That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As a Humanoid Robot AI Data Collector, you will teleoperate humanoid robots and follow well-defined procedures to generate high-quality datasets used for training advanced AI models. You will work hands-on with physical robots using on-site tools and interfaces—such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI)—to execute structured tasks and capture precise data. A significant part of the role involves annotation and labeling, requiring strong focus, accuracy, and pride in craftsmanship.
This role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment; who take ownership, communicate openly, and embrace continuous learning. No technical background or formal education is required; full training is provided. This is a fully on-site role, working hands-on with robots and on-site systems such as UMI, and may involve periods of standing, regular movement, and interaction with physical hardware.

- Perform on-site data collection using tools such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI).
- Capture and organise multimodal data (e.g., video, motion trajectories, task logs) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Annotate and label data following strict guidelines, treating the work as a high-skill technical discipline.
- Identify anomalies or issues proactively and escalate or solve them at the lowest responsible level.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or tools—everyone contributes to process design.
- Maintain clear, transparent documentation of progress and dataset quality.
- Move with urgency and focus, ensuring timelines and daily goals are met.
- Communicate openly with team members, sharing feedback and observations across functions.
- Collaborate respectfully and positively with teammates, helping create a supportive and high-performing culture.
We're Looking For:
- No formal technical education required — full training will be provided.
- Comfortable using computers and digital interfaces.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Strong time management, urgency, and reliability in meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Ability to maintain focus and high-quality output during repetitive tasks.
- Proactive mindset — willingness to take initiative without waiting for direction.
- Clear, transparent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the team.
- Commitment to iterative learning, continuous feedback, and constant improvement.
- Interest in robotics, AI, or emerging technologies is welcome but not required.
What We Offer:
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.

About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring is a one-stop recruitment and relocation agency for IT and digital professionals looking to work and relocate in Germany and other European countries. We support the entire process — from finding a job and securing a visa to finding housing and settling in.
We’ve been growing steadily for over 6 years, combining the flexibility of a startup with the reliability of an experienced international team.
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can take ownership of day-to-day social media content and help us grow our Russian- and English-speaking audiences across Instagram, Threads, and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing posts. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, writing strong copy, creating visuals, producing Reels, following trends, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences.
What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram and Threads in Russian and English, with the possibility of expanding to TikTok in the future.
• Write engaging social media copy with strong storytelling skills, including captions, hooks, CTAs and Stories.
• Create and edit social media content in Figma, Canva and CapCut, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Develop content ideas and adapt relevant trends to our brand.
• Prepare visuals for landing pages, email newsletters and other marketing materials when needed.
• Use content performance metrics to improve future content.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years of hands-on SMM experience.
• Fluent Russian and strong written English (B2/C1+).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of current SMM trends and platform mechanics across Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creativity and willingness to suggest and test new ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
It would be a plus if you have
• Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
• Background in recruitment, HR, relocation, career or other expert-driven industries.
Portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What We Offer
• Work in a fast-growing startup where processes are still being built - your ideas can directly impact the outcome.
• The opportunity to grow as an SMM specialist and take on more responsibility over time.
• A wide range of tasks across content, visuals, and SMM - no routine “just posting” work.
• Creative freedom.
• Hands-on experience with real marketing goals and measurable results.
• Direct feedback from a team with real experience in the German hiring market.
• Strong portfolio cases you can use for future roles.
Test Task
As part of the selection process, you should be ready to complete a test task related to the role.
The task is designed to understand how you approach content, copywriting and visual concepts.
How to Apply
Please send us:
• Your CV
• Your portfolio — mandatory
• A short note about your experience in SMM and the types of content you have worked with
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of content, bring ideas to the table, and turn them into high-quality social media content — from the first idea to the final post.

Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed-Term Cover)
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our payment operations. You'll own the day-to-day routine of monitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with engineering and banking partners to keep everything balanced. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure one day and adapts the next.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
A Bit About the Team
Our Reconciliation team is small but mighty — every analyst is expected to think like an owner, gradually automating routine work while keeping the core process rock-solid. It's a team that values flexibility (fully remote, outcome-focused — we care that the job gets done, not what hours you keep) and gives people real autonomy once the fundamentals are covered. If you enjoy solving problems that sit right at the intersection of data and payments, you'll fit right in here.
About the Role

While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
What You Will Be Doing
Own daily reconciliation monitoring — checking that cash held in the bank matches client balances in our systems, and flagging and investigating any breaks or mismatches as they arise
Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end — determining whether an issue is internal (looping in engineering) or external (liaising directly with banks and third-party payment providers) and driving it to resolution
Maintain reporting and month-end close — supporting vendor reporting, regulatory reporting, and other recurring reporting cycles with a high level of accuracy
Work across data tools — using Excel alongside data visualization tools (Databricks, Metabase, or similar — Tableau/Power BI experience also welcome) to monitor and track reconciliation data
Contribute to automation — gradually helping automate manual reconciliation processes using AI and other tools, reducing reliance on spreadsheets over time
Handle occasional manual money transfers — with the accuracy and attention to detail this requires
Manage stakeholders across the business — working with engineering, treasury, and external banking partners to keep processes running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations (e.g. as a reconciliation specialist, payment analyst, or accountant with reconciliation exposure)
You're comfortable with Excel and have some experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
You have a working understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks and internal systems — you know who to go to when something doesn't add up
You're diligent and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to handling money movements
You're used to fast-paced, frequently changing environments and can adapt when processes shift — this isn't a role with a fixed rulebook
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks)
You're able to start immediately or on very short notice
You're open to a fixed-term contract (~5 months, with a real possibility of extension depending on business needs)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a neobank or fintech (e.g. N26 or similar) — you'll likely need less ramp-up time in a high-change environment
A mathematical or quantitative background
Prior experience helping build or improve automations within a reconciliation or payments workflow
Basic SQL or data analysis skills

We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
