We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Poland's largest enterprises, with a specific focus on Financial Services. Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Polish financial institutions — and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology.
In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
In this role you will:
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, with a primary focus on Financial Services & Insurance, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for financial services institutions.
3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to regulated Polish financial services organizations.
5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Polish financial services sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
1. 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
2. Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
3. Well-connected in the Polish financial services landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
4. Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
5. Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
6. Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
7. Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
8. A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
9. Native or full professional proficiency in Polish; strong English for internal collaboration.

- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.

The R&D team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Our data and solutions have been used to solve some of the world's most high-profile criminal cases and grow consumer access to cryptocurrency safely. Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.
Chainalysis data has helped solve some of the world’s highest-profile criminal and national-security cases and made it safer for people everywhere to access crypto. The Global Intelligence Team produces the attribution at the heart of that data — connecting on-chain activity to the real-world entities behind it, across the global crypto ecosystem. It’s the intelligence data moat beneath every Chainalysis product, and what investigators, sanctions authorities, and national-security agencies rely on to follow the money and disrupt threats.
Few threats test that mission harder than North Korea and China. Through Lazarus Group, the DPRK has stolen billions in crypto — via exchange and DeFi hacks and IT-worker schemes — to fund its weapons program, then laundered it through mixers, cross-chain bridges, and Chinese OTC networks. China, in turn, sits at the center of global crypto money laundering — from guarantee marketplaces and underground banking to scam compounds, fentanyl vendors, and cartel-linked laundering. The two are deeply intertwined, and making that activity visible on-chain is one of the most consequential problems in crypto intelligence today.
As our DPRK- and China-focused intelligence analyst — the team’s subject-matter expert on North Korea and China — you’ll own that problem end to end. This is a depth role: while our analysts cover the breadth of the crypto-services ecosystem, you’ll go deep on a single, high-stakes domain — becoming the person, inside Chainalysis and increasingly across the industry, who understands how DPRK and Chinese actors use crypto and can prove it on-chain. You’ll own the attribution for their crypto footprint, map how these networks actually operate, turn that into finished intelligence customers act on, and be the expert voice representing Chainalysis on DPRK and China crypto threats.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll join a fast-moving, globally distributed team — analysts, threat-domain SMEs, data scientists, and engineers — collaborating across time zones, async and in real time. We move fast, hold each other to a high bar, and back each other up across regions. As the DPRK & China SME, you’ll be the single point of depth for the domain and a force multiplier for everyone working adjacent to it.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own DPRK & China attribution end to end — the threat-actor entities, their definitions, and the accounts, addresses, and infrastructure they operate: Lazarus Group and DPRK state-sponsored theft and laundering, DPRK IT-worker networks, Chinese-language OTC and underground-banking networks, guarantee marketplaces (e.g., Huione-style platforms), scam-compound and pig-butchering laundering infrastructure, fentanyl and precursor vendors, and Chinese money-laundering organizations.
- Lead the attribution response to DPRK- and China-related sanctions events — when OFAC or allied authorities designate DPRK actors, exchange-hacking units, or Chinese laundering networks, drive the rapid, high-visibility on-chain attribution that turns those designations into coverage in our data, often against the clock.
- Map the networks on-chain — trace how stolen and illicit funds move through mixers, cross-chain bridges, no-KYC swaps, OTC brokers, and off-ramps, following DPRK hack proceeds into and through Chinese laundering infrastructure, and keep that picture current as they adapt to pressure.
- Produce finished intelligence — advisory notes, customer and partner briefings, and contributions to flagship publications (the Crypto Crime Report and beyond) that make DPRK theft/laundering and Chinese money laundering legible and actionable.
- Be the named external expert — represent Chainalysis on DPRK and China crypto threats at conferences, on panels, with the press, and in briefings to public- and private-sector partners.
- Help set the DPRK & China collection agenda — surface what data we need on these networks and feed those requirements into our collection process and priority intelligence requirements; you direct collection for the domain, but it runs through the team’s apparatus and prioritization, not you alone.
- Translate typologies into detection — turn what you learn about DPRK and Chinese methods into guidance that our products and our customers can operationalize.
- Build with AI — design and tune the automation that scales your analysis and the team’s, and handle the hard cases automation can’t.
- Level up the team — raise the bar on DPRK, China, and money-laundering tradecraft broadly, and partner closely with analysts, other SMEs, data science, and engineering.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep, demonstrable DPRK and/or China expertise — real command of DPRK state-sponsored crypto operations (Lazarus Group, exchange and bridge hacks, IT-worker schemes) and/or Chinese-language money laundering, OTC and underground banking, guarantee marketplaces, and organized-crime finance. This is the core of the role, and we’ll expect you to show it.
- On-chain tracing ability against DPRK/China targets — direct experience following DPRK hack laundering or Chinese OTC/laundering networks on-chain, or deep DPRK/China threat-finance expertise paired with proven blockchain-tracing skill you can bring to bear here from day one.
- A national-security or threat-finance background — intelligence, sanctions, counter-threat-finance, or investigations, from the IC, Treasury/OFAC, law enforcement, the military, a think tank or research institution, or private-sector CTF/sanctions work.
- Regional fluency — a strong grasp of the DPRK and Chinese illicit-finance ecosystems and regional money-laundering flows. Mandarin and/or Korean language ability is a significant plus.
- Elite potential and a proven track record — exceptional aptitude, judgment, and work ethic; you’ve led hard problems end to end and you raise everyone around you.
- Excellent writing and communication — this is an outward-facing expert role; your intelligence has to land with analysts, customers, and senior audiences alike.
- AI-forward instincts — you build automation to scale your work and others’, not just use it.
- Comfort working with data; blockchain forensics experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant analytic, intelligence, or threat-finance experience for a Senior hire; 8+ years and recognized domain authority for a Staff hire.
You might also have:
- Mandarin and/or Korean language ability.
- Direct experience with OFAC sanctions, designations, or the designation process — especially involving DPRK or Chinese entities.
- A record of published research or public speaking on DPRK crypto theft, Lazarus Group, or Chinese money laundering.
- Familiarity with cross-chain bridge and mixer laundering, guarantee marketplaces (e.g., Huione-style platforms), or Chinese OTC and underground-banking networks.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and evolve our new Common case-management system, powering support-case handling across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
You will own significant end-to-end initiatives across backend services and agent-facing tools: case lifecycle, routing and assignment, queue management, case evidence and history, and migration from legacy systems. This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who can turn ambiguous customer and operational problems into durable technical solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead one or more project-level Case Management initiatives from discovery and design through rollout, measurement, and operational ownership.
Build scalable backend services and React-based internal tools used by support operators and administrators.
Design reliable case-management capabilities, including case creation, routing, assignment, transfers, audit history, notes, attachments, and queue-management workflows.
Help deliver feature parity with legacy platforms while safely migrating traffic across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
Make and own technical decisions within your scope; write project-level design documents, identify dependencies and risks, and break work into parallelizable delivery plans.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other engineering teams to define the right customer problems and improve the roadmap.
Raise the quality bar through thoughtful design reviews, observability, testing, incident response, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and constructive feedback.
Must-have qualifications
Strong full-stack engineering experience, including production React and TypeScript experience.

We are a global algorithmic trading firm with an advanced technology stack, driving the full trading cycle — from market research and strategy design to algorithm development and software engineering. Our strength lies in deep market expertise and the continuous evolution of our infrastructure to stay ahead of the industry.
Responsibilities:
— Work through high-level business and technical requirements with the product, trading, and engineering teams, then build the resulting platform features.
— Design, build, and maintain core platform components in Rust: exchange and broker gateways, data pipelines, monitoring tools, and algo trading infrastructure.
— Optimize latency, throughput, and stability based on measurements and load testing. Low latency, reliability, and determinism are hard requirements.
— Add observability to new components (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts, dashboards) so execution issues get caught early.
— Diagnose incidents in the trading loop, find the root cause, write up the analysis, and fix the problem so it does not recur.
— Ensure quality through automated (unit, integration, performance) and manual testing with QA, and maintain the test harnesses and integration suites that validate scenarios before production.
— Document modules, service contracts, integration rules, and operational runbooks.
— Help design and decompose features and epics, taking the product and trading side and operational risk into account.
Qualifications:
— 5+ years of relevant experience building low-latency, high-reliability systems.
— Extensive experience in Rust.
— Good understanding of computer systems and software architecture: Linux, networking, data structures and algorithms, concurrent and parallel programming, distributed computing, and performance optimization.
— Strong engineering fundamentals and a preference for readable, maintainable code and sensible testing.
— Takes ownership of tasks through to production and works to clear blockers, including pushing peers when needed.
— Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have:

— Tech-driven environment: no bureaucracy, legacy systems, or tech debt.
— Growth & development: work with top talent in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp needs a senior immigration and mobility expert to build the policies, operating model, and trusted guidance that support global growth. This person will be Ramp's internal subject-matter expert and work closely alongside external counsel to translate current immigration law, policy, and business needs into clear, consistent decisions.
They will set program direction, hold vendors accountable, guide difficult cases, and give employees and cross-functional partners the rationale behind high-stakes decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
IMMIGRATION PROGRAM AND POLICY LEADERSHIP
- Own and continuously refine Ramp's immigration, sponsorship, business-travel, and relocation policies, including eligibility, cost coverage, exceptions, and service standards.
- Stay current on relevant immigration laws, policy changes, and market practices; assess their impact on Ramp and recommend program updates.
- Develop practical decision frameworks for common pathways and scenarios— including travel timing, filing approach.
- Explain the rationale behind policies and visa-pathway recommendations in plain language, building trust with employees, managers, Recruiting, and other partners.
- Partner closely with external counsel on complex, precedent-setting, or white-glove cases; know when to seek legal advice and ensure Ramp makes timely operational decisions.
VENDOR AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Own the strategy and operating cadence with immigration counsel and relocation vendors, including selection, SLAs, escalation paths, QBRs, and performance improvement.
- Serve as Ramp's practical voice of reason for cross-functional stakeholders (HR, legal, recruiters, etc.), balancing employee experience, business urgency, consistency, cost, and compliance risk.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Recruiting, Compensation, People Partners, IT, and Workplace on sponsorship decisions, relocations, and new-country employment.
- Build repeatable playbooks for country entry, relocations, and high-impact hiring so stakeholders know the decision maker, dependencies, timeline, and escalation route.
PROGRAM SCALE AND TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Set the function's roadmap, risk reporting, core metrics, and communication standards.
- Personally lead the most sensitive or complex cases and coach the Associate on judgment, prioritization, employee communication, and escalation.
- Turn recurring case patterns into better policy, vendor accountability, self-service guidance, and automation priorities.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years in corporate immigration, global mobility, international People Operations, or a closely related field; deep U.S. immigration expertise strongly preferred.
- Current working knowledge of immigration pathways, filing considerations, and policy changes, with sound judgment about when counsel must advise.
- Experience owning program policy, managing outside counsel/vendors, and influencing decisions with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- A record of building scalable programs in a high-growth or global environment.
- Exceptional, empathetic communication and the ability to explain complex requirements clearly without giving legal advice.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- UK, Canada, EU, APAC, or LatAm mobility/immigration experience.
- New-country employment or global expansion experience.
