An overview of this role
Growth Marketing is the activation and delivery arm of GitLab marketing: campaigns, regional and field marketing, lifecycle and product led growth, marketing engineering and operations, corporate events including Transcend, partner marketing, community programs and Co-Create. If a program connects GitLab to a customer or a buyer, it lives here, and the team is accountable for pipeline, first orders, Flex conversion and expansion, and post sale adoption.
As Principal Growth Marketing Strategist you work directly with the VP of Growth Marketing as a strategic partner and operator. You hold the whole picture of the engine: the goals every function has committed to, the budget and where it is moving, the strategic projects that do not fit cleanly inside any one function, and the decisions that are waiting on an answer. You keep that picture current, you act on it when the VP is engaged elsewhere, and you use it to move work faster.
This is an individual contributor role at the Principal level. You do not manage a team. You manage outcomes across ten functions through influence, judgment and follow through, and you are trusted to speak for Growth Marketing in rooms the VP cannot be in. The people on the leadership team are senior, experienced marketers; they will work with you because you make them faster and sharper, not because of the title.
You will be effective in this role if you have led marketing yourself at a senior level, understand how a modern B2B software company makes money, are curious and hands on with AI in your own work, and can move between a budget trade off, a partner negotiation, a pipeline review and a keynote plan in the same day without losing the thread.
What you'll do
Run Growth Marketing's operating rhythm: goals, business reviews, planning cycles and the metrics inspection behind them, so decisions get made, recorded and followed through.
Track commitments across the leadership team between their 1:1s with the VP, so those conversations are about strategy rather than status.
Own the strategic projects that matter to Growth Marketing and have no single functional home: scope them, find the owner or be the owner, and land them.
Hold the budget picture across the team, prepare trade offs with a recommendation, and act within the authority the VP has delegated in writing.
Represent Growth Marketing on the VP's behalf in pipeline reviews, cross functional planning and partner conversations; carry the position in and the decision out.
Unblock functional leaders when the VP is engaged elsewhere, or stage the issue so it takes one conversation rather than three.
Be a thinking partner to any functional leader who wants one, offered rather than assigned.
Partner with marketing's AI Transformation Owner so AI adoption across Growth Marketing is visible, measured and moving.
Prepare the VP for high stakes moments: executive updates, leadership material, keynotes, customer and partner meetings, with the numbers checked and the first draft written.
What you'll bring
Extensive experience in B2B software marketing with senior leadership experience: you have owned a marketing function, a large program budget or a go to market motion, and you have been accountable for a pipeline or revenue number.
Breadth across marketing. You have worked in or closely with demand and digital, field and events, lifecycle or product led growth, partner marketing and marketing operations, and you can hold a credible conversation with an expert in each.
A track record of landing cross functional projects that nobody owned, through influence rather than authority, with executives, peers and individual contributors.
Business fluency: you read a P&L, a pipeline report and a budget model comfortably, you understand consumption and subscription business models, and you can explain a trade off to a CFO in plain language.
Program and operating rhythm experience: goal frameworks, business reviews, planning cycles, and the discipline to keep them honest without turning them into bureaucracy.
Hands on AI fluency. You use AI tools daily in your own work, you have built or configured something with them, and you are curious about how they change the way a marketing organization operates. Prior experience in a chief of staff, strategy and operations, or business operations role is welcome but not required.
Executive communication: concise writing, clear verbal briefs, comfort presenting to and being questioned by VPs and C level leaders, and the judgment to know what travels up and what does not.
Discretion. You will handle confidential people, budget and strategy information every day.
Familiarity with developer, DevOps or platform engineering audiences, or the ability to get there fast.
The ability to use GitLab, and to travel occasionally for events and leadership offsites.
About the team
Growth Marketing at GitLab is one integrated engine of roughly 100 people across ten functions, led by the VP of Growth Marketing and reporting into the Chief Product and Marketing Officer. The team runs Transcend, GitLab's flagship event program, the GitHub competitive motion, the regional and partner marketing engines in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the lifecycle and product led growth motions behind GitLab's self serve business, and marketing's AI transformation. The leadership team operates on a small set of shared principles: speed with quality, an ownership mindset, and customer outcomes. You can read more about

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our ClickUp Engineering team, with a focus on AI evaluations. You'll own how we measure and improve the quality of ClickUp's AI: building the eval systems that tell us how well our AI is performing, the core agent harness, and the AI that performs well on those evals. You'll work on backend systems that make AI-powered capabilities scalable, reliable, and secure, while working hands-on with LLMs to solve real user problems and drive product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and own ClickUp's AI evaluation system, including golden datasets, LLM-as-judge and automated scorers, regression detection, and quality tracking across AI features.
- Build and evolve the core agent harness, and the AI that performs well on those evals, partnering closely with product and engineering to define what "great" looks like.
- Build self-improvement loops where agents modify other agents or prompts, rerun evals, and iterate automatically.
- Benchmark new models as they're released and own model selection, routing, and fallback strategies across providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-weight), balancing quality, latency, and cost.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable AI platform services that support the deployment, orchestration, and lifecycle management of LLMs and other AI models.
- Build and maintain robust APIs and backend systems that integrate AI-powered features into ClickUp's core platform.
- Develop infrastructure for model serving, monitoring, logging, and automated evaluation to ensure high reliability and performance of AI services in production.
- Drive best practices in AI privacy, security, and compliance, including data anonymization, secure data handling, and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and user-centric AI experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building production LLM or ML systems.
- Hands-on experience building LLM evaluation systems in production (golden datasets, LLM-as-judge, judge calibration, offline and online evals), tied to real product quality.
- Strong experiment design and statistical rigor, including A/B testing, offline vs. online metrics, and separating real regressions from noisy or variable results.
- Proven track record of applying LLMs and AI models to real-world, customer-facing product features.
- Proven experience integrating and managing multiple LLMs, including benchmarking, routing, and cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
- Deep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Go, TypeScript, or similar languages used for backend and AI platform development.
- Proficiency in orchestration frameworks and workflow engines (e.g., LangGraph, Airflow, Ray, or similar).
- Familiarity with search and retrieval technologies and their integration into AI-driven applications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying at the forefront of AI and applying new technologies to solve real-world problems at scale.
Nice to Have:
- Background in data science, applied science, or machine learning engineering.
- Experience with eval tooling (e.g., Braintrust, LangSmith, Weave, Arize, or in-house frameworks).
- Experience with model routing, AI gateways, or inference optimization.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, Public Sector, you’ll work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, across US federal agencies and state, local and education (SLED) organizations. Your mission is to turn mission needs, legacy workflows and complex stakeholder dynamics into a clear picture of the most important problem, what the product needs, and where the impact is.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Work with agency leaders, program offices, prime contractors, state and municipal departments, and school and university systems to find the highest-impact opportunities for AI agents in citizen- and student-facing and operational workflows (e.g. benefits and licensing, 311 and contact centers, case management, admissions and student services, internal service desks).
- Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify the use case, shape the commercial structure alongside GTM and contracts partners, and navigate public sector procurement paths (federal contract vehicles, cooperative contracts, RFPs) through to close.
- Embed with customer teams, including time onsite (in secure facilities for federal work), and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness, including the security, privacy and compliance requirements specific to each segment, to get agents live and adopted.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers and Solution Engineers to build and demo solutions, present to audiences from technical teams to agency heads and elected or appointed officials, and feed field insights back to Product and Research.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. government security clearance for federal engagements.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role with government agencies, a public sector systems integrator, or a government-focused technology company.
- Familiarity with public sector buying and compliance (e.g. GSA schedules, OTAs, FedRAMP and ATO processes, state cooperative contracts, state-level security frameworks, FERPA/CJIS/HIPAA where relevant) and comfort in deal conversations and long enterprise sales cycles with GTM partners.
- Basic Python and API integration skills, enough to prototype, demo and talk credibly with engineering teams, plus familiarity with LLM and AI agent frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of owning ambiguous, complex projects through to delivery.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States. There is a preference for candidates to be based in Washington, DC. Expect regular travel for customer onsites.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Luxor is a full-stack platform for the Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure industries. We build software, hardware, financial, and energy solutions that help mining operators improve performance, manage risk, optimize costs, and scale their operations.
Location: Miami, FL, in office. Our Miami office opens in Q1 2027; until then you'll work from our SF office or remotely with regular customer travel.
Start: Immediately
Reports to: SVP, Business Development
ABOUT THE ROLE
Luxor's sales team is organized into specialist pods, and one person owns each pod's revenue. We're hiring the person who will own Energy & Commander, our fastest-growing product surface and our biggest untapped opportunity.
- Luxor Energy is a Bitcoin-native retail electric provider (REP) in ERCOT and a QSE expanding into SPP. We help large flexible loads cut power costs and earn from their flexibility through competitive retail supply, demand response (ERS), ancillary services, 4CP avoidance and CRR credit maximization. Miners can post collateral in BTC or settle power bills directly from pool earnings.
- Luxor Commander is our fleet management platform, already running on roughly 500 MW of mining infrastructure. It gives operators real-time monitoring, remote control and automated curtailment that responds to hashprice and energy prices.
Texas and SPP are full of miners and other large loads heading into supply renewals. Your job is to turn that footprint into revenue.
This is a hunter-closer seat. Our energy, operations and product teams will support you, but you own the pipeline, the number and the close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Energy & Commander revenue and the quarterly targets you agree with leadership.
- Source and close new REP, QSE and demand-response business with Bitcoin miners, data centers and other large flexible loads in ERCOT and SPP.
- Convert Commander's free and trial users to paid, and pair Commander with energy contracts so they sell as one deal.
- Get ahead of the renewal calendar: know when every target site's power contract renews, and be in the room 6+ months out.
- Build and work broker and channel relationships, while growing a direct RFP flow.
- Run the full cycle: outbound, discovery, pricing (adders, DR revenue shares, term structures), proposals, negotiation and close.
- Spend 80%+ of your time in front of customers and partners, including on-site visits and industry events.
- Bring what you learn in the market back to product: what customers want, what competitors charge and where the openings are.
- Help hand off to other key decision makers or cross-sell the rest of the Luxor stack (Pool, LuxOS, derivatives, hardware) when the account calls for it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a record of deals you personally sourced and closed. Bring numbers.
- A working understanding of US power markets: retail supply, adders, index vs. fixed pricing, demand response and ancillary services. ERCOT and/or SPP experience is a strong plus.
- Comfort selling technical, consultative products to senior operators, CFOs and energy managers.
- A network among miners, data center operators, brokers or energy market participants is a plus.
- Exposure to Bitcoin mining, ASICs or mining management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work in office in Miami and travel regularly to customer sites and events.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
- You'd rather own a number than a strategy deck.
- You get energy from connecting with a net new site and turning it into a signed contract.
- You learn markets fast and can explain energy economics in plain English.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You prefer to set strategy and hand deals to someone else to close.
- You need someone else to schedule your follow-ups.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base plus uncapped, gross-profit-based commission.
- Real ownership: you are accountable for two product lines.
- A full ecosystem to sell (pool, firmware, derivatives, hardware, energy, software), so you can build deals no single-product competitor can match.
- Health, dental and vision, 401(k) matching and unlimited PTO.
At Luxor we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Luxor welcomes all!

ABOUT THE ROLE
Luxor's sales team is organized into specialist pods, and one person owns each pod's revenue. We're hiring the person who will own Mining Pool & Firmware, the core of Luxor's Bitcoin mining business.
- Luxor Mining Pool has operated since 2017 and serves institutional miners with >50 EH/s across BTC, LTC, DOGE and ZEC. It offers FPPS payouts, fixed and upfront payout options, and SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II controls, and it has paid 35,000+ BTC to miners in 113 countries.
- LuxOS is our custom ASIC firmware for Antminer and WhatsMiner fleets. Per-domain autotuning, power targeting and fast curtailment help operators get more hashrate per joule and respond to the grid. Paired with Luxor Pool, it gives miners one integrated stack.
This is a mature, competitive market. Winning here means displacing incumbents at a fee that makes money and respects the quality of our product. We care about profitable market share, not market share at any price.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Pool & Firmware revenue and the quarterly targets you agree with leadership.
- Hunt and close new hashrate: public miners, large private operators, hosting providers and international fleets.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pool fees, firmware fee tiers, payout structures and referral partnerships, while protecting margin.
- Run firmware pilots end to end with our customer success and firmware engineering teams, and turn test results into signed fleet-wide deployments.
- Build the partner channel: hosting providers, repair shops, resellers and referral partners who bring hashrate with them.
- Bundle across the stack (Pool, LuxOS, Commander, hashrate derivatives) to win deals that single-product competitors can't.
- Spend 80%+ of your time external: customer sites, industry events, in-person meetings.
- Keep a clean pipeline and forecast in HubSpot, and bring competitive intelligence back to product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in B2B sales, business development or commercial roles, with a record of deals you personally sourced and closed.
- Bitcoin mining industry experience: you understand pools (FPPS vs. PPS vs. PPLNS), ASICs, hashprice and fleet economics, and you know the major players.
- An existing network among mining operators is a strong plus.
- Experience with firmware, mining infrastructure or hosting is a plus.
- A strong negotiator who can hold a price and walk away from a bad deal.
- Willingness to work in office in Miami or SF and travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
- You've won business against entrenched incumbents and know how to make switching feel low-risk.
- You want to own a product line, not just a territory.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You prefer to set strategy and hand deals to someone else to close.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base plus uncapped, gross-profit-based commission.
- Ownership of Luxor's core business line, with direct access to leadership.
- The broadest product stack in mining to build deals with.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This posting is always open: we hire strong hunters whenever we meet them.
Luxor's sales team is organized into specialist pods:
- Hardware & Logistics: ASIC procurement, brokerage and global logistics.
- Hashrate Derivatives: hashprice hedges, fixed payouts and financing.
- Mining Pool & Firmware: institutional Bitcoin mining pool and LuxOS firmware.
- Energy & Commander: power supply and demand response in ERCOT and SPP, plus fleet management software.
You'll join the pod that best fits your background, interest and where the opportunity is biggest. You'll be trained across the full stack and expected to cross-sell where possible.
This is a closing role, not a meeting-booking role. You'll own your pipeline from first outreach to signed contract.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect and close new business with mining operators, hosting providers, institutional clients and hardware counterparties.
- Run the full cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiation, close and handoff to onboarding.
- Grow your accounts across Luxor's product lines.
- Spend most of your week in front of customers: on the phone, at their sites and at industry events.
- Keep HubSpot accurate so your pipeline speaks for itself.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in B2B sales, business development or another revenue-generating role, with deals you sourced and closed yourself.
- Comfort with outbound: cold calls, cold emails, working a room at a conference.
- Genuine interest in Bitcoin mining. You don't need to be an expert, but you should already know what a mining pool does and what an ASIC is, and be eager to go deep fast.
- Ability to learn technical products and explain them in business terms.
- Willingness to work in office in Miami or SF and travel for customers and events.
- Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
- You're competitive, self-directed and motivated by uncapped upside.
- You want to learn an entire industry fast, with a sales team and onboarding program built to ramp you.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You want a structured SDR role with a manager running your day.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base plus uncapped, gross-profit-based commission.
- Direct exposure to the biggest operators in Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure.
- A path to owning a pod as Luxor grows.
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a talented and driven Recruiter to partner with our Go-To-Market teams. In this role, you'll help build the teams that bring safe, frontier AI to the organizations that depend on it, spanning Sales, Partnerships, Public Sector, and Beneficial Deployments.
GTM is one of the fastest-growing parts of Anthropic, and the market for this talent is competitive and fast-moving. The people we hire need an unusual combination of commercial ability and genuine domain depth. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of GTM roles, act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, and help shape how we assess commercial talent as we scale. You'll develop a real understanding of each hiring manager's goals, the markets they serve, and the profiles that succeed against them. Many of the roles you support will be new or evolving, and you'll have significant influence over interview loops, calibration practices, sourcing strategy, and how we talk about this work to candidates who have options. You'll also be one of the people candidates remember. For many, you'll be their first real window into what it's like to work here.
This is an individual contributor role with meaningful autonomy. We expect you to run your searches independently, make judgment calls without waiting for direction, and be the person your hiring managers turn to first on anything talent-related. It's a strong fit for someone who is energized by a high bar, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and genuinely interested in the mission our GTM teams are selling.
Key responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder partnership
Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and leaders, serving as their primary partner on hiring and translating their goals into calibrated role requirements, must-have skills, and assessment criteria
Become an expert in the markets our GTM teams serve, understanding where the talent sits, what motivates it, and what distinguishes a strong candidate from a plausible one
Build and execute sourcing strategies for competitive, specialized commercial talent, including targeted outreach campaigns, market mapping, and cultivating talent pools that don't yet exist as pipelines
Advise GTM leaders on talent market conditions, compensation dynamics, pipeline health, and realistic timelines, including when a search needs to be reframed
Design and refine interview loops, intake practices, and assessment approaches for roles that are new or evolving, partnering with hiring managers to define what "good" looks like before the first candidate enters the process
Maintain an inclusive and consistent process, using structured interviews and calibrated criteria that reduce the influence of bias on hiring decisions
Partner with Recruiting Operations to use pipeline data and metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and inform resourcing decisions, process improvements, and candidate experience
Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers on organizational design questions, including what a team actually needs, how roles should be scoped, and where a hire will and won't solve the problem
Represent Anthropic's mission, culture, and approach to AI safety authentically to commercial candidates
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates, ideally with time in a high-growth technology company
Have recruited for commercial or Go-To-Market functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Partnerships, or Marketing
Have a demonstrated ability to partner with and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders, including pushing back when a search is mis-scoped
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including a knack for writing outreach that specialized candidates actually respond to
Are able to use pipeline data to diagnose problems and inform decisions
Are proficient with an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Can manage competing priorities and operate with autonomy in a fast-changing environment
Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, along with a realistic assessment of its risks and limitations
Bring an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality and are a true team player
Strong Candidates May Also
Have recruited in a market where the talent you need is scarce, expensive, and heavily courted, and have found creative ways to win
Have experience with Greenhouse and with structured interviewing practices
Be open to non-traditional talent strategies, and enjoy working with hiring managers who are willing to experiment
Have supported technical GTM roles such as Solutions Architects or Forward Deployed Engineers, and can hold a credible conversation about technical scope
Have experience building or scaling a recruiting function, process, or interview loop from an early stage
Have a track record of building high-performing teams in a rapidly scaling environment
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Security at ClickUp
Security at ClickUp is engineering-focused. We partner with teams across the company to protect our platform, our internal systems and our customers through secure design, defensive controls, detection and response. We build tooling and automation, including AI-powered workflows, to turn what we learn into lasting improvements.
About the team
Infrastructure Security at ClickUp secures the cloud, compute, network and access layers underneath ClickUp: a multi-account AWS organization, a large Kubernetes fleet, infrastructure managed as code and the identity systems engineers use to reach production. We are a small team that works agentic first, using AI agents we build and maintain ourselves to multiply what a team our size can cover.
You will support this mission by thinking like a developer, breaking down a problem that we face, testing a method to approach it with automation, and implementing solutions that yield compounding value. Your skills to uncover threat indicators will be the foundation of this work.
The role
- Architecture, proposals and reviews. Act as an initial reviewer on infrastructure proposals and designs from engineering and non-engineering teams such as business systems and go-to-market. Write our own security proposals and review the changes that follow. Translate security requirements and agent findings into clear guidance for less-technical partners, and bring their needs back into our designs.
- Agentic security tooling and agent infrastructure. Build, evaluate and maintain the agents behind our reviews, triage and investigations, and help run the sandboxed, observable infrastructure they operate on.
- Detection, investigation and response. Lead cloud and infrastructure alerts and incidents through to resolution and root cause, working alongside AppSec and incident response on incidents that span both.
- Identity, access and least privilege. Move people, CI and services toward least privilege and just-in-time access across our cloud organization and the tooling engineers use to reach production. Deliver fixes as secure building blocks that teams adopt by default.
- Compute, network and pipeline security. Harden our container, serverless and virtual machine workloads, our network perimeter and our CI/CD pipelines, and add checks so each class of issue is caught automatically next time.
- Continuous review and audit evidence. Move vulnerability, access and attack-surface reviews from point-in-time checks to continuous monitoring that also produces evidence for our infrastructure controls.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in security engineering, cloud infrastructure or SRE, with at least 2 years securing AWS at organization scale.
- At least a year of agentic development experience: building agent skills and tools for real engineering work, and developing and maintaining the development harness they run in, from configuration and permissions to integrations, evaluations and cost controls. You can secure agents against prompt injection, over-privileged tools and unaudited actions, and explain how agents fall into the confused deputy problem and the lethal trifecta. You validate agent output against evidence and decide where human review is required.
- Deep AWS IAM experience: IAM Identity Center or an equivalent SSO model, SCPs, permission boundaries, resource and key policies, cross-account trust, and the ability to prove a policy's effect with simulation rather than inference.
- Production Kubernetes security on EKS or similar, covering RBAC, workload identity, network policy, admission control and container runtime hardening.
- AWS networking for security: VPC design, endpoints and endpoint policies, network and DNS firewalls, egress control, and WAF.
- Fluency with infrastructure as code such as Terraform, including reusable patterns, multi-environment rollouts and reading plans for security impact.
- Experience with CNAPP, SIEM or runtime security tooling and the cloud detection sources around it, such as CloudTrail, GuardDuty and Access Analyzer.
- Experience investigating cloud and infrastructure security events: correlating cloud audit, Kubernetes, identity and network logs to establish what happened, its blast radius and its root cause.
- A track record of reviewing architecture and writing design proposals, guiding teams toward secure designs through conversation rather than mandate, mentoring others through reviews, and turning a review into a change another team is glad to make.
- Python, Go or TypeScript for security automation.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical risk to non-technical partners. Most of our work with other teams is asynchronous, so much of the job is a well-evidenced finding, proposal or design note that another team can act on without a meeting.
Desirable
- Experience using AI agents in a SOC or other incident response workflows.
- Sandboxed runtime experience with gVisor, Firecracker or Kata.
- Offensive security or red-team experience in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Policy engines such as OPA or Rego.
- Supporting audits like SOC 2 with automated evidence collection.
Our stack
AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD with federated identity, an enterprise identity provider, observability and cloud security platforms, and AI agent tooling.

We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Enterprise Demand Generation Lead — North America to drive lead generation and pipeline growth across the Americas (AMER). This is a hands-on individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing within our Enterprise Revenue Marketing organization.
You’ll own the AMER Enterprise pipeline number and the digital acquisition programs that help us reach it. Your focus will be generating the touchpoints and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) needed to meet Stage 1 (S1) opportunity targets, while building engagement with the right accounts and buying groups across sales territories.
From launching content syndication programs to optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, you’ll combine hands-on execution with a test-and-learn mindset. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Austin, Texas office.

Build territory-level acquisition strategies that expand coverage and engagement within priority Enterprise accounts and buying groups.
Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, managing audiences, creative, budgets, and performance.
Manage content syndication programs, including vendor selection, targeting, lead quality, and downstream pipeline contribution.
Experiment with new channels, offers, audiences, and campaign approaches to uncover scalable sources of qualified demand.
Analyze the funnel from touchpoint through MQL and S1 opportunity, identifying conversion gaps and taking action to improve results.
Allocate program budgets based on pipeline impact, balancing acquisition volume, lead quality, and efficiency.
Partner with Sales, BDR/SDR teams, Regional Marketing, and ABM to align campaigns with territory priorities and support timely follow-up.
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, and creative partners to deliver relevant messaging and connected prospect experiences.
Maintain accurate campaign tracking and communicate performance, risks, and recommendations with Marketing Operations and analytics partners.
Skills We’re Looking For

Demonstrated ability to plan and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
Experience managing content syndication vendors and evaluating results beyond lead volume.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work backward from pipeline goals and diagnose touchpoint-to-MQL-to-opportunity conversion.
Demonstrated ability to use AI and LLMs to orchestrate and optimize programs, doing more with less
A disciplined approach to experimentation, with clear hypotheses, success measures, and decisions about what to scale or stop.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, marketing peers, and operations teams to turn campaign engagement into qualified opportunities.
Strong ownership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple programs independently.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
MinIO is looking for a hands-on technologist who likes building things and explaining how they work. You don't need a curriculum background; we'll teach you that. You will'll turn AIStor, across objects, tables, files, and agent memory, into labs, videos, and self-paced courses for a wide range of technical audiences: data engineers, developers building agents, AI infrastructure engineers accelerating performance with MemKV, storage administrators, and the partner and internal solution architects who support them. Most of your teaching will be recorded, with live sessions about once a month.
This role has real variety. On any given week, you might be building a hands-on lab, standing up an agent memory demo, recording a training video, turning engineering documentation into a teachable module for partners, or adapting a core course for a specific customer deployment. You enjoy that variety. You're as comfortable in front of a camera as you are at a command line.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and product marketing. You welcome the freedom and opportunity of being part of a startup and have the self-discipline to identify needs and get things done without waiting to be asked. You will be encouraged to help shape the strategy that the MinIO team executes.
Experience in a solutions architect or other customer-facing technical role is a strong plus — it helps you understand how customers deploy and operate storage in production and how to make training land in that context. Experience with competitive software-defined storage platforms is also a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain courses for AIStor administrators and operators, covering installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting, and keep them current as the product changes
Build curriculum for AIStor Memory and agentic AI use cases, turning orchestration and memory concepts (context assembly, agent state, retrieval) into practical, hands-on training
Turn engineering documentation and demos into training modules for partners
Adapt core courses for specific customer deployments and industries
Build hands-on lab environments with Terraform, Ansible, and Docker, and test them end to end before release
Write course content as code: Markdown in git and GitHub, with branches and pull request review
Record and edit short demo and training videos for MinIO Academy, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Deliver live and recorded training sessions for internal teams and partners
Use approved AI tools such as Claude Code to speed up authoring, testing, and review
Your Skills and Experience
Working proficiency in Linux
Demonstrated ability to turn engineering material (documentation, specs, demos) into teachable content
5+ years in a solutions architect or equivalent customer-facing technical role
3+ years of experience with software-defined storage, cloud storage, or Kubernetes; hands-on experience with MinIO or competitive platforms (Vast, Cloudian, Weka) is a plus
1+ years of experience with agentic AI infrastructure (e.g., agent memory/orchestration platforms such as LangChain/LangGraph, Mem0, Letta, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Google Vertex AI Memory Bank) or memory/vector infrastructure (Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis)
Experience teaching live and on camera
Comfort with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Python, and related tooling
1+ years building and maintaining workflows in git and GitHub
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
Previous experience with curriculum development or formal training delivery
What We Offer
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)

Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong record of hiring brand or visual design talent.
- A grasp of creative disciplines from identity and art direction to campaigns, web and motion, and the ability to judge a portfolio beyond the job title.
- A record of finding and closing designers who were not actively applying, through portfolio research, communities, referrals and tailored outreach.
- Experience building pipelines for both full-time designers and freelance creative talent, often on different timelines.
- The ability to keep several searches and stakeholders moving with clear briefs, useful candidate evidence and accurate pipeline data.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience recruiting for an in-house creative studio, brand team or design agency.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a
Pricing & Packaging Field Insights Lead
to bring a practical, field-informed perspective to important pricing and packaging decisions. This role will work across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance, Product, and Marketing to understand how customers and field teams experience our current commercial model—and turn those insights into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
The role is designed for a commercially minded operator who can engage directly with customer-facing teams, identify recurring friction and opportunity, evaluate options, and communicate a point of view to decision-makers. The successful candidate will help ensure that pricing and packaging decisions are not only analytically sound, but also understandable, sellable, and workable in real customer conversations.
This is a role with a focused mandate: gather and synthesize field insights, assess pricing and packaging alternatives, and recommend decisions that improve clarity, customer value communication, and field execution.
Project scope and working model
The role will have a defined project plan, regular stakeholder reviews, and agreed decision milestones.
The scope may evolve as field research surfaces new evidence, but the primary outcomes will remain field insight synthesis and pricing and packaging recommendations.
The role is an individual-contributor position and does not include direct people management.
Responsibilities:
Gather and synthesize field insights
Design and lead the organization's structured approach to field research; interviews, listening sessions, deal review, establishing the methodology other teams adopt for surfacing pricing and packaging signal from the field.
Serve as the principal authority for distinguishing isolated anecdotes from repeatable, structural signal across account executives, sales leadership, solutions engineering, customer success, and deal desk; codify this judgment into frameworks others can apply.
Translate field feedback into strategic themes and hypotheses that shape long-term pricing and packaging direction, not just near-term decision inputs.
Set the standard for how field perspective is represented in pricing and packaging discussions, including the judgment calls on confidentiality and representativeness that less experienced contributors would escalate.
Evaluate options and recommend decisions
Exercise wide latitude in determining which pricing and packaging questions merit investigation, and in defining the approach, objectives and methods are largely self-determined, with accountability for outcomes that affect the function or company as a whole.
Serve as principal advisor and internal expert on the interaction between pricing/packaging models and field commercial behavior; erroneous judgment here carries company-wide, long-term consequences.
Develop decision materials that function as the authoritative reference for the problem space; evidence, options, tradeoffs, and risk, used directly by executive and senior leadership to commit to strategy.
Partner with Finance, Product, Revenue Operations, Deal Management, and executive leadership as a peer contributor to strategy, not just a validator of others' assumptions; shape how those functions think about pricing risk going forward.
Identify systemic risks: unintended incentives, inconsistent application, structural complexity before they surface in the field, and influence policy and future model design to prevent them proactively.
Determine when a pilot, test, or feedback loop is warranted as a matter of judgment and precedent-setting practice, not a recommendation escalated for approval.
Support decision readiness
Own the translation of approved decisions into field-wide implications, setting the narrative and framing that customer-facing teams and enablement functions build from.
Identify systemic gaps in guidance, tooling, training, or process; at the level of the operating model, not a single rollout that could limit adoption at scale.
Establish and maintain the organization's structured system of record for field evidence, decisions, and open questions, serving as the field-wide reference of record beyond any single engagement.
Deliver a final readout that functions as a durable, field-wide reference; findings, recommendations, decisions, and a forward-looking view of pricing and packaging strategy used to inform strategy well beyond the immediate engagement.
How success will be measured
Field research produces a clear, representative view of recurring pricing and packaging friction and opportunity.
Decision-makers have concise, evidence-based recommendations with transparent tradeoffs.
Recommendations reflect both customer value and the realities of field execution.
Key pricing and packaging decisions are easier for customer-facing teams to understand and apply.
The project leaves behind reusable insights, decision documentation, and practical next steps for ongoing ownership.
Qualifications:
Experience in pricing and packaging, commercial strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, deal desk, solutions engineering, customer success, or a closely related B2B SaaS function.
Direct experience working with customer-facing teams and interpreting feedback from live customer or deal contexts.
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and form a clear recommendation.
Strong commercial judgment, including the ability to assess customer value, field behavior, business impact, and operational tradeoffs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present a point of view to both executive stakeholders and field practitioners.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and deliver against a defined project mandate within 3–6 months.
Sound judgment when handling confidential customer, deal, pricing, and employee information.
