Location: Dublin, Ireland WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy. You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline. - Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path. - Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate. - Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps. - Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Fluency in Italian - Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles. - Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room. - AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working. - Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria. - Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve. - Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles. NICE TO HAVES: - Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions. - Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals. - Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software. - Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion. We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. Location: Remote Workplace: Remote Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform. More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote. We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next. THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer II to take ownership of a large share of Kit's core infrastructure: databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, platform tooling, and day-to-day support. You'll also build the paved paths that let engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents test and ship changes safely. The infrastructure supports creators who depend on Kit to reach their audiences and earn a living. When it's healthy, nobody notices. That's the job. This is a full-time Individual Contributor role for an experienced infrastructure engineer who likes owning production systems end to end, takes on-call seriously, leans into automation and enjoys making other people's work easier. YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM You'll report to Mojtaba Hosseini https://www.linkedin.com/in/mojtaba-hosseini-7a6666/, VP of Engineering at Kit. Day to day, you'll work most closely with Kris Hamoud https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristopher-hamoud-17b34665/ and Ivan Mora Perez https://www.linkedin.com/in/ivan-mora-p%C3%A9rez-ab460b45/. You'll also partner with product engineers across Kit, and with teams outside engineering who rely on infrastructure to get their work done. Once you're ramped up, you'll join a three-person on-call rotation, which works out to roughly one week in three. WHAT YOU'LL DO - First Week: Get access to our AWS accounts, Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines. Read through our runbooks and architecture docs. Take part in Get To Know Yous (GTKYs) with Kris, Ivan, and the engineering teams you'll support. - First Month: Pick up day-to-day infrastructure support requests and start working through them with Kris and Ivan as backup. Ship your first improvement, such as a version upgrade or a fix to a gap in monitoring. Shadow on-call shifts. Write down what you learn along the way, especially the parts that only lived in someone's head or those that can be automated or improved. - First Six Months: Own core infrastructure areas end to end: databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, and platform tooling. Take your full share of on-call, which you'll start by the end of your first quarter. Become the go-to person for day-to-day infrastructure questions. Find one recurring source of pages and make it go away. Ship a first paved path, such as a sandbox environment where AI agents or non-engineers can safely build and test changes. - First Year: You're the primary owner of a large part of Kit's core infrastructure, and you lead projects in it without needing direction. Uptime stays at 99.9% or better, page volume is down, and you've found real cost savings. Your paved paths are in regular use by engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents. You've built observability good enough for AI agents to handle some on-call load. You've documented your decisions so others can build on your work. WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS Skills - Running production infrastructure on AWS at scale, including managed relational databases, networking, and load balancing - Operating Kubernetes in production: upgrades, capacity planning, and troubleshooting - Managing infrastructure as code and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that engineers trust - Building monitoring and alerting that catches real problems early and doesn't page people for noise - Diagnosing complex, multi-service incidents calmly, then fixing the underlying cause - Cutting cloud costs through right-sizing and reserved capacity without hurting reliability - Writing clear runbooks, docs, and decision write-ups - Nice to have: experience with Cloudflare, ephemeral or sandbox environments, or email sending infrastructure Experiences - Around 7 or more years in infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE roles - Owning production infrastructure for a product where downtime costs customers money - Carrying a pager for systems you owned, and making that on-call rotation quieter over time - Leading a major upgrade or migration, such as a database or Kubernetes version upgrade, with little or no customer impact - Building self-service tooling or paved paths that other engineers actually adopted - Working on a small infrastructure team where you couldn't hand problems off to a specialist Traits - You own what you run. You spot infrastructure debt and fix it without waiting to be asked, and you follow through until it's done. - You build quality into the work. Upgrades have rollback plans, maintenance windows are planned around customers, and "good enough" is a decision, not a default. - You leverage AI effectively. AI helps you increase quality and velocity where it matters most. You know when to delegate and when to dive in, while holding accountability. - You make work easier for everyone else. You'd rather build a tool or write a guide once than answer the same question ten times. - You teach what you know. You write things down so the next person, or the next AI agent, can build on your work. - You work in public. You share context and tradeoffs openly, including during incidents and when things go wrong. - You use AI thoughtfully. It's part of how you work, and you help others adopt it without creating new risks. - You remember who's on the other end. An outage means a creator's launch email doesn't go out, and that shapes how you prioritize. WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS - Wanting a well-defined backlog handed to you each week. Here, you'll find much of the work yourself and set priorities with Kris. - Preferring not to be on call. On-call is a core part of this role, shared across a team of three. - You are skeptical of AI’s capabilities, or conversely use AI without good judgement and accountability. - Wanting mostly greenfield architecture. A lot of this work is running, upgrading, and improving systems that already exist. - Needing layers of approval before acting. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. We work mostly on East Coast time—so if you're based on the West Coast of the United States, Europe, or Asia, you might have a few early mornings or late evenings. We do our best to keep things reasonable, but a little time zone juggling comes with the territory. This role is part of a three-person on-call rotation, so during your on-call week you'll need to be able to respond to pages outside your usual working hours. We believe PTO should always take priority over on-call. We schedule on-call around people's lives, not the other way around. On-call is a shared responsibility, but taking time off should never be a challenge COMPENSATION + PERKS + BENEFITS Kit has standardized salaries based on position, no matter where you live. For this role, we're hiring at our level 4 ($197,000). Level is determined based on experience and our interview process. PERKS + BENEFITS INCLUDE: - Profit Sharing https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7454911054947688448/ - Kit equity - 401k with a 5% match - We cover up to $2,100 per month toward medical premiums, with dental and vision premiums fully covered. We offer Health Insurance plans through Aetna - $2,000 equipment allowance for your first two years, $1,000 budget every following two years. Company-provided laptops are issued to every Kit team member and are not included in the equipment budget - Individual learning + development budget ($3,500/year) - Creator meetup budget ($50/month) to connect with creators over coffee, lunch, or other in-person meetups - Gender affirming benefits - Childcare benefit up to $3,000 annually through JOON - Twenty (20) days of paid time off during each year of employment - Paid paid vacation: An after-tax bonus of $1,000 for taking five consecutive days of vacation where you’re fully unplugged from work - Ten (10) paid holidays a year - Two weeks of paid sick time each year, including mental health + well being days - Twelve (12) weeks paid parental leave and flexible scheduling in your child’s first year - Up to six weeks of paid bereavement leave, medical leave, and disaster after six months of employment, two weeks of each paid leave in your first six months - Winter Break Closure: Kit closes for a week at the end of December, giving everyone a collective break to enjoy the holiday season. Essential support services remain available, with teams coordinating to ensure coverage during this period - Four-week, paid sabbatical after five years with the team - Fantastic in-person or virtual retreats with the team twice a year HOW TO APPLY We usually receive a large number of applications, and our goal is to follow up with you within two weeks. You’ll hear from us either way. Here’s what you can expect from the rest of our hiring process: 1. A phone screen with our recruiter (30 min) 2. Hiring manager interview (45 min) 3. Take-home assignment 4. Technical interview (60 min) We’ll keep you informed through every step. To get started, complete this application, including a cover letter and answers to the questions on the next page. We read every single application, and your cover letter and responses help put your experience into context. Kit is an equal opportunity employer We value diversity in all of its forms. Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply. We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply. Kit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.

Location: London, United Kingdom Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team. Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in. What You'll Be Doing Set the strategy and roadmap for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability. Build one platform for three brands. Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market. Shape our model portfolio across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month. Make agents production-ready. Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale. Own the evaluation strategy so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after. Stay close to your customers. Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap. Lead at a senior level, presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure. Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years. A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use. The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader. A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones. Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls. What Success Looks Like A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone. Why Join Us? Real scale from day one. Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands. Frontier work, real constraints. You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production. Visible impact. Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company. We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to: 🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day. 🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment. 🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support. 🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning. 💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you’re rewarded for the impact you make. ➡️ Want a deeper look at how we build? Location: Berlin, Germany About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Front-end-leaning) to join our Operations Foundations team. The team sits within the DoorDash Client and AI Development group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations tools. Our platform hosts 250+ micro-frontends (MFEs) used to operate every part of the business. Our team is focused on building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality internal tooling platform that supports Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo’s operations and business. The team plays an important role in improving how engineers build, test, and ship software across the organization, with a strong emphasis on reusable libraries, micro-frontend architecture, and agentic development: building the platform where AI agents can take changes from task to merged PR safely and reliably without lowering the quality bar. Currently, we are focused on unifying our frontend platforms, evolving shared components and library development, improving developer productivity, and enabling teams to deliver more independently through better architecture and tooling. It’s an exciting time to join because the team has strong ownership and a broad technical impact. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex technical initiatives across both frontend and sometimes backend and infra domains. In this role, you’ll work primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Buildkite), and MFE architecture to build scalable, maintainable solutions that support multiple product teams and business areas. Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical owner who consistently delivers reliable solutions and helps the team execute more effectively. Six months into the role, we’d expect you to be independently leading technical initiatives and contributing meaningfully to architecture and delivery planning. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems with visible impact across the business. It’s especially exciting for someone who enjoys combining product engineering with platform thinking, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across teams and domains. What you’ll be doing Owning the Foundation: the runtime, build, deployment, and developer experience that 250+ MFEs and hundreds of engineers depend on every day. Evolving Our Micro-Frontend Architecture : improve composition, isolation, and shared dependency strategies so feature teams can move fast. Product and Planning: Independently drive projects from idea to production: breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, estimating delivery, identifying risks early, and delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Supporting Engineering Excellence : Champion best practices, raise the bar for code quality, and turn lessons learned into platform improvements. Long-Term Thinking: Balance short-term feature unblockers with the long-term health, security, and maintainability of the platform. Agentic Development: Build the foundations that let AI agents work autonomously on our platform, including agent instructions, reusable skills, tool integrations, guardrails, and the automated checks that make agent-authored changes safe to ship. AI Fluency: Work agent-first in your own day-to-day: delegate implementation to agents, and focus your judgment on direction, architecture, and verifying outcomes. 📍This role can be based in our Berlin tech hub. Read more about our hybrid setup here . Feel free to check out the Wolt Tech Blog for more insight into our culture and technology. Our humble expectations Proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React. Solid backend knowledge, comfortable owning and operating Node.js services that support frontend infrastructure. Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers, and module systems, and the ability to evolve them as the platform grows. Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex performance, reliability, or DX issues in large frontend codebases. Experience driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills: aligning priorities, managing expectations, and communicating trade-offs clearly with partner teams and leadership. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, platform-mindset approach to working with feature teams. Strong documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs. Nice to Haves Experience with micro-frontend architecture. Frontend platform engineering experience. Experience building shared component libraries used by many product teams. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure for frontend workloads. Experience or interest in observability and reliability (SRE). Experience building tooling or workflows for autonomous AI coding agents (e.g., agent instructions, skills, MCP servers, or evaluating agent-generated code). What’s in it for you Impact: Build and shape the platform that thousands of people depend on. Scale: Work on real platform problems behind 250+ MFEs with hundreds of monthly contributors. Collaboration: Partner with talented engineers, designers, and operators across companies to make their daily work faster and better. Growth: Take on deep technical challenges across frontend architecture, agentic development, DX, and improving engineering efficiency. Culture: Be part of a diverse, open-minded team that values creativity, autonomy, and continuous learning. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. As our first dedicated Customer Support Data Analytics Engineer, you’ll sit in Operations and work hand in hand with the Customer Support team, the Head of Operations, Product, Engineering, Payments and Risk. You’ll explain why customers contact us, measure what self-service and automation actually resolve, and help the team decide what to fix first based on evidence. You’ll work with Databricks (SQL), Kustomer, QuickSight, Mixpanel, Jira and Slack, on top of an internal data layer with Claude integrated. Current focus: AI and automation in support, and building and optimising our support metric stack. RESPONSIBILITIES - Reusable data models: Build and maintain dbt models on Databricks across bronze, silver and gold layers, with tests, column documentation and incremental logic, so the next person can build on them. - Data mapping and feasibility: Know what data we have, what is missing and how it connects. Join sources that were never designed to be joined, audit contact tagging so reporting stays reliable, and judge early whether a requested metric is buildable. If it isn’t, say exactly which data is missing and what it would take to get it. - Metric design: Turn vague requests from the Customer Support team into exact metric definitions, such as repeat contact, automated deflection rate and cost per contact, and prove each one against raw data before it ships. - Dashboards and reporting: Build dashboards end to end in QuickSight and Omni (datasets, calculated fields, filters). Deliver weekly support performance packs with actionable insights and thresholds for ops managers and leadership. - Daily operations pulse: Monitor volumes, backlog, SLAs and CSAT to flag spikes early. Investigate “this number looks wrong” cases by tracing a visual back through the model to the source table. - Contact-driver and feedback analysis: Identify why customers contact us by product, spot growing issues, and analyse QA and customer feedback to surface coaching themes and process gaps. - Automation and self-service: Measure how well AI, bots and help content resolve issues, including repeat contacts and CSAT. - Root-cause partnership: Partner with Product, Payments and Risk to quantify the impact of issues and track fixes. - Planning input: Help forecast contact volume and capacity needs. REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of experience as a Data Analytics Engineer in Customer Support, contact-centre or CX environments. - Strong SQL, dbt and hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (we use QuickSight; Power BI, Looker or similar is fine). - Solid knowledge of customer support metrics and contact-driver analysis: CSAT, FCR, handling time, repeat contact, deflection. - Ability to turn insights into operational changes with non-technical stakeholders. - Curiosity about why customers get in touch and what would stop the issue from happening again. You care more about changing outcomes than producing dashboards. - Good written and spoken English (proficiency preferred). NICE TO HAVE - Python or text analytics on ticket data. - Experience with a support CRM’s data - Forecasting experience. - Experience evaluating chatbots or AI agents. - Background in digital goods or gaming. What it’s like to work at Eneba *Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program. *Opportunity to help scale a unique product. *Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget. *Paid volunteering opportunities. *Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel. *Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes. *Please attach CV's in English. *To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice #LI-DNP
