About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for:
Multi-account cash flow management
Banking transactions and payments
Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control
AI-powered accounting automation
Build polished, responsive UIs using
Jetpack Compose
.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.
Who You Are
You're pragmatic and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and thrive in a cross-functional environment where everyone is solving the same customer problem together.

Deep understanding of
OOP
,
SOLID
, and
Clean Architecture
.
Solid experience with presentation layer patterns —
MVI
,
MVVM
, and
MVP
— and the ability to choose the right one for the context.

RxJava
,
Kotlin Coroutines / Flow
Dependency injection:
Dagger 2
,
Hilt
, or
Koin
Networking:
Retrofit
Navigation:

Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or experience with financial products — you understand the stakes.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing overdraw, improving recomposition efficiency in Jetpack Compose, and hitting smooth 60/120fps rendering.
Hands-on work with performance tooling:
Android Profiler
,
Perfetto
,
Baseline Profiles
, or similar.

The role
We are looking for a Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to help run the daily operations that keep money moving safely through Finom Payments. Every payment our customers send or receive must be funded, settled, reconciled and safeguarded across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers.
This is a hands-on senior role at a moment of change. Volumes are growing fast and instant payments run around the clock. We are connecting more directly to payment infrastructure, and new products such as lending and payment acceptance bring new money flows.
The path to a banking license raises the bar on control and reconciliation. You will take a major part in running the operation day to day, alongside a small team, and step in when money doesn't move as it should. You will also play a key role in designing actual money flows for new products, with our product and engineering teams, before they launch.
What you'll do
You perform settlement and reconciliation day to day, making sure every euro is where it should be.
Treasury operations. Daily funding of our payment channels and the buffers behind them, around the clock. Help bring new schemes and settlement models live safely.
Reconciliation across banks, card schemes, payment processors and custodians. Take it from daily balance checks to automated, transaction-level control.
Safeguarding and reporting. Keep client money fully protected every day, and make sure the related regulatory and scheme reporting is accurate and on time.
Funds-flow engineering. Help design how money moves for new products, markets and partners, and get it right before launch. That covers accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment, reconciliation and what happens when something fails.
Escalation. Be the escalation point when money doesn't move as it should. Build the cross-team processes so incidents get resolved fast and don't repeat.
Process and automation. Document how the operation works, remove single points of failure, and automate manual work with our engineering teams.
Capital, policies, models, investment decisions and trade execution sit with the Head of Treasury. You run the operations and say when the numbers stop matching reality. The split keeps policy, execution and reconciliation independent, as a banking licence requires.
Who you are
Three things are essential: you know payment systems in depth, you stay effective in an escalation, and you can engineer funds flows.
Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank.
Builder's mindset. You have turned manual, person-dependent work into documented, automated processes, working closely with engineers.
Escalation. You have handled money-impacting payment incidents from first alert to resolution, working with banks, schemes and internal teams.
Payment systems. Hands-on knowledge of rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes.
Funds-flow engineering. You have taken an active part in designing or rebuilding money flows for new products or payment rails, including the accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment and reconciliation behind them.
Control and clarity. Segregation of duties and audit readiness come naturally to you, and you can explain a complex money flow simply. Fluent English.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE INBOUND SALES 🇫🇷 ROLE
We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France.
Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals).
You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods, and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
What does make this role exciting :
- You will close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating!
- The Inbound Sales team is quite recent: You will contribute to building a new practice within the Sales Community, getting involved in tooling and process improvements
- You will help building the playbook of best practices to close deals in one shot
- You will contribute to making our products even better by sharing feedback and improving the self-serve experience for our members
- You will become an insurance expert and learn to master our products in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects
- We invest heavily in AI to transform the Sales practice. You'll have the opportunity to become one of the most modern Sales professionals in the market!
⭐ YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Show a great balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with your prospects

⭐️ THE FOUNDING SALES OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for our first-ever Sales hire in Saudi Arabia — a rare founding opportunity to build Alan's commercial practice in the Kingdom from the ground up.
You will be Alan's flag-bearer in KSA: the person who shapes how we sell, who we sell to, and how we build relationships with companies that want to offer their employees a truly great health experience.
This is not a role for someone looking for a well-defined playbook to execute. It is a role for someone who wants to write the playbook — and who has the experience to do so.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION

Role Description
As a Real Estate Analyst at Checkout.com, you will provide dedicated administrative, data management, and operational support to the Head of Real Estate, focusing on mitigating risk and increasing efficiency across the global portfolio. This role is essential for managing high-risk operational tasks, such as lease event tracking, lease administration, budgeting and data reporting to ensure a structured approach and prevent critical errors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lease Administration & Governance
- Proactively track, monitor, and manage critical dates for all lease events, including renewals and break clauses, acting as the primary conduit for populating and managing the tools that host our Real Estate data.
- Support the execution of Real Estate contracts by coordinating with Brokers, Procurement, Legal etc. to finalise signing, updating project budgets, and archiving completed agreements.
- Manage operational risk by ensuring all key details related to lease obligations are accurately recorded, tracked and action is taken.
- For business case generation, gather comparable evidence, property valuations, and market data to drive strategic negotiations.
- Liaise with regional, business and central teams to capture the justification and data necessary for business case approval.
- Manage subleasing activities, including monitoring sub-tenant compliance, tracking sublease income and key milestones, and coordinating with legal and property management teams.
2. Financial and Procurement Reporting
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax and Procurement teams for Real Estate budgets, including updating and managing the Real Estate OPEX and CAPEX budget tracking tools.
- Act as the central point of contact for all property-related budget reporting, preparing quarterly reviews in a clear, digestible format that includes Real Estate and Workplace costs - giving an all inclusive cost per desk / square foot / head.
- Assist in reporting refurbishment or new office delivery costs, against business as usual spend for operational office locations.
- Support the coordination of financial and legal documentation required for transactions, such as preparing group structure charts and financials for external parties (e.g., landlords).
3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Data Collation
- Lead the coordination and collection of energy, water, and utility consumption data across the global portfolio to support future CSR reporting requirements.
- Manage the challenge of obtaining utility data in co-working and serviced spaces where direct meter readings are complex, including liaising with local teams, operators and landlords to gather the necessary information.
- Act as the conduit between the CEO Office and ESG/CSR teams to ensure our portfolio meets the needs of Sustainability policies and or regulatory requirements.
4. Departmental Administrative Support
- Assist in due diligence and preparation of business cases by researching and reporting on regional office statistics (e.g., desk counts, utilisation, attendance, capacity & commercials).
- Act as a key liaison for business case presentation and refinement.
- Maintain dynamic headcount forecasts to ensure space planning aligns with evolving business needs, particularly for high-growth regions.
- Monitor and document team shift patterns to inform workspace strategy (e.g., HVAC service requirements, after-hours access, and desk rotation models).
- Monitor and manage utilisation reports for Serviced Offices, along with onboard and offboard leaves to locations where we do not directly manage access control.
- Maintain the central digital repository for all property documentation (leases, contracts, floor plans, and insurance certificates), ensuring strict naming conventions, accessibility, and version control are met to ensure 100% audit-readiness.
- Schedule and prepare agendas, collate pre-read materials, and document meeting minutes for key real estate governance forums, proactively tracking action items to ensure timely closure by stakeholders.
- Managing the administrative aspects of the "joiner/leaver" process for office access where no assigned Workplace / People person is assigned.
- Act as the primary administrator for processing property-related invoices, performing the initial "first-pass" review to flag discrepancies against purchase orders (POs) and ensuring all costs are accurately coded before final submission to Finance.
5. Health, Safety & Physical Security Management
- Coordinate the global H&S audit schedule in partnership with SMEs, managing the central audit database, evidence library, action log, and training records to track progress and compliance.
- Support the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting framework to surface risk trends and audit completion status, allocating audits to regional teams for execution.
- Own the scheduling, chasing, and evidence trail for the audit lifecycle, acting as the primary administrative point of contact to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive the audit lifecycle by ensuring all actions are identified, triaged, and managed to resolution, proactively identifying blockers and managing overdue items.
- Ensure regional teams interpret and apply the central H&S framework in accordance with local laws while maintaining the global baseline standards.
- Manage the integration of the H&S framework with wider Real Estate RACI to ensure clear accountability and prevent overlaps in responsibilities.
- Implement and maintain physical security policies and standards across all global office locations.
- Instruct periodic physical security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Oversee visitor management processes and physical security measures to safeguard personnel and assets.

And beyond.
At Alan, we want people to find the right product to take care of themselves, as early and as easily as possible. Getting a new pair of glasses usually means an appointment, a lost prescription, 47 frames tried on in a store, and a two-week delay. Most people put it off for months.
The Shop is how Alan members get glasses, lenses and well-being products in a few clicks, covered by their insurance when possible. Most e-commerce teams are incentivized to sell more. We're incentivized to get members the right product at the right time for their health.
We're looking for a fullstack engineer to join the Shop crew. One brief: help our members choose what is right for them, when it is right for them, in a few clicks. Everything else, we figure out together.
ABOUT THE SHOP CREW
The Shop crew is a fully autonomous product team that owns the whole lifecycle of the Shop: not just the code, but the whole business. Product managers, product marketers, ops specialists, designers, data scientists and engineers work side by side on one mission.
What we've built so far:
- An end-to-end optics experience: frames and lenses, virtual try-on, prescription scanning, and checkout priced against each member's coverage.
- One commerce platform behind the whole Shop and its three verticals.
- A growing well-being catalog: about 14 brands and 170 products today, thousands soon.
The Shop is growing fast: more products, smoother flows, and an experience that's more and more integrated into the rest of Alan for our members. The crew needs to grow too, and that means plenty of new opportunities for engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Shop is one of the most varied crews in Alan Engineering. In the same week, you might:
- 🔌 Build integrations with our customized e-commerce back office, our in-house virtual try-on, suppliers and partner opticians.
- 🛍️ Ship member-facing flows: dynamic catalogs, purchase flows tailored to each member's coverage, prescription scanning, returns, and out-of-pocket purchases like lens upgrades and extra pairs.
- 🌿 Scale the catalog beyond optics, with discovery and personalized navigation that still work at thousands of products.
- ⚖️ Navigate legal ground: e-commerce rules, invoicing, France's 100% Santé reform, and supplier compliance. Selling medical devices is not like selling socks.
- 📣 Help products reach members in the Alan app, in campaigns, and through Mo, our AI health assistant. A shop that can't promote its products is just a warehouse.
- 📦 Work with ops on orders, deliveries and customer service, so a two-day delay never surprises a member.
You won't just write code. You'll question supplier contracts, debate marketing copy, and debug prescription-scanning logic. Some days it feels less like building software and more like running a small business. That's the point. And the impact is direct: when someone orders their glasses faster, they literally see better, sooner.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years building scalable software, with full-stack experience across backend and frontend.
- A strong product mindset. You want to understand the why before the how, and you enjoy working with members, ops, legal and marketing.
- Ownership from start to finish: you frame the problem, ship the solution, and watch the numbers afterwards.
- Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems. You help shape the scope instead of waiting for a spec.
- Clear communication with non-engineers, in English (French is a plus, since our first market is France).
- Humility, curiosity, and a real interest in making healthcare more accessible.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with e-commerce: catalogs, checkout, payments, order management, or a headless commerce platform like Saleor.
- Curiosity about where e-commerce meets healthcare.
- Experience with mobile (React Native) or with LLM-powered product features.
HOW WE WORK
- Our stack: React and React Native on the frontend, Python/Flask and PostgreSQL on the backend, all in one monorepo. Saleor powers our commerce back office.
- We deploy daily, and the engineers who make product decisions are the ones who build them.
- We use AI coding agents every day to move faster and focus on the hard problems.
- You own decisions, outcomes and a whole domain, and your incentive is to build what's best for members.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration. We are looking for people who want to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers turn health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment..
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

An overview of this role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our
Change Record
team within GitLab’s
Source Code stage
. As AI agents increasingly write code alongside people, every change needs a clear, trustworthy record of what changed, why, and who or what made it. You’ll build that record into GitLab’s source code experience, for humans and agents alike. This is a backend-focused role for an engineer with full-stack experience who enjoys balancing work on existing systems with new product development.
That work happens in one of GitLab’s oldest and most complex product areas, where you’ll use Ruby on Rails to improve a critical system serving GitLab.com, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Source Code provides the interface layer, through Gitaly, to the Git repositories behind a large share of GitLab traffic, so you’ll help keep it reliable through performance tuning, caching, rate limiting, observability, and resiliency, collaborating with product, design, security, Gitaly, Code Review, and Source Code Experience teams. Supporting production systems and improving established experiences are central to the role, especially while you’re onboarding, and over time you’ll also help build experiences for developers working with agents.
You'll work remotely from the United Kingdom or Poland.
What you’ll do
Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby on Rails and GraphQL, among other technologies.
Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.
Design and maintain backend services, APIs, data models, and business logic that support intuitive source code workflows.
Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.
Use AI agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.
Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.
Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.
Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.
What you’ll bring
Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.
An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.
Experience with full-stack development to build and maintain user-facing workflows and their underlying systems.
Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.
The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.
Experience using AI coding agents to speed up software development while critically reviewing their output.
Bonus: you’ve built agents or agent-based workflows that run in production, not just prototypes.
About the team
The functional team works across Europe and North America, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. It includes four engineers, comprising both backend and frontend engineers. We work closely with other Source Code teams, Agentic Preview, Repository Services, and Hardening, as well as other teams in the company such as the Gitaly team, and the AI Governance team.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
This role offers direct involvement in how a company is built and run: the choices about products, people, capital and execution that determine its success.
You’ll work with Barney and the leadership team to investigate difficult questions, develop independent recommendations and turn them into results. Your work might range from diagnosing why a product is underperforming to evaluating a new market, shaping a fundraising narrative or leading a company-wide initiative.
The standard is high. You’ll need to get deep into unfamiliar subjects, interrogate the numbers, challenge assumptions and explain your reasoning clearly. You’ll be expected to contribute your own view and take responsibility for what happens next.
As you build trust and context, you’ll take on greater autonomy, represent Barney in important discussions and own substantial work on his behalf. You’ll see how decisions play out and develop your judgement through direct experience.
For someone who intends to found a company, lead a business or become an investor, this is an opportunity to build the operating experience and commercial judgement to do it well.
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO. Working alongside the leadership team, you’ll be the right hand to our CEO, driving the priorities that matter most across Cleo 🌱
- Investigate consequential questions. Analyse markets, products, customer behaviour and business performance. Establish what the evidence says, identify the choices and trade-offs, and make a clear recommendation.
- Own major initiatives. Take priorities off the CEO’s plate and drive them from an ambiguous starting point through to delivery. Work across functions, establish ownership, resolve obstacles and stay accountable for the outcome.
- Improve business performance. Get close to Cleo’s numbers. Identify where results diverge from expectations, work with leaders to understand the causes and help drive a credible response.
- Support fundraising and board decisions. Work with the CEO, Finance and leadership team on rigorous analysis, compelling materials and a clear account of our strategy, performance and capital needs.
- Make leadership time count. Shape discussions around the decisions that matter, prepare useful briefs and follow commitments through to completion. Partner with the CEO’s EA to align his time with his priorities.
- Write and communicate with precision. Produce decision papers, presentations and internal and external communications. Make complex ideas understandable and the reasoning behind recommendations easy to assess.
- Exercise independent judgement. Surface uncomfortable facts, challenge assumptions constructively and explain what would change your view. Build relationships across the business so your recommendations are informed and your work gets done.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
We’re looking for someone with exceptional ability, independent judgement and the ambition to take on consequential work. You may have developed these qualities in strategy, finance, technology, research, entrepreneurship or another demanding field. We’ll assess the quality of your thinking, the difficulty of what you’ve taken on and what you personally achieved.
- A record of exceptional achievement. You’ve distinguished yourself through the quality and impact of your work. You can point to difficult problems you solved, significant responsibility you earned and results you personally delivered. We’ll want to understand your contribution and what made the work demanding.
- Intellectual depth and range. You’ve gone deep in at least one area and can get to grips with unfamiliar subjects quickly. You ask incisive questions, reason from first principles and connect ideas across disciplines.
- Independent judgement. You distinguish evidence from assumption, form a clear view and explain your reasoning. You’re comfortable challenging strong opinions, admitting uncertainty and changing your mind when the facts warrant it.
- Analytical and commercial ability. You’re confident working with numbers, interrogating business performance and evaluating trade-offs. You can turn incomplete information into a sound recommendation and connect detailed analysis to its implications for the company.
- A record of execution. You bring structure to open-ended problems and take ownership through to the outcome. You earn cooperation from strong colleagues, resolve obstacles and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Exceptional communication. You write precise, persuasive prose, listen carefully and make complex ideas clear. You can disagree constructively, earn credibility with senior leaders and represent the CEO’s thinking accurately while contributing your own.
- Ambition, composure and low ego. You seek significant responsibility, welcome direct feedback and hold yourself to a demanding standard. You remain effective under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion and bring care to both consequential decisions and routine preparation.
- Intelligent use of AI. You actively use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, writing and execution. You test their outputs and retain responsibility for the quality of your work.
We welcome unconventional paths and evidence of excellence from different settings. Be ready to show us how you think, what you’ve built or changed, and what you learned from the results.
What you’ll gain
Direct access to the CEO’s thinking, close work with experienced leaders and the opportunity to see your recommendations tested in a real business. Your responsibility will grow as you demonstrate judgement and deliver results.
You’ll develop a practical understanding of how to set direction, allocate resources, evaluate performance and lead through others at a profitable AI company operating at scale.

We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 10,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
