ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
ROLE
Morpho's Midnight launch brought fixed-rate, fixed-term lending onchain, and with it a set of credit markets that were never viable before. This role decides which of those markets Morpho pursues, what each one demands, and how to get there. It exists because the opportunity is far larger than the team can chase at once, so the sequencing has to be right.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Morpho's strategy for expanding into new credit markets, building the framework that sizes and sequences each opportunity so the team goes after the ones that will gain real traction.
- Size net new markets including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables, using market data and competitive dynamics to decide where Morpho moves first.
- Build and run the process that surfaces what institutions actually need across a range of use cases and industries, so Morpho knows which problems to solve to unlock each loan type.
- Work with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing and legal to decide where Morpho builds and where it partners, then ship multiple zero-to-one loan categories.
- Design and run proof of concepts with new counterparty types, then use the results to scale a proven model across the rest of that market.
- Map the regulatory, compliance and registration requirements attached to each new market and factor them into which opportunities Morpho takes on, and in what order.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 30 days
Ramped on the lending stack and what Midnight makes possible. Has met markets, solutions, partnerships and protocol, and mapped the credit opportunities already in play.
First 3 months
You drove delivery of a proof of concept for a new loan market, and helped the team size the broader landscape of where to move next.
First 6 months
You've shipped experiments across several categories and developed internal consensus on our strategy to expand morpho into new markets.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Proven track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets.
- Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with a working grasp of how credit markets function.
- Experience shipping products with regulatory or compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create clarity and drive decisions in highly ambiguous environments
- Fast synthesis, with the ability to ramp on unfamiliar industries and markets quickly.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a SOC Manager to join its Global Information Security team, based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role manages the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and leads the team of analysts who monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts. The SOC Manager provides situational awareness through detecting, containing, and resolving cyber security threats using a comprehensive set of technologies including IDS, IPS, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, AWS, SaaS Security, and firewall technologies.
This is a people-management role focused on keeping the SOC running smoothly – coverage, runbooks, triage, and escalation – while developing the analyst team. The SOC Manager works closely with the Cyber Case Manager to ensure incidents flow into case management and are tracked through to closure, and partners with Threat Detection Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and other Information Security teams to strengthen the firm’s overall cyber resiliency. Based in Lisbon, the role helps provide security operations coverage across global time zones. This role reports to the Security Operations Leader.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, ensuring monitoring, alerting, triage, and incident response run effectively across the operating day.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SOC analysts – including scheduling, shift and on-call coverage, performance management, hiring, and onboarding.
Establish and maintain runbooks, playbooks, incident-handling procedures, and daily, weekly, and monthly security checklists.
Operate, tune, and manage the SIEM and SOAR platforms; maintain alerts and dashboards that surface key security events and provide security assurance.
Triage and escalate incidents quickly and effectively, setting priorities for the SOC team and coordinating response with other teams across the firm.
Partner closely with the Cyber Case Manager to ensure incidents flow into case management and are tracked to closure, and to keep the team aligned to case-driven priorities.
Work alongside Threat Detection Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and other Information Security teams to improve the firm’s security posture.
Measure and report on the state of the firm’s cyber security defenses, including operational metrics and regular reporting to leadership.
Serve as an escalation point for high-severity incidents, including outside standard business hours as needed.
Drive the evaluation, selection, and configuration of key security tools to enhance Cyber Security Operations.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in security operations, including 1-3 years leading or managing a SOC or security operations team.
Demonstrated people-management experience – leading, mentoring, scheduling, and developing analysts.
Hands-on experience with the setup and management of a SIEM, preferably Splunk.
Experience with SOAR and a strong understanding of the incident-response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK.
Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred.
Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and report to leadership.
Professional fluency in English to support a global team.
Attentive, organized, and detail-oriented, with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).

We foster long-term partnerships to unlock the full potential of B2B clients, allowing them to scale steadily regardless of market shifts.
Now we're looking for a driven Middle FP&A Analyst — someone who owns financial reporting end-to-end and turns numbers into insight the business can act on.
The role
You’ll own financial reporting and business-facing analytics across our largest brand scope (Belkins); working alongside our finance team in a peer/support relationship, not a managerial one.
You’ll report directly to Olha Boyko, and your analysis will feed straight into decisions made at the C-level.
What you’ll be doing
Preparing monthly management reporting packages (P&L, CF) with variance analysis and business insights
Taking full ownership of the budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
Improving and automating reporting processes, including data consolidation and dashboard development
Developing and maintaining financial models for new and existing business directions, supporting leadership decision-making
Staying closely connected to the business day to day — tracking Delivery and Sales KPIs that move revenue, flagging risks before they surface, and staying on top of invoice deadlines and month-end close
What you bring
3+ years
of experience in financial analysis, preferably in IT, SaaS, or marketing-driven businesses
Solid grounding in accounting principles (US GAAP), with hands-on experience across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Advanced Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, data structuring)
Business-oriented mindset — you interpret numbers into insight, not just report them
Upper-Intermediate English
or higher
Bonus points:
SQL experience & AI tools
What’s special about working at Belkins
Direct visibility into C-level decision-making — your analysis isn’t filed away, it’s acted on
A real path to seniority: growth here means more business impact and scope — no people-management track required to get there.
A dynamic, modern environment that keeps evolving its tools and processes (AI included) and leans on knowledge-sharing
A motivated team that’s building the finance function as the company scales
You’re our kind of person if you
You take ownership without waiting for a ticket to tell you what’s next — you flag risks before anyone asks
You’re structured and detail-oriented, but flexible when priorities shift fast
You look at a spreadsheet and think what does this mean for the business, not just is this accurate
You partner easily across teams — Delivery, Sales, Accounting — without needing a rigid handoff process
What to expect in our process
Screening call with the recruiter
(30–45 min) — background, motivation, English level, comp expectations.
Test task (up to 1h)
— a practical case on modeling, budgeting, and data structuring
Interview with the Hiring Manager
(Olha) — competency deep-dive on financial modeling, business-oriented thinking, and ownership
Final interview — Heads & Culture
— leadership alignment and the bigger picture
If this all sounds like the right challenge, go ahead and apply.
If you’re ready to take on a high-impact challenge, lead a transformation, and be rewarded for aggressive growth, we want to hear from you. At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.
Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical intricacies of our products and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical public-sector audiences.
- Work side-by-side with our implementation team to ensure customer questions, concerns, and challenges are handled during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment — including reference architectures for sovereign deployments.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐THE PRODUCT LEAD ROLE ⭐
The Product Lead for Armenia will drive Alan's product strategy and execution in supporting the transformation of healthcare in Armenia. This role involves leading dedicated product teams (designers, engineers) while coordinating with global product areas and a local operations team to deliver on Alan's contractual obligations and member experience goals.
📈KEY OUTCOMES📈
1. Develop and execute a product strategy that serves both the government's public health objectives and the members' experience, supporting our targets in terms of coverage rollout, member satisfaction, and operational reliability under the concession's contractual commitments.
2. Lead product crews to deliver product enhancements and new features, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization across parallel workstreams with shared dependencies.
3. Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Armenian system benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit the B2G model and local healthcare context.
4. Partner with the local operations team, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align product development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations.
5. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on member access, operational efficiency, and government trust.
6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
⭐IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?⭐
️
YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT AT ALAN IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 10 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Manager, Founder, Business strategy) with a track record of delivering complex systems at scale.
- A history of working on software products that delight users in a fast-paced environment from ideation to release.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally involving B2G, public sector, or regulated environments where the end user and the paying entity are different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies under high uncertainty and political sensitivity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders ranging from engineers to government officials.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Armenian is a strong plus.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or government services is a plus, but not required.
- (As a plus) Ability to work with distributed teams and coordinate efforts across different geographical locations.
We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up, with a high level of ownership and a lot of room to shape the role.
We hire people, not roles. If this opportunity speaks to you, we would love to hear from you.
Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
We are building Alan's Care function in Saudi Arabia, and you will be the person who makes sure every member trusts Alan when they need us most. You'll build the function from zero: process, tooling, quality bar, then scale it, while handling the conversations that matter most yourself.
Founding the function
- Handle directly the member contacts that stay in-house: admin requests, escalations, complex cases.
- Write the scripts, guidelines, and documentation that make Care work in Saudi from day one.
- Shape the operating model on the ground together with the GM Saudi and the global Care community: opening hours, shift coverage, tooling setup (Intercom and others), and how traffic splits between in-house and externalized support.
What success looks like: a documented, working Care operation that can pass regulatory scrutiny and handle real member conversations from launch.
Owning quality on externalized support
- Own the quality bar for everything we externalize: review calls and tickets in Arabic, coach our outsourcing partner's agents, and close the loop between what members experience and what we improve.
What success looks like: externalized conversations meet Alan's quality bar, and gaps get caught and fixed before they become member complaints.
Owning regulatory accountability
- Own the complaint-handling policy and the regulatory SLAs on complaints.
- Prepare the documentation and readiness for the Insurance Authority inspection.
What success looks like: Alan passes Insurance Authority inspection with a clear, accountable answer on every complaint-handling question asked.
You won't be building this alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team on process design, tooling, forecasting, and planning, the same team behind our Care launches in France, Belgium, and Canada. You bring the on-the-ground execution and Arabic-language expertise; they bring the playbooks and cross-market experience.
👀 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a founding operator. You've built an operational function from scratch before, or you're ready to do it for the first time with real ownership.
- You are hands-on in ambiguity. You're happy to answer tickets yourself on day one while designing the system in parallel. Some decisions on coverage model and tooling are still being finalized, and you'll help make them.
- You are AI-first. You're excited to work on automation and tooling, not just process.
- You lead with ownership and directness. You hold an outsourcing partner accountable to a quality bar without hesitation.
- You are genuinely energized by great customer experience. When a member is frustrated, you don't just close the ticket, you make sure they walk away feeling cared for.
- You understand the member's stakes. Ideally, you've seen pre-authorization, claims, or member frustration points up close, in health insurance, health services, or a comparable regulated environment.
⭐️ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Must-haves
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Both are mandatory: Arabic for the QA work on Arabic-language conversations, English for collaboration with the global Care community and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity: building the system and doing the work at the same time.
- Strong ownership and directness, including holding an external partner accountable to a quality bar.
- Genuine interest in AI-first tooling and automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance, health services, or financial services background; understanding of pre-authorization, claims, and member frustration points in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience building or scaling an operational/support function from scratch.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (Insurance Authority requirements).
Level target: B1-C1 on Alan's level grid.
⭐ WHAT WE OFFER
- A world-class team to lean on: you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team, and the full team's playbooks from launching Care in France, Belgium, and Canada.
- Real ownership and impact from day one, on a function you build yourself.
- As the team scales, this role has the potential to grow into leading a local team.

About the role
🤓
Data trust is becoming one of the most important challenges in the era of AI analytics.
Self-service analytics has always required strong foundations. Now, with the rise of LLMs and AI agents, the opportunity is bigger, but so is the risk. Pointing an AI assistant at a warehouse can create a false sense of precision if the underlying data model, definitions, documentation and ownership are not clear.
As a Data & AI Governance Specialist at seQura, you will help build the foundations that allow teams to find, trust, understand and apply data and AI safely, autonomously and responsibly.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security teams, translating complex requirements into clear workflows, usable standards and technical solutions.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Collaborate with domain stewards and analysts to maintain a unified data dictionary, clear business metric definitions and AI model documentation.
Partner with Core Data, Data Science & AI, Business and Engineering teams to implement automated data quality checks across pipelines, health and performance monitoring dashboards/alerts.
Manage and improve the data catalog, AI model inventory and model registry so assets are organized, searchable, well documented and easy to understand.
Help Data Champions and AI Owners succeed by giving them clear templates, training, tooling and documentation rather than relying on manual approval gates.
Act as the operational bridge between Legal, Privacy, Security and Data & AI teams to support GDPR, SOC 2 and EU AI Act readiness.
Champion a culture where quality and responsible AI are collective responsibilities, supported by automation, ownership and practical enablement.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To amplify seQura’s value by enabling anyone to autonomously find, trust, understand and apply data and AI to make smarter decisions.
What we own
You will join the Data & AI Governance vertical, working closely with the Data Governance Lead, the wider Data & AI team and business stakeholders across seQura.
This team owns the foundations that make self-service analytics and responsible AI possible: metadata, documentation, ownership, quality standards, lineage, data and model discoverability, access governance and AI risk workflows.
How we work
Data is treated as a product
, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Governance acts as an enablement layer
, rather than a blocker.
Self-service systems are prioritized
over manual approval processes.
Close collaboration with domain experts
helps turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
You will onboard into seQura’s Data & AI organization, understand how our data model, access groups and governance practices work today, and start researching the semantic layer foundations needed to support reliable AI-assisted analytics.
Month 2
You will start working on metadata and ontology graph initiatives, helping connect business concepts to the right data entities, definitions and ownership structures.
Month 3
You will contribute to warehouse optimization and access marketplace initiatives, helping make governed data assets easier to discover, request, use and maintain across teams.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
You will work with tools and systems that support data cataloging, metadata management, self-service analytics, data quality, access governance and documentation.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
Ability to translate business, legal or privacy requirements into practical solutions with technical teams.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in any of these areas: Data Governance, Data Quality Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI Operations or a related area.
Experience working with data teams to implement policies, standards or governance practices in real systems.
Experience operating modern data catalog, metadata or documentation tools.
Strong communication skills across business stakeholders, technical data teams and legal or privacy teams.
Strong analytical ability to trace data quality issues back through pipelines, models or workflows and support root-cause resolution.
A self-service mindset: you prefer clear standards, automation and enablement over manual approval gates.
Nice to have:
Practical understanding of AI and ML lifecycles.
Experience with Generative AI application patterns.
Understanding of AI cataloging, model inventories or model registries.
Familiarity with AI bias detection or mitigation practices.
Working knowledge of foundational AI privacy and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.
Experience with OpenMetadata, Metabase, Omni, Redshift, Claude or similar tools.
Experience supporting semantic layer, ontology graph, access marketplace or data ownership initiatives.
Working knowledge of foundational data privacy requirements such as GDPR and SOC 2.

We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.

The role / impact
Xero is building the shared platform services that will sit underneath some of our most important product and technology bets. As the Head of Product for AI Shared Services, you will lead the strategy and execution of platform areas such as Eventing, Communications, and Search among others, shaping the next generation of products and standards that teams across Xero rely on.
This is a chance to turn fragmented tools and experiments into coherent, reusable capabilities, so Xeros spend less time rebuilding foundations and more time delivering value to Xero’s customers. It is a high impact, high visibility role, with plenty of scope to learn, shape, and grow.

This team looks after the platform foundations that power AI capabilities across Xero, working closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Data and Operations. The team partners closely with product areas across the business.

- Setting the strategy for the AI Shared Services domain, alongside a roadmap for the quarters ahead
- Establishing the key metrics and dashboards that will help the business track progress and success
- Building relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Growing adoption of shared AI capabilities across multiple product and engineering teams over time
Where and how you can work
We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. You will have the option to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the focus of remote work with the collaboration of our office spaces and team boost days to foster connection and alignment.

- You have a track record of growing people and teams, and helping them see how their work connects to the bigger picture
This role calls for someone ready to go bold on a space that is moving fast, breaking down ambiguity into tangible goals, and going further and together with teams across the business to build something that lasts.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

The role / impact
This is a rare chance to shape how an entire technology organization works in the AI era. Rather than shipping another standalone AI feature, you'll build the shared platforms and operating models that make AI-native delivery possible across Xero, spanning AI harnesses that help teams build faster with the right guard rails, gateways that makes using models safe and efficient, and agents that help reduce toil.
You'll drive initiatives spanning across the full delivery lifecycle, combining strategy, execution and measurable organizational impact. You'll drive decision-making across products and teams, connect work happening in different phases of development, and train and coach others to build strong AI product practice. In line with our value to Go Bold, you'll set goals that stretch the team and help rethink, and not just solve, the problems in front of you.
The team / how they connect
This group shapes how products connect to Xero's wider AI strategy and objectives, and looks after the tools and ways of working that help thousands of Xeros deliver value. - Your approach to discovery, delivery and measurement is outcome-focused, and you know how to prove what's working.
- Ambiguity, evolving technology and incomplete information don't throw you off course.
- Curiosity and pragmatism sit alongside the resilience to turn early experiments into scalable products.
