ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Solutions Consultant, Enterprise Team Manager at Ramp, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants supporting Enterprise prospects. You will remain close to high-impact opportunities while scaling the team’s technical ownership financial fluency, and executive presence. - Build scalable playbooks, technical assets, demo standards, and knowledge-sharing practices that improve quality and consistency across the team.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Services to translate recurring customer needs into actionable feedback, roadmap context, and strong handoffs.
- Define and inspect team health metrics such as coverage, conversion, cycle efficiency, solution quality, customer outcomes, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture grounded in customer empathy, strong collaboration, speed, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical ways for the team to use AI to improve preparation, documentation, solutioning, and customer-facing work while maintaining quality and good judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical role, including 3+ years of people management or demonstrated player-coach leadership.

- Demonstrated ability to coach others on discovery, solution design, executive storytelling, technical communication, and consultative selling.
- Strong operating judgment: able to prioritize limited resources, inspect pipeline health, make trade-offs, and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders by translating technical complexity into business value.
- Track record of building repeatable processes, assets, and team rituals that elevate performance beyond individual contributions.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows for solutions, sales, or customer-facing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting fintech, spend management, accounting automation, or other financial software products.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar.
We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage.
You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win.
This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vertical portfolio strategy. Build the business cases, opportunity sizing, segmentation, and priority order that determine where Ramp invests and where it does not.
- Own the vertical business number. Define the scorecard for each priority vertical: pipeline, win rate, attach, workflow adoption, product activation, channel performance, and customer proof.
- Become the market expert. Understand the financial workflows, buying dynamics, regulatory requirements, technology ecosystems, and competitive landscape of each priority industry.
- Influence the product roadmap. Translate market evidence into clear product requirements and help Product distinguish table stakes from differentiators.
- Build industry-specific, cross-product narratives. Package Ramp's cards, expenses, accounts payable, procurement, banking, treasury, travel, and accounting automation around the jobs each vertical needs to get done.
- Own GTM strategy end to end. Define the ICP, audience, positioning, claims, proof, channel strategy, launch plan, sales motion, and adoption plan for each priority vertical.
- Lead market-facing programs. Represent Ramp in the industry through webinars, customer sessions, partner moments, field events, advisory groups, and executive conversations where domain credibility matters.
- Make Sales better at winning. Build workflow-based pitch narratives, sales plays, proof, competitive guidance, and demos that help sellers lead with the customer's industry problem instead of a list of Ramp products.
- Run the operating cadence. Bring Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance into one readout: what is moving, what is stuck, what we learned, and what changes next.
- Build the customer and partner feedback loop. Develop trusted relationships with finance leaders, operators, ERP and implementation partners, associations, and sellers closest to the market.
- Create the verticalization playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking a vertical from market signal to product requirements, GTM package, measurable growth motion, and scaled investment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, growth, sales strategy, or another strategic GTM function, including significant ownership of product or industry outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building GTM strategy for a specific industry or workflow-heavy market. You should arrive with a strong point of view on verticalization.
- Deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Construction or A&E software, accounting and ERP workflows, nonprofits, public sector, procurement, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, competitive, market, and funnel evidence.
- Experience owning integrated B2B campaigns from audience definition and brief through execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong data literacy. You can interpret pipeline, conversion, win rate, attach, adoption, and channel performance and turn the findings into a decision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a business case for executives, a product narrative for the market, and a sales play that works in a customer meeting.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Communications, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a vertical SaaS company serving construction, accounting, nonprofits, government, or another operationally complex industry.
- Direct experience with construction ERPs or accounting platforms such as Sage, Trimble, Acumatica, Deltek, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
- Experience marketing a multi-product platform rather than a single point solution.
- Existing relationships with finance leaders, industry operators, implementation partners, associations, or technology partners in a priority vertical.
- Experience building a new PMM or industry-marketing function from the ground up.

ABOUT THE TEAM
This team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Sales Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. This is not demos or research, but helping teams build systems they rely on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $185,000–$315,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

The role does not set rates, negotiate terms, or manage anything sensitive within a creator relationship. Cancellations, disputes, negotiation, and any non-routine or difficult conversation are handled by the Head of Partnerships. The Associate works from approved templates, rates, and formats, and keeps communication with creators clear, friendly, and consistent for the routine, ongoing parts of the relationship.
What You'll Own
Track influencer and UGC creator performance, including content delivery, posting timelines, campaign results, and overall SLA adherence.
Maintain accurate creator databases, SLA trackers, and Monday.com boards, ensuring real-time visibility into stages, deliverables, and status changes.
Research and build targeted creator lists, manage approved outreach, and serve as the primary point of contact for routine scheduling, product, shipment, and follow-up needs.
Prepare and issue creator contracts using approved templates, terms, and rates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established processes.
Process approved creator invoices, verify documentation, and coordinate payment tracking with Finance.
Manage end-to-end deliverable tracking, including submission follow-ups, content routing, revision coordination, and status updates across relevant systems.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tracking, contracts, and invoices.
Clear, friendly written communication for ongoing creator outreach and follow-ups.
Good judgment on when to handle something directly versus when to escalate.
Comfort with repetitive, consistent, same-day record-keeping.
Familiarity with creator marketing, influencer/UGC, or social media ecosystems is a plus.
Experience with Monday.com, Google Sheets, or similar tracking tools is preferred.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
As our Compliance Manager, you will own and drive Sourcegraph’s governance, risk, and compliance program, with a primary focus on compliance. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, People, Sales, and other teams across the company.
You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our compliance program, including owning certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and preparing Sourcegraph for additional frameworks as the business grows. This is not a role where you will simply coordinate work across a large compliance organization. We are looking for someone who has personally owned audit and certification programs end to end: designing and tailoring controls, collecting evidence, training internal teams, working directly with auditors, managing remediation, and driving follow-up work through completion.
📅 Within one month, you will…
You will build strong working relationships across Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, People, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
You will develop a clear understanding of Sourcegraph’s existing governance, risk, and compliance program, including our ISMS, risk register, controls, certifications, audit processes, and current areas of focus.
You will understand how our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs operate today, including key owners, evidence requirements, open risks, and upcoming milestones.
You will begin participating directly in day-to-day compliance activities and identify opportunities to improve or simplify existing processes.
📅 Within three months, you will…
You will have taken ownership of Sourcegraph’s ongoing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance programs.
You will independently manage key audit activities, including control testing, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, auditor requests, findings, and remediation.
You will evaluate existing controls and tailor them to Sourcegraph’s environment rather than relying on overly prescriptive or generic auditor recommendations.
You will actively maintain Sourcegraph’s risk register, ISMS processes, policies, and compliance documentation.
You will help internal teams understand their compliance responsibilities and provide practical guidance that allows them to meet requirements without creating unnecessary process.
You will support customer-facing compliance activities, including security questionnaires and compliance-related questions from prospective and existing customers.
📅 Within six months, you will…
You will have successfully led Sourcegraph through an audit or major certification milestone.
You will own the operating rhythm of the GRC program, including ISMS meetings, risk management activities, control reviews, documentation updates, and audit preparation.
You will have established a forward-looking compliance roadmap covering renewals, upcoming audits, new frameworks, regulatory requirements, and opportunities to improve how the program operates.
You will be able to independently identify control gaps or deficiencies, assess their risk, recommend practical solutions, and drive remediation with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will have introduced automation, AI, or other process improvements that reduce manual compliance work while maintaining or improving program quality.
About you
You have built or operated compliance programs in a fast-moving technology environment and have personally owned major compliance initiatives from beginning to end.
You are comfortable operating independently, getting into the details, and doing the work yourself while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization. You understand that frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 define requirements but often leave significant flexibility in how an organization satisfies them, and you know how to translate those requirements into controls that fit the business.
You are also comfortable working with technical teams and modern cloud environments. You can understand enough about infrastructure, systems, access controls, software development, and security processes to ask the right questions and effectively translate between auditors and technical teams.
5+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, information security compliance, or a related role.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, ideally within a SaaS, technology startup, or similarly fast-moving environment.
Experience personally managing external audits and certification processes, including audit preparation, evidence collection, control testing, stakeholder training, auditor interaction, remediation, and follow-up.
Strong understanding of risk management, control design, ISMS governance, and compliance program operations.
Experience adapting compliance controls to an organization's actual environment rather than applying generic or overly prescriptive requirements.
Familiarity with cloud-based technology environments and the security and compliance considerations associated with a distributed or remote workforce.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain compliance requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A hands-on mindset and willingness to personally execute the work required to keep the compliance program operating effectively.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technology, with an interest in using new tools to improve compliance workflows.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with additional security, privacy, or compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, FISMA, PCI DSS, or related standards.
Experience supporting security questionnaires, customer assurance processes, or sales-related compliance activities.
Experience with GRC platforms, compliance automation tools, or building internal automation for evidence collection and control monitoring.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CRISC, or similar credentials.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an ML infrastructure engineer to own model evaluation at Runway, end to end. Every decision we make about a model – which checkpoint to keep training, what to ship to millions of users, which datamix and architecture shows the most promise – rests on evals. Today that work is spread across the organization. You'll turn it into one platform.
Your job will be to design and build the systems that generate samples at scale, score them with automated metrics and human annotations, track results across checkpoints and releases, and put the answers in front of researchers in minutes rather than days. You'll define what "better" means operationally – how we measure it, how confident we are, and how a result becomes a ship/no-ship decision.
You'll be embedded within research teams as a member of ML Platform, and you'll set the technical direction for evals across the company. This is an extremely high-leverage role: the quality of our models is bounded by how well we can measure them.
A PEEK AT OUR TECHNICAL STACK
Our inference and training code is written in Python (PyTorch) and is cloud-native. We leverage multiple clouds and use a combination of Kubernetes native and home-grown tooling for efficient job orchestration.
We’re big users of agentic development and operations. We have a robust internal platform and provide broad access to the latest models and harnesses.
You’ll have access to best-in-class models, agents, GPUs, storage and cloud services you need to drive a world class evaluation pipeline that helps us deliver frontier models.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the evaluation platform end to end: the tooling and systems required to generate, annotate, review and adapt at frontier scale
- Define the CLIs, APIs, GUIs and storage layers required to make this process seamless, fast, sophisticated and collaborative
- Work directly with research teams on video, image, audio, agents, and robotics to understand what they need to measure and build it, then generalize the result into the platform
- Help set the standards for how we evaluate models at Runway: reproducibility, metric definitions, reporting formats, and when a result is trustworthy enough to act on
- Support broad adoption of the platform and its integration throughout Runway’s research efforts across training, production model serving and more
- Contribute broadly as a member of the ML Platform team to tools and systems that help Runway train and serve frontier models
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience building ML infrastructure or data platforms in production environments, with at least some of that time spent on evaluation, experimentation, or benchmarking systems
- Strong Python and PyTorch, and hands-on experience running large batch GPU workloads on Kubernetes
- Experience designing data pipelines and storage for large volumes of media or model outputs, with attention to versioning and reproducibility
- Familiarity with experimental statistics: paired comparisons, confidence intervals, multiple-comparison pitfalls, inter-rater agreement
- Comfort building internal tools end to end, from the command line to the browser
- Ability to lead a broad technical area: gather requirements from many teams, set direction, make tradeoffs, and drive a roadmap without waiting to be told
- Familiarity with the full model development lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, serving
- Self-starter who can work embedded with research teams and move fast
- Strong systems thinking and pragmatic approach to production reliability
- Humility and open mindedness; at Runway we love to learn from one another
NICE TO HAVE
- Track record of building evaluation suites for generative models
- Hands-on work with LLM- or VLM-as-judge pipelines
- Experience with online experimentation platforms and connecting offline metrics to product outcomes
- Prior work evaluating agents or robotics policies
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans across your customer and prospect book.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6+ month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. You will help customers adopt innovative new practices in agentic engineering, and ensure they ship reliable agents into production, quickly. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams and customers
- Build and run tailored demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Interface with LangChain's engineering, product and design (EPD) team to share field perspectives and guide product direction based on customer priorities
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding engineering, or a similarly technical role, ideally at a startup or high-growth company
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Strong technical communication skills and builder credibility; Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly, translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights, and build trust with technical customers and engineering teams
- Excited to work directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about shipping AI agents in production
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION

As a Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 2,501+ employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-million-dollar platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
The Enterprise Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring an active network, sector fluency, and a demonstrated understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
Expectations of this role
This is a field-based sales role. That means you are expected to be regularly engaged in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel as required to effectively support your territory. Territory locations that are preferable for this role are:
Candidates must be based in the New York metro area , Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston or Washington DC area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
Your primary work location will be your home office, but your role requires a lot of mobility and flexibility. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of successful enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, including substantial experience selling to Fortune 100 or Global 2000 organizations.
- A consistent record of exceeding $2M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $2M–$5M+ range and closing complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product transformations, not only transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Experience selling Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong understanding of identity security, AI and Machine identity risks, Zero Trust, cloud security, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
NEW YORK FINANCIAL-SERVICES EXPERTISE
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- An active, credible network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Deep familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
What you can expect:
OWN AND GROW A STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE TERRITORY
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
- Create new executive relationships while using your established network among CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
SELL THE FULL PLATFORM STORY
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-STAKEHOLDER SALES CYCLES
- Orchestrate 6–12+ month enterprise sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
Bonus points for:
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Deep knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
How you work:
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.

Pod Member - Product, Growth, AI & Strategy
Location:
Austin, TX - primarily in person
Reports To:
Pod Lead
What Is a Pod?
inKind operates through Pods: small, autonomous teams that own a business outcome from idea to impact.
Pods bring together Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Growth, and commercial expertise to find opportunities, build solutions, launch quickly, and measure results.
There are no traditional handoffs. The Pod owns the outcome.
Examples of problems a Pod might own include:
Increasing active users, engagement, and retention
Improving restaurant discovery and personalization
Helping restaurant partners acquire customers and grow revenue
Improving restaurant onboarding and activation
Building new AI-powered experiences
Testing new products, incentives, and growth opportunities
The Role
This is not a traditional Product Manager role.
We're looking for builders and operators who can work across Product, Engineering, Data, Growth, AI, and commercial strategy.
You'll identify opportunities, get into the data, shape solutions, work directly with engineers, launch products, and determine whether they actually worked.
You're not here to manage a backlog. You're here to solve important problems.
What We're Looking For
We want people with experience across several of these areas:
Product:
Finding problems, shaping solutions, and shipping products.
0 → 1:
Taking ideas from ambiguity to launch.
Technical:
Working deeply with Engineering and understanding technical tradeoffs.
Data:
Using data to find opportunities, make decisions, and measure impact.
Growth:
Acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and experimentation.
Commercial:
Understanding revenue, ROI, unit economics, and business models.
B2C + B2B:
Understanding both consumer behavior and business/partner needs.
AI:
Using AI to prototype, automate, analyze, and build faster.
You don't need to be an expert in everything. But traditional PM experience alone isn't enough.
What You'll Do
Own a Pod objective and take responsibility for moving the metrics behind it.
Turn broad business problems into clear priorities and executable plans.
Decide what matters most and keep the Pod focused on the highest-impact work.
Bring the right people together and drive decisions when there isn't an obvious answer.
Spot blockers, risks, and opportunities early—and do something about them.
Challenge assumptions and push the team toward simpler, faster solutions.
Stay close to customers and partners to understand what actually needs solving.
Measure what happens after launch and determine what to scale, change, or stop.
Step outside your functional lane when that's what the outcome requires.
Create momentum and own the result.
Why inKind?
You'll operate across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Growth, B2C, B2B, and commercial strategy with unusually broad ownership.
We're looking for people who want to build, experiment, understand the whole business, and own measurable results.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts - the builders, founders, and product teams at companies up to 250 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You won't succeed by managing accounts one at a time - you'll build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that let you drive meaningful outcomes across a diverse book. If you love the challenge of figuring out how to operate at scale without losing the quality of the customer relationship, this role was built for you.
On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. You're the person who connects what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partnering closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve value.
Success of the customer and commercial ownership go hand in hand and are at the core of this role. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs’ expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end. The best AMs at ElevenLabs don’t just retain customers, they grow with them.
COMPENSATION
This role offers a competitive on target earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% base and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 100% net revenue retention (NRR) with an emphasis on product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above target NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you know what good looks like in a technical, fast-moving customer environment
- A track record of owning commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion motion from identifying the opportunity to closing it
- Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems mindset - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; you can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust
- Experience using product usage data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn
- Strong communicator who can move fluidly between a founder, a technical lead, and a procurement team in the same week
Preferred
- Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required.
