliations and audit readiness — and managing payroll providers, consultants or platforms.
Experience administering employee lifecycle processes for a multi-country workforce: onboarding, contract generation from templates, system setup and offboarding.
A process-driven mindset, with experience leading or coaching a payroll team member.
Standing up payroll in a new country or entity, migrating payroll between providers, or a recognised payroll qualification, will be highly regarded.
Meticulous, highly organised and discreet with confidential pay data, with sound judgment on when to escalate.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain a pay slip clearly to an employee who requires guidance.
What success looks like
This role is judged on outcomes, not activity. In the first twelve months, success looks like:
Every pay run in every country lands on the right day for the right amount, with payroll errors and out-of-cycle payments rare and falling each quarter.
Within 90 days, you can explain the end-to-end process, controls and statutory calendar for each country VALD pays in, and you have identified the three most material control or process gaps.
The payroll control environment is documented and evidenced — processes, approvals, reconciliations and retention — so an internal or external audit can be supported without a scramble.
Year-end and statutory obligations are met on time in every country, without rework or late filings.
Providers are managed against service levels rather than chased, and system or process changes are delivered without disrupting a pay run.
Every new starter is contracted, set up in all relevant systems and paid correctly from their first day, and every exit is processed on time with access removed and final entitlements closed out — all evidenced against a standard process.
Payroll and onboarding can run with limited involvement from you, and Finance can rely on what it receives: procedures are documented, a backup is trained, and reporting, accruals and cost analysis arrive on schedule and reconciled to the ledger.
