POWER A WORLD OF TRUST
Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn ($2 B valuation) rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we’re scaling fast.
The Impact You’ll Make
Growth at Incode owns the top of funnel - the pipeline that feeds every region's revenue number. This role exists to build the systems that generate it.
You'll ship AI agents, automations, and workflows across the full top-of-funnel surface: outbound, inbound, lead qualification and routing, event and conference motions, account and competitive research. The work is grounded in live Salesforce, Supabase, and Outreach data and supports revenue teams across NAM, LATAM, and EMEA. The Growth AI Office - our multi-agent GTM operating system - is where it lives, and a fleet of these agents is already in daily production use.
Today that fleet is built and maintained by a single engineer. You are the second builder.
You'll design and ship new agents, harden the ones already running, and own the integration layer that connects them to the systems revenue actually runs on. This is not an internal-tools ticket queue and it is not research. It is applied engineering where the output is measured in qualified pipeline, meetings held, and hours returned to a 24-person revenue team.
A note on the title:
"Growth Engineer" means different things at different companies. Here it does not mean product-led growth or experimentation infrastructure - Incode sells to banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments, and there is no self-serve funnel to optimize. It means engineering applied to pipeline generation. You will write and deploy production Python and Node services, stand up MCP servers, and own your own CI/CD - not configure a no-code platform. If your strongest work is A/B test infrastructure and activation metrics, or enrichment waterfalls inside a vendor UI, this is the wrong role. If you are an engineer who chose revenue systems as your problem space, keep reading.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Top-of-Funnel Agent Development
- Design, build, and ship production LLM agents that generate and qualify pipeline: scoped skills, explicit guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and clean multi-agent handoffs. Take agents from concept to daily use by non-technical operators across outbound, inbound, and event motions.
MCP & Integration Infrastructure
- Build and operate the Model Context Protocol servers and clients that connect agents to Salesforce, Outreach, Supabase, ZoomInfo, Notion, and Slack. Own authentication, token scoping, pagination, rate limiting, and graceful failure - including for systems with no native integration path.
Grounding & Evaluation
- Keep agent output tied to real records, not plausible-sounding invention. Build schema-aware retrieval, reconciliation checks, eval harnesses, and regression tests so a prompt change never silently degrades a production agent.
Workflow & Decision Automation
- Implement routing, scoring, and trigger logic across automation platforms (n8n, Tines-class) and custom services: webhooks, scheduled jobs, event-driven pipelines.
Internal Tooling & Reporting
- Build the web apps, dashboards, and interactive reporting that put agent output in front of BDRs and leadership in a form they'll actually use.
Documentation & Durability
- Write the runbooks, skill specifications, and architecture docs that make the agent fleet maintainable by more than one person. Enable GTM operators to extend what you build without filing a ticket.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
Agent-Native Builder
- You've shipped LLM-powered systems that real people depend on, and you know the difference between a demo and something that survives contact with messy production data.
Integration Instinct
- You default to connecting systems rather than replacing them, and you're comfortable building the middleware that vendors didn't.
Evaluation Discipline
- You treat prompts and agent skills as code: versioned, tested, measured. You can tell someone whether a change made an agent better, with evidence.
Data Integrity First
- Before you automate on top of a number, you check whether the number is trustworthy. You've been burned by a bad join and you don't intend to be again.
GTM Fluency
- You can read a pipeline report, hold a conversation about conversion rates, and design for how a seller actually behaves rather than how the org chart says they should.
Ownership Under Ambiguity
- You scope your own work from a business problem, ship something usable fast, and iterate. You operate like a founder with a unicorn's resources behind you.
Handoff Mindset
- You write so that the next person can run it. You measure success partly by how little you're needed for maintenance.
Your Background
Engineering foundation
4+ years professional software engineering
1+ year building and shipping LLM-powered applications or agents to production - used daily by people who are not engineers
Strong Python and Node.js/TypeScript in production; React sufficient to build internal UI end to end
At least one internal application you built start to finish: data model, backend, interface, auth, deployment, and the maintenance afterward
CRM and revenue systems - required
Hands-on experience with both Salesforce and HubSpot. We run both, and this role writes against both. We are not asking for admin certification - we are asking for working fluency: standard and custom objects, field-level behavior and validation, record ownership and sharing, REST and bulk APIs, and a clear sense of what breaks downstream when you change something upstream
Sales engagement platform experience - Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo: sequence and step models, prospect and mailing data structures, and API access patterns
A realistic view of how revenue data degrades in practice: duplicates, stale ownership, unenforced picklists, half-migrated fields - and what that means for anything automated on top of it
Bonus: enrichment and contact data providers (ZoomInfo, Clay, Lusha-class) at the API level rather than the UI level
Databases and data work
Production experience with Postgres or Supabase: schema design, migrations, indexing, query tuning, row-level security
SQL fluency against a warehouse - Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery-class - including window functions and incremental models
You have reconciled the same metric across two systems, found the delta, and explained it to a non-technical stakeholder
Automation, end to end
You have designed, built, deployed, monitored, and maintained automations in production - not just built them. You own the alerting and the failure modes for your own work
Webhooks, queues, scheduled jobs, retries, idempotency, and backfills. You have debugged a job that silently stopped firing
Automation platform experience (n8n, Tines, Zapier-class) and the judgment to know when to abandon the platform and write the service instead. We care more about the second half of that sentence
Routing, scoring, and decision logic implemented as code with test coverage, not as a chain of conditional blocks nobody can read
AI and agents
Hands-on with MCP - servers, clients, custom endpoints - or an equivalent tool-calling and agent framework
Production LLM API integration (Anthropic-class): structured output, tool definitions, context management, cost and latency tradeoffs
Prompt and skill design treated as versioned artifacts, with some method for evaluating whether a change helped
Deployment, integration, and security
Cloud deployment ownership: AWS, containerized hosting, CI/CD (GitHub Actions); Terraform or another IaC tool a plus
OAuth flows, token lifecycle and refresh, credential vaults, header auth, and least-privilege scope review on the integrations you build
Nice to have
Experience supporting a multi-region revenue team (NAM, LATAM, EMEA) and the data-residency questions that come with it
Event and conference lead-capture tooling
Notion and Slack API work
Experience enabling non-technical teams on AI tooling - documentation, training, internal adoption
The Work You've Done Before
Come ready to walk us through two or three things you have built. The strongest candidates we have seen have shipped work like:
An internal application a non-technical team now uses every day, where you owned it from data model to deployment
A two-way integration between two systems that had no native connector, including how you handled auth, rate limits, and partial failure
An agent or automation that replaced a recurring manual process, with a before-and-after number attached to it
A data reconciliation between a CRM and a warehouse where the two disagreed and you determined which one was right
Something you built, documented, and handed off - that someone else now runs without you
We care more about what you shipped and what broke than about which tools were on the sticker. If your strongest work used a stack we did not list, tell us about it anyway.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of 1Password’s Developer Relations team, you’ll grow our presence where developers learn, share, and connect—especially on X, Reddit, and other relevant online communities. You’ll create technically accurate content, build relationships with technical creators, support product launches and events, and turn developer conversations into measurable audience growth and product interest. Your work will help advance 1Password’s mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director of Developer Relations, this role is remote within the United States, with the San Francisco Bay Area preferred.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in developer marketing, technical social media, community growth, or developer relations.
• A track record of growing a developer or technical audience, with a clear understanding of your contribution and results.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to follow developer documentation, try tools or integrations, and collaborate comfortably with engineers.
• Experience coordinating creator partnerships or marketing campaigns involving multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Preferred: Experience marketing developer tools, security products, infrastructure, or artificial intelligence (AI) tools; an existing network of developer creators and community builders; or experience with employee advocacy, paid social experiments, or campaign attribution.
What you can expect:
• Grow 1Password’s developer audience through campaigns and ongoing engagement across X, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
• Create posts, threads, and short-form content about developer workflows, product capabilities, security, and AI agents, partnering with engineers and developer advocates to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and build relationships with technical creators, coordinate campaign briefs and deliverables, manage approved budgets, and track performance.
• Support product launches with creator partnerships and social content that help developers understand new capabilities and get started.
• Build an employee ambassador program that helps engineers share technical insights, projects, and lessons learned in their own voices.
• Participate in developer communities by contributing useful answers, identifying relevant conversations, and bringing developer feedback back to the team.
• Amplify developer events, experiment with new formats and messaging, and use engagement, qualified traffic, and attributable signups to improve the program and connect campaigns to product adoption.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
Strategic Finance is a high-visibility, high-impact role embedded in the decision-making core of the company. You will serve as a crucial partner to our executive, R&D, and GTM teams, owning the financial modeling and analysis that drives our core product and research strategy, optimizes our GTM engine, and informs critical operational decisions.

- Act as the analytical engine for the executive team by leading cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and scale business processes.
- Translate operational plans into financial models, identify risks and opportunities, and hold teams accountable to KPIs.
- Own the KPI infrastructure that connects product and revenue metrics to financial outcomes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a consistent narrative across all reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Experience building and leveraging AI tools for yourself and for cross-functional use.
- A track record of operating through rapid scale: building and evolving financial models, planning processes, and reporting as a company’s complexity grows.
- Strong fundamentals in financial modeling with a rigorous and quantitative approach to measuring operational success.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple, digestible narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
- You have a high bar for operational excellence and a keen sense of how to translate complex, ambiguous business questions to a clear plan of action.
- A genuine interest in AI and its implications for industry and society

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany or Sweden.
Senior Software Engineer - Security Assurances
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Security Assurance to join our GRC engineering team. We are building a security system that’s automated at scale, rigorously data-driven, and built from the ground up with defense-in-depth and self-healing in mind. We support a highly autonomous, remote-first, cloud-native organization. We are a technical team that can build any tool we need, while knowing when to buy to improve velocity.
To support our growth and ambitious vision, we embrace agile principles and values, share openly, apply context-driven security mechanisms, default to action, and have an OSS-first mindset. We are a 100% remote company. We believe in high-velocity but sustainable expectations and timeframes, giving people the room to do great work.
The Opportunity:
You will work to build out our security observability, compliance, and control management systems and tools. You will develop services and tools to proactively defend our systems, provide visibility to our security state, and give engineers and stakeholders guardrails and paved roads to behave securely. You will collaborate across your team, the security department, and wider Grafana to write and deploy security policies across all of our SDLC, applications, and infrastructure.
This is a very technical, hands-on keyboard software engineering, so development experience is critical. You will ideally have some experience building, implementing and improving the maturity of security programs in Cloud-based SaaS organizations. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc) is useful, but the disposition to quickly learn new things is more important than rote knowledge. You will work alongside other security engineers, full-stack developers, and customer-facing teams. Experience guiding and negotiating with peers, stakeholders, customers, and auditors is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be a technical contributor on our GRC team covering a range of areas, including certifications, application, build, cloud, and supply chain security, and internal security tooling development
Develop, implement, and maintain highly automated security assurance programs to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS, TISAX, whatever else our customers eventually throw at us)
Develop systems, automations, and methods of security observability to push the GRC engineering organization beyond just meeting certification requirements

Deploy security and compliance checks in an employee-enabling way (guardrails and paved roads) in their daily workflows and build pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle and operational processes.
Respond to customer security issues, security alerts, and potential incidents

About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help define and drive the next generation of GitLab’s Fulfillment platform.
Fulfillment ensures that customers receive the right product access and can manage seats, usage, and spend across GitLab.com, Self-Managed, Dedicated, and other deployment models. Its core areas include entitlements, licensing and provisioning, seat management, usage visibility, and cost management.
The existing platform has served GitLab for approximately a decade and now faces significant challenges in scale, maintainability, and architectural complexity. This role will help us understand where we are today and define how Fulfillment should work over the next ten years.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will set architectural direction across the Fulfillment portfolio, make critical technical decisions, and work directly with teams to execute the resulting modernization strategy. You will influence across organizational boundaries while remaining hands-on in design, implementation, technical problem-solving, and mentorship.
What you’ll do
Define and communicate the long-term architecture and technical strategy for Fulfillment, including target state, principles, priorities, and migration sequencing.
Assess the current platform and address its most important risks across scale, reliability, performance, data correctness, operability, and maintainability.
Drive architectural decisions across entitlements, provisioning, seat management, usage visibility, and cost management.
Establish clear service boundaries, data ownership, contracts, and integration patterns across Fulfillment, Monetization, billing, Salesforce, and product services.
Lead an incremental modernization program that improves the existing platform while continuing to deliver customer and business value.
Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn architectural direction into executable roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
Be hands-on with the hardest problems, including prototypes, critical implementations, migrations, performance improvements, reliability work, and incident learning.
Champion practical artificial intelligence (AI) adoption across Fulfillment, including agentic coding and AI-assisted engineering workflows, and help teams apply these tools responsibly and effectively.
Mentor and coach Senior and Staff Engineers and raise the quality of technical decision-making across the organization.
What you’ll bring
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial experience at Staff, Principal, or equivalent technical leadership level.
Direct experience building, operating, or modernizing Fulfillment systems, including areas such as entitlements, licensing, provisioning, subscription lifecycle, seat management, usage metering, usage billing, or cost controls.
A track record of setting technical direction across multiple teams and turning architecture into reliable, operated systems.
Deep experience with distributed systems, scalability, availability, performance, observability, data integrity, and failure-mode analysis.
Comfort working in one or more of Ruby, Go, and Python, with the ability to navigate both Backend and Frontend in a polyglot system.
Practical experience using artificial intelligence in software engineering, including agentic coding or AI-assisted development workflows.
Demonstrated success modernizing mature or degraded platforms without relying on a risky “big bang” rewrite.
Experience designing systems that span multiple deployment models, such as software as a service, Self-Managed, Dedicated, or disconnected environments.
Strong product and business judgment, with the ability to connect technical investment to customer experience, revenue, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and time to market.
Excellent written communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across teams without formal authority.

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Developer Platform https://www.notion.com/product/dev engineer, you will directly contribute to the foundational pieces that make Notion extensible and connected. You will build tools, APIs, and platform experiences that help customers connect Notion to the world — bringing their apps, data, and workflows into one workspace. Your work will make it easier for developers, admins, and builders to create reliable integrations and automations on top of Notion.
You will be a key player in building the robust technical foundation that allows Notion to achieve the connected workspace vision. Your work will include both internal platform contributions that accelerate other Notion engineering teams and end-user-facing functionality that enables toolmaking ubiquity. You will be presented with challenging technical problems, as Notion’s product needs are complex. You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing against technical investments that ensure the long-term quality, reliability, and performance of Notion’s platform as we scale.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- You’ll work with a team of engineers and cross-functional partners across product, design, data science, and user research to define a product strategy and drive execution through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
- You’ll evolve Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infrastructure that help customers automate workflows, customize Notion, and connect Notion to the tools and data they use every day.
- You’ll contribute to the overall performance, reliability, and robustness of the Notion product, ensuring it scales elegantly across many dimensions.
- You’ll partner with engineering leaders to identify and execute against high-leverage technical investments that ensure the long-term flexibility and sustainability of our core systems.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 7+ years of experience shipping production software, with a strong track record of owning features end-to-end
- Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend
- Strong product instincts: you can take a vague problem, propose a solid technical approach, and know when to cut scope
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building developer tools like APIs and SDKs
- Experience driving teams toward shared goals and balancing business priorities with individuals’ strengths, areas of interest, and career development goals
- Familiarity with AI/agent tooling, evals, or LLM-driven product experiences
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $179,000 – $200,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Mural Compose team is ambitious and fast-moving. We are passionate builders who love to experiment and iterate. Our project is seeking to leverage the latest technology in AI to acquire new customers and expand our revenue base as broadly as possible. This team is at the front of our product strategy and future growth.
YOUR MISSION
You'll lead the team behind one of Mural's most important bets. In the near term, you'll take our AI native product from early access to a product that customers rely on every day, raising quality, reliability, and speed as more users come on board.
Expect a very hands-on role. You'll review PRs, set the technical standards the team builds to, and stay close to the code and architecture decisions. You'll also keep the team's pace high and sustainable while building a high-performing team in a remote-first way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, hire, and grow a team of full-stack engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, coaching, and performance management.
- Own delivery end to end with a fast, experimental loop: ship early to real users, measure what works, and iterate quickly without losing reliability.
- Partner with Product and Design as co-owners of the Compose roadmap, using customer feedback and usage data to decide what to build, cut, or double down on.
- Raise engineering craft across testing, observability, and AI-assisted development, and model Mural's remote-first, work-in-public culture at a sustainable pace.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2+ years managing software engineers directly, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- 5+ years of prior experience as a software engineer building and operating production applications, with hands-on technical work in the last 3–4 years.
- A solid technical foundation, enough to lead architecture discussions and review code with credibility.
- A bias for experimentation: you make sound calls quickly, learn from data, and change course when the evidence says so.
- A people-first approach: you lead with empathy, listen first, and build the trust and psychological safety that help each person do their best work.
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to product, business, and customer stakeholders.
- Experience leading a team that shipped LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation, quality monitoring, and cost management.
- Experience building AI agents, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, or familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

WHY SDK ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
YOUR WORK WILL HAVE AN OUTSIZED IMPACT.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month. When you ship a new integration or improve SDK performance, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they'll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels. Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible.
The SDK is often the very first thing a developer touches when they try Langfuse, so your work directly shapes their first impression.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM-applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers in the world and that leverage Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible SDK experience and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Owning our SDKs. We maintain SDKs in Python and TypeScript both built on OpenTelemetry. You'll be responsible for their reliability, performance, and developer experience. These SDKs run inside our users' production systems, which means they must never fail, must have minimal impact on CPU and memory, and must work flawlessly across every environment — from serverless functions to long-running agent loops. You'll think deeply about the exposed interfaces, error handling, batching, async flushing, and graceful degradation.
- Designing APIs that developers love. How are functions named, how are parameters structured, how are breaking changes communicated, how does the documentation read? Developer experience is a core differentiator for Langfuse and you'll own every detail of it. When we shipped the Python SDK v3 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-06-05-python-sdk-v3-generally-available and TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga, both were full rewrites on OpenTelemetry — that's the kind of thoughtful, high-impact SDK work you'll lead. Apart from tracing, we also support core workflows of engineers building with LLMs with our SDKs, see our Experiment Runner SDK https://langfuse.com/docs/evaluation/experiments/experiments-via-sdk#experiment-runner-sdk for example.
- Integrating with every major AI framework: Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You'll maintain these integrations, ensure new Langfuse features are supported across all of them, and add new integrations as the ecosystem evolves. When a new framework gains traction, you'll be among the first to instrument it.
- Maintaining our OpenTelemetry endpoint: some users send traces directly to our OTLP endpoint https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/otlp/ instead of using our SDKs. You'll ensure this path is robust, well-documented, and supports the full range of Langfuse features. This also extends our language support to Java, Go, and any language with an OpenTelemetry SDK. You can work with the OpenTelemetry community to steer the GenAI conventions.

We are looking for a leader to take on our workforce management systems and operations. This is more than a technology role. Serve as a trusted advisor to our HR leadership group, our centers of excellence and our business partners, turning business goals into system capability and service build. You will ask the questions that sharpen a request, give people a clear view of sequencing, effort and trade-offs, and help us move toward AI-enabled, automation-first ways of working.
You will report to our Vice President of HR Planning, Analytics & Technology and lead senior business systems analysts, an HR operations manager with a specialist group, and an outsourced administration partner.
A day in the life:
HR platforms and delivery:
Look after our HR systems estate, including SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and the applications around them, together with the integrations connecting them to Finance, IT and external providers.
Build the multi-year technology roadmap with HR leadership and IT, and run the intake practices that decide what enters it.
Guide systems projects from requirements through configuration, testing, cutover and adoption, then keep the platforms balanced in service once they are live.
HR operations and service delivery:
You will manage employee lifecycle transaction processing and the quality controls that keep our records accurate. You will also set and publish the measures the operation is judged on, from first-contact resolution to self-service adoption.
Develop the service framework and the tiers within it, from self-service and first contact through to specialist handling, and the routing between them.
Run one governed intake channel for employee questions, and decide with the team what stops, what is automated and what moves to our administration partner.
Governance, security and information management:
You will be responsible for how our HR data is protected and who can reach it, and for the governance standards behind configuration, workflows, integrations and security. You will work with People Analytics and enterprise analytics on our data platform and the sources that feed it.
Build the security and access model, including role-based permissions, field-level restriction, access certification and segregation of duties.
Meet our data-privacy and regional obligations with Legal and Information Security, and act as the HR contact for internal and external audits.
AI enablement and automation:
Set our HR technology AI strategy, with responsible adoption resting on governance, data readiness, privacy and human oversight.R
Redesign fragmented processes into something simpler.
Run a single pipeline for internal use cases and emerging HR technology, and report what our automation delivers in adoption, efficiency, quality and experience.
Team and partners:
Grow a team covering business systems analysis and an operations specialist group led by a first-line manager, and plan resourcing, capacity and budget across both.
Develop the team’s capability in consultation, requirements and configuration, and hold the relationship with our outsourced administration and application management partners.
What you'll bring:
8+ years experience across HR systems and HR operations.
5+ years managing people and experience leading through a first-line manager.
Led a multi-application systems portfolio alongside a service delivery team, including its tier model, case management, and service measures.
Demonstrate expertise in HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, and you will have delivered globally, where requirements vary by region.
Hands-on depth in SAP SuccessFactors, enough to specify requirements, evaluate configuration and work with an implementation partner, with strong familiarity in Employee Central and at least two other modules absolutely required.
Experience with the security and access model for HR data, and with leading third-party implementation or managed-service partners to agreed service levels.
Experience running project delivery alongside production support, and influencing senior leaders across HR, IT and Finance in plain language.
Nice to have:
Experience putting AI capability to work in an HR setting, with the guardrails that apply once AI touches employee data.
Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, intelligent automation or conversational assistants such as Microsoft Copilot helps, as does a background spanning people analytics as well as systems.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules, and experience of a platform migration or systems harmonization.
Experience building governance models, technology intake processes, vendor assessments or innovation pipelines.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
