ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale our Commercial Partners Programme in Southern Latam — bringing together resellers, systems integrators, and consulting firms who help deploy ElevenLabs' technology to their clients across the Southern Latam market.
You'll own the reseller, integrator, and consulting partner strategy end-to-end — from building relationships with leading SIs, consultancies, and resellers, to onboarding, enabling, and activating them to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products.
This is a 0→1 build: you'll design and pilot partner incentive and enablement models, generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities, and scale the programme against regional growth targets, while owning day-to-day execution and partner performance.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 6–9 MONTHS)
- Partner-Sourced & Influenced Revenue: closed-won ARR through GSIs, RSIs, cloud providers, VARs, and technology partners reaching at least 20% of regional revenue
- Partner-Sourced Pipeline: qualified pipeline created through partners, with a focus on enterprise opportunities in target industries
- Revenue-Producing Partners: number of partners actively generating pipeline, opportunities, or revenue each quarter
- Time-to-First Revenue: speed from partner onboarding to first sourced opportunity and first closed-won deal
- Strategic Account Penetration: new enterprise accounts and executive relationships unlocked through partners that ElevenLabs would've struggled to access directly
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years building and scaling an in-country SaaS/Cloud solution, with a strong network you can leverage from day one
- 4+ years owning RSI, GSI, and hyperscaler partnerships, with proven experience driving joint account planning, co-sell, and revenue — not just relationship management
- A builder mindset — experience creating partner motions from 0→1, rather than inheriting a mature programme
- Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products, and able to explain complex concepts to partners and customers
- Based in Buenos Aires
Bonus: Mix of 3-4 years in sales + 3-4 years in partnerships/alliances; mix of 3-4 years at a large company + 3-4 years at a smaller/less established company

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer to join the Device Trust team and help us improve the reliability and operational excellence of the systems behind the Device Trust authentication service. This is a software engineering role with a strong reliability focus. You will write and maintain production code, improve how our services are operated, and help make a critical applications path safer, more observable, and easier to evolve.
Device Trust authentication is an important component of our customers’ authentication flows, helping organizations make device posture part of their access decisions. Because it sits directly in that path, reliability is a first-class engineering concern. The service is already relied upon by customers every day, and in this role you’ll help us continue raising the bar through stronger resilience, observability, operational practices, and safe evolution of the system.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience working with backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), distributed systems, or other software where reliability and availability matter.
- Take ownership of scoped problems from investigation through implementation and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (Rails).
- Use observability tools to understand system health and investigate issues; experience with Datadog is valuable.
- Care about testing, maintainability, and clarity in both code and documentation.
- Communicate clearly by sharing progress, raising blockers early, and helping stakeholders understand outcomes.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with or exposure to Kubernetes.
- Experience with Datadog.
- Experience with Terraform.
What you can expect:
- Build and improve the services that power Device Trust.
- Improve the reliability, observability, and operability of production systems through software, automation, and thoughtful engineering practices.
- Work across application code, service dependencies, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment systems, and operational tooling.
- Help establish safer ways to make and validate changes to critical systems.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident learning, turning operational lessons into lasting improvements.
- Partner with engineers across Device Trust, Platform, Security, and other teams to identify risks, reduce operational friction, and improve the customer experience.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

Life at Airalo · United Kingdom: https://airalo-public.notion.site/life-at-airalo-united-kingdom
What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business

Workplace: none
About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Chief of Staff to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
Be the glue across the company, the heart of the role:
Run the leadership rhythm.
Prepare the weekly leadership sync, write down what was decided, and follow up every action until it is done.
Know what every team is doing.
Spot work that falls between teams and either fix it or get someone to own it.
Turn priorities into plans.
Take the CEO's priorities and turn them into plans with an owner, a date and a one-line weekly status.
Unblock decisions.
Bring each open decision to the right person with the facts and a recommendation, so nothing waits for weeks.
Own what has no owner.
When something lands with no obvious home, it comes to you.
Finance, about 40% of your time
Own the financial model.
Update it monthly, or weekly when needed. Build scenarios such as a fundraise, a cash view next to the accrual view, and unit economics like LTV:CAC and renewal curves.
Run the monthly close
with our external accountant. Review the numbers, catch errors before they reach the books, and report actuals against budget to the leadership team.
Get us ready to raise.
Prepare the finance and reporting for investors and the board, so we are ready for the next fundraise.
Run tax and entity admin
across our UK, US and UAE entities, with outside advisers: VAT returns, US tax and transfer pricing.
Manage vendor spend.
Approve and pay invoices, negotiate the big contracts (payments, cloud, analytics, AI providers) and track every renewal date.
Look after equity admin:
option grants and the cap table, with our lawyers.
Compliance and legal
Run the compliance programme
with our engineering lead: ISO 27001 and SOC 2, the yearly audits, policies and evidence.
Support enterprise deals.
Work with the B2B team on security questionnaires, data processing agreements and contract reviews.
Keep the company in order:
contracts, board consents and minutes, visas and entity filings, with our lawyers and people team.
Strategic projects
Take big bets from idea to launch:
new markets, new distribution platforms and large partnerships.
Spot opportunities nobody owns,
such as an award, a partnership or a market, and move them without being asked.
Run one-off projects
for the CEO and the leadership team: research, business cases, incentive plans and process fixes.
What are we looking for from you:
A finance background.
Investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance. This is not optional.
Strong financial modelling.
You can build and run a company model from scratch, and explain it to people who do not work in finance.
Proactive.
You see what needs doing and do it before anyone asks. We value this trait above all others.
Autonomous.
You make decisions on your own, with incomplete information, and you are comfortable with ambiguity.
A clear writer.
We work async, so most of your influence will happen in writing.
Low ego.
You do the unglamorous tasks as well as the strategic ones, and you see them as the way to learn the business.
Built for startup pace.
Urgent turnarounds and changing priorities do not throw you. You would rather ship, learn and fix than wait for perfect.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options

Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team and lead compensation for our international locations as Anthropic builds out its global presence. This role will support our international org on the strategy, design and execution of Anthropic's compensation programs, adapting a global framework to markets that work differently. It is a great fit for someone who has seen compensation excellence at scale and has operated in rapidly scaling, high-ambiguity environments with evolving scope.

Support Anthropic's overall compensation framework, including salary, variable compensation and equity-based programs, and adapt it for local market practice, legal requirements, and competitive dynamics while keeping a consistent global philosophy
Operate as a strategic compensation business partner to international leadership, People Partners, and recruiting, building relationships and context to navigate ambiguous problems and recommend solutions tailored to Anthropic's unique needs
Own comp cycle execution end-to-end for international employees, including local market benchmarking, budget modeling, currency considerations, manager enablement, edge-case resolution, and exec-ready rollups, in partnership with the broader Total Rewards team
Navigate complex international regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with local pay and employment requirements across markets, including works councils, statutory pay and benefits requirements, pay transparency obligations, and country-specific equity and tax considerations, in close partnership with Legal and Equity
Build and maintain international benchmarking methodology
Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to People Partners, managers and leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations across regions
Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership, translating complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations
Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable processes that enable consistent, high-quality compensation decision-making across the organization
Develop and deliver enablement on our compensation philosophy and programs across Anthropic for your business stakeholders
You may be a good fit if you:
Have deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high-growth environment, with direct experience across multiple countries or regions
Have a strong working knowledge of international compensation practices and the regulatory landscape across key markets, including works councils and pay transparency requirements
Have experience localizing global compensation programs
Excel at collaborating across time zones with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
Have strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on ambiguously-scoped projects and taking ownership to deliver great results
Thrive in strategic thinking while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution and detailed analysis
Are an exceptional communicator, particularly in writing
Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong candidates may also:
Speak languages relevant to our international markets (fluency in German, French, Japanese, or other languages is a plus)
Have supported a US-headquartered company through rapid international expansion

We partner closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Design to turn creator and fan data into features creators use every day.
About the Role
As a Backend Engineer on the team, you will build and own the services, APIs, and data flows behind creator insights. You will bring a strong backend foundation and the curiosity to work in the data layer: designing data models, building and maintaining pipelines and jobs, and making sure the data creators see is correct, fast, and reliable. You will work across the stack from ingestion to the product surface, and take on work that today depends heavily on Data Engineering.
In this role you will:
- Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs that serve creator insights at scale.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, jobs, and models that feed insights features, in partnership with Data Engineering.
- Improve data quality, monitoring, and performance so creators can trust what they see.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to turn ambiguous questions into well-scoped solutions.
- Drive technical design, write well-tested and maintainable code, and mentor teammates.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years or 5+ years of experience in backend software development, building production services and APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language, with good engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring).
- Strong SQL skills and experience designing and optimizing relational data models (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with data-intensive work, such as batch or streaming pipelines, scheduled jobs, event logging, or serving analytical data (e.g. Airflow, Spark, Kafka / Kinesis, dbt, a data lake or warehouse).
- Care about data accuracy and reliability, including idempotency, backfills, and handling late or duplicate data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering with product, design, and data teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with data quality, lineage, or observability tooling.
- Experience building customer-facing analytics, reporting, or insights features.
- Familiarity with metric design and data modeling for analytics and experimentation.
- Familiarity with Elastic Search or OLAP
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually
Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
What you Will Do:
- Own and prioritize the Mobile SDK product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical requirements, and engineering capacity.
- Translate product and developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable priorities for the engineering team.
- Drive feature delivery from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with Android, iOS, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, developers, and internal teams to identify integration pain points and opportunities to improve the SDK and developer experience.
- Support SDK releases and rollouts, including release planning, documentation, adoption tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Use product data, SDK telemetry, and feedback to measure outcomes, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the Mobile SDK platform.
Who You Are:
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. (Bonus points if you have a background in ad-tech or Mobile/SDKs)
- You aren't expected to write code, but you are right at home discussing SDK architecture. You grasp the fundamentals and differences between iOS and Android, empowering you to have meaningful debates with the development team and properly weigh technical debt against business value.
- You have a proven track record of leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to drive product strategy. You know exactly how to define clear success metrics, analyze KPIs, and confidently pivot based on what the data tells you.
- You are a digital native who speaks the language of both business and engineering fluidly. You excel at closing the gap, aligning what the business envisions with what the technology can actually execute.
- You take deep ownership of your product. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and making the objective calls needed to balance incoming business requests with the long-term technical integrity of the platform.
- You possess concise, direct communication skills. You know how to align, motivate, and guide interdisciplinary teams, cultivating a thriving and collaborative environment even as project requirements evolve.

Workplace: OnSite
Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com will grow you faster than you expect - the deals, the pace, and the people demand it. If you've ever felt a role never let you show what you're truly capable of, this is the opposite problem: meaningful deals with some of the UK's and the world's biggest brands, real autonomy, and no ceiling on what you can take on.
You'll join the Solutions team in London and own the technical side of deals from first conversation to go-live. Pre-sale, you're front and centre: positioning the platform, building demos and POCs, winning over the merchant's engineers and architects while your Account Executive drives the commercial thread. Once the deal is ready, the weight shifts: our Implementation Engineers lead the build and you stay close, so your designs survive contact with reality.
You'll work on a modern, fast-moving platform with docs that answer your questions, alongside one of the strongest commercial teams in payments.
People who do well here are curious by default: they pull threads, teach themselves what the job needs next, and act before anyone asks. If that's how you work, you'll like it here.
What you will be doing:
- Support the commercial team to position Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's products, solutions, and services - and win deals. You'll be a key partner to Account Executives on product, payments, regulation, and tech.
- Understand merchant requirements and technical needs, map them to our APIs and products, create solution designs and internal documentation.
- Run demos, build "show-me" payment flows, create POCs, customise and create presentations.
- Provide thought leadership on all aspects of Payment Performance - Acceptance Rate, Fraud Prevention, Tokenisation, Payment Methods, and others.
- Lead all technical interactions with merchants - chats, calls, meetings, and workshops - from first contact through go-live, partnering with our Implementation Engineers during integration.
- Support the BID management team with RFP and RFI responses.
- Enable internal functions, commercial and tech, with market and merchant feedback on product capabilities. Champion product change and improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, solutions, and tech.
- Be an expert on Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's platform and products.
About You:
If the list below looks like you, apply.
Experience
- 2+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, Implementation Engineer, or TAM. At a PSP or payments company is a bonus.
- Merchant-side counts too: checkout engineering, an in-house payments team, a payments product role.
- Experience in a technical, client-facing role.
Payments and technical skills
We need real depth in one of the two areas below and the appetite to close the gap on the other. If payments is your strength, this job will make you more technical, you'll need to want that. Strong coder lighter on payments: payments can be taught, you'll have time.
Payments:
- Understanding of the end-to-end payment flow and the industry's rules, regulations, and schemes.
- Experience with 3DS, Network Tokenisation, Apple/Google Pay, APMs, Open Banking, or fraud-risk engines.
Tech:
- You can code and you're comfortable with web technologies - payments run on the web. At least one front-end (JavaScript, React, Angular) or back-end (Java, .NET, Python, Node) language.
- Familiar with API-based integration (REST/JSON, Postman); can reproduce, isolate, and explain issues using logs, API responses, and tests.
How you work
- Clear written and verbal English; equally at home with developers and product teams as with payments, finance, and C-level stakeholders.
- Commercially minded: you talk revenue, volume, and pricing, not just APIs, and push deals forward without being asked.
- Highly organised; able to prioritise shifting workloads.
Nice to have:
- Previous exposure to RFI/RFP processes.
- Familiarity with PSD2/PSD3/PSR, FCA, ISO-8583.
- An additional language.
- Former engineering, developer, or product manager background.
- Prior roles in the e-commerce industry.
Not sure whether to apply?
Build a working payment demo using our public docs at docs.checkout.com http://docs.checkout.com and send it to kate.moore@checkout.com. A working demo tells us more than a perfect CV.

What you'll do
Own a broad book of Enterprise business, from new prospects to growing existing accounts.
Manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise prospects, from discovery and solution alignment through negotiation and close.

Document buying criteria, decision processes, next steps, and key stakeholders to run disciplined, well-orchestrated sales cycles.

Support customer adoption of GitLab solutions, proactively work to reduce churn and contraction, and participate in quarterly forecasting and territory planning; travel to meet customers and attend events as needed.
What you'll bring
Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
Ability to manage a broad mid-market territory as the primary point of contact, owning a book of business from prospecting through close, adoption, and expansion.
Skill in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including effective discovery, negotiation, and closing to support long-term customer outcomes.
Experience conducting consistent outbound prospecting, creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline, and maintaining accurate territory and forecast documentation.
Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (sales development, customer success, renewals, marketing, partners, and technical teams) to coordinate account strategies.
Ability to connect customer business challenges to GitLab's DevSecOps platform and communicate its value to different audiences, documenting customer insights and lessons learned; relevant, transferable sales experience from a variety of backgrounds is welcome.
Fluent French language skills (required).
