At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 33,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on migrations to join our growing team in India. You will help deliver complex, production-grade data migrations, integrations, and automations for customers across APAC.
This is initially an internally focused, hands-on engineering role. You will partner closely with regional Forward Deployed Engineers, who own customer discovery, solution architecture, stakeholder communication, risk management, and final customer validation. You will own the behind-the-scenes technical execution layer from feasibility assessment and implementation through testing, production rollout, QA, reconciliation, reporting, and operational handoff.
You will work across multiple customer environments and source systems, often with incomplete requirements, imperfect data, and real-world constraints. Success requires strong engineering fundamentals, sound judgment, careful validation, and the ability to turn one-off delivery work into reusable tools and repeatable playbooks.
As a founding engineer in India, you will help build a new regional engineering capability from the ground up. You will create migration infrastructure, standards, and reusable tooling used by FDEs across APAC, while establishing practices that can scale globally. The role offers an opportunity to become a technical authority for production migration delivery, shaping how Notion approaches reliability, validation, and operational quality across complex customer environments. As the team grows, the role may also expand toward customer-facing FDE work, technical leadership, or a deeper engineering path, depending on business needs and demonstrated capability.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the technical execution layer after customer requirements, scope, and solution architecture have been established with the regional FDE. Contribute to feasibility assessment, estimation, implementation planning, and risk identification while the regional FDE remains accountable for customer discovery, scope, architecture, stakeholder communication, and final acceptance.
- Apply a repeatable migration lifecycle covering source inventory and sampling, scope and pruning decisions, compatibility and degradation assessment, transformation design, pilot or dry run, user acceptance testing, production cutover, reconciliation, remediation, hypercare, and documented handoff.
- Translate approved customer and regional FDE requirements into clear technical designs, implementation plans, test strategies, runbooks, and delivery estimates.
- Build production-quality migration utilities, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and automations using Python, SQL, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate source-system behavior, data quality issues, permissions, rate limits, authentication constraints, and edge cases, then recommend practical solutions.
- Design and validate permissions, ownership, and inheritance mappings against the approved migration plan. Make unsupported or ambiguous access requirements explicit, obtain the required decision or approval, and preserve evidence of validation.
- Design migrations for reliability, scale, security, observability, idempotency, failure recovery, and safe reruns.
- Execute migrations only through approved environments, devices, accounts, and tooling. Follow least-privilege access, customer-specific security and data-residency requirements, and approved handling procedures. Do not store customer data in unmanaged local or external systems, and escalate privacy, security, or sovereignty concerns before execution.
- Build validation and reconciliation frameworks that provide clear evidence of migration completeness, accuracy, and exceptions.
- Debug failures across application code, infrastructure, customer data, third-party systems, and the Notion platform, then drive issues through resolution.
- Manage multiple implementation workstreams, dependencies, and priorities while communicating scope, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Surface scope changes, unsupported requirements, timeline risks, and material effort increases early. Document assumptions and trade-offs, and escalate with options and a recommended path rather than silently absorbing additional work.
- Maintain an auditable record of scope, decisions, risks, approvals, validation evidence, and customer acceptance criteria in the agreed shared workspace or channel.
- Convert repeated delivery patterns into reusable components, automation, documentation, and playbooks that improve speed, quality, and cost over time.
- Bring field learnings back to Notion's Product and Engineering teams as actionable platform feedback and technical requirements.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, data engineering, integration engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Working experience with Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Experience owning a production migration, integration, or technical implementation through mapping, transformation, testing, rollout, validation, and handoff.
- Experience taking a technical problem from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Experience with Git, code review, automated testing, release practices, and production deployment.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills across code, data, infrastructure, and external systems.
- Evidence of working on production systems, not only prototypes or proof-of-concept projects.
- Clear written and verbal English communication, with the ability to explain technical decisions, constraints, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High agency and ownership. You are comfortable making progress with incomplete information, challenging assumptions, and escalating with options and a recommendation.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, job orchestration, or infrastructure automation.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with message queues, event-driven systems, distributed-system patterns, retries, concurrency, and rate limits.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, or other observability tools.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications, professional services, or large-scale customer implementations.
- Experience migrating large volumes of content or structured data between enterprise platforms.
- Experience with AI or LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with MCP, tool calling, Notion Workers, Custom Agents, or similar extensibility platforms.
- Experience working with distributed global or APAC teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Learn Notion's migration and implementation ecosystem, engineering standards, and APAC delivery model.
- Establish a productive working rhythm with regional FDE partners.
- Contribute to at least one migration or integration workstream through production delivery.
- Leave behind clear technical documentation, validation evidence, and an operational runbook.
Within your first six months, you will:
- Independently own production migration or integration workstreams from technical design through rollout and handoff.
- Deliver measurable improvements in migration turnaround time, validation quality, delivery cost, or regional FDE execution hours through reusable engineering.
- Help establish repeatable quality controls, code review practices, runbooks, and observability patterns for the India team.
- Demonstrate effective prioritization and communication across multiple concurrent APAC engagements.
- Turn at least one repeated delivery pattern into a reusable tool, component, or playbook that is adopted by a subsequent engagement.

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them.
Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it.
This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution.
- Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room.
- Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience.
- Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened.
- Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do.
- Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier.
- Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won.
- Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation.
- Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to.
After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA.
- A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place.
- Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you).
- Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive.
- Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending.
- Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished.
- Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next.
Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after.
It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline.
If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years.
👥 Join GitBook at a pivotal time as we evolve our product and team. This is a chance to shape our product, craft, and culture https://www.gitbook.com/about#open-roles.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Broker to join our team as part of a critical pilot to launch a P&C broker model at Gusto. You will be essential in evolving Gusto's business insurance channel by acting as a licensed agent to quote and issue business insurance policies with our NEXT Insurance carrier partner. You will use your expertise to provide direct support and an improved experience for small business customers with complex insurance needs, helping to capture meaningfully higher revenue and accelerating the development of our AI Insurance Advisor.
About the Team:
This team is crucial to solving customer experience gaps and optimizing our offline insurance channels. You will be a SME who is part of the "human-in-the-loop" workflows required to train and optimize Gus as an AI insurance advisor. Our collective vision is to be an expert advisor that supports small businesses through every stage of growth, with this pilot being key to establishing our digital insurance agency and licensed agent integration.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
— Make outbound dials to prospective and existing small business clients to assess their complex P&C insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
— Quote and issue Property & Casualty policies, primarily with the NEXT Insurance carrier, in our offline sales channel.
— Achieve required daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity expectations.
— Provide human-in-the-loop support to optimize the AI Insurance Advisor, Gus, and assist customers with more complex needs.
— Maintain client relationships, manage policy renewals, and facilitate changes or endorsements to existing policies.
— Act as a trusted liaison between clients and carriers, including assisting clients with reports of losses and claims settlement when necessary.
— Actively work to cross-sell and up-sell additional P&C lines of coverage and strive to achieve monthly production goals for units and/or revenue.
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation within CRM systems (SFDC workflow).
— Use AI-powered workflows as a core part of how you sell: running assigned tools daily, surfacing friction and inefficiencies as you find them, and collaborating with your team to influence what gets built or improved next.
— Stay current on industry trends, products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
Here’s what we're looking for:
Experience in the field:
— Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with coverage level knowledge of commercial P&C products (e.g., Workers' Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, E&O).
— 4+ years
Licensing:
— An active Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
— Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and explain complex concepts clearly.
Sales & Negotiation:
— Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Technical Proficiency:
— Working knowledge of carrier quoting systems, proficiency in insurance software, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
— Comfortable using AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Mindset:
— A demonstrated passion for delivering an incredible customer experience and genuine empathy for small business owners.
Attributes:
— Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and an entrepreneurial ownership mentality to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
AI Fluency:
— Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work - across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.
Compensation:
— Cash compensation amount for this role is $109,390 to $134,000 OTE for Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas.
— $102,855 to $126,000 OTE for Phoenix.
— Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Work Format:
— Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City.
— Employees based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).
— The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
— When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.

The architecture decisions our Solutions Architects shape early, in the first review and the first migration plan, often determine how far a customer scales with us.
You will lead the Solutions Architecture organization across EMEA, a team of Solutions Architects and the managers who lead them. You will set the bar for technical excellence across the deal cycle, coach the team through strategic accounts and critical deals, and step in yourself when it matters most: architecture reviews, migration plans, and high-stakes executive presentations. You will shape how Vercel wins in the region, turning patterns from the field into repeatable plays, adapting our motion to the realities of selling across European markets, and carrying what customers tell you back to our product and engineering teams so it shows up in the platform. You will drive org planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting as you scale the team the region needs, partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts, and report directly to our Global VP of Field Engineering.
This is a hybrid position based in our London or Berlin office, with three days per week onsite.
What you'll do
Lead, develop, and manage our team of pre- and post-sales Solutions Architects across EMEA.
Provide hands-on support for key accounts as needed (presentations, architecture reviews, migration plans).
Oversee and coach Solutions Architects on strategic accounts and other engagements across segments.
Partner with our engineering org to provide product feedback from the field.
Develop repeatable plays from trends you are seeing across your team.
Track and report SA performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership quarterly.
Own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruiting.
What you need
10+ years of experience in Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-sales roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, cloud infrastructure).
Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in a high-growth environment.
Demonstrated success working with enterprise and commercial customers across diverse industries.
Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks, etc.).
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
Bonus if you
Have hands-on experience building with Vercel, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
Have led SA teams at a high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure company.
Bring expertise in developer tooling, edge computing, or performance optimization.
Are comfortable presenting at conferences, webinars, or large-scale customer events.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) Business Development team, based in China. This is a newly created, hybrid role sitting within the core XPN BD team — roughly 80% campaign and partner success, 20% business development support — created to close a gap in how XPN partners are supported once a deal closes: campaigns are launched, but no one consistently owns their ongoing success.
The best candidate will be someone comfortable owning outcomes rather than just relationships — proactively strategizing with partners, coordinating across internal teams to get campaigns right, and stepping in to help close deals when local presence and trust matter more than a remote pitch. Full ownership of the sales process (sourcing, pitching, commercial negotiation) sits with the Core China/APAC Team; this role isn't required to run a deal end-to-end, but is expected to help get opportunities over the line and make sure they deliver once signed.
If you're excited about building a new function from the ground up, becoming a product expert partners and internal teams rely on, and working across both Chinese and global creator platforms as publishers look to expand their reach, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own end-to-end success of assigned partner campaigns post-signature — from kickoff through launch, live optimization, and post-campaign review.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners in China/APAC, building trusted, ongoing relationships rather than transactional check-ins.
Proactively strategize with partners on campaign structure, creator selection, storefront setup, and quest mechanics to maximize outcomes.
Identify risk signals early (underperformance, partner disengagement, unclear expectations) and drive corrective action before they become churn risks.
Coordinate directly with the XPN BD Team and Creator Success Team, pulling in the right internal resources at the right time.
Provide partners with clear, honest performance visibility — translating XPN data into terms that make sense for flat-fee and hybrid-model publishers.
Serve as an internal advocate for partner needs, feeding structured feedback back into XPN product, reporting, and process improvements.
Sit within the core XPN BD team and support the Core China/APAC Team in progressing late-stage opportunities — joining calls, providing local market context, and helping translate commercial terms into what will land with the partner.
Help identify expansion or upsell opportunities within existing successful partner relationships and flag them to the Core China/APAC Team.
Represent XPN at regional industry events across China and APAC, both to support active deals and to build XPN's local market presence.
Develop and maintain deep, current expertise in the XPN product to the point of being the go-to expert for partners and internal teams alike.
Work fluently across internal stakeholders (BD, Creator Success, Marketing, Data/Reporting) and external stakeholders (publisher teams, creator/MCN partners).
Game industry experience required based out of the China office (Beijing or Shanghai), in accordance with local in-office attendance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
3+ years in a customer success, account management, or partner management role — ideally in gaming, platform, adtech, or creator economy environments.
Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships with a strategic, consultative approach — not purely reactive support.
Working knowledge of both the Chinese domestic platform landscape (Bilibili, Douyin, DouYu, Huya) and major global/international platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) — publishers are increasingly looking to expand reach beyond China, and this role needs to speak credibly to both sides of that expansion.
Comfort working cross-functionally across time zones with global teams, translating between local market realities and global program structures.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally for events and partner meetings across China and APAC.
Self-starter comfortable defining process in a role without an established playbook — this is a new function within XPN.
Nice To Have:
Prior direct or adjacent BD/sales exposure — this role will occasionally carry commercial conversations, though it is not a quota-carrying sales position.
Familiarity with additional regional platforms (e.g. Chzzk/SOOP in Korea, Niconico in Japan) for publishers expanding into wider APAC.
Experience working with flat-fee or hybrid commercial models and the reporting expectations that come with them.
