About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re reinventing how People Operations runs at Vercel — and this role sits right at the center of it. You’ll help us build and integrate Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with something genuinely fast and modern. If you get excited about composable HR tech and shipping tools people actually want to use, this is that role.
You’ll also own and evolve our core Workday integrations, partnering closely with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to keep our HR systems reliable, secure, and scalable. This role blends hands-on integration work with real functional fluency in People Operations — you’ll need to understand not just how data moves between systems, but why our stakeholders need it to move that way. You will report to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services and will be located in one of our hub locations (San Francisco, New York, or Austin).
What you'll do
Help us build the future -- build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools that will define how this team works, and support our push towards a headless HR tech stack
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) that support key People Operations and Finance workflows.
Partner directly with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into reliable, well-documented integration solutions.
Develop working knowledge of core People Operations processes — like hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management — to inform sound integration and system design decisions.
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and drive fixes in partnership with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, field mappings, and processes for cross-team visibility.
Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices that keep our HR system integrations resilient as we scale.
What you need
Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms
Excited by headless/composable HR tech — you want to build and integrate tools and APIs that go beyond a core HRIS, not just maintain the status quo.
4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs.
Working knowledge of XML/XSLT, calculated fields, and the Workday Business Process Framework; exposure to Workday security configuration is a plus.
Genuine interest in People Operations — you're comfortable learning the functional "why" behind a process, not just the technical "how," and enjoy building relationships with People and Finance stakeholders.
Strong communicator who can translate between technical integration details and non-technical stakeholder needs.
Comfortable owning discrete integration projects independently, with guidance from senior team members on complex or ambiguous problems.
A plus if you have experience using Workday Extend to build applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Lead Cross-functional Integration:
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Security leads to ensure platform solutions are extensible, compliant, and meet the unique needs of internal developers.
Drive Developer Productivity:
Champion continuous improvements in APIs, SDKs, and sandbox environments to reduce time-to-first-deploy and cognitive load.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst, Tax, to join the Tax Technology team within Finance Systems at Anthropic. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Anthropic's tax systems: taking in and triaging requests, keeping tax configuration correct as products launch and registrations change, testing changes before they go live, analyzing tax data, and producing the evidence that shows our tax controls are comprehensive and functional. You speak both tax and system languages natively and serve as the gap between technical teams and the business.
This is an early hire on a small team, and the role is broad by design. It suits someone with a tax operations background who is at home in systems and data; it is not a software engineering role. You will work between the tax team and the systems that calculate and report tax, translating tax requirements into configuration and test cases and building technically appropriate tools with Claude where they are safe and save time. You will report to the Tax Technology Lead and work directly with vendors, auditors, Billing Engineering, Accounting, and the Tax & Treasury team. As the team grows, you will take end-to-end ownership of an area of tax, a tax tool, or new products and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
Intake & Triage:

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Social Media Lead to help build Circle’s social and media function from the ground up. Circle has one of the most interesting brands in the creator economy, but our social accounts don’t yet reflect the strength of the brand or reach the audience they should. This role is a chance to help change that — turning strong ideas, customer stories, partner moments, and long-form content into social content people actually want to watch and share. You’ll help build the engine: creating the content, supporting the strategy, and helping establish the rhythm and systems that make strong output repeatable. Reporting to our VP of Partnerships and Creator Growth, you’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community, Events, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and our Design Studio, to help Circle show up on social with more clarity, consistency, and ambition.
This is a remote role, which requires travel up to 25% of the time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Execute Circle’s social content strategy across channels, helping translate direction into strong, platform-native output.
- Produce and publish social-first content with a strong emphasis on short-form video.
- Edit video independently, including cutting clips, shaping hooks, writing captions, and packaging content for distribution.
- Build and maintain the content operating rhythm, including calendar management, capture workflows, and coordination across teams.
- Partner with leadership and other stakeholders to identify content opportunities tied to partnerships, events, community, and customer stories.
- Collaborate on longer-form content development so shoots are designed with short-form distribution in mind from the start.
- Attend Circle’s events and key moments to capture content and support Circle’s presence on social (this role will require travel up to 25% of the time).
- Track leading indicators like non-follower reach, watch-through, saves, shares, and cadence consistency, and use them to improve execution over time.
- Bring practical recommendations on formats, workflows, and content opportunities based on what’s working.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience creating content for a tech, SaaS, creator economy, or community-led brand, with a clear understanding of how those audiences engage with social content.
- Video editing and production skills, including the ability to work independently in Adobe Premiere or a comparable professional editing tool to create polished short-form content quickly.
- Deep fluency across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a solid grasp of what each platform is rewarding and how non-follower reach compounds over time.
- A clear point of view on what earns attention on social, with the ability to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
- Awareness of the social and creator economy landscape, including fluency in how brands in our space are showing up today and what separates the ones that break through.
- Comfort being on camera when needed and capturing content independently in a fully remote environment.
- Operational instincts and the ability to build repeatable systems for planning, capture, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good judgment in cross-functional environments, with a clear understanding of how to support a long-term social strategy centered on non-follower reach and the ability to recognize when requests may conflict with those goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Enterprise AI Architect to act as a Forward Deployed Engineer, design and build reusable skills for Claude Code. The team will work closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate business requirements, reference materials, and operational knowledge into reliable Claude Code Skills.
This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of software development, prompt and context engineering, and business process automation.
What You'll Do
ollaborate directly with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand their objectives, processes, constraints, and expected outcomes
Analyse business requirements, documentation, examples, templates, and other reference materials provided by stakeholders
Identify workflows and use cases that can be implemented or improved through Claude Code Skills
Design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills
Create clear skill instructions, supporting scripts, reference materials, validation logic, and reusable workflow components
Translate complex or ambiguous business processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents
Evaluate skill behaviour using realistic scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
Improve the reliability, accuracy, usability, and maintainability of developed skills through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback
Technical leadership over the other engineers: review, direction, unblocking
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience using Claude Code in real software-development or business-workflow scenarios
Practical experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for -AI coding agents
Strong understanding of modern AI engineering patterns, including agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design
Proven hands-on software engineering experience and the ability to build, review, test, and maintain production-quality solutions
Ability to transform business requirements and domain knowledge into clear technical designs and executable workflows
Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI solutions
Ability to own the technical shape of the whole capability, not individual skills: standards, shared components, evaluation and release strategy, backwards compatibility
Ability to define and enforce what a well-formed skill looks like, what belongs in shared infrastructure, and what gets rejected in review
Ability to make and justify platform‑level decisions - including choices around agent harnesses, integration architecture, and build‑versus‑adopt strategies, while providing clear technical rationale for foundational decisions that impact the entire platform
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, and specifically with authoring Claude Code Skills, plugins, or MCP servers
Evaluation tooling for LLM systems (promptfoo, LangSmith, custom harnesses)
Consulting or professional services background
Domain exposure to HR technology, compensation & benefits, payroll, or workforce analytics
Experience building internal developer tooling or standing up a platform capability
Public artefacts: open-source agent tooling, published skills or plugins, conference talks, technical writing on agentic engineering
