Job Purpose
The Integration Manager is Xsolla's front-line technical partner for game studios — a hybrid role blending pre-sales engineering, technical support, and customer success. You'll work directly with new and existing game partners to get Xsolla's products, tools, and APIs working inside their games, from the first technical conversation through go-live and beyond. You'll lead client-facing meetings and demos, translate business needs into technical requirements, troubleshoot integration issues hands-on (logs, API calls, JSON payloads, webhook events), and act as the connective tissue between the client, Business Development, Customer Success, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Client-Facing & Pre-Sales
Lead and confidently run client meetings, calls, and technical demos independently, without needing a BD or CS lead to carry the conversation
Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales and onboarding, scoping integration requirements and setting realistic expectations
Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (engineers, producers, executives)
Technical Integration & Troubleshooting
Guide partners through API integration, including authentication, request/response structures, JSON payloads, and webhook configuration and delivery
Diagnose issues using data dumps, technical logs, and API traces; distinguish integration errors from platform bugs
Write and interpret basic scripts or API calls (e.g., via Postman, curl) to reproduce and isolate client-reported issues
Document issues concisely and completely enough for engineering to act on without back-and-forth
Know when to resolve an issue directly versus escalate to Engineering, Product, or Support, and manage that handoff cleanly
Cross-Functional Communication
Serve as the communication hub between Client, Business Development, Customer Success, and Development teams, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation between technical and commercial priorities
Provide clear, well-organized status updates to internal stakeholders and clients throughout the integration lifecycle
Maintain accurate documentation in Jira, Confluence, and related tools
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
3+ years of experience in technical integration, solutions engineering, or a client-facing technical role
Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings and presentations independently — this is not a support-only or backend role
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks; able to read API documentation, interpret payloads, and troubleshoot integration failures independently
Comfortable using tools like Postman (or equivalent) to test and debug API calls
Near-native fluency in both Korean and English, written and verbal; able to confidently lead client presentations and meetings and write professional business emails in either language without support (daily cross-team communication is in English)
Proven customer service or client relationship experience
Comfortable working with high autonomy, shifting priorities, and a significant workload
Strong attention to detail and time management
Nice to Have
Prior experience in the gaming industry, payments, or fintech
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and G Suite
Prior experience at a foreign or international company, or working across time zones with global teams
Genuine interest in games (as a player) and the gaming industry

Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.

Navigate Complex Buying Processes: Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, security reviews, procurement workflows, and competitive displacement strategies.
Partner with Solutions Engineers: Collaborate closely with pre-sales/technical resources to ensure strong technical validation and alignment with customer requirements.
Execute Account Expansion Strategy: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within enterprise customers to drive expansion revenue and long-term retention.
Stay Market-Aware: Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends, endpoint management landscape, and competitive positioning.
Operate with Ownership: Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to provide feedback from the field and refine messaging.

Proven success selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations
Experience engaging IT buyers (IT Directors, SysAdmins, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams)
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals
Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce hygiene
Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
We are seeking candidates who can start as soon as possible due to business needs.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Provectus is a consulting and professional services firm with a focus on AI/ML based solutions. Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic partner, helping enterprise clients move from AI experimentation to AI running in production.
We are changing how we deliver. Instead of handing a client a design and waiting for someone else to build it, our engineers embed directly inside the client's team and ship the system themselves. We call this Forward Deployed delivery. Before you design anything, you spend real time with the people who do the work the system is meant to change, so the architecture reflects how the work actually happens, not how a requirements document described it.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer or Solutions Architect with deep Python and Generative AI experience who wants to work this way: deep in the code, close to the client, and directly accountable for whether the system gets used. Direct client communication sits at the center of this role. Prior presales experience is a strong plus.
What You Will Do:
Embed with the client team for the length of the engagement, working inside their environment rather than alongside it from a distance
Spend time with the people who do the job the system is meant to change before you design anything, so the architecture is grounded in how the work actually happens
Write clean, production grade Python across AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs (Flask, Django, or FastAPI)
Design, build, and optimize RAG systems and agentic AI solutions running in production, not demos or notebooks
Own system design and architectural decisions across the engagement: microservices vs monolith, sync vs event driven, SQL vs NoSQL
Own the technical direction of the engagement from discovery through delivery
Act as the client's direct technical point of contact: present architecture, defend trade offs, and push back on scope when it does not match timeline or budget
Support presales activities where relevant, including discovery calls, technical proposals, scoping, and client facing demos
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards across the Python practice
Feed what you learn back into Provectus's blueprint library, so the next engagement starts further ahead
Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and share knowledge across the team
What You Will Bring:
7+ years building and running production systems; hands on production experience is required, demo only or POC only backgrounds will not be considered
Production experience with RAG systems and LLM based agentic workflows that are live and running, not prototypes
Backend development experience with Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI
Recent, hands on experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar); GCP considered
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock)
Strong Python proficiency: OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, and performance optimization
Demonstrated experience making and defending system design and architectural trade off decisions
Comfortable owning direct communication with client stakeholders, without a project manager relaying the conversation
Genuine willingness to spend time close to the people who do the job before you design a system to change it, and comfort with an engagement that starts underspecified by design
Strong testing practices: pytest, mocking, and integration tests for AI systems
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and quality assurance approaches
Experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments
Already using AI assisted development tools in your daily workflow (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)
Proactive and self directed; you own outcomes end to end and spot problems before they are handed to you
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences, our two primary practice verticals
Presales experience: cost estimation, cloud architecture cost optimization, scoped and phased delivery plans
Prior consulting, professional services, or other embedded client facing delivery
Experience with React or Vue
AWS or Claude Code certifications
Experience with Streamlit or Gradio for AI prototyping
Modern Python tooling (ruff, uv, pyproject.toml, pyright)
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, Node.js, or Rust)
What We Offer:
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work

About the Team
We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to help us deliver exceptional support for Rain's platform and integrations. You'll work directly with the fintechs, platforms, and partners building card programs and stablecoin products on Rain — troubleshooting complex API integrations, reading logs, and querying data to resolve issues that touch real money movement at scale. You'll partner closely with almost every team in the company on escalations, and turn what you learn on the ground into fixes that pushes Rain forward.
What you’ll do
- Investigate and resolve advanced customer and partner issues across Rain's systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex API integrations directly with partners, walking them through clear steps to resolve issues on their end.
- Own incidents in your queue as part of the team's 24x7 coverage: triage promptly, communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, and consistently hit your SLA, CSAT, and quality targets.
- Escalate effectively by partnering closely with other teams to get to a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and build troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content, supporting both self-serve resolution for customers and onboarding for the team.
- Feed insights back to Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with Engineering on testing, monitoring, and alerting improvements, and support new feature rollouts and integrations as they ship.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer- or partner-facing support role — ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or another high-growth, API-first environment.
- Hands-on experience with API products, plus comfort reading logs and writing SQL queries to investigate issues
- Familiarity with support processes and case management best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented, root-cause mindset.
- Clear writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex cases at once
Bonus attributes:
- A strategic, collaborative, results-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in payments or other areas of fintech.
- A collaborative mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a knack for building long-lasting relationships.
- scripting or lightweight automation experience is a plus.
