About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
- Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.

GoMining is looking for an experienced SEO specialist ready to take their skills to the next level. This is a chance to work on genuinely challenging, large-scale projects alongside marketing professionals who are eager to learn from each other and grow. We expect you to work autonomously while staying aligned with the broader team and business agenda.
You'll report to the Head of Organic Acquisition, and you’ll coordinate closely with those functions to keep GoMining's brands represented consistently everywhere they're found — in search, in AI assistants, on social, and in app stores.
What you'll do
Design and execute large-scale SEO projects across an ecosystem of several websites, products, and brands — thousands of pages in total.
Build programmatic SEO: improve existing templates and propose new ways to scale pages, while safeguarding against the risks (thin, duplicate, or scaled content).
Build and maintain structured data and entity SEO — schema markup for FAQs, products, organization, and other relevant types — to strengthen how GoMining’s brands are represented in web search and AI.
Develop and improve automated SEO audits and drive identified issues through to resolution with the dev team.
Write and edit web copy that weaves in keywords, entities, and on-page optimization.
Manage GEO/AEO (AI search) initiatives: track and grow GoMining's citation and visibility across AI Overviews and assistants (Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) using dedicated AI-visibility tools, and structure content so AI systems can easily extract and cite it (llms.txt, clear headings, FAQ schema, concise summaries).
Grow the backlink profile and brand visibility through external referral sources and digital PR.
Own ORM/SERM: monitor brand SERPs and tackle negative or misleading mentions, and track product reviews on review aggregators and in mobile app stores such as the App Store and Google Play. Build platform-specific strategies for how to solicit, respond to, and manage reviews on each selected platform/resource.
Translate SEO needs into PRDs and clear tasks for developers, and manage that backlog through to delivery.
Report on performance against agreed KPIs.
Requirements
2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
English B2-C1: comfortable working with English-language content, attending English-speaking calls, and communicating with English-speaking colleagues and partners.
Solid understanding of Programmatic SEO, with the ability to formulate technical tasks.
Working knowledge of SEO analytics: GA4 and Google Search Console as a baseline, plus Ahrefs and/or Semrush. Comfort with Data Studio for reporting. SQL or BigQuery is a strong plus.
HTML/JS/CSS basics, and an understanding of how both traditional web search crawlers and newer AI crawlers/agents interact with a website and its content.
Understanding of methods and purposes of SEO-related data processing: keyword research and mapping, intent classification, topic clustering, SERP analysis.
Practical knowledge of structured data/schema markup implementation.
Working familiarity with E-E-A-T and YMYL principles and what they mean in practice for a crypto/fintech content strategy.
Copywriting skills with an SEO-oriented vision: the ability to write and edit content that balances keyword and entity optimization, readability, and trustworthiness.
Working understanding of GEO/AEO and at least conceptual familiarity with AI-visibility tracking.
Knowledge of tools such as Screaming Frog, Data Studio, Ahrefs, and Semrush, and how they work together.
Decent project management skills: readiness for task tracking and reporting.
Understanding of, or experience with, multi-language/multi-market SEO — hreflang implementation, localized content strategy, etc.
Would be a plus
Deep experience in international SEO across multiple markets and languages.
Experience writing and editing longform content.
Coding or vibecoding skills (Python/JS), or readiness to pick them up, for building custom SEO tooling and automations at scale.
Experience in YouTube/video SEO, or a solid understanding of it.
Hands-on experience with AI-visibility/GEO tracking platforms, or building custom AI-citation tracking.
Prior SEO experience in crypto, fintech, or another YMYL vertical.
How we'll measure success
Organic traffic and its contribution to conversions/revenue across the ecosystem.
AI citation and recommendation share.
Technical health of the page inventory (Core Web Vitals, indexation rate, crawl efficiency).
Ranking visibility, CTR, average position.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Reporting directly to the CISO and serving as a senior member of the Security leadership team, this leader will shape strategy, lead a growing team of managers, engineers, and analysts, and drive measurable security outcomes across a fast-moving technology environment.
This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled security operations in complex, high-growth environments and brings strong security engineering experience. The right leader combines strategic judgment with strong technical depth, staying close enough to the work to set a high bar for engineering quality, guide critical technical decisions, and lead effectively through significant security events.
This leader will play a significant role in shaping the team, operating model, and technical roadmap as WHOOP scales, advancing capabilities across security engineering, detection and response, incident management, security automation, identity, cloud, endpoint, SaaS, data protection, and other enterprise security domains.
As WHOOP expands its use of AI across member-facing products, internal technology, and engineering, and continues to evolve its capabilities in health, this leader will help ensure security scales alongside the company's technology, data, regulatory, and threat landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Security Engineering and Security Operations, defining strategy, priorities, technical standards, performance expectations, and measurable outcomes across both functions.
- Advance a risk and threat-informed detection and response program that connects priority threat scenarios to the telemetry, detections, investigation capabilities, response procedures, and operational controls required to address them, including identity-centric, data protection, and insider risk scenarios.
- Lead security incident readiness and response, including escalation, incident command for significant events, cross-functional coordination, post-incident review, and accountability for follow-up actions.
- Guide the engineering and operationalization of preventive and detective security controls across identity, endpoint, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, data, AI-enabled systems, and other high-value enterprise environments, while setting a high bar for technical design, testing, documentation, maintainability, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the security strategy and engineering approach for AI-enabled products and enterprise AI adoption, including access controls, sensitive data handling, model and application security, third-party integrations, tool and agent permissions, monitoring, auditability, and secure use of AI across the company.
- Drive an outcome-oriented approach to security technology and managed services, maximizing the effectiveness of existing capabilities, making disciplined decisions about when to automate, build, buy, or use external partners, and holding security partners accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Drive disciplined execution across the security engineering and operations portfolio through effective prioritization, roadmap and backlog management, capacity planning, metrics, ownership, and operating cadence.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, engineers, and analysts, setting clear expectations for technical quality, judgment, ownership, execution, and professional growth.
- Strengthen collaboration across Product Security, Security Architecture, Platform, Fraud, Engineering, IT, GRC, Legal, Privacy, and other business functions, creating clear ownership and effective operating relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Partner with the CISO on organizational design, workforce planning, hiring, and development of the capabilities required as the Security organization evolves, while providing clear, data-driven communication on security posture, operational performance, significant risks, and strategic priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with deep experience in Security Operations and meaningful experience across Security Engineering in complex technology environments.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including multiple years managing managers and senior technical individual contributors. This is not a first-time people leadership role. Demonstrated strength in hiring, coaching, performance management, organizational design, and raising the bar for team quality and execution.
- Deep technical expertise in detection engineering, SIEM and telemetry strategy, incident response, and modern security operations, including experience leading significant security incidents.
- Proven ability to drive disciplined execution across priorities, roadmaps, backlogs, metrics, and ownership, while maximizing existing capabilities before introducing additional technology.
- Experience managing MDR, MSSP, or similar security partners and holding them accountable to measurable operational outcomes.
- Experience securing AI-enabled products, enterprise AI adoption, or AI development environments, including risks related to sensitive data, models, agents, third-party services, access, and monitoring.
- Strong judgment and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical, product, risk, legal, and senior leadership teams.
- Experience in health technology or another sensitive-data environment is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to help build and scale the people infrastructure behind a rapidly growing, global organization.
This role sits between day-to-day HR administration and HR Operations leadership. While our HR Coordinator supports routine administrative tasks and employee requests, the HR Operations Specialist will own more complex operational workflows, HR systems, benefits and payroll coordination, compliance processes, and process improvement.
You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and external partners to ensure our People operations are accurate, scalable, and built to support continued growth.
We’re looking for a strong operator who can take ownership of a problem, understand how the pieces connect, and build a better process—not someone who simply follows an existing checklist.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE
- Manage more complex employee changes, including compensation updates, promotions, employment status changes, transfers, and organizational changes.
- Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to resolve employee lifecycle issues and operational escalations.
- Develop scalable workflows, documentation, and controls as the company grows.
HR SYSTEMS, DATA & AUTOMATION
- Design and improve workflows, automations, permissions, custom fields, reporting, and system configurations.
- Maintain strong data integrity and establish processes for regularly auditing employee information.
- Build reporting and dashboards for headcount, employee changes, benefits, and other People metrics.
- Identify manual processes that can be automated or eliminated.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and other teams on integrations and system improvements.
FINANCE PARTNER AND BENEFITS OPERATIONS
- Partner with Finance and payroll providers to ensure employee changes are accurately reflected in payroll.
- Support the administration and ongoing improvement of employee benefits programs.
- Coordinate open enrollment, qualifying life events, employee eligibility changes, and carrier/vendor processes.
- Manage operational relationships with benefits and HR vendors and help troubleshoot escalated issues.
- Build processes and controls that improve payroll and benefits accuracy as headcount grows.
COMPLIANCE & GLOBAL OPERATIONS
- Support HR compliance requirements across the employee lifecycle, including required documentation, recordkeeping, and employment changes.
- Partner with Legal and external advisors on HR compliance initiatives.
- Support state registrations and other operational requirements associated with employing people across multiple jurisdictions.
- Help manage operational processes for international employees, contractors, and global employment partners.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready HR records and documentation.
- Identify compliance or process risks and escalate them appropriately.
PROCESS DESIGN & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Build and maintain HR playbooks, SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation.
- Evaluate existing processes and redesign them to be more efficient, scalable, and employee-friendly.
- Establish clear ownership and handoffs between HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Legal, and managers.
- Create controls and checkpoints for high-risk HR processes.
- Use data and operational trends to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of HR Operations projects from problem identification through implementation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of core U.S. HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee changes, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience administering and improving an HRIS; experience with Rippling is a plus.
- Experience building or improving HR workflows rather than solely executing established processes.
- Strong systems orientation and comfort working with HR data, reporting, and automation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive them through resolution.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where processes are still being built.
Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 – $180,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
