GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost-effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work focuses on global health and well-being, funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We have grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to more than $400 million in 2025, with anticipated grantmaking likely to approach or exceed $1 billion this year, aiming for a future with even greater scale. We have been expanding our research capacity and scope to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities.
The Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications will lead GiveWell’s development of messaging and narratives that explain its work across different audiences and contexts. At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem will manage and grow Render's most critical technology partner relationships. This role involves building and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy — spanning AI ecosystem integrations, hyperscalers and early bets on emerging platforms — that drives meaningful distribution and growth for Render. These partnerships touch nearly every part of Render — Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Business Development — and often involve senior stakeholders at some of the largest and fastest-moving companies in AI, so doing this well means coordinating closely across those internal teams and keeping Render's leadership regularly informed.
The ideal candidate brings real technical depth in AI and developer tooling, paired with a proven background in partner management, strong relationship-building instincts, and the executive presence to engage with partner leadership at the highest levels. You should have a deep understanding of how to build and scale product-centric partnerships — from ecosystem integrations to platform-level bets — in a fast-moving, technical market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Map Render's technology partnership landscape across AI labs, hyperscalers, and emerging developer products, and build the strategy for where Render has the strongest right to win.
- Own outcomes for the partnerships portfolio — set clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics (e.g., ecosystem integration, developer adoption, joint launches, revenue impact) and hold yourself accountable to them.
- Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution, taking deals from evaluation through negotiation, launch, and renewal, including commercial terms.
- Partner closely with Product, DevRel, and Product Marketing to secure roadmap and staffing commitments, drive integration execution, and run co-marketing — and work with Finance and Legal to structure and manage commercial agreements.
- Scope and lead our thinking on building out a Render Marketplace — including the value proposition to customers and key partners, product and engineering requirements, and commercial and financial terms.
- Own ongoing relationship management for key partners — acting as their primary point of contact, running business reviews and planning sessions, driving expansion and renewal over time, and serving as their internal advocate at Render.
- Bring operating rigor to the program: track and report on partnership performance, maintain clear documentation, and keep leadership updated on progress and upcoming launches.
- Build out a team of partner managers as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or product-facing roles at technology companies — ideally where partnerships were critical during a period of hypergrowth.
- A highly technical background is strongly preferred — former PM, forward-deployed engineer, or engineering experience, particularly within AI — so you can go deep with partner engineering and product teams on integration architecture, connectors, and protocols.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex, high-impact partnerships across AI, cloud, or developer platform ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional operating skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, DevRel, Legal, and Finance to execute complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level.
- Strong bias for action — comfortable operating both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with MCP, plugins, connectors, or app/marketplace ecosystems specifically.
- Deep familiarity with the developer tools and infrastructure landscape, and a point of view on how emerging AI-native companies find distribution.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

OUR PURPOSE
At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Accounts payable is broken for small businesses. Managing and paying a bill today means stitching together three or four different tools — capturing documents in one place, entering data in another, chasing approvals over email, and making the payment in a bank portal. It is manual, error-prone, and it takes hours every week from people who should be running their business.
Xero’s bills and bill payment surface already serves over a million monthly active users globally: small business owners, the employees who keep their books, and professional bookkeepers working across dozens of clients at accounting firms. It runs on a system designed for a pre-agent world.
As a Senior Product Manager on Bills, you will own the layer underneath that surface — the API contracts, the data-access model and the permission architecture that decide what a person or an agent is allowed to read, write and pay on a customer’s behalf. That applies inside Bills, and it applies through Xero’s integrations with Claude, Copilot and our open-source MCP server. You will set the vision alongside a principal engineer, argue the customer’s case inside technical decisions, decide what the interface should be, and lead a team of engineers through a replatform that never takes those million users offline.
This is not a zero-to-one bet looking for users. The work already has them. What does not exist yet is the architecture underneath accounts payable that makes automated, agent-assisted and human-directed spend coherent, safe and trustworthy. That is the job.
Your impact will be measured through customer, operational and commercial outcomes — including automation and straight-through processing rates, bill payment adoption and volume, activation and retention across owner and bookkeeper personas, platform and API reliability, and the pace at which the replatform lands without customer disruption.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
You will join the Bills team — 20+ engineers, designers and product managers across Toronto, Vancouver and Pittsburgh — working across core AP workflows, platform APIs, AI experiences and bill payments. The team partners closely with payment and infrastructure vendors, and with cross-functional teams across North America, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This is a global role, based in Toronto or Vancouver with flexibility to work remotely, and the team comes together in person regularly to collaborate and align on strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OWN THE ARCHITECTURE UNDERNEATH PAYMENTS
- Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for the API, data-access and permission layer that underpins bills and bill payments, in partnership with a principal engineer.
- Define the contracts, data models and permission scopes that determine what any client — Xero’s own UI, a partner integration, or an AI agent — can read, write, approve and pay.
- Decide where authority sits: what a person must confirm, what an agent may do unattended, what requires a second approver, and what can never be automated.
- Sequence a replatform of a system serving more than a million monthly active users, with migration paths, dual-running periods and rollback plans that keep customers working throughout.
- Own the cost and consequence of changing contracts that other teams and third parties depend on, including versioning, deprecation and breaking-change communication.
- Identify opportunities to build reusable capabilities that serve Bills, the wider spend lifecycle and external developers, rather than isolated point solutions.
REMOVE TOIL FROM THE END-TO-END ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WORKFLOW
- Own products across the complete accounts payable journey: bill capture and understanding, coding and data extraction, approval routing, scheduling, payment execution, reconciliation and exception handling.
- Build toward a world where bills arrive, get understood, get approved and get paid with minimal human toil, and where the entire spend lifecycle lives in one place.
- Make Bill Pay the default way businesses pay through Xero, scaling bill payments across markets.
- Identify valuable and differentiated customer problems, and frame clear solutions that can be tested, validated and delivered incrementally.
- Ensure that platform complexity results in simple, understandable customer experiences rather than being passed through to the customer.
BUILD FOR MULTIPLE PERSONAS WHOSE INTERESTS CONFLICT
- Lead customer research across the distinct user types on this surface: business owners, in-house finance and admin staff, and professional bookkeepers and advisors managing many clients at once.
- Design for the tension between them — the owner who wants a bill paid now, the bookkeeper who needs control and auditability, the firm that needs consistency across a client portfolio — and make the trade-off explicit rather than averaging it away.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to create high-quality experiences across web, mobile and embedded surfaces, as well as programmatic ones.
- Use customer data, qualitative insight and market intelligence to inform product strategy, prioritisation and roadmap decisions.
SHIP AI AND AGENT CAPABILITIES CUSTOMERS CAN TRUST
- Define how AI and agents participate in accounts payable: what they suggest, what they act on, what they escalate, and how the customer stays in control.
- Own the quality bar for LLM-powered capabilities — evaluation sets, confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop design, fallback behaviour and observable failure modes — and hold the line on it before launch.
- Prototype your own ideas, including in code, rather than waiting for engineering capacity to test a hypothesis.
- Shape how Xero’s accounts payable capabilities are exposed to external agent platforms, including our MCP server and integrations with Claude and Copilot.
- Design for an error-intolerant workflow: this product moves real money, and a wrong answer costs a customer real money and real trust.
NAVIGATE RISK, COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONAL COMPLEXITY
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security and Operations to build products that meet regulatory, security and operational requirements across markets.
- Take responsibility for risks arising from authorisation and access control, financial crime, privacy and responsible data use, data accuracy, regulatory change and service availability.
- Account for market-specific gating in payments and money movement — including US money transmission, UK FCA and open banking requirements, and Australian licensing and payment rails — when sequencing launches.
- Lead trade-off decisions that balance customer experience, risk exposure, regulatory obligation, technical complexity and commercial outcome.
- Treat operational processes, support tooling and exception management as part of the product, not an afterthought — including failed payments, duplicate bills, incorrect approvals, reversals and disputes.
DRIVE STRATEGY, EXECUTION AND COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES
- Develop and execute roadmaps that align customer needs, AP strategy, platform architecture and Xero’s broader business objectives, including the Melio acquisition and Xero’s North America growth agenda.
- Establish clear product goals, success metrics and OKRs, and be accountable for moving them.
- Take an active role in annual and quarterly planning, including funding, prioritisation and resourcing discussions.
- Lead release and rollout strategy so that changes land safely and iteratively across customer cohorts and markets.
- Monitor and interrogate customer, commercial and operational results, and lead interventions where outcomes are not meeting expectations.
- Understand the economics of the product, including payment volume, adoption, pricing, processing cost, margin and revenue.
- Make clear prioritisation decisions that balance immediate delivery against the long-term evolution of the platform.
LEAD THROUGH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INFLUENCE
- Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Partnerships and Go-to-Market teams.
- Create clarity on what is being built, why it matters, how it will work and when it will be delivered.
- Hold your own in architecture and design reviews on data models, API contracts and migration sequencing, and bring a position rather than only questions.
- Drive decision-making across complex stakeholder groups and act as tie-breaker when consensus cannot be reached.
- Represent the products you own in senior leadership, product, architecture and payments forums, and in front of customers and partners.
- Mentor and support other Product Managers, raising the standard of platform and AI product expertise across Xero.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Bills arrive, get understood, get approved and get paid in Xero with materially less human effort than they require today.
- There is a clear, documented and well-reasoned answer to what an agent is allowed to do with a customer’s money in Xero — and customers and partners trust it.
- The API and permission layer underneath accounts payable is coherent, versioned and extensible, and new clients, markets and payment capabilities can be supported without duplication or rework.
- The replatform progresses on a sequence the team believes in, with no material disruption to the million-plus customers using the surface every month.
- Owners, in-house finance staff and professional bookkeepers each get an experience suited to how they actually work, and you can name the trade-offs you made between them.
- AI-powered capabilities ship with defined evaluation criteria, measured quality, understood failure modes and appropriate human control — and improve after launch on evidence.
- Bill Pay adoption, payment volume, automation rate, activation and retention are improving, and your contribution to that is clear.
- Product risks and dependencies are identified early and managed in partnership with Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
- Stakeholders understand the vision, strategy, roadmap and key trade-offs — and engineers come to you first when a decision needs making.
- Other Product Managers are developing through your coaching and knowledge-sharing.
- You demonstrate and amplify Xero’s values.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
This role sits below the interface as much as in front of it, and the bar reflects that. You will bring:
- Experience shipping below the UI. You have delivered changes to APIs, integration layers or shared services as part of delivering a wider product, and you know what it costs to change a contract other people depend on. Ideally you have owned a public or partner API through a breaking change.
- Substantive AI product experience. You have shipped an LLM-powered capability that customers actually used, and you can talk about evaluations, failure modes and confidence thresholds unprompted — including what your product got wrong in production and what you did about it. You use AI aggressively in your own work and prototype in code.
- Multi-persona B2B product experience. You have built a workflow serving several distinct user types whose interests conflict, and you can name a specific trade-off you made between two of them.
- Error-intolerant domains. You have built products where a mistake costs money or carries regulatory consequence — payments, payroll, tax, treasury, lending, legal or clinical workflows.
- Significant product management experience in a software development environment, across the full product lifecycle — typically five or more years in product, or comparable time as a founder, consultant or technical individual contributor in a payments and/or commerce domain.
Deep accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting or finance-team domain experience is a strong advantage but not a requirement, and experience with payment rails, regulatory-gated launches or fintech infrastructure is similarly valuable. Product experience confined to feature delivery on top of an existing platform, without direct involvement in the interfaces, contracts or data models underneath, is unlikely to be enough on its own for this role.
PRODUCT LEADERSHIP
- A strong track record of addressing customer needs through the innovative use of technology.
- Experience developing successful product strategies, roadmaps and long-term plans — setting direction rather than receiving a spec.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in technically complex and highly ambiguous environments, and to start before the problem is fully defined.
- Strong product judgement and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- A track record of owning activation, retention, revenue or an equivalent metric and moving it — you can name the metric, the movement, and the trade-off you made to get it.
- Self-direction under ambiguity, with minimal supervision required to define direction and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at all levels of an organisation.
TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING
- Ability to work as a peer with engineers and architects on platform design, APIs, data models, permission and authorisation models, system dependencies and technical trade-offs.
- Understanding of migration and replatform sequencing in a live, high-volume system, and of the risks that come with it.
- Strong understanding of how AI and agent systems are built and evaluated, including retrieval, tool use, evaluation design and the limits of model reliability.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Understanding of product economics, including volume, cost, margin, pricing and revenue.
- Experience evaluating third-party providers and making build, buy or partner decisions.
- Familiarity with the regulatory, risk, security and operational considerations involved in moving money.
CUSTOMER AND DATA ORIENTATION
- Strong experience conducting customer research and converting insight into product decisions.
- Ability to identify and clearly articulate complex customer problems — and to talk about users in the plural.
- Experience developing MVPs, incremental solutions and experiments that validate product assumptions.
- Strong analytical skills, using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions.
- Ability to establish meaningful success criteria and monitor ongoing performance.
- Ability to translate complex information for technical, commercial, operational and executive audiences.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Demonstrated success working with diverse stakeholder groups across multiple engineering teams, geographies and third-party partners.
- Ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Go-to-Market.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and comfort presenting to executives and to customers.
- Ability to navigate difficult decisions, resolve ambiguity and create alignment across teams and geographies.
- Willingness to disagree with an engineer, and to be disagreed with, in service of the customer.
- Experience mentoring and coaching Product Managers and cross-functional team members.
CRITICAL CAPABILITIES
Love customer problems
- Lead the use of customer research approaches and methodologies to generate meaningful insight across owner, in-house finance and bookkeeper personas.
- Clearly define and articulate complex customer problems, including where personas conflict.
- Develop incremental solutions and experiments that validate customer and product assumptions.
- Ensure that platform and agent complexity results in simple, understandable and trustworthy customer experiences.
Look to the future
- Develop compelling product strategies and roadmaps that align customer, commercial and platform objectives.
- Anticipate how immediate architectural decisions will constrain future agent capabilities, markets, partners and products.
- Identify opportunities to create reusable capabilities rather than isolated point solutions.
- Explore new technologies, models and business models that change how small businesses manage and pay their bills.
Work the Xero way
- Lead effective product prioritisation and decision-making.
- Establish strong product and delivery practices within the team, without relying on a program manager to hold the plan.
- Coordinate across products and teams to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes.
- Ship iteratively, learn from outcomes and continuously improve the product.
Demonstrate commercial acumen
- Understand the markets, customer segments and competitive environment for accounts payable and bill payment.
- Balance customer value, platform investment, risk and commercial outcome.
- Define success criteria that reflect customer needs and product-market fit.
- Use adoption, volume, cost, margin and revenue data to guide product decisions.
Do it together
- Create alignment across complex and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Communicate a clear and compelling product narrative.
- Build productive relationships across teams, functions, markets and geographies.
- Mentor others and raise the standard of product, platform and AI expertise across Xero.
Explore the data
- Use data to understand customer behaviour, automation performance and operational outcomes.
- Combine insight from customer research, product telemetry, support interactions and market trends.
- Translate information into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Establish measurement, evaluation and observability as core parts of product development.
WHY THIS ROLE
Most AI product roles are a bet on a zero-to-one that may never find users. This one is the opposite. More than a million people already do this work in Xero every month, and the mandate is to define how agents get to touch it.
Xero has already put the pieces on the table: a US$2.5B acquisition of Melio, an open-source MCP server, a live Claude integration, and a new North America Product and Technology Hub. What does not exist yet is the architecture underneath accounts payable that makes it all coherent. That is what you would own.
COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is CA$167,400 – CA$209,200.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: World-class health, wellness, and retirement programs. Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ including Wellbeing days, generous leave, and dedicated professional development budgets.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video — and many of the world's best creators already talk about our products organically. It's time to turn that signal into a real program.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to one. You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers.
We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
- Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments
- Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal
- Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
- Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
- Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI
- Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach
- Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers
- Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights)
- Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect
- Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget
- Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity
- Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal
- A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar)
- Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets
- Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates
- Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead the influencer and creator partnerships function as the program scales, building a team around you
- Expand into broader creator/community growth ownership across ElevenLabs brands
- Move into growth or brand marketing leadership as the Growth org evolves
LOCATION
This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to collaborate across EST–CET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.

Who You Are:
Galaxy is seeking a People Operations Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS to join our People team in a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting our global workforce. This position will initially join on a temporary-to-permanent basis and will play a critical role in two key areas: global payroll operations and the implementation of Workday, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. In your first three-six months, success will mean helping Galaxy deliver a clean and well-controlled Workday go-live, ensuring payroll readiness and data integrity, and establishing scalable processes that can transition into steady-state People Operations
Leading up to go-live, this individual will partner closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Technology, external implementation partners, and other key stakeholders to support the successful implementation of Workday. This will include data validation and migration, business process design, testing, integrations, payroll readiness, documentation, and change management.
At the same time, this person will help manage and strengthen Galaxy's global payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and that payroll processes, controls, data, and vendor relationships can scale with the organization.
Following implementation, the role will transition toward ongoing ownership and optimization of Workday and global payroll operations, including system administration, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, controls, and the employee experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the details while understanding the broader operational picture - someone who can identify an issue in a payroll reconciliation or employee record, work cross-functionally to resolve it, and then improve the underlying process so it doesn't happen again.
What You’ll Do:
Workday Implementation & HRIS
Serve as a key People Operations partner for Galaxy's Workday implementation ahead of the January 1, 2027 go-live.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation resources to support requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, integrations, and implementation activities.
Coordinate and execute data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities to ensure accurate employee and payroll data within Workday
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, identify issues, and partner with appropriate stakeholders through resolution.
Support payroll parallel testing and other payroll-readiness activities ahead of go-live.
Help establish scalable HRIS processes, controls, documentation, and governance.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and resources for People team members, managers, and employees.
Support change management, training, and communications associated with the Workday launch.
Following go-live, help manage ongoing Workday administration, including business processes, employee data, reporting, security/access, system updates, and issue resolution.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale People processes through Workday and other technologies.
Global Payroll
Support the end-to-end administration of payroll across Galaxy's global employee population, partnering with internal teams and third-party payroll providers as appropriate.
Review payroll inputs and outputs to ensure employees are paid accurately, completely, and on time.
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analyses and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes impacting payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, benefits deductions, leaves, and other employee changes.
Partner with Finance on payroll funding, reconciliations, reporting, and related accounting requirements.
Work with People team partners to ensure HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee data remain aligned across systems and vendors.
Support payroll compliance requirements across applicable jurisdictions and partner with internal and external subject-matter experts as needed.
Manage day-to-day relationships with payroll vendors, escalating and resolving issues while holding partners accountable for service and accuracy.
Maintain payroll calendars, controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to standardize and strengthen global payroll processes as Galaxy continues to grow.
People Operations
Maintain a high standard of employee data accuracy and integrity across People systems.
Produce and analyze People and payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Support employee inquiries related to payroll, HR systems, and People processes, providing a high level of service and discretion.
Partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other teams on projects affecting employee data and operations.
Support audits, compliance requests, reporting, and other People Operations initiatives as needed.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential employee information with sound judgment and discretion.
Support global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK, Ireland, Portugal, and EOR-supported countries), including timesheet approvals, payroll data prep, and coordination with in-country payroll vendors.
Assist with new hire onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, and offboarding processes within Workday and related HR systems.
Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses to support payroll and people operations initiatives.
Help document processes and maintain SOPs for HRIS, payroll, and people operations workflows.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, HR data, and system access with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of relevant experience in People Operations, payroll, HRIS, HR technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations; global or multi-country payroll experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with Workday or another enterprise HRIS; direct Workday implementation experience is strongly preferred.
Experience participating in an HRIS implementation, migration, configuration, or significant system transformation is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the connection between HRIS data, payroll, benefits, Finance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated ability to reconcile complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and drive issues through resolution.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets, reporting, and analysis.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams simultaneously.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep deliverables moving across multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where processes may still be evolving.
Takes ownership, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and knows when to escalate issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical or operational issues for different audiences.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee and compensation information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Bonus Points:
Experience with a Workday HCM and/or Payroll implementation, particularly involving a January 1 or year-start cutover.

Experience developing UAT scripts, executing parallel payroll testing, or supporting system cutovers.
Experience building or improving payroll controls, SOPs, and audit processes.
Experience in a high-growth, global financial services or technology organization.

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
*Some benefits may vary depending on location.
If this sounds like the right challenge for you, submit your application and let's talk.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Hello 👋 I'm Kyle, VP Finance at Cleo. Im excited to be growing our Finance team as Cleo enters its next stage of scaling.
Finance at Cleo is about much more than reporting the numbers. We help the business understand its economics, make better decisions, allocate capital, and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale.
Today, our team of ~25 spans Controllership, Financial Operations, Treasury, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Capital Markets, and Investor Relations, supported by a dedicated Data Science team working across all areas.
We work closely with teams across Cleo, and we expect our people to understand the business, take real ownership, and master their craft.
It’s an exciting time to join: the company is growing quickly, the problems are getting more interesting, and there is a huge amount still to build.
About the Role ✍️
We are currently hiring a Head of Treasury (L5) reporting to the VP of Finance. As Cleo has scaled, so has the complexity of cash moving through the business - you'll bring together liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking infrastructure, funding operations and FX strategy into a single, scalable treasury function built for a fast-growing consumer lending platform operating across multiple facilities and geographies.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Own Cleo's group-wide liquidity strategy, building short, medium and long-term cash forecasts across entities, currencies and funding sources, and translating them into recommendations on capital allocation and funding needs
- Own daily cash positioning and treasury operations supporting Cleo's lending facilities - drawdowns, repayments, settlements and collateral movements - partnering closely with Capital Markets to ensure facilities run efficiently
- Strengthen cash controls, reconciliations and audit readiness with Core Finance and Finance Operations, and establish treasury policies and governance that support scale and public-company readiness
- Define the roadmap for treasury systems, data and automation, reducing reliance on manual processes, and build clear reporting and dashboards across liquidity, funding capacity and facility utilisation
- Establish operating rhythms across FP&A, Accounting, Capital Markets, Engineering and Operations so cash movements and forecasts are coordinated, transparent and auditable
- Own Cleo's FX strategy - identify and manage currency exposure across a multi-currency, multi-geography business, and run and improve the hedging programme, from setting risk policy to executing hedges and reporting exposure to leadership
- Scope and hire your first Treasury Operations team member, then grow the function as the business does
What We're Looking For 🕵️
- You've built treasury before - stood up or materially transformed a treasury function, not just run one that already existed, in fintech, consumer lending, financial services, or another highly regulated environment
- Consumer-lending fluency, with an understanding of warehouse facilities, borrowing bases, receivables financing, settlement flows and bank partnerships, comfortable supporting multiple concurrent facilities alongside a Capital Markets team
- Hands-on and strategic - you enjoy building from first principles (operating model, controls, systems) and are equally comfortable approving a wire or designing the policy that governs it
- Forecasting and analytical rigour, having built models and frameworks that leadership actually makes decisions on
- Cross-functional influence, able to bring Finance, Accounting, Capital Markets, Engineering, Product and Operations along with you and explain complex treasury concepts to an exec audience
- Bias to action, zero ego - this role exists because complexity is outrunning capacity, and you'll ship a better setup quickly

As a Blockchain Engineer at Ondo, you will help design our smart contract systems - not just the contracts themselves, but how they're deployed, secured, monitored, and managed across their entire lifetime, and how they connect to the people and products that depend on them.
You'll design secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract solutions across many blockchain ecosystems powering Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. But the harder and more important part of this role is everything around the contract: keeping it secure from deploy through every day it's live, building tooling that lets non-technical teammates safely view and manage on-chain state, and creating automated systems that take manual, error-prone work off the table.
You'll think about how a smart contract design decision ripples outward, to the web app, to the teams operating the system day to day, and ultimately to our end users. You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, web, and ops to make sure contracts are technically sound, regulatorily aligned, and genuinely operable by the teams who rely on them day to day. Throughout, you'll favor simple, elegant designs that let us move quickly and safely.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance by building the systems that bring real-world assets on-chain, and by making those systems something a whole organization can build on with confidence.
Responsibilities
Smart Contract System Design
: Contribute to the architecture of smart contract systems for Ondo's evolving product suite — covering new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols — with security, operability, and long-term maintainability designed in from the start.
Lifecycle Security & Operations:
Help ensure contract security not just at deploy but across the full lifetime of the system — including upgrade safety, administrative controls, and the operational guardrails that keep things safe as they evolve.
Tooling & Automation:
Build tooling and automated systems that let non-technical teammates safely view, monitor, and manage contracts without writing scripts or touching raw chain operations directly.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Connect smart contract design to the rest of the product — helping the web team integrate cleanly, helping operational teams monitor and manage without direct scripting, and ensuring design decisions flow sensibly through to end users.
Collaborative Execution:
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership on high-impact blockchain projects, contributing sound technical decisions aligned with long-term goals.
Requirements
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of software engineering experience.
1+ years in blockchain engineering, ideally from another DeFi protocol live on multiple chains.
Strong competency with Solidity; exposure to non-EVM smart contract languages a plus — particularly Solana.
Demonstrated ability to design
systems
, not just contracts — including tooling, automation, security across the contract lifecycle, and the integration points between contracts, applications, and operational teams.
Proven results building and scaling a DeFi protocol.
Python and/or TypeScript experience preferred (for building tooling and automation).
Strong technical grasp and excellent judgment on task prioritization.
Strong emphasis on understanding the "why" behind requirements and a commitment to defining the "minimum scope."
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, governments, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to help extend Anthropic's health work into US public health. Building on our existing global health portfolio, you'll help shape how we engage the US public health system and manage a set of partnerships across federal, state, and local levels. Because this is an emerging area for the team, the role blends partnership management with meaningful contribution to strategy.
The right person combines credibility in the US public health ecosystem, enough technical fluency to be a real thought partner on AI deployment, and comfort operating in a space that's still taking shape.
This role is distinct from our Account Executive function: while AEs drive scaled adoption of Anthropic's core products, Partnership Managers build deep partnerships that require custom deployments, research collaboration, and hands-on program design. You'll work with a smaller portfolio of flagship partners where the goal is driving impact metrics and creating learnings that benefit the broader ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Anthropic's US public health strategy, working closely with the team lead to identify priority partners and use cases and bringing field insights back to inform our broader health work
Own a portfolio of flagship deployments, coordinating with Applied AI, product, policy, and GTM teams to deliver impact
Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners; structure engagements that work within government procurement, data governance, and privacy constraints
Translate partner needs into deployment plans that account for legacy systems and workforce realities
Support the creation of shared resources and digital public goods that help the broader field use AI responsibly
Build the evidence base by partnering with academic and evaluation organizations to study what works
Represent Anthropic at public health convenings and with funders and policymakers
Help shape team processes as we grow this area; hand off opportunities better suited to scaled sales or public sector motions
Travel to partner sites and to SF headquarters every ~6 weeks for those based outside SF (~20% travel)
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
10+ years of experience in US public health, health policy, or public sector health innovation
5+ years managing external partnerships, multi-stakeholder initiatives, or programs that span government and civil society
Deep relationships and credibility in the US public health ecosystem — you know the key players at CDC, state health departments, major schools of public health, and the foundations that fund this work
A working understanding of how federal, state, and local public health agencies operate, fund programs, and adopt new technology
Technical fluency to engage credibly on AI concepts, understand LLM capabilities and limitations, and partner effectively with technical teams
Experience building programs or portfolios in early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written
High agency and comfort with ambiguity; you thrive when the playbook doesn't exist yet
A genuine drive to strengthen the public health system and the communities it serves
An MPH or related credential
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Experience inside a federal or state health agency (CDC, HHS, a state DOH) or at an organization that works closely with them
Background in epidemiology, ideally with hands-on surveillance experience at a state, local, or federal health agency
Experience working in a global context
Experience at a healthtech company, AI organization, or in a product-adjacent role
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Opportunity
We are a bootstrapped, profitable enterprise SaaS company at $30M ARR with a clear trajectory to $100M. We have built the only 100% natively-architected platform in our ecosystem for DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security—serving Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and hospitality. Our customer base includes household-name brands, and our five-product portfolio creates significant expansion and cross-sell opportunity.
We are not looking for a CRO who will spend six months “assessing the landscape.” We need a proven operator who has personally scaled a SaaS business from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR, who understands that profitable growth is non-negotiable, and who can build and execute a revenue engine that compounds quarter over quarter. This is a company built by missionaries, not mercenaries—and we expect the same from our CRO.
The Product Portfolio
Our platform consists of five integrated product lines, all built 100% natively within the Salesforce ecosystem. This native architecture is a core competitive differentiator—no external servers, no third-party middleware, no security exposure points:
DevOps — End-to-end release management, version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments for Salesforce environments. Designed for enterprise-scale complexity with full audit trails and compliance controls.
Backup & Archive — Complete data protection with automated backup scheduling, granular recovery, and intelligent archival capabilities that help enterprises manage data lifecycle and reduce storage costs.
Trust Center (Security & Compliance) — Proactive security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance monitoring that gives regulated enterprises real-time visibility into the health and security posture of their Salesforce environments.
Data Seeding — Intelligent test data management that enables enterprises to create realistic, anonymized datasets for sandbox and development environments without exposing production data.
DevOps for Veeva — Purpose-built release management for life sciences organizations running Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform, addressing the unique regulatory and validation requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
The company has also integrated AI-powered capabilities into the platform, enabling intelligent automation across the DevOps lifecycle. The multi-product portfolio creates a powerful land-and-expand motion: the average deal size is increasing, and the cross-sell opportunity across the five product lines is substantial and largely untapped.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
Own the full revenue number: new business, expansion, renewal, and retention across all segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, and emerging PLG).
Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale from $30M to $100M ARR within 3–4 years while maintaining profitability.
Build and operationalize a quarterly planning cadence with bottoms-up forecasting, pipeline coverage models, and segment-level unit economics tracking.
Establish minimum deal size thresholds and systematically prune low-value accounts that dilute team capacity and drag down margins.
Drive cross-sell and upsell motions across the five-product portfolio, increasing average contract value and multi-product adoption rates.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
Build a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine spanning outbound prospecting, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, partner referrals, and product-led growth.
Own pipeline coverage ratios and ensure 3–4x pipeline-to-quota coverage at all times across segments.
Implement rigorous pipeline inspection and deal management processes with weekly forecasting reviews, stage-gate criteria, and data-driven coaching.
Personally engage in strategic pipeline development for enterprise accounts, including executive-to-executive relationship building.
Product-Led Growth & Innovation
Design and execute a PLG motion that creates a self-service entry point into the platform, converting free or low-cost users into enterprise contracts.
Build the instrumentation, analytics, and product-sales handoff processes required to identify and convert PLG-qualified leads into sales-assisted opportunities.
Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate the company from competitors relying on traditional sales motions, including community-led growth and ecosystem-based strategies.
Enterprise Sales & Large Deal Execution
Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 accounts, particularly in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
Penetrate large enterprise accounts through multi-threaded relationships, executive sponsorship, and value-based selling that ties platform outcomes to business-critical KPIs.
Build and manage a structured enterprise deal process including discovery frameworks, mutual close plans, executive business reviews, and competitive displacement playbooks.
Develop an account-based strategy for the top 50 target accounts with dedicated pursuit plans, relationship maps, and executive engagement cadences.
Customer Retention & Expansion
Drive gross revenue retention from current levels to 92%+ through proactive customer health monitoring, risk identification, and executive intervention processes.
Own the net revenue retention number, targeting 110%+ through systematic expansion and cross-sell into the installed base.
Establish executive-level relationships with top accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership positioning.
Implement a structured customer lifecycle management process from onboarding through renewal, with clear ownership, milestones, and escalation paths.
Global Team Leadership
Lead and scale a global revenue organization encompassing Sales (Enterprise and Mid-Market), Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing), Business Development (SDR/BDR), Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, transparent metrics, and a low-tolerance approach to underperformance—while maintaining a supportive, coaching-oriented environment for top performers.
Recruit, develop, and retain A-level talent across all revenue functions, with a particular emphasis on hiring missionaries who demonstrate ownership mentality and independent judgment.
Manage distributed teams across time zones with disciplined operating rhythms, clear communication protocols, and consistent performance management.
Unit Economics & Profitable Growth
Maintain and improve unit economics as the company scales: CAC payback under 18 months, LTV-to-CAC ratio above 3x, and gross margins consistent with best-in-class SaaS benchmarks.
Make resource allocation decisions based on data, not instinct—investing in segments, channels, and motions that demonstrate efficient returns and pulling back from those that do not.
Provide the CEO and board with clear, honest reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, retention trends, and forward-looking indicators.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS company from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR as CRO, VP of Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role.
Direct, personal experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprise customers.
Experience leading a global, multi-functional revenue organization including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with 50+ total team members.
Demonstrated ability to build and operate a demand generation engine that produces predictable, inspectable pipeline across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of modern SaaS unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, GRR, and NRR—with evidence of running a profitable or capital-efficient operation.
Experience implementing or scaling a product-led growth motion alongside traditional enterprise sales.
Track record of improving gross revenue retention to 90%+ and net revenue retention to 110%+ at scale.
Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) with complex compliance and security requirements.
Minimum 15 years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent role.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent enterprise platform ecosystems.
Background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer tools with an understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and adopt platform solutions.
Experience at a bootstrapped or capital-efficient company (not solely venture-backed hypergrowth environments where profitability was not a constraint).
Familiarity with multi-product portfolio selling and the orchestration of cross-sell and land-and-expand motions.
Experience building and leveraging executive communities or advisory boards as a strategic GTM channel.
History of competitive displacement wins against well-funded or market-leading competitors.
This role is not for everyone. It is for someone who has done this before—not someone who believes they can figure it out. It is for someone who runs toward problems, not away from them. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard than anyone else could impose. Someone who understands that in a bootstrapped, profitable company, every decision carries real weight and every dollar matters.
If you are that person, we want to hear from you.
Benefits
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Remote-first team!
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry
Unlimited Flex Time Off Plan + All Major holidays
Compensation & Structure
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structured to reward performance:
Competitive base salary reflecting the CRO-level scope and enterprise SaaS benchmarks.
Significant performance-based variable compensation tied to bookings, retention, and profitability targets—not vanity metrics.
Equity participation with meaningful upside tied to the $30M-to-$100M growth trajectory.
Clear quarterly milestone structure with transparent measurement and payout criteria.

An overview of this role
As Director, Social Media, you'll lead GitLab's global social media strategy and help people understand how GitLab is co-creating the future of software development. The role shapes how GitLab shows up across social channels, connecting our company, product, and employer stories, to build meaningful engagement with customers, users, contributors, candidates, and industry audiences. Expect to set clear priorities, guide execution, and use insights to strengthen GitLab's voice and business impact. You'll own the outcomes of GitLab's social function — strategy, budget, team development, tooling, and results — and serve as GitLab's senior-most voice on social strategy with executive stakeholders.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and stay close enough to the work to write, build, and ship alongside the team. Two Social Media Managers report to the head of corporate communication and work with you on a dotted-line basis. You'll set their strategic direction, raise the editorial and craft bar, and develop them as practitioners, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development in partnership with their manager. Influence matters in this role, which is why it calls for someone who has already led and grown social practitioners.
What you’ll do
Own the performance of GitLab's social function and its contribution to marketing and business goals.
Lead GitLab's global organic social media strategy, channel plans, and editorial priorities.
Own GitLab's YouTube strategy end to end — channel architecture, programming and series development, long- and short-form video, packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata), search and recommendation optimization, and subscriber and watch-time growth.
Partner with Growth Marketing on paid social, including briefing creative, aligning organic and paid on shared audiences and messaging, informing boosting and amplification decisions, and connecting paid performance back to organic strategy.
Develop clear, audience-focused campaigns that support company, product, brand, and talent goals.
Guide content planning and publishing across social channels while maintaining a consistent GitLab voice.
Own the social media budget, tooling stack, and agency, freelance, and production partner relationships.
Partner with teams across Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and other functions to plan and deliver social programs.
Build processes that support effective collaboration in GitLab's all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Use social listening, audience insights, and performance data to improve content and inform broader marketing decisions.
Lead the measurement framework for social — KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence — and report performance and learnings to marketing and executive leadership.
Partner with DevRel on community engagement to help GitLab participate in relevant industry conversations with a clear, useful point of view.
Build and run creator, influencer, and advocacy programs, including developer creators, GitLab community contributors, and team member advocacy.
Own GitLab's employee advocacy program — grow participation across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Talent, equip team members with content worth sharing, and measure reach, engagement, and contribution to brand and talent goals. Partner with Communications and Talent Acquisition on enablement, and manage the advocacy platform and its adoption.
Support executive and expert social presence, partnering with Communications to help GitLab leaders and technical experts show up credibly on social, including constructive conversations with C-suite executives about proposed content.
Apply AI tools thoughtfully across the social workflow to help GitLab model what an AI-native marketing team looks like.
Prepare for and guide responses to sensitive or fast-moving issues in partnership with the appropriate teams.
What you’ll bring
10+ years in social media, including at least 5 years leading social strategy for a global brand at the senior manager level or above, and accountable for the function's results.
Experience owning a social function end to end, including strategy, budget, headcount, tooling, and results as the accountable leader.
Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional programs, with clear ownership of and accountability for outcomes.
Depth in YouTube strategy, including owning and growing a brand or business channel, and can speak to programming decisions, video formats, packaging, and the metrics that actually move a channel.
Hands-on experience growing LinkedIn and X as primary channels, with judgment about what content, format, and cadence work on each.
Experience with paid social programs and how organic and paid social reinforce each other, including creative for paid, audience strategy, and interpreting paid performance data.
Experience connecting social media programs to broader brand, communications, product, or business priorities.
Strong editorial judgment and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
Fluency with short-form and long-form video as core social formats, including working with production partners and creators.
Experience defining a measurement framework for social, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence, and presenting performance, learnings, and recommendations to executive leadership on a standing basis.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're hiring a Principal Backend Engineer to lead the engineering team behind Push, Aave Labs' regulated, non-custodial on-ramp and off-ramp.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role spanning the systems that connect banking and open-banking partners, identity and compliance controls, payment processing, blockchain settlement, customer wallets, and the applications through which customers access Push.
You'll set the technical direction for a high-stakes financial product where correctness, security, auditability, and operational resilience directly affect customer funds and regulatory obligations. Alongside designing and building critical systems, you'll provide day-to-day leadership to the engineering team, create clarity from product and regulatory requirements, and ensure the team can deliver safely at pace.
How you can make an impact:
Own the technical direction and architecture for Push across backend services, external integrations, data flows, and onchain settlement
Translate product, regulatory, and operational requirements into a clear engineering roadmap, well-scoped projects, and sound technical decisions
Design and build resilient services for on-ramp and off-ramp transaction lifecycles, including payment initiation, status tracking, settlement, exception handling, and customer notifications
Lead integrations with open-banking, payments, identity, compliance, and blockchain infrastructure providers
Define secure boundaries between fiat systems, non-custodial wallets, and onchain execution, ensuring sensitive data, permissions, and signing-related flows are handled appropriately
Set and uphold standards for secure development, architecture review, testing, observability, incident response, deployment, and sustainable on-call ownership
Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Security, Operations, Finance, and application engineers
Remain hands-on in the codebase, particularly for complex architecture, high-risk changes, and critical production issues
Let's connect if you have:
8+ years of backend engineering experience, including senior technical leadership of production systems and teams
Experience designing distributed, event-driven systems that move or account for real money, with a strong understanding of failure modes and operational risk
Experience with regulated financial products and understanding how to balance compliance and regulatory requirements with product features and goals
Strong backend programming skills. Production experience with Rust is highly desirable; deep experience with Go, Java, C++ can substitute
Strong knowledge of API design, PostgreSQL or another relational database, messaging systems, and service-to-service integration patterns
Experience in regulated fintech, payments, banking, digital assets, or another environment requiring auditability, controls, and high availability
Excellent system-design judgement, including migration strategy, build-versus-buy decisions, security boundaries, and the long-term operational cost of architecture choices
A track record of leading engineers through ambiguous, high-impact work while remaining close to implementation and production operations
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to build Aave App's Android and web experiences. You'll deliver secure, intuitive consumer savings journeys across platforms while working closely with design, product, backend, iOS, and protocol engineers.
This role is focused on hands-on delivery and independent ownership of defined product areas. You'll take features from technical design through release, contribute to the shared application architecture, and ensure the experience remains polished, accessible, performant, and reliable across different devices and browsers.
How you can make an impact:
Develop and ship customer-facing features across the Android and web builds of Aave App using React Native, TypeScript, and React
Build responsive, accessible interfaces and reusable components that behave consistently across devices, form factors and web surfaces
Integrate consumer blockchain functionality such as wallet connectivity, transaction preparation and signing interfaces, onchain data reads, gas estimation, and transaction-status updates
Work with backend and protocol engineers to integrate onchain and offchain data, savings and withdrawal flows, funding options, notifications, and analytics
Write well-tested, maintainable code and contribute useful reviews that improve consistency without slowing delivery.
Partner closely with design to deliver precise UI, refined interactions, and a cohesive cross-platform design system
Let's connect if you have:
4+ years building consumer mobile or cross-platform applications, including strong production experience with React Native and TypeScript
Deep React fundamentals with a strong focus on performance, including render cost and re-render behaviour, with experience using profiling and data-driven approaches to identify and resolve performance issues
Hands-on experience with Reanimated and Gesture Handler, with fluency across the React Native toolchain, including Metro, Hermes, EAS, and native module integration and debugging
A track record of shipping polished consumer experiences with close attention to UX, accessibility, and design detail
Experience with secure storage, authentication, encryption, permissions, and sensitive user data on mobile devices
Strong testing and debugging skills across unit, integration, end-to-end, device, and browser environments
