1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
What you can expect:

- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans across your customer and prospect book.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6+ month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. You will help customers adopt innovative new practices in agentic engineering, and ensure they ship reliable agents into production, quickly. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams and customers
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Build and run tailored demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Interface with LangChain's engineering, product and design (EPD) team to share field perspectives and guide product direction based on customer priorities
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding engineering, or a similarly technical role, ideally at a startup or high-growth company
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Strong technical communication skills and builder credibility; Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly, translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights, and build trust with technical customers and engineering teams
- Excited to work directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about shipping AI agents in production
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $160,000-185,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- Strategize with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet company objectives
- Build dashboards and report on customer and team performance and forecast to senior leadership
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by optimizing systems and processes
- Build and execute on pipeline with new clients and partners to run the end-to-end sales process
- Establish a library of playbook resources for the AE team
- Partner with Ops to create and polish existing metrics that evaluate the individual and team’s performance
- Represent the AE team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
- Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading successful, high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
As agents take on bigger jobs, the infrastructure around them matters more. Docker's answer is to give every agent a strong boundary, make its environment and authority reproducible, and let the work run where it makes sense, from a developer's laptop to the cloud. The Docker AI Substrate team brings that foundation to the enterprise: the largest companies in the world, running agents at scale, with the security, reliability, and control they expect from any critical system. We are a small, senior team at the start of that work. As a Staff Software Engineer here, you will shape the architecture, build the core systems, and run what you build.
Locations: Seattle, WA or Palo Alto, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build the systems that deploy, release, and operate Docker's agentic platform for enterprise customers, in Go and on Kubernetes.
- Make the platform run consistently across cloud providers and environments, with the security, identity, and network boundaries enterprises require.
- Own the release and supply chain path so every deployment is reproducible, verifiable, and trusted.
- Run what you build: production ownership, on-call, SLOs, incident response, and the operational tooling that keeps it boring.
- Set technical direction with the team's architect and engineering leadership, and work with partner teams across runtime, developer experience, identity, and observability.
- Raise the bar through design review, testing discipline, and mentorship as the team grows.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- You have built and operated a cloud control and management plane. Software that provisions, upgrades, and watches infrastructure for many tenants or environments, in production, with a pager. Experience at a cloud provider, a managed-service vendor, or a platform team that stamps out environments.
- Kubernetes beyond deployment. You have written controllers or operators, understand reconciliation and CRDs, and know why declarative beats imperative at fleet scale.
- Deep in at least one major cloud. Hands-on with compute, networking, identity, and managed services, and able to pick up a second cloud fast.
- Production ownership. On-call, incident response, SLOs, post-mortems. You run what you build.
- Distributed systems design. Fault tolerance, consistency, observability, idempotent reconciliation.
- Go. Professional proficiency. Docker's backend and all of this team's code is Go.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering in infrastructure, platform, or cloud services, with the judgment to set direction for others.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Kubernetes resource orchestration and cloud controllers, such as KRO.
- Release engineering and software supply chain: OCI registries, digests, license compliance.
- Private connectivity between cloud accounts: PrivateLink, VPC peering, service endpoints, egress policy.
- OpenTelemetry pipelines with multiple destinations.
- Building managed services.
- Firecracker, microVMs, or other isolated execution environments for untrusted code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 + equity
______________________________________________________________________
POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.

- Quantify and communicate business value throughout the lifecycle, building ROI narratives tied to adoption, outcomes and impact
- Partner closely with Support, Solutions Engineering and Product to resolve blockers quickly and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and share what you learn with the wider CS team
REQUIREMENTS
🗣 German native speaker: You are a native German speaker with fluent business English, and you are based in Europe (Germany ideal; willing to travel to customers)
🤝 Senior Enterprise Customer Success experience: You’ve owned a small, strategic book of enterprise SaaS customers, going deep on each account, and can run kickoffs, onboardings and QBRs end-to-end
💼 Revenue ownership: You’ve carried a retention and/or expansion target, know your KPIs, and have a track record of renewals and growth
💻 Technical acumen: You lean toward the technical end of the CSM spectrum and can confidently engage with IT/engineering stakeholders (APIs, integrations, auth basics, environments), and you know when to bring in Support.
🏭 DACH enterprise experience: You’ve worked with large German-speaking enterprises (e.g. automotive, manufacturing, retail)

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE INSURANCE TEAM ⭐️
Being part of Alan's insurance community is a great opportunity to have a significant impact on people's health and wellbeing in our multiple countries of operation.

- We also manage our capital, steer our reinsurance strategy and maintain a trusting relationship with our insurance regulators.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE ⭐️ ️
As Alan’s Risk Expert, you will be in charge of providing Alan with automated and scalable risk assessment tools:
- Risk modeling

- You will model new risks when they arise (new insurance products, branches, international, investment etc.)
- You will challenge our risk appetite, propose new relevant risk metrics and build tools to monitor them
- You will support the board meetings preparation and communication with investors regarding capital evolution and market risks
- Regulatory
- You will scale and automate the production of our regulatory quantitative reporting and contribute to our narrative (SFCR, RSR) and ORSA reports
- You will support our discussions with supervisors
- You will assist the assessment of international opportunities and help prepare the opening of new countries
- Capital management
- You will make proposals to improve our capital management in the 4 countries Alan is present
- You will manage our reinsurance strategy, to find an optimum between solvency and profitability, negotiating with reinsurance partners, and analyze reinsurance reporting
- Team Growth
- You will create processes and resources to strengthen the team’s ability to understand our risk and capital constraints
- You will support the identification and hiring of new talents for the Insurance and Risk teams.
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You would thrive in this role if you:
- Have at last 5 years of experience in Solvency 2 regulatory framework, especially for S2 accounting, with knowledge of Health, Life and Market risks as a bonus
- Are fluent in English and in French for regulatory interactions
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including data analysis capabilities

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Buenos Aires office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position

Signal quality is a performance lever for us, not a maintenance task. In this role, you’ll own how conversion events reach every ad network, whether they arrive complete and on time, and whether a change we make actually improves campaign performance. You'll work at the intersection of performance marketing, tracking implementation and privacy, partnering with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and directly with representatives from Ad Networks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing & signal optimization — Partner with ad platform representatives to improve conversion signals, assess platform changes, investigate signal-related performance issues, and design measurement approaches for signal/tracking experiments.
- Ad network S2S integrations — Design and maintain conversion pipelines for ad networks with support from the Data Engineering team. Ensure timely, deduplicated, and high-quality signal delivery.
- New ad platform onboarding — Set up and launch integrations with new ad platforms, covering conversion signal delivery and reporting data feeds for Marketing
- GTM management — Manage GTM releases across multiple web properties. Design event architecture for data layers.
- Signal quality & monitoring — Monitor Meta EMQ, pixel and CAPI diagnostics, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads. Build monitoring and alerts for errors, latency, coverage, and discrepancies.
- UTM & Attribution — Maintain UTM parameters and campaign naming conventions and ensure correct attribution.
- Reporting & analytics — Build ad-hoc and monitoring reports for conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics. Define Signal Engineering metrics.
- Marketing datasets — Build and maintain custom marketing performance datasets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience in ad tech, martech, digital measurement or marketing technology
- Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, both client-side and server-side
- Experience with conversion APIs — Meta CAPI, Google's equivalent, or similar — and server-side event delivery
- Strong understanding of browser-side and server-side tracking, and what breaks in each
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one ad platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies and conversion setup
- Comfortable working operationally with data and SQL — able to query it, diagnose issues and verify signal quality without depending on an analyst
- Experience partnering with performance marketing/user acquisition stakeholders and ability to explain complex measurement concepts to performance marketers in plain language
- English at B2 or above, written and spoken — you'll hold relationships with Meta and Google representatives directly
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with value-based bidding, predicted LTV, or conversion value optimisation — especially for subscription products
- Understanding of privacy, consent management and GDPR-compliant tracking
- Familiarity with incrementality and holdout testing (Meta or Google Conversion Lift, geo-experiments) to validate whether signal changes actually moved performance
- Background in high-growth consumer subscription, e-commerce, marketplaces or gaming
- Experience with Google Tag Gateway or first-party serving setups
- Experience with first-party data activation or CDPs
