About ••••••••••••: helps expand access to high-quality early childhood education. We provide childcare providers with software, tools, and support to build and run sustainable businesses, and assist governments in modernizing childcare programs. Our products support critical everyday workflows for providers, families, and government partners.
The Role: We're looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented QA Engineer to lead quality across our government products, billing product, and products sold to childcare providers. You'll build an AI-driven QA practice while staying hands-on: investigating failures, writing automated tests, validating releases, and working directly with government customers. You'll bring technical depth to understand complex systems and attention to detail to catch problems before customers do.
What You'll Do:
— Lead QA across ••••••••••••.
— Own the testing strategy, prioritize highest-risk workflows, and establish clear standards for release readiness across products.
— Use AI daily: apply AI tools to generate test cases, write and maintain automation, explore edge cases, and accelerate debugging.
— Validate results and protect customer and government data.
— Test AI-powered products: build repeatable evaluations for accuracy, consistency, unsupported outputs, and unexpected behavior across real customer workflows.
— Build strong technical coverage: create and maintain UI and API tests, use SQL to verify data integrity, and integrate reliable regression and smoke tests into development and release processes.
— Protect billing accuracy: test invoices, payments, refunds, calculations, reconciliation, including failed transactions, retries, rounding, and duplicate charges.
— Represent •••••••••••• with government partners: meet stakeholders to understand requirements, lead user acceptance testing, explain issues clearly, and coordinate fixes and acceptance documentation.
— Make requirements testable: translate product requirements and government acceptance criteria into test plans, test cases, and documented results.
— Work closely with Engineering and Product: participate in Scrum planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; help teams identify risks early, prioritize defects, and verify fixes.
— Improve quality over time: track escaped defects, recurring issues, test reliability, and release risks; turn findings into better coverage and processes.
Who You Are:
— Hands-on QA or quality engineering professional taking ownership from requirements through verified fixes.
— Highly detail-oriented, curious, and persistent.
— Able to notice inconsistencies, investigate edge cases, and follow issues through to resolution.
— Technically strong in test automation, API testing, SQL, debugging, and modern software development practices.
— Comfortable using AI extensively and able to demonstrate how it improves speed and depth of work.
— Clear communicator working effectively with engineers, product teams, and government stakeholders.
— Experienced in Agile teams and Scrum ceremonies.
— Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple products in a fast-moving environment.
— Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate, with availability to work onsite 5–6 days per week.
— Experience with government systems, billing or payments, childcare software, and government-facing UAT is especially valuable.
What Success Looks Like:
— Most important workflows have dependable test coverage.
— Government UAT is organized and supported by clear evidence.
— Billing issues are caught before customers are affected.
— Teams understand release risks, and AI helps test faster and more thoroughly.
Compensation: Competitive compensation.
About the role
You are an architect for quality with the vision to define and build QA processes for any sort of app. You can work at any company in the world, but you choose us because you want to use your versatility and "nose for bugs" to solve new and interesting challenges. You are a champion of quality on multi-disciplined teams, blending a deep understanding of user experience with a technical approach to breaking systems. You are a thought partner to developers and product managers — someone who doesn't just find bugs but identifies systematic gaps. You are brilliant yet humble; a doer with high integrity who takes ownership of quality and enjoys a full life outside of work.
Note: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Poland or Portugal.
Key responsibilities
— Define and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy and processes for entire products, determining the most effective manual techniques to ensure "world-class" standards of quality
— Plan and perform exploratory and manual testing for complex features, going beyond specifications to ensure the user experience is intuitive and seamless
— Be the champion and source-of-truth for quality, helping both internal teams and clients identify systematic quality gaps while building processes to close them
— Evangelize "quality at the source" across the development lifecycle
— Own the documentation and reporting of quality metrics and bug tracking, ensuring the product team, engineers, and clients have clear visibility into project health
— Partner with the PMs and TPMs to define acceptance criteria and manage release approvals
— Lead cross-functional investigations into complex quality issues, driving them through to resolution with engineering and product teams
Qualifications
— 5+ years of experience in testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications
— 2+ years of experience acting as a sole QA leading a project, with the ability to build a testing strategy from a blank slate
— A "nose for bugs" and the manual testing skills to break an app in ways a script might miss
— You understand user experience as much as code
— Strong understanding of client-server architecture, modern engineering stacks, and the ability to use DevTools and API clients (like Postman) to perform deep technical audits
— Practical understanding of how manual testing fits into a modern CI/CD pipeline and the ability to collaborate on release cycles
— Proficiency at maintaining test documentation and communicating test results to key stakeholders
— A mindset for risk-based testing, with the ability to clearly articulate technical risks and quality tradeoffs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
— A proactive personality who learns quickly while working independently and is always looking for ways to improve the "how" of building software
— Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
What we offer
— Remote-first, flexible work with a budget to set up a work space that works for you
— Localized healthcare coverage to support you and your family’s wellbeing
— Flexible paid time off with a minimum of 3 weeks per year (plus holidays)
— "No internal meetings" Fridays, so you can focus on deep, uninterrupted work
— A professional growth budget for learning that matters to you – whether it’s developing your technical skills or learning a new language
— A monthly wellness allowance to support your physical and mental health
— Annual company offsites, where we gather in person to build meaningful connections
— A competitive salary that reflects your expertise, impact and experience
— Profit-sharing, so you can benefit directly from the value we build together
— A paid sabbatical program, designed for rest, renewal and fresh perspective
This role is open only to candidates currently living in Mexico or Latin America. Applications from other regions will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
— Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria before development starts, raising ambiguities and edge cases early.
— Design, document, and maintain test cases and test plans, ensuring traceability from requirements to defects.
— Run exploratory testing with defined charters and scope, finding issues beyond scripted tests.
— Own manual regression scope, deciding what to check each release based on risk.
— Triage production issues: reproduce, isolate, assign severity, escalate, and verify fixes.
— Design and produce complex test data involving multiple roles, permission levels, states, and high document volume.
— Validate permission hierarchies and tenant-level data isolation.
— Write detailed defect reports with steps, evidence, and environment details for asynchronous review.
— Communicate quality status and residual risk to stakeholders for informed release decisions.
— Collaborate with automation engineers to hand off stabilized cases and focus automated suites on critical areas.
Requirements:
— Minimum 5 years of software quality assurance experience, including 3 years testing complex, business-critical web applications.
— Strong command of test design techniques: equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, state transition testing.
— Experience with disciplined exploratory testing.
— Experience triaging production issues, distinguishing technical severity from business priority.
— Experience designing test data for multi-role, multi-permission scenarios.
— Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
— Experience validating APIs with Postman or equivalent.
— Proficiency with Jira and test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
— Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
— Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and working across time zones with US Pacific business hours overlap.
— Ability to maintain quality under schedule pressure and explain technical risks in business terms.
Bonus Points:
— Ability to read, run, and interpret automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) without owning them.
— Experience testing document-heavy or highly configurable SaaS platforms.
— Experience in regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or financial services.
— Familiarity with audit trails, access controls, and data retention requirements.
— ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent formal training.
— Experience with accessibility testing against WCAG guidelines.
— Experience using AI-assisted tools for drafting test cases or summarizing exploratory sessions with validation judgment.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
- Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
- Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

You'll coach and grow the team, spend time with key accounts, and lead large-deal strategy and executive negotiations. Your work will help agencies adopt GitLab's development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform through complex federal procurement processes.

Guide complex federal procurement processes with distributors and partners, including Carahsoft and systems integrators. Navigate contracting vehicles, funding cycles, and agency-specific buying processes to secure multi-year contracts and expansions.
Shape the sales approach for regulated environments, connecting FedRAMP-authorized offerings and mission-critical DevSecOps use cases to agency needs and increasing platform adoption.
Work with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and federal partners on account plans, product roadmap feedback, and campaigns that support retention and expansion.
Expand within large agencies through new workloads, cross-sells, and upsells, balancing near-term revenue with long-term platform adoption.
Meet customers in the field and travel as needed for key account meetings, large-deal reviews, and team engagements. Build senior executive relationships and lead negotiations while working effectively in GitLab's asynchronous environment.
What you'll bring
Experience in open source software, DevOps, or related enterprise technology sales.
A process- and data-driven approach to sales operations, including advanced use of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
Experience selling or leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP or similar government software-as-a-service frameworks, or the ability to learn quickly in highly regulated markets.
Success selling and coaching teams through complex enterprise deals with large public sector accounts, including long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal reviews.
Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and leading regional, field-based sales teams while building an accountable, collaborative, and inclusive team.
Skill in managing senior executive relationships and leading executive meetings and negotiations within large organizations with multiple departments and decision-makers.
Alignment with GitLab's values and leadership expectations. We welcome transferable skills in enterprise technology sales and team leadership from a range of backgrounds.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don’t discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
