ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Getting paid is still one of the most manual parts of running a business. Finance teams chase invoices over email, match payments to invoices by hand in spreadsheets, and close the books late because cash data is scattered across banks, payment processors, and ERPs.
Ramp's Accounts Receivable team is building the system that automates all of it, from the moment an invoice is sent to the moment cash is reconciled in the general ledger. We own the full receivables lifecycle: invoicing, collections, payments, cash application, and accounting sync.
We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own core pieces of that system. The work sits where hard engineering problems meet real money: matching messy payment data to the right invoices, keeping ledgers correct to the cent, and syncing reliably with the accounting systems our customers depend on. You'll own projects end to end, from design through production, and work closely with product and design to turn complex finance workflows into software that just works.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the payment-matching systems that automatically apply incoming ACH, wire, card, and check payments to the right invoices, even when payment details are incomplete or inconsistent
- Design accurate data models where every dollar is traceable from invoice to payment to general ledger
- Build two-way integrations with ERPs like NetSuite and QuickBooks that stay consistent through retries, partial failures, and edits on either side
- Build collections workflows that help businesses get paid faster without hurting their customer relationships
- Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Product sense: you care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push back when the spec is wrong
- Experience designing and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong system design judgment and the ability to balance speed, correctness, reliability, and simplicity
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical decisions
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with invoicing, billing, payments, accounting, or other financial workflows
- Experience building integrations that keep data consistent across systems
- Experience improving reliability and operational visibility in a growing product
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Research Engineer on the Latency & Throughput team, you will push the frontier of LLM inference by researching and prototyping techniques that reduce latency and increase throughput — from speculative decoding and quantization to KV compression and new attention variants. The team sits at the intersection of research and production: you will take ideas from recent literature, form hypotheses, run experiments, and ship the techniques that prove out into our serving stack.
This role sits between our inference engineers, who own the production serving stack, and our research scientists, who focus on paper-level contributions. You will be more science-focused than a pure engineer: you are expected to generate new ideas, keep up with the state of the art, and implement proof-of-concepts that bridge the gap between academic results and production impact. Some techniques you explore will be lossy or require integration into training — retraining models, tuning architectures, or training auxiliary models to improve inference.
You will work closely with the Inference Foundation and Kernels teams, who turn your validated techniques into production recipes, and with pretraining and RL teams when your work touches model training. Success is measured by demonstrated latency or throughput gains, first at small scale, then adopted in production.
What You Will Do
- Research and prototype inference techniques — speculative decoding, quantization, KV compression, watermarking, and new model architectures — by reading recent literature and forming testable hypotheses.
- Design and run experiments to validate or refute ideas, iterating quickly on small-scale setups before proposing production integration. Demonstrate clear latency or throughput gains without unacceptable quality loss.
- Collaborate with the Inference Foundation team to integrate validated techniques into the vLLM-based serving stack.
- Partner with pretraining and RL teams when techniques require co-training, retraining, or training auxiliary models to improve inference.
Build the right tooling and validation platforms to facilitate AI-driven inference research.
What We're Looking For
- A strong ML background with solid knowledge of LLM training techniques — architecture, tokenization, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Python and PyTorch; you write clean, experimental code and iterate fast. JAX is acceptable with strong Python proficiency. C++ and Rust are not required, CUDA and GPU knowledge is expected but hands-on experience is not required.
- Research experience of some form: a thesis, publications, a dedicated research project, or efficiency-oriented work in a lab or industry research setting. A PhD is not required, but we are looking for genuine research depth.
- A track record of conducting experiments: forming hypotheses, designing controlled comparisons, and drawing clear conclusions from results.
- Familiarity with the state of the art in LLM inference — you know what has been tried, what works, and where the open problems are.
- Self-starter, low-ego, and collaborative. You are comfortable with ambiguity, negative results, and are eager to take matters into your own hands.
- Inference or serving experience is a plus, not a requirement. Prior work with vLLM, production LLM deployments, or serving systems will help you ramp up faster.
Location and Remote
This role is based in our Paris or London offices (hybrid). We will prioritize candidates who reside in the Paris area or are open to relocating. We strongly believe in the value of in-person collaboration to foster strong relationships and seamless communication within our team. For senior profiles, we will also consider remote candidates based in France. In that case, we ask all new hires to visit our Paris office:
- For the first week of their onboarding (accommodation and travel covered)
- Then at least 3 days per month
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to proactively inform CS of upcoming campaigns, changes, or product launches that may drive ticket volume.
Identify operational pain points in the customer journey and work cross-functionally to resolve or escalate them.
Develop SOPs, quick guides, and training materials to help offshore agents respond more effectively to users.
Track key CS metrics such as resolution time, CSAT, and escalation volume to measure success and identify improvement areas.
If the business moves toward a local CS team in the future, help scope, plan, and build this function from the ground up.

5+ years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, or support leadership, ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services.

Experience working with or leading offshore support teams in a high-growth or regulated environment.
Exposure to customer-centric operations functions — blending support, risk, compliance, and product feedback loops.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and coaching ability, with a focus on raising offshore team performance without direct line management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to work across compliance, product, marketing, and support teams.
Operationally minded — you're a problem-solver who can turn user pain points into action plans.

Your main tasks will be:
Speed up and scale LLM inference in production: SGLang, KV and prefix caching, batching, quantization, speculative decoding
Run distributed inference for very large models (up to 1T+ parameters) across multi-GPU and multi-node setups
Benchmark new GPU servers and hardware, bring them into production and adapt our serving code to them

Train and fine-tune the language models, and improve the agent harnesses and chat algorithm that run on them
Track cutting-edge research and open-source work in inference and post-training, and turn it into the ML roadmap
Collaborate closely with the validation, content, and dataset preparation teams to design experiments and measure model quality
We expect from you:
Deep hands-on experience optimizing LLM inference in production with SGLang, vLLM, or TensorRT-LLM
Experience with distributed inference or training of large models: MoE, tensor/expert/pipeline parallelism, multi-node GPU clusters
Strong understanding of what makes inference fast: KV cache, attention kernels, batching, quantization, GPU profiling

A degree in CS, math, or physics from a strong program (MSc or PhD)

Head of Sales
.
Your main tasks will be:
Bring on influencers and models: find them, negotiate, agree terms, launch.
Get to agencies and open up their model pools.
Find and integrate partnerships, both technology and promo automation.
Run the flow of promo material from our internal team for every model: what's needed, how much, by when.
Own the pipeline and the forecast. Revenue and cash flow for the direction sit with you.
Set priorities and grow volume partner by partner.
Develop the line-up: new SKUs, work on content cost.
Rase creator’s monetization on the platform.
We expect from you:
You've negotiated and closed with talent and agencies yourself: terms, rev share, exclusivity.
Your own network inside agencies and among top creators. Not a list you'd have to build from zero.
You understand creator-platform economics: rev-share models, creator LTV, the unit economics of onboarding a partner.
You build a pipeline, forecast against it, and report on the direction without being chased.
You work with Revenue, ARPPU and partner retention as numbers you act on.
You can run promo production from the client side: brief the internal team, accept the work, hold the deadlines.
Working knowledge of AI tools for creators, photo and video generation.
Superset or an equivalent for dashboards. Excel at pivot-table and modelling level.
English C1.
You build long relationships rather than closing a deal and walking away.
You read what motivates different creators. Some want money, some want reach, some want to be handled carefully. You can tell which is which.
You're comfortable sitting between the partner outside and production inside.
You find your own channels. The market is closed and there won't be much coming to you.
You stay calm when something goes wrong and keep both the partner and the team.
Discipline in reporting: forecast, actual, and an honest explanation of the gap.
