About the Role
We’re hiring an
Organic Content Strategist for a US DTC gifting brand
to work remotely with their team.
The brand makes sentimental, gift-led products built around personal milestones like births and weddings. You’ll own their organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, from strategy to execution. That means planning the content calendar, creating and editing posts, and turning creator content into social posts that carry real emotion rather than reading like product marketing.
You’ll work in a small team directly with leadership and an outsourced agency layer. You’ll also partner closely with the brand’s Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, turning the creator content they bring in into organic posts.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Own the brand’s organic presence across Instagram and TikTok.
Create and edit static and video content using company assets, creator content and product samples.
Source creator-generated content and shape it into engaging organic posts.
Do light video editing and adapt content for cross-platform use.
Manage the posting cadence and the organic content calendar.
Strategy & Collaboration
Develop and execute a creative content strategy aligned with brand goals and trends.
Monitor trends, especially US trends, and translate them into on-brand social content.
Work with the affiliate/outreach role so creator content lines up with the social strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience both planning and executing organic social media strategy, not one or the other.
Experience creating content specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
Light video editing ability.
Comfortable using AI tools, Canva or similar content tools.
Creative and trend-savvy, with a strong visual eye.
Strategic, but also hands-on and execution-oriented.
Idea-driven, culturally aware and proactive.
Cultural fluency with a US audience, since the role reads and reacts to US trends.
Availability to work EST hours is preferred.
Benefits
$3,000+ USD per month.
Full-time, 40 hours a week, as an international contractor.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Location: Honduras

Work From Home
Location: Canada
About the Role
You will be the person who makes our AI better at selling. You will read its conversations, notice what is working and what is not, and change the instructions it follows so the next thousand conversations go better.
You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our tools, our playbooks and how to write and test prompts. What we cannot teach is the instinct for conversations, a feel for sales, and the curiosity to dig into the data and ask why.
What You'll Do
Review AI-drafted text messages each day, and approve, edit or rewrite them before they send.
Spot patterns across conversations, such as an opener that gets replies but no orders, and figure out the cause.
Update each brand's prompts and playbook to fix problems at the source, then test the change before it goes live.
Respond to brand requests and turn them into playbook updates.
Help launch new brands: deep research on their brand, write the persona and opening messages, and check that offers work.
Run and track A/B tests, and report what won.
Requirements
You read people well. From one text you can tell whether a shopper is ready to buy, has a question, or is done, and you reply the way a real person would.
You have sales instinct. You answer an objection and then ask for the sale, without arguing or pushing the customer away.
You are curious about data. You can open a table of conversations and ask the right questions: how many, compared to what, at which brand, since when. You notice when a number looks off and go find out why.
You fix the cause, not the symptom. When the AI says something wrong, you look for the reason (a missing fact, a vague rule, two rules that conflict) and fix the instruction so it does not happen again.
You are comfortable with AI tools. You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools regularly and understand that how you ask shapes what you get back.
You are online. These are live conversations. You are responsive during working hours and quick to pick things up in Slack.
You learn fast and like feedback. You pick up new tools quickly and want to get better each week.
Nice to Have
Experience in sales (SDR, BDR, retail or any role with a close rate), customer support, or live chat.
Experience at a DTC brand or ecommerce agency.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript or similar tools.
Spreadsheet skills, or basic SQL.
Something you have built or automated with AI on your own.
What We'll Teach You
Our console, approval queue and playbook system.
How to write, test and ship prompt changes.
Shopify basics, discount codes and how they combine.
How we run and read A/B tests.

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are hiring a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services to join our high-performing procurement team! In this position, you will champion sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Technology & Digital Services throughout Hasbro, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, including Wizards of the Coast, LLC — handling an expansive, multi-entity portfolio covering SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, network, data centers, security tools, managed services, and IT professional services.
You will work closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, and business partners across the enterprise to deliver outcomes that optimize speed, risk, and value. We adopt change, think big, and believe procurement is a strategic function — not just a back-office one. In this role, you will handle the entire sourcing process for Technology & Digital Services — from RFQs and RFPs through supplier assessment, negotiation, and contract finalization — while owning the full contract lifecycle, including renewal planning, auto-renewal management, risk identification, and compliance monitoring. Partnering with IT Security, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture ensures every vendor meets our compliance and risk standards before contract execution.
On the commercial side, negotiating favorable terms — unit pricing, volume discounts, renewal price caps, payment terms, and SLA protections — goes hand in hand with capturing and reporting savings, cost avoidance, and working capital benefits through Hasbro's procurement savings framework. Spend data, market benchmarks, and vendor intelligence inform strategy and drive favorable pricing decisions across the portfolio. Your expertise in procurement will be crucial in driving outstanding results and flawless management of all sourcing activities. You will bring a proven track record of success and the ability to compete in a dynamic environment. You will Build structured Supplier Relationship Management programs that drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement and champion sourcing processes and governance frameworks that scale across our enterprise.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

Influence without authority by bringing insight, structure, and solutions to sophisticated business needs
Lead with Integrity
Operate with clarity and accountability in all sourcing and contracting activities, collaborating with suppliers in a mutually beneficial manner
Maintain Hasbro’s ethical standards, financial controls, and governance expectations

Adopt Innovation & Change
Champion the improvement of procurement approaches
Bring forward fresh insights, tools, and techniques to refine the sourcing and management of Technology & Digital services
Develop Self & Others
Demonstrate continuous learning and professional growth

Proven experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and varied collaborator engagement across multiple business units or legal entities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience using spend data and market benchmarks to drive sourcing decisions
Ability to handle competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
