ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
As an office coordinator at Sierra, you will be responsible for creating and operating exceptional workplace environments that enable our teams to do the best work. You will bring the same level of craftsmanship, intensity, and customer obsession to our physical spaces that we bring to the products we build for our customers.
In this role, you will own day-to-day office operations, including the experience across our customer facing spaces at our San Francisco headquarters. You will partner closely with Operations, IT and HR teams to ensure every office runs seamlessly and reflects Sierra’s high standards.
We are looking for a hospitality-minded, detail-oriented person who can effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You should take deep pride in delivering an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, customers, and visitors.
This role is based in San Francisco and is fully onsite five days per week given the hands-on nature of the position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the daily operations of our customer-facing spaces.
- Greet guests at reception and foster a warm, welcoming office environment.
- Pick up incoming mail, distribute packages to employees, and coordinate package pickups.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations.
- Manage office inventory and assemble gift packages, including baby and customer gifts.
- Support Executive Assistants with meeting logistics, including lunch and coffee setup for customer and internal executive meetings.
- Track CPR and First Aid certifications for office staff and ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are stocked and up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities requests and repairs, partnering with property management as needed.
- Partner with the People team on new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, badge access, and office orientation.
- This is a 6-month contract position that is ineligible for the benefits listed below. The role may be extended or converted to full-time.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, administrative, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A commitment to unreasonable hospitality and a willingness to go above and beyond for employees and guests.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position is preferred.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADING SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE PRODUCTION
- Own systems and software production for ICEYE's SAR satellites, ensuring mission readiness from integration through launch
- Plan, coordinate, and execute satellite build stages across production, from initial integration through flight readiness
- Own end-to-end production flows for onboard software, avionics, and SAR payload system integration
- Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, unblock issues, keep production momentum
OWNING SATELLITE-LEVEL VERIFICATION
- Drive execution of system-level functional testing, verification, and acceptance for SAR flight units, once integration is complete
- Prove that all onboard systems (avionics, power, software) perform reliably in full configuration
- Own planning, execution, and reporting of system-level functional tests and inspections, including RF testing of the full satellite in the anechoic chamber
- Ensure anechoic chamber test setups are properly scheduled, maintained, and executed as part of the satellite-level test flow
OWNING SOFTWARE IN PRODUCTION
- Own onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production and verification
- Maintain and improve test automation, scripts, and software-supported verification flows with keeping supporting stakeholders in loop.
- Ensure robustness of SAR mission software, including payload control, data handling, and spacecraft operations
DRIVING QUALITY, TRACEABILITY & COMPLIANCE
- Maintain configuration control, build discipline, and full traceability
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Manage technical risks, anomalies, and non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective action, identifying and driving resolution of the issues most critical to the production line
BUILDING SCALABLE, REPEATABLE PROCESSES
- Define and continuously improve scalable production workflows, work instructions, test procedures, and checklists together with AIT Engineering and Quality
- Turn unclear inputs into clear, usable verification processes, reducing reliance on tribal knowledge
- Drive throughput and reduce rework while protecting quality, as production volumes scale
LEADING & DEVELOPING THE TEAM
- Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team across systems and software, including satellite-level test execution
- Mentor and lead the team, fostering operational excellence, accountability, and a high-reliability spaceflight culture
- Train and mentor on systems and software test best practices and fault diagnostics, including anechoic chamber test execution
WORKING ACROSS TEAMS & SCALING
- Act as the primary technical interface between AIT engineers, engineering, production, and mission operations for SAR missions
- Coordinate closely with the Integration and Mechanical team leads to ensure a unified, on-schedule satellite build
- Prepare verification and production processes for higher volumes; define and track KPIs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and growth
- Proven expertise in systems and/or software integration for complex hardware, ideally in satellite, aerospace, or a similarly regulated high-reliability environment
- In-depth knowledge of onboard software, avionics, and payload systems, and how they interact with the broader satellite build
- Comfort with software in test: flight software loading/validation, test automation, and scripting
- Strong background in root cause analysis, anomaly management, and non-conformance resolution
- Familiarity with satellite-level test methods, including exposure to RF/anechoic chamber testing (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to coordinate across multiple technical disciplines and manage competing priorities
- Effective communicator, able to convey technical updates clearly to engineers, technicians, and senior management, including C-level executives
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite's systems and software performance is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships, including its RF/anechoic chamber test results
- Systems and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of production and verification quality and traceability
- Production and verification throughput keep pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You bring systems and software production and verification together under one scope, including the satellite's final anechoic chamber test
- You own the moment of truth: proving that every satellite works end-to-end before it ships
- You'll shape how production and verification are done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where your decisions have immediate impact

Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video — and many of the world's best creators already talk about our products organically. It's time to turn that signal into a real program.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to one. You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers.
We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
- Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments
- Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal
- Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
- Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
- Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI
- Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach
- Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers
- Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights)
- Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect
- Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget
- Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity
- Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal
- A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar)
- Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets
- Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates
- Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead the influencer and creator partnerships function as the program scales, building a team around you
- Expand into broader creator/community growth ownership across ElevenLabs brands
- Move into growth or brand marketing leadership as the Growth org evolves
LOCATION
This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to collaborate across EST–CET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
About Peec AI
Peec AI is the visibility platform for the age of AI search. The way people discover brands is being rewritten. ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode and Copilot now sit between companies and their customers, and most brands have no idea what those models say about them. We built the platform marketing teams use to measure, understand and improve how they show up inside AI answers. We went from 0 to $15M ARR in 18 months. We're around 80 people, based in Berlin with a growing presence in New York, and we're moving fast enough that the people joining now are writing the playbook everyone after them will run. The core Peec AI product is how a brand sees itself inside AI search. Most of what it needs to become has not been built yet, and this PM will define and own it. We're looking for someone to decide what an entire product surface should be and then ship it.
What You'll Do
— Take new product areas from nothing to shipped, owning the problem end to end
— Define what a brand's presence inside AI search should look like, working directly with our founders and customers on a category that is still being written
— Go broad on the problem space before narrowing on solutions, and hold that discipline when everyone wants an answer immediately
— Partner with Data, Engineering and Design to build and launch AI-native features at scale
— Set the bar for how the product looks and feels, not just what it does
— Own the customer relationship for your product area. Discovery calls, onboardings, and see people actually use what you built
Who You Are
— 3+ building excellent software products, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company
— You have built new products rather than maintained and improved existing ones, and you can point to what you shipped
— Experience shipping AI-powered products and systems that operate at scale
— Genuine design judgement
— Technical enough to work as a peer with engineers and data scientists
— Experience in a product-led growth environment
— You operate with very little direction. You pick up an ambiguous area and come back with a direction
— Excited to be in our Berlin office five days a week
— We care more about what you have built than how long you have been building. If you have fewer than three years but the work speaks for itself, apply anyway.
Bonus Points
— A design background, or a portfolio of things you have designed yourself
— Previous founder experience
— Background in Computer Science or a technical field
— Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products
What We Offer
— Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
— Regular team events and off-sites
— Aggressive equity compensation package
— Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
— The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
Synthesia Roleplay Sessions is a training tool that lets people practice real conversations with AI avatars. Instead of just watching training videos, learners do interactive roleplay exercises, like practicing a sales pitch or handling a customer complaint with an AI coach. The AI gives instant feedback so people know what they did well and what to improve. Managers can use a dashboard to track which employees have completed their training, see how well they performed, and measure if the training actually improved their skills. The whole platform is built around learning by doing rather than just passive video watching.
For your ML engineer role, you'd be building the AI engine that makes the coaching work. That means creating the models that listen to what learners say during roleplay, score their performance, generate helpful feedback in real time, and decide how the AI avatar should respond next based on what the learner does. This is an applied ML position, not a research one. We expect you to have a good understanding of ML but on the other side to be a good product-focused software developer as you will be expected to work on different products.
Please bring with you:
— Ability to apply your machine learning knowledge to solve real product problems.
— At least seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 years at senior level.
— Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale, whether in a scale-up or established organisation recognised for strong engineering culture.
— Strong alignment with commercial success.
— Pragmatism and bias towards action.
— Comfort with fast iteration.
Why join us?
— We’re living the golden age of AI.
— Our culture is focused on building and empowering people to work fast.
— Serving 50,000+ customers including 50% of the Fortune 500.
— Proprietary AI technology built in-house by world-class AI researchers and engineers.
— Commitment to AI safety, ethics, and security.
The hiring process includes:
— Tech Recruiter Interview (30-40min) covering technical background and experience.
— Delivery and Impact Interview (60min) deep dive into past projects and impact.
— Technical Rounds including Work Scenario Round (75-90min) and System Design Technical Discussion (60min).
— Leadership Retrospective (60min) discussing collaboration, growth, and role expectations.
— Final debrief leading to offer or end of process.
Other important info:
— Preference for role based in-office or remote in UK, Germany, Switzerland or Ireland, with possible support for remote workers elsewhere in Europe.
— Salary starts at EUR/GBP/CHF 120,000 base plus RSUs.
— Full-time employment only, no contractors.
— 25 days of leave plus local holidays.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building it's UK business from the ground up. We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to be the senior commercial owner of Ramp’s partner ecosystem in the UK: creating the relationships, market presence, and repeatable routes to revenue that help make Ramp a category-defining company in the region.
Reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, you will operate as a founder for Partnerships in London. You will build a focused partner strategy, develop executive-level relationships, and turn the right relationships into durable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with the UK go-to-market team and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to make partnerships a meaningful driver of market entry and long-term growth.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a mature playbook. The right person is entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating clarity where there is none. They can move from a first meeting with a senior executive to a clear point of view, an internal plan, and disciplined follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Ramp’s UK partnerships strategy, identifying the partner categories and individual relationships that can accelerate awareness, pipeline, customer value, and long-term market position
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the UK ecosystem, including accounting, private equity and venture capital firms, professional-services and consulting firms, financial institutions, technology partners, and other high-leverage channels
- Work alongside the UK Channel Partner Managers, aligning the broader ecosystem strategy with Ramp’s dedicated motions and creating leverage across shared relationships
- Develop a focused partnership plan for priority relationships: articulate the joint value proposition, define the commercial path, and create mutual accountability for progress
- Generate measurable commercial impact by sourcing and influencing pipeline, creating warm paths to target customers, and supporting strategic deals through partner relationships
- Represent Ramp with credibility at executive meetings, industry events, and partner forums, building the company’s reputation as a serious, long-term UK partner
- Serve as the internal voice of the UK partner market, translating relationship intelligence, customer needs, and market dynamics into actionable input for Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership
- Build the operating cadence for the function, including account plans, partnership scorecards, executive briefs, pipeline visibility, and clear follow-through across internal and external stakeholders
- Help shape Ramp’s broader UK and European go-to-market strategy as the market, team, and partnership portfolio grow
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, alliances, or go-to-market leadership, with a demonstrated record of building senior relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- A proven track record of owning revenue, quota, influenced pipeline, or similarly concrete commercial goals in a complex B2B environment
- Executive presence and sound judgment: you can earn credibility with senior partner leaders and represent Ramp confidently in consequential conversations
- A builder mindset. You have launched a territory, vertical, business line, or partner motion, and know how to create a plan and operating rhythm from a blank page
- The ability to turn broad relationships into specific opportunities, navigate multiple stakeholders, and maintain momentum through long sales and partnership cycles
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to decide where Ramp should invest and make a clear, data-informed case to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a compelling partnership narrative and align cross-functional teams around it
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you do not instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- Ability to work five days per week from Ramp’s London office, with willingness to travel across the UK and continental Europe as needed
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling or partnering into private equity, financial services, consulting, enterprise technology, or high-growth software companies
- Experience in fintech, financial software, payments, spend management, or the office of the CFO technology ecosystem
- An established UK network of senior commercial, investment, operating, or technology leaders
- Experience building a new market or international go-to-market motion
- Fluency in an additional European language
Why Ramp
- Own one of Ramp’s most important external-facing growth mandates as we build the UK business
- Work directly with senior leaders across Channel, Sales, Product, and Marketing, with the autonomy to shape the market strategy and the accountability to deliver commercial outcomes
- Build at the intersection of fintech, AI, and enterprise software at a company redefining how businesses manage spend
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Galaxy is seeking a People Operations Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS to join our People team in a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting our global workforce. This position will initially join on a temporary-to-permanent basis and will play a critical role in two key areas: global payroll operations and the implementation of Workday, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. In your first three-six months, success will mean helping Galaxy deliver a clean and well-controlled Workday go-live, ensuring payroll readiness and data integrity, and establishing scalable processes that can transition into steady-state People Operations
Leading up to go-live, this individual will partner closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Technology, external implementation partners, and other key stakeholders to support the successful implementation of Workday. This will include data validation and migration, business process design, testing, integrations, payroll readiness, documentation, and change management.
At the same time, this person will help manage and strengthen Galaxy's global payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and that payroll processes, controls, data, and vendor relationships can scale with the organization.
Following implementation, the role will transition toward ongoing ownership and optimization of Workday and global payroll operations, including system administration, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, controls, and the employee experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the details while understanding the broader operational picture - someone who can identify an issue in a payroll reconciliation or employee record, work cross-functionally to resolve it, and then improve the underlying process so it doesn't happen again.
What You’ll Do:
Workday Implementation & HRIS
Serve as a key People Operations partner for Galaxy's Workday implementation ahead of the January 1, 2027 go-live.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation resources to support requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, integrations, and implementation activities.
Coordinate and execute data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities to ensure accurate employee and payroll data within Workday
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, identify issues, and partner with appropriate stakeholders through resolution.
Support payroll parallel testing and other payroll-readiness activities ahead of go-live.
Help establish scalable HRIS processes, controls, documentation, and governance.
Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and resources for People team members, managers, and employees.
Support change management, training, and communications associated with the Workday launch.
Following go-live, help manage ongoing Workday administration, including business processes, employee data, reporting, security/access, system updates, and issue resolution.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale People processes through Workday and other technologies.
Global Payroll
Support the end-to-end administration of payroll across Galaxy's global employee population, partnering with internal teams and third-party payroll providers as appropriate.
Review payroll inputs and outputs to ensure employees are paid accurately, completely, and on time.
Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analyses and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes impacting payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, benefits deductions, leaves, and other employee changes.
Partner with Finance on payroll funding, reconciliations, reporting, and related accounting requirements.
Work with People team partners to ensure HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee data remain aligned across systems and vendors.
Support payroll compliance requirements across applicable jurisdictions and partner with internal and external subject-matter experts as needed.
Manage day-to-day relationships with payroll vendors, escalating and resolving issues while holding partners accountable for service and accuracy.
Maintain payroll calendars, controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to standardize and strengthen global payroll processes as Galaxy continues to grow.
People Operations
Maintain a high standard of employee data accuracy and integrity across People systems.
Produce and analyze People and payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Support employee inquiries related to payroll, HR systems, and People processes, providing a high level of service and discretion.
Partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other teams on projects affecting employee data and operations.
Support audits, compliance requests, reporting, and other People Operations initiatives as needed.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential employee information with sound judgment and discretion.
Support global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK, Ireland, Portugal, and EOR-supported countries), including timesheet approvals, payroll data prep, and coordination with in-country payroll vendors.
Assist with new hire onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, and offboarding processes within Workday and related HR systems.
Prepare reports, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses to support payroll and people operations initiatives.
Help document processes and maintain SOPs for HRIS, payroll, and people operations workflows.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll, HR data, and system access with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of relevant experience in People Operations, payroll, HRIS, HR technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations; global or multi-country payroll experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with Workday or another enterprise HRIS; direct Workday implementation experience is strongly preferred.
Experience participating in an HRIS implementation, migration, configuration, or significant system transformation is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the connection between HRIS data, payroll, benefits, Finance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated ability to reconcile complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and drive issues through resolution.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets, reporting, and analysis.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams simultaneously.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep deliverables moving across multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where processes may still be evolving.
Takes ownership, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and knows when to escalate issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical or operational issues for different audiences.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee and compensation information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Bonus Points:
Experience with a Workday HCM and/or Payroll implementation, particularly involving a January 1 or year-start cutover.
Experience supporting payroll across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC.
