We are currently growing our team and looking for a strong, experienced artist to strengthen our existing environment art team..
We already have a solid foundation, but we need a Lead Level Artist who can come in and actively raise the quality bar - both through their own work and by elevating those around them.
This is not a pure management role. We are not looking for someone who only reviews, delegates, or attends meetings. Instead, we need a hands-on leader who genuinely wants to model environments, perform set dressing, and build levels in the engine - while helping the team grow through example and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Level Designers and Art Director to maintain visual quality and gameplay clarity.
Help develop our current team by sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices.
Model environment assets (modular pieces, props, terrain elements, hero assets).
Perform set dressing yourself: composition, storytelling through props, decals, and scene staging.
Work inside the engine to build and polish level art on a daily basis.
Ensure technical performance (LODs, draw calls, memory) without sacrificing visual ambition.
Proactively fill gaps in modular kits with your own high-quality models.
Review team members' work constructively.
Candidate profile:
You want to model and dress environments, not just direct others.
You lead by doing. The team respects you because they see you in the trenches.
You are excited about helping a team grow, not just doing your own work in isolation.
[PL] Opis stanowiska
Szukamy aktywnego lidera, który chce modelować otoczenie, dbać o set dressing i budować lokacje bezpośrednio w silniku – jednocześnie wspierając rozwój zespołu poprzez dawanie dobrego przykładu i mentoring.
Zakres obowiązków:
Współpraca z Designerami oraz Dyrektorem Artystycznym w celu utrzymania spójności wizualnej i czytelności rozgrywki.
Wspieranie rozwoju zespołu poprzez dzielenie się wiedzą, technikami i najlepszymi praktykami.
Modelowanie elementów otoczenia (elementy modułowe, rekwizyty/propsy, elementy terenu, kluczowe obiekty/hero assets).
Samodzielny set dressing: dbanie o kompozycję, opowiadanie historii poprzez rekwizyty, kalkomanie i aranżację scen.
Codzienna praca w silniku nad budowaniem i dopracowywaniem lokacji.
Dbanie o optymalizację techniczną (LOD-y, draw calls, pamięć) bez kompromisów w kwestii jakości wizualnej.
Proaktywne uzupełnianie braków w zestawach modułowych własnymi, wysokiej jakości modelami.
Konstruktywne ocenianie i recenzowanie pracy innych członków zespołu.
Profil kandydata:

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's business metrics change quickly. New models, products and pricing land every few weeks, and each one moves the numbers in ways leadership needs to understand and act on quickly.
The Finance Analytics & Business Intelligence team is hiring a senior individual contributor to own how finance leadership reviews key business metrics. You'll run the weekly company metrics update and forum, explain what is driving revenue and usage across products, customers and models, and turn open-ended business questions into clear, data-driven answers. You'll also build what makes those answers repeatable and scalable: governed metric definitions, executive dashboards, and Claude-powered workflows for recurring analysis. The work is technical, fast-moving and highly visible, and it spans Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, Data Science and Data Engineering.
In this
role,
you will:
Own the weekly company metrics update and forum:
shape the story the numbers tell, evolve the structure and content as fast as the business changes
Define the metrics that matter:
help establish the headline KPIs leadership uses to track the business, and the driver views beneath them.
Surface macro trends:
explain what is driving growth across products, customers, and channels, and flag leading indicators early
Lead deep dives on executive questions:
take a broad question from leadership, put a measurement approach around it, and work with partner teams to deliver a clear, defensible answer
Track performance against plan:
explain where actuals differ from forecast and why it matters
Partner across teams:
work with finance leadership, product and GTM finance and strategy, data science, and data engineering to agree on how we measure the business, so everyone uses the same numbers.
Raise the bar:
land narratives in executive forums and up-level the team’s finance analytics practice by example
You might
be
a good fit if you:
Have run an executive metrics forum:
you've owned a recurring business review for senior leadership, including its structure, content and discussion.
Land narratives with executives:
your analyses have changed business decisions, and you can simplify for senior leaders without losing rigor
Put shape around ambiguity:
you’ve personally defined the measurement approach for questions nobody knew how to answer, without waiting for a fully specified ask
Stay hands-on at senior scope:
you still write the SQL and Python yourself, and you’d rather ship a defensible v1 with honest error bars than wait for perfect data
Are inherently curious:
you go one level deeper than asked and are energized by how fast models, products, and the market are moving
Thrive amid shifting priorities:
you juggle multiple fast-moving work streams and stay effective when the plan changes weekly
Work fluently with modern tooling:
you’re strong at data visualization, use Claude and AI tools as force multipliers in analysis and BI, and can self-serve your own workflows across SQL, Python, dbt, and a cloud warehouse
Strong
candidates
may also have:
Significant experience in finance analytics, business analytics or data science, including direct partnership with senior leadership
Revenue or growth analytics experience at a usage-based business (cloud, API or marketplace)
Ownership of a company or executive business review
Experience designing evals or benchmarks for AI models or products
Fluency in the LLM model and product landscape
Experience with a semantic or metrics layer
Dimensional modeling and warehouse design experience (grain, SCDs, point-in-time correctness)
Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP) with orchestration, CI/CD for data, and testing/observability

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Scaled Enterprise team is a high-velocity sales motion built to bring frontier AI to a broad set of enterprise accounts. We're focused on reaching new customers efficiently, turning first conversations into real, expanding partnerships, and building the playbook for how Anthropic shows up at scale.
As a Scaled Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own a book of enterprise accounts and the full revenue outcome for each. You'll generate your own pipeline, run a high-velocity sales cycle from first conversation through close, and develop a clear point of view on where Claude creates value in each account. You'll work closely with Product, Applied AI, and GTM to learn what's working at scale and feed it back into the playbook we're building from the ground up.
This is a role for someone who thrives in hypergrowth, gets energy from breaking into new enterprise accounts, and wants to help build the scaled motion at Anthropic — not inherit one.
Responsibilities
Own all revenue outcomes for a book of enterprise accounts, driving new logo acquisition and early expansion across multiple use cases
Generate the majority of your own pipeline through outbound, creative prospecting, and proactive multithreading into enterprise accounts that have not yet engaged with Anthropic
Run a high-velocity sales cycle from first meeting through close, qualifying quickly, advancing rigorously, and knowing when to walk
Develop a clear point of view on where Claude creates value in each account and bring that POV to technical and business stakeholders alike
Build relationships with directors, VPs, and executive sponsors within your enterprise accounts, earning the right to expand by delivering early wins
Negotiate and close commercial agreements involving technical evaluations, security review, and enterprise procurement
Partner with Product, Applied AI, and Engineering to surface what's working, what's not, and what enterprise buyers need next
Contribute to the playbook, proof points, and motion that this team is building from the ground up
You may be a good fit if you have
3-5+ years selling into enterprise accounts as a full-cycle individual contributor carrying a bag, with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
Experience selling at a hypergrowth company, where the playbook was still being written and you helped write it
A hunter mindset and demonstrated success generating your own enterprise pipeline and breaking into new enterprise accounts
Experience running enterprise sales cycles involving technical evaluations, security review, and procurement
Comfort engaging both technical and business buyers at the director and VP level within enterprise organizations
Background selling platform, API, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML into enterprise
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to qualify quickly and advance rigorously
Genuine interest in AI and strong alignment with Anthropic's mission of developing AI systems that are safe and beneficial
What will make you stand out
Experience at a hypergrowth enterprise infrastructure or developer tools company in its scaling years
Track record as one of the early AEs on a new team, segment, or product where you helped build the motion rather than inherit it
Background in developer tools, API, or AI/ML sales into technical buyers

As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖

Equal Opportunity Employer
WorkOS is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusiveness. We will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, nationality, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability or age.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Role Overview:
We're hiring a Robotics Safety & Compliance Lead to own safety, risk, and compliance across our robotics operations — and to lead the function as it scales. This is a builder-leader role: you'll set the standard, establish the frameworks, and grow the program (and eventually the team) that keeps our labs and data collection environments safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
You'll be the senior voice on safety in the room with operations, engineering, and EHS — setting direction rather than waiting for it, and building practical frameworks that support both speed and control.
What You Will Do
Own safety and compliance end to end across robotics labs and data collection environments.
Set the safety strategy and roadmap as programs scale across sites, and define what "good" looks like for the function.
Develop and implement safety standards, SOPs, and risk mitigation frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments across different lab setups (humanoid, teleoperation, motion capture, etc.).
Serve as the escalation point and decision-maker on safety risk — including the authority to pause work when conditions require it.
Lead incident response processes, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Conduct regular audits and maintain audit readiness across sites.
Build and lead safety training, onboarding, and a safety champion network across lab teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and report on safety posture, risk trends, and program maturity to leadership.
Hire, mentor, and grow safety and compliance support as the program expands.
Partner with engineering on safe system design — cell layout, e-stops, guarding, interlocks, and operating envelopes.
Balance operational speed with safety and compliance requirements.
What Good Looks Like
Clear, practical safety frameworks that teams actually follow.
A safety culture the is owned by the organization, not one that depends on one person policing it.
Strong risk awareness without slowing down execution.
High audit readiness and clean compliance posture.
Proactive identification and mitigation of safety risks.
Credibility with engineering — seen as a technical partner, not a gate.
Strong partnership with operations and engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or EHS roles (technical or lab environments preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience — owning a program, leading cross-functional initiatives, or managing/mentoring others.
Experience developing and implementing safety programs or frameworks from the ground up.
Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident management.
Ability to translate standards into practical, operational processes.
Clear communication and proven ability to influence senior and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO frameworks such as ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, ANSI/RIA R15.06).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in robotics, manufacturing, industrial, or lab-based environments.
People management experience, or experience building a function and its first hires.
Software or technical background as a plus — comfort with ROS, robot control software, teleoperation and motion capture systems, or scripting (e.g. Python) to analyze incident and sensor data.
Experience building or automating compliance tooling — audit tracking, incident dashboards, or safety checklists integrated into lab workflows.
Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling operations.
Background working with cross-functional technical teams.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite lab environment (robotics lab, warehouse, or similar setup).
Must be able to stand for extended periods during audits and inspections.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Fast-paced environment with evolving operational needs.
Why This Role Matters
As robotics programs scale, safety and compliance become critical to sustainable operations. This role leads how we operate responsibly, reduce risk, and build systems that scale without compromising safety.
