WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
As Director, Learning & Talent Development, you'll build ICEYE's global L&D and talent development function from the ground up. This is a 0→1 leadership role: you will turn business strategy into the leadership practices, capabilities and talent systems that help us stay high-performing as we scale, with the strategy and the hands-on delivery both in your hands. You'll work closely with executive leadership, People Business Partners and leaders across Engineering, Hardware, Satellite Operations, Commercial and corporate functions.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define ICEYE's global L&D and talent development strategy and operating model, and decide what to build internally, what to buy or enable through technology and partners, and what to keep lightweight
- Design and launch leadership and manager development, from first-time managers to senior leaders and executives, and facilitate workshops yourself, especially in the early stages
- Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to build learning paths, career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility for technical, commercial, operational and corporate teams
- Create a consistent global onboarding experience focused on time-to-productivity, connection and belonging, and set up the learning technology and measurement to show what is working
- Coach senior leaders through organisational change, and help them build resilience, psychological safety and sustainable ways of working without losing accountability or performance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES
- 8+ years of progressive People/HR experience, with significant depth in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development or Organizational Effectiveness
- Proven experience building L&D or talent infrastructure from scratch, taking an idea from strategy through design, pilot, launch and scale
- Experience in a fast-growing, international technology, engineering, hardware or scale-up environment, working in a matrixed organisation
- Strong executive presence, exceptional facilitation skills, and the confidence to challenge leaders and influence without formal authority
- A data-informed approach to measuring learning impact, such as manager effectiveness, internal mobility, retention of critical talent and time-to-productivity
- Professional fluency in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience selecting and implementing learning technology and external partners
- Experience with organisational change and building resilience in high-pressure, technically complex environments

If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia’s fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You’ll define, document, and ship the financial logic behind Salmon’s platform — GL structure, postings, fees, and product accounting — as a Systems Analyst in Accounting & Core Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Translate financial processes (GL, postings, fees, product rules) into technical specs that development teams build from directly
- Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and formalize what’s undocumented
- Run implementation from spec to production, with testing, acceptance, and release control alongside finance, product, and IT
What you’ll own:
- Requirements and specs for accounting processes and financial systems, written as user stories development teams can act on directly
- Posting logic, GL structures, and fee mechanics for new and existing products
- Analysis and documentation of systems with incomplete or missing documentation — you establish what exists before defining what needs to change
- Alignment across finance, product, and engineering, including conflicts between business logic and technical constraints
- Testing and acceptance, and every task through to production release
What makes you a strong fit:
- 2–3+ years as a System or Business Analyst, including work with financial systems or financial processes
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including the general ledger
- Proven decomposition and system analysis skills: you can map complex processes and find what’s missing
- Experience coordinating requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of APIs, queues, and data exchange patterns; you read logs and use data to analyze issues
- English B2 or above
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who thinks like a systems builder - someone who doesn't just run internal infrastructure, but engineers it away where it shouldn't need a human at some point. This is a build-focused role on our IT Operations team. As we scale past 600 employees, our biggest lever is no longer closing tickets faster - it's removing the work that generates them.
You'll own the automation and integration layer that connects our identity, HR, device, and SaaS-governance systems, so that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle events happen reliably and automatically instead of by hand. You'll pair closely with our Solutions Engineer, help set the technical standard for how automations are built and documented, and work cross-functionally with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions rather than point fixes.
A DevOps and API background is exactly what this role is built around: you're comfortable reading API docs, wiring 2-3 systems together, scripting from scratch when a no-code tool won't cut it, and thinking about reliability, edge cases, and security from the first line. Above all, you're curious - about the systems you build, the people who depend on them, and how your engineering decisions impact the business.
What You'll Do
Build the access lifecycle automation layer:
Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across our top applications by ticket volume. Implement birthright roles for our highest-volume employee profiles and HiBob-driven trigger events (joiners, movers, leavers) that flow through to downstream systems without manual intervention.
Integrate our core systems:
Build and maintain the integrations that tie HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy (and Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate) into one coherent, event-driven lifecycle. Use REST APIs, SCIM, and our self-hosted n8n instance to create complex, reliable workflows.
Manage identity and access at the backend:
Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. Own SSO app integrations end to end, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and keep access governance clean and auditable.
Deliver the Security controls programme:
Build the automations behind our security and compliance initiatives - local admin removal, least-privilege enforcement - contributing directly to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts. Security is embedded in every config and every script, not bolted on afterward.
Administer and optimize business-critical platforms:
Manage the technical backend of Jira Service Management as our ITSM platform - configuring workflows, request types, forms, and automations to streamline internal processes - alongside the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
Own endpoint automation:
Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints (via Apple Business Manager), handling software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale.
Drive SaaS and budget optimization:
Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities, and implement the technical changes that reclaim them (e.g. license reclamation flows).
Document everything you build:
Proactively create and maintain technical documentation configs, automation flows, API maps - so that what you build can be run, understood, and extended by the rest of the team. Reliable, documented, alerted workflows are the standard, not the exception.
Lead technical projects:
Lead smaller technical projects end to end a new SSO app integration, a JSM form build-out, a new integration between systems - owning them from requirement to delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team as you go.
Who You Are
At least
3 years in IT support
, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering, with hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments.
Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP) for SSO, SCIM, and SAML - including configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues.
Strong MDM / UEM experience: endpoint management via JumpCloud MDM (or Intune / Jamf), including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.
An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar - to build reliable, scalable solutions from scratch, not just wire up templates.
API fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and integrating multiple systems (REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM). Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and experience with ITSM tools - ideally Jira Service Management (workflows, request types, automations).
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences - able to explain configs and tradeoffs to Security, People, and Engineering alike.
Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft automations, and continuously raise the bar on operational efficiency.
Strong Plus
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) and SaaS governance / management tooling.
Experience with HRIS-driven automation (HiBob or similar) and hardware lifecycle tooling (Tequipy or similar).
Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification (or willingness to certify).

We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place!
YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the C++ Functional Team, you'll build the high-performance code at the core of DuckDuckGo's browser using modern C++ and Chromium, and work on related projects.
You can expect to work on projects like:
- Implement tracker blocking that stops hidden trackers on every site without slowing page loads.
- Bring VPN and Personal Information Removal into the browser through the DuckDuckGo subscription.
- Catch startup and responsiveness regressions automatically, so the browser stays fast as it grows.
As a Senior C++/Chromium Engineer, you'll lead complex projects from proposal through post-mortem. You'll turn vague problems into clear plans, build them in a large modern C++ codebase, and use metrics to show they worked. Some days that means low-level systems work. Others, it means architecture decisions the whole team builds on. You'll collaborate with design and product, mostly asynchronously, to build features people use to protect their privacy.
ABOUT YOU
- Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact, complex projects from proposal through post-mortem
- Skills to wrangle vague problems, propose innovative solutions, and execute them with a strong focus on metrics
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Advanced modern C++ expertise (C++23 or newer), including memory management, concurrency, and performance profiling
- Experience driving technical work end-to-end on large-scale C++ codebases
- Comfort with large build systems, debuggers, and profilers
- Experience shipping software to a large consumer audience
- Solid computer science foundation (algorithms and data structures)
- Bonus: Windows development experience
- Bonus: experience with browsers (Chromium, WebKit, WebView), game engines, or large desktop applications
COMPENSATION
This role is paid on a regional pay scale, in local currency, and stock options:
- United States: $190,500 USD annually
- United Kingdom: £134,600 GBP annually
- Canada: C$253,500 CAD annually
- Europe/Rest of World: €157,350 EUR annually
In Spain, pay is expected to transition to the EUR scale on January 1, 2027, and in other Europe/Rest of World countries on February 1, 2027.
Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and global region receive the same compensation.
Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States. This program does not extend to team members located in other countries, such as Canada or the UK.
Our Team Member Support Guide https://duckduckgo.com/assets/hiring/team_support_guide.pdf explains how we prioritize your wellbeing including paid parental leave, office setup, and co-working allowances.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in South Korea, with a preference of Seoul. Expect regular travel for customer onsite. Fluency in English and Korean and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Enterprise team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2 years managing the whole Enterprise Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
