ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 1,000 employees, 7 billion downloads, $1b+ revenues and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
ROLE
You will work directly with Voodoo's CEO as a force multiplier on the company's highest-stakes topics. This is an operating role, not a support role: you own outcomes on strategic projects, incubate new ventures, keep the company's operating rhythm sharp, and lead a small team of Special Project Managers who act as Voodoo's internal consulting force.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run strategic projects with the CEO — frame the problem, drive the analysis, align leaders, and push to execution on topics spanning M&A, market expansion, monetization, and organization.
- Explore and launch new ventures — assess opportunities beyond the current portfolio, build the business case, assemble a founding team, and get v1 to market.
- Manage company routines — own the operating cadence: leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, board preparation; make sure decisions get made and followed through.
- Drive the SPM team — recruit, staff, and coach a team of internal consultants deployed on the company's most pressing operational problems; own prioritization of their portfolio.
- Be the CEO's proxy — represent him in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what he needs to know before it becomes urgent.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting (Engagement Manager / Project Leader level at MBB), or M&A/PE, and operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
- Entrepreneurial: has built something from scratch (venture, business line, market launch).
- Strong analytical and financial fluency — comfortable with a P&L, unit economics, and data.
- Exceptional communication: crisp, top-down, comfortable challenging senior leaders.
- Low ego, absolute discretion, and stamina for a fast pace; obsessive about follow-through.
- Top-tier academic background
- Fluent English (French is a plus); Gaming/consumer-app affinity a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Daily exposure to the CEO and leadership of the world's #3 mobile publisher.
- A launchpad role: previous holders of comparable seats typically move into GM/VP/founder roles.
- Competitive package.
BENEFITS
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage SideCare, for your family 100% borne by Voodoo
- Wellness activities in our Paris office

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
Nebius is hiring a Senior Director of GSI and Regional SI Partnerships to build and scale our global systems integrator program from the ground up. This is an infrastructure-first alliances role: we are looking for a leader who deeply understands AI cloud, inference, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, and who has a proven track record of turning that infrastructure into services-led, repeatable solutions that partners sell and deliver to enterprise clients worldwide.
The strategy is deliberately two-fold. On one side are the marquee, long-tail global systems integrators — the strategic, higher-effort relationships that compound into durable, large-scale revenue over time. On the other are the fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies — the short-tail, quicker-to-win partners who can source and land opportunities far faster than the traditional GSIs. We need a leader who can build and balance both motions, and who already has the relationships and instincts to activate the AI-native ecosystem quickly.
You will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of Nebius's GSI motion globally, while building the regional structure to activate partners across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. You will combine partner strategy, solution and offering development, and hands-on execution, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, solution engineering, product, and marketing. This is a builder's role for someone who has operated in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can create frameworks, offerings, and playbooks where none exist. Travel is expected for executive meetings, QBRs, and key industry or partner events.
What You'll Do
Build the global GSI program and team.
Design and own the end-to-end partner framework — segmentation, prioritization, tiering, and engagement model — spanning both marquee global systems integrators and AI-native SIs and stand up the regional operating model to execute it consistently across priority markets.
Activate the AI-native SI ecosystem for speed.
Identify, recruit, and mobilize fast-moving, AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies as a short-tail motion that sources and lands opportunities quickly — a deliberate complement to the longer-cycle strategic GSIs.
Fit Nebius into partner services — and build new ones.
Map how the Nebius platform plugs into each partner's existing service portfolio, and co-build the reference architectures, accelerators, and repeatable offerings that turn it into revenue they can package, sell, and deliver at scale.
Develop senior and field relationships.
Build durable relationships across GSI sales, cloud/infrastructure, HPC, AI/ML, and industry practices — from practice leads and architects to executive sponsors.
Define commercial models.
Establish sell-with, resale, co-sell, and managed-service models with the governance, economics, and incentives that make each partnership commercially successful for both sides.
Drive joint pipeline and revenue.
Map target accounts, run co-sell motions, and secure Nebius inclusion in GSI pursuits to generate material, repeatable, GSI-influenced revenue and consumption.
Enable partner technical and sales teams.
Build the enablement, certification, and deployment blueprints that make GSI teams self-sufficient on the Nebius platform.
Launch joint go-to-market.
Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership focused on AI infrastructure and AI cloud.
Own the numbers.
Track and report GSI-influenced pipeline, revenue, and consumption, holding internal and partner stakeholders accountable to shared goals.
What You Bring
AI-, infrastructure-, and technology-savvy.
Deep, credible fluency across AI cloud and GPU infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, Kubernetes, and modern AI/ML workloads — enough to earn the trust of partner architects and practice leads, see how Nebius fits into a partner's existing services, and help them build new services around it.
A track record building services and solutions with SIs.
You've built offerings, practices, and reference solutions around an infrastructure or platform product with systems integrators — not just managed a relationship, but created what partners take to market.
A dual network across GSIs and AI-native SIs.
You bring existing relationships with both the large strategic GSIs and the emerging, AI-native systems integrators and AI consultancies, and you understand how to work each — landing quick wins through the AI-native ecosystem while building the longer-term strategic partnerships in parallel.
Global programs and regional build.
Experience running global GSI or alliance programs and standing up the regional structures to execute across multiple geographies, accounting for local partner dynamics, delivery models, and incentives.
A builder's mindset.
You have created frameworks, offerings, and playbooks from scratch and thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments. Startup or 0-to-1 experience is a strong plus.
Product savvy.
You understand how infrastructure products are built and positioned, and you can work closely with product teams to shape roadmap and packaging for partner-led motions.
Commercial savvy.
You can design commercial models, negotiate, and build the economics of partnerships that scale into meaningful, repeatable revenue.
Experience.
10+ years in cloud/infrastructure partner management, GSI alliances, or consulting-led enterprise GTM, including senior program leadership. Time at a hyperscaler, GPU/AI cloud, HPC or infrastructure provider, or cloud-native ISV working closely with GSIs is highly valued.
Deep SI knowledge.
You understand how systems integrators build and run cloud, data, and AI practices — their sales cycles, delivery models, and incentive structures.
Why Nebius
Be the founding global GSI leader for a high-growth, Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company.
Direct access to advanced AI builders and enterprise buyers through joint Nebius–GSI engagements.
High visibility, executive sponsorship, and the autonomy to design and execute a global GSI program with significant impact on Nebius's growth.

POWER A WORLD OF TRUST
Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security.
Recently named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we're scaling fast and we're looking for an Analytics Team Lead to make the quality of our identity technology visible, measurable, and relentlessly data-driven.
The Impact You'll Make
This role sits on the
Document Intelligence
team — the group behind Incode's industry-leading document processing. Our technology parses identity documents from around the world — passports, visas, driver's licenses, proof of address, and more — for some of the biggest enterprises on the market. Machine learning is the core of the product, and Analytics is what makes its quality visible and its roadmap data-driven.
We're looking for a Senior Lead of Data Analytics who is, first and foremost, a sharp hands-on analyst — and who has the leadership experience to grow a small, high-impact team around them. Today the team is three people; you'll be the fourth, owning it end-to-end. This is a true player-coach role: you'll manage and mentor the team while personally writing the pipelines, queries, and analyses. Our analytics is partially built — some data pipelines and testing procedures are already in place, but metric coverage and visibility are far from complete. Your mission is to close that gap.
What You'll Own & Drive
Lead & Grow the Team
— Run the analytics team as a formal manager: own the roadmap, hold 1:1s and performance reviews, develop your analysts, and participate in hiring as the team scales.
Stay Hands-On
— This role involves a lot of personal execution. You'll write SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling — and do the analysis yourself.
Expand the Metric Tree
— Build out the end-to-end metric tree that measures product quality across the document-processing pipeline, closing coverage gaps where the product is currently blind.
Build Visibility
— Create reporting and dashboards that surface weak points and turn raw signals into clear insights for ML, product, and leadership.
Own ML Quality Evaluation
— Drive data preparation for ML, model quality assessment, and benchmarking, in tight collaboration with the ML team.
Drive Experimentation
— Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across mobile and server side, with genuine statistical rigor.
Guard Data & Labeling Quality
— Monitor accuracy and consistency, and build the controls that keep them high.
Bridge to Engineering
— When events or data are missing, pinpoint exactly what's needed and where it should come from, write clear and actionable tasks for the backend and data teams, and justify their prioritization in business terms.
Systematize
— Turn one-off analyses into repeatable, owned pipelines and reporting cadences.
Your Background
Team leadership experience
, paired with a genuine appetite to stay hands-on — you lead
and
you build.
Strong Python
, with a bias toward clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
Strong SQL
and solid experience with columnar / analytical databases.
Strong statistics and experimental design
— you can design tests (A/B and beyond), reason about significance and power, and interpret results correctly.
Modern data tooling
— experience with workflow orchestration, data transformation, cloud storage, and experiment-tracking. Our stack is Python, S3, Redshift, ClearML, Airflow, and dbt; equivalent tools are perfectly fine — what matters is that you've worked with this kind of stack.
Excellent communication
— you can translate a data gap into a prioritized, business-justified requirement, talk to engineers and stakeholders in their own language, and make the case for what gets built.
High ownership, autonomy, and pragmatism
— comfortable prioritizing impact over perfection in an evolving environment.
Bonus points for:
Experience with
ML-centered products
— evaluating model quality and working alongside ML teams. You won't be expected to train production models; at most simple models for data filtering, plus the ability to run existing ones.
Familiarity with
data labeling processes
and quality estimation/maintenance.
Domain exposure
to identity documents, OCR, or computer-vision pipelines.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
A player-coach at heart
— you draw energy from both growing people and doing the work yourself.
Craftsmanship in how you build
— clean code, sound pipelines, and analyses others can trust and reuse.
Intellectual honesty and statistical rigor
— you follow the data where it leads and know when a result is real.
A translator's instinct
— you turn ambiguous signals into clear insight and make the business case for what to build next.
Pragmatism and high ownership
— you thrive in an evolving environment and push for impact over perfection.
Why Incode?
Mission with Meaning
— Shape how billions of people prove identity — safely, simply, and ethically.
Rocket-Ship Growth
— Join at a defining moment where your work compounds in global impact.
Elite Team & Technology
— Collaborate with top-tier engineers, researchers, and scientists at the forefront of AI.
Ownership & Autonomy
— Operate with the freedom to test, build, and ship your ideas end-to-end.
Global Impact
— Your work will shape secure, frictionless identity verification experiences across continents.

Vice President, Robot Learning
Confidential | Early-Stage Robotics Startup | San Francisco Bay Area, CA
About the Opportunity
We're partnering with an ambitious early-stage robotics company building the next generation of humanoid telepresence systems for industrial work.
The company's mission is to make dangerous, highly skilled physical work safer and more accessible by enabling expert operators to remotely control humanoid robots with real-time visual, auditory, and haptic feedback. These systems are deployed in complex environments including energy infrastructure, industrial facilities, manufacturing, and other hazardous settings.
A core part of the long-term vision is transforming teleoperation data into increasingly autonomous robotic capabilities. Rather than treating teleoperation as a temporary solution, the company views it as the foundation for building high-quality robot learning systems based on real-world interaction, force feedback, and task execution.
This is an opportunity to define the robot learning strategy at a company where machine learning is central to the product roadmap.
The Role
We're seeking a
Vice President of Robot Learning
to lead the company's robot learning organization and own the roadmap from teleoperation data collection through to learned policies and increasing levels of autonomy.
This is a highly technical leadership role for someone who enjoys building from first principles, working closely with hardware and software teams, and translating cutting-edge robotics research into production systems.
You'll have the opportunity to shape both the technical direction and the team as the company scales.
What You'll Do
Own the robot learning strategy and technical roadmap.
Build the data pipeline that transforms teleoperation sessions into high-quality training data.
Develop learning systems for contact-rich robotic manipulation using real-world demonstrations.
Design and deploy imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and policy optimization approaches for physical robots.
Work closely with robotics, controls, perception, and hardware engineers to build an integrated robotic system.
Lead the evolution from teleoperated workflows toward progressively autonomous capabilities.
Build, mentor, and grow a world-class robot learning organization.
Establish technical direction, research priorities, and engineering best practices.
Drive experimentation, deployment, and continuous improvement using real-world operational data.
What We're Looking For
Required
PhD or equivalent expertise in Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
Significant experience building robot learning systems for real-world robotic manipulation.
Deep expertise in imitation learning, reinforcement learning, policy learning, or related techniques.
Experience working with physical robots rather than purely simulated environments.
Strong understanding of contact-rich manipulation, force feedback, and real-world robotic control.
Track record of shipping robotics systems from research into production.
Experience leading highly technical teams or serving as the technical leader for a major robotics initiative.
Preferred
Experience from leading robotics organizations or research groups such as:
OpenAI Robotics
Google DeepMind Robotics
Physical Intelligence
Toyota Research Institute
Figure AI
Agility Robotics
Covariant
Skild AI
Sanctuary AI

Other leading manipulation or humanoid robotics companies
Particularly valuable experience includes:
Learning from teleoperation or human demonstrations
Building commercial robot learning data pipelines
Manipulation in contact-rich environments
Haptic interfaces or force-controlled robotics
Multi-modal learning using vision, force, and proprioception
Scaling robot learning infrastructure across fleets
Who You Are
Builder-first with a passion for deploying robotics in the real world.
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Excited by ambiguous technical problems with significant ownership.
Able to balance long-term research vision with near-term product execution.
Motivated by building a team, not just contributing individually.
Collaborative, hands-on, and deeply technical.
Why Join
Define the robot learning strategy from an early stage.
Build systems that operate in challenging, real-world industrial environments.
Work across hardware, controls, perception, and AI to solve end-to-end robotics problems.
Help shape the future of intelligent humanoid robotics.
Significant technical ownership with the opportunity to build and lead a high-impact organization.

Job Description
We're hiring our first Head of Partnerships to own and grow the relationships that matter most to Metabase: the AI platforms and data warehouse vendors our customers build on every day. You'll work both ends of these relationships — building alignment with partner leadership teams, and building trust with individual sellers and solutions engineers who influence deals in the field. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who's built a partnerships function from the ground up before and wants to do it again, at a company loved by hundreds of thousands in the community.
What you’ll do:
Own and deepen Metabase's relationships with our key technical and go-to-market partners, with a near-term focus on major AI vendors and data warehouse providers
Build multi-threaded relationships at both the seller/field level and the partner leadership level, so Metabase stays top-of-mind at every layer of the partnership
Design and run co-selling and co-marketing motions that turn partner relationships into pipeline, not just goodwill
Represent Metabase in strategic conversations with partners ; negotiating priorities, resolving friction, and identifying where deeper technical or commercial integration creates mutual value
Build the systems, cadences, and reporting that turn partnerships from a set of relationships into a repeatable, measurable function
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities as Metabase's ecosystem grows
Act as the internal voice of our partners ; surfacing their roadmaps, priorities, and constraints to Sales, Marketing, and Product
What we’re looking for:
8+ years in partnerships, business development, or a related go-to-market role, with real ownership of partner relationships end-to-end
Experience building a partnerships function at a small, scaling startup — you've operated with limited playbooks and built the process as you went, not just executed an existing one
Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes: equally credible in a room with an AE or SE as in a room with a VP or Head of Partnerships
A track record of turning partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue, not just logos on a slide
Excellent written and verbal communicator who can represent Metabase credibly to technical and commercial audiences alike
Bonus: existing relationships within the AI or data warehouse ecosystems
Bonus: experience in open-source, developer tools, or data infrastructure companies
Qualities we’re looking/testing for
Ownership
Comfortable with experiments
Ability to create from scratch
Comfort at different altitudes (IC to VP)
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $175K–$250K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
