ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) Business Development team, based in China. This is a newly created, hybrid role sitting within the core XPN BD team — roughly 80% campaign and partner success, 20% business development support — created to close a gap in how XPN partners are supported once a deal closes: campaigns are launched, but no one consistently owns their ongoing success.
The best candidate will be someone comfortable owning outcomes rather than just relationships — proactively strategizing with partners, coordinating across internal teams to get campaigns right, and stepping in to help close deals when local presence and trust matter more than a remote pitch. Full ownership of the sales process (sourcing, pitching, commercial negotiation) sits with the Core China/APAC Team; this role isn't required to run a deal end-to-end, but is expected to help get opportunities over the line and make sure they deliver once signed.
If you're excited about building a new function from the ground up, becoming a product expert partners and internal teams rely on, and working across both Chinese and global creator platforms as publishers look to expand their reach, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators.
Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own end-to-end success of assigned partner campaigns post-signature — from kickoff through launch, live optimization, and post-campaign review.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners in China/APAC, building trusted, ongoing relationships rather than transactional check-ins.
Proactively strategize with partners on campaign structure, creator selection, storefront setup, and quest mechanics to maximize outcomes.
Identify risk signals early (underperformance, partner disengagement, unclear expectations) and drive corrective action before they become churn risks.
Coordinate directly with the XPN BD Team and Creator Success Team, pulling in the right internal resources at the right time.
Provide partners with clear, honest performance visibility — translating XPN data into terms that make sense for flat-fee and hybrid-model publishers.
Serve as an internal advocate for partner needs, feeding structured feedback back into XPN product, reporting, and process improvements.
Sit within the core XPN BD team and support the Core China/APAC Team in progressing late-stage opportunities — joining calls, providing local market context, and helping translate commercial terms into what will land with the partner.
Help identify expansion or upsell opportunities within existing successful partner relationships and flag them to the Core China/APAC Team.
Represent XPN at regional industry events across China and APAC, both to support active deals and to build XPN's local market presence.
Develop and maintain deep, current expertise in the XPN product to the point of being the go-to expert for partners and internal teams alike.
Work fluently across internal stakeholders (BD, Creator Success, Marketing, Data/Reporting) and external stakeholders (publisher teams, creator/MCN partners).
Game industry experience required based out of the China office (Beijing or Shanghai), in accordance with local in-office attendance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
3+ years in a customer success, account management, or partner management role — ideally in gaming, platform, adtech, or creator economy environments.
Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships with a strategic, consultative approach — not purely reactive support.
Working knowledge of both the Chinese domestic platform landscape (Bilibili, Douyin, DouYu, Huya) and major global/international platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) — publishers are increasingly looking to expand reach beyond China, and this role needs to speak credibly to both sides of that expansion.
Comfort working cross-functionally across time zones with global teams, translating between local market realities and global program structures.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally for events and partner meetings across China and APAC.
Self-starter comfortable defining process in a role without an established playbook — this is a new function within XPN.
Nice To Have:
Prior direct or adjacent BD/sales exposure — this role will occasionally carry commercial conversations, though it is not a quota-carrying sales position.
Familiarity with additional regional platforms (e.g. Chzzk/SOOP in Korea, Niconico in Japan) for publishers expanding into wider APAC.
Experience working with flat-fee or hybrid commercial models and the reporting expectations that come with them.

Your work directly strengthens partner practices while helping small businesses thrive.
The team & how they connect
You will join a dedicated post-sales team working side-by-side with Solutions Consultants to deepen partner engagement and support account growth. Together, you will collaborate closely across Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance to deliver joined-up support for accounting and bookkeeping firms. By acting as trusted strategic advisors, the team ensures our partners have everything they need to scale their practices effectively.
Initially, you will focus on
- Managing a portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping firms using Salesforce CRM to track health signals, forecasting, and expansion pipelines.
- Conducting structured business reviews and success planning sessions to align commercial goals with platform capabilities.

- Identifying churn risks early and implementing proactive retention and subscription optimisation strategies.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
We are building a world-class team of lawyers and legal professionals who serve as strategic partners to the business. We are looking for an experienced corporate attorney to join Mysten Labs and take ownership of a broad range of corporate legal matters.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work closely with leaders across the company on corporate governance, strategic transactions and investments, corporate structuring, finance, tax, employment and compensation matters, and other strategic initiatives. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving novel problems, operating with significant autonomy, and taking ownership of matters from initial strategy through execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical corporate training with practical business judgment and the versatility to tackle matters that do not fit neatly within a single legal discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support strategic transactions, including joint ventures, strategic investments, acquisitions, dispositions, spinouts, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions.
- Advise the General Counsel, executive team and other business leaders on corporate legal matters and strategic initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, tax, accounting, people and other teams to structure and execute strategic corporate initiatives.
- Advise on corporate finance and treasury matters, including equity and debt financings and other capital-related transactions.
- Partner with the People team on employment, executive compensation, equity and token compensation, and other employee-related matters, coordinating with specialist counsel as appropriate.
- Support the company’s international operations and corporate structure, including formation and governance of subsidiaries and other entities.
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, corporate agreements, Board and stockholder materials, policies and other legal documentation.
- Identify legal and business risks, develop practical solutions, and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, often in situations involving novel issues or incomplete information.
- Manage outside counsel and other external advisors efficiently, including determining when specialist expertise is necessary and driving matters toward resolution.
- Develop and improve corporate legal processes, policies, templates and systems as the company continues to evolve.
- Stay informed regarding legal and industry developments relevant to Mysten Labs and the broader web3 ecosystem.
- Take on other legal and strategic projects as needed. We are a lean team, and everyone is expected to be willing to tackle important problems that fall outside their traditional lane.
- Do whatever needs to be done, and do the right thing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience at a leading law firm and/or in the legal department of a high-growth technology company.
- Strong foundation in corporate law, with meaningful experience in corporate governance and complex corporate transactions.
- Experience with some combination of M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate restructurings, financings, subsidiary governance or other strategic corporate matters.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex matters, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive projects from initial issue identification through execution.
- Ability and willingness to operate as a corporate generalist and quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar areas.
- Excellent business judgment and the ability to assess and appropriately weigh legal and business risk, including when operating with imperfect information.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable and practical advice.
- Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented and comfortable working with stakeholders across finance, tax, accounting, people, operations and other functions.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency who thrives in a fast-moving environment with a lean legal team.
- Unquestioned integrity and sound judgment.
- Interest in blockchain technology and willingness to develop a strong understanding of Mysten Labs’ business, technology and ecosystem. Prior web3 or crypto experience is helpful but not required.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar, with eligibility to practice as in-house counsel in California.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You become the person the General Counsel and business teams turn to when a complicated corporate issue needs an owner. You are equally comfortable advising executives on a hot button issue, structuring a joint venture, helping evaluate a potential spinout, working through an employment or compensation issue with the People team, or taking an ambiguous strategic assignment and figuring out how to get it done.
You know when to dive deeply into an issue yourself, when to bring in specialists, and how to translate legal analysis into practical recommendations. Above all, you take ownership, exercise sound judgment, and make it easier for the company to move quickly and responsibly.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @mystenlabs.com http://mystenlabs.com domain or related subdomains (e.g., mystenlabs.com/careers http://mystenlabs.com/careers). As Fin becomes mission-critical for our most strategic customers, we’re growing our team of Forward Deployed Engineers to help bridge the gap between customer needs and product innovation. These roles can be based out of our San Francisco or Chicago offices.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with strategic customers, partnering closely with our R&D and Go-to-Market teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll go beyond implementation - helping shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions and ensure Fin delivers real, measurable business outcomes in complex, real-world environments.
If you’re excited by ownership, creativity and solving ambiguous problems, and want to work at the frontier of applied AI while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, this role offers a rare opportunity to combine technical excellence with real customer impact.
What will I be doing?
Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers unlock the power of our AI capabilities to automate and scale their support operations.
Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and provide the insight needed to achieve outstanding results with Fin.
Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a trusted technical expert, coding side-by-side to drive projects through to completion.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Success and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, successful project delivery and actionable product feedback.
Contribute to the evolution of Forward Deployed Engineering by codifying best practices and sharing insights from customer engagements to help the team scale and grow.
What skills do I need?
A strong engineering background and experience building software with real-world usage. Experience building a SaaS product is a plus, but not a requirement.
Interest in AI and machine learning, and the ability to quickly build an understanding of novel problems, capabilities and architectures - including their trade-offs and limitations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate organisational boundaries and bring people together to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby. It doesn’t need to be a language we use today - great people learn quickly and can introduce us to better ways of working.
The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a clear focus on business goals and outcomes.
Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
The Senior Affiliate Manager (Tier 1) is a high-ownership role within the PartnerMatrix Managed Services (AMS) team. This person takes full responsibility for a portfolio of iGaming operator clients in established, high-competition markets — managing their affiliate programs end-to-end, growing affiliate traffic, and delivering measurable NGR impact across Tier 1 GEOs including the UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, etc. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong affiliate relationships, and the ability to operate independently in regulated environments.
What you'll get to do:
Client Affiliate Program Management
• Own and manage affiliate programs for several assigned iGaming operator clients from day one.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operators, regular calls, strategy alignment, performance reviews.
• Define and execute affiliate program strategy: GEO targets, payout models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), traffic mix goals.
• Set up, configure, and maintain affiliate programs within the PartnerMatrix (PMA) platform.
• Proactively identify and action program improvements; escalate blockers to the Head of Managed Services and Marketing with proposed solutions.
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
• Identify, outreach and onboard high-quality affiliates matching each operator's target GEO and vertical.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates — be the trusted partner they call first.
• Negotiate CPA rates, RevShare deals, and hybrid structures on behalf of operators within approved guidelines.
• Run regular check-ins with top-performing affiliates; identify upsell and cross-program opportunities.
• Maintain an updated affiliate pipeline per client, track deal status and conversion from outreach to activation.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure all managed affiliates have completed KYC/AML onboarding before activation without exceptions.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality daily, flag fraud signals, bonus abuse patterns, unusual conversion spikes.
• Coordinate payment data reconciliation with Finance; review payout files before submission.
• Manage affiliate communications via PMA ticketing system; maintain sub-24h response SLA.
• Maintain accurate documentation of affiliate deals, contracts and status in the CRM.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Deliver weekly performance reports to each assigned operator (traffic, FTDs, conversions, NGR impact).
• Conduct monthly strategy review calls with operators; present data-driven recommendations.
• Track KPIs: active affiliate count, payout-to-NGR ratio, new FTDs/month, affiliate retention rate.
• Feed insights back to Head of MS for cross-client benchmarking and program strategy refinement.
• Contribute to quarterly competitive landscape reviews, flag shifts in affiliate market, rates or GEO trends.
Team Contribution
• Mentor and support Middle Affiliate Managers — share playbooks, deal structures, GEO learnings.
• Document processes and best practices for team knowledge base.
• Participate in team calls, contribute to pricing decisions and product feedback for PMA development.
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in affiliate management in iGaming
• Proven track record of building and growing affiliate programs, not just maintaining them
• Hands-on experience with at least one iGaming affiliate platform
• Strong existing network of iGaming affiliates across Tier 1 markets (UK, DACH, Nordics, Canada, ANZ)
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid commission models, can structure and negotiate deals independently
• Fluent in English; German, Swedish, Dutch or French is a significant advantage
• Comfortable with data — able to read affiliate reports, spot anomalies, and draw actionable conclusions
• Familiarity with regulated market compliance requirements (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen)
Nice-to-Have
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-GEO affiliate programs simultaneously
• Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for payment flows in iGaming
• Knowledge of Tier 2 or emerging market affiliate ecosystems (CIS, LatAm, MENA)
Here's what we offer:
· Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
· Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.
· Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
· Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business and a budget for external training.
· Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
· Private Medical Subscription.
· Gym allowance.
· Team-building activities in various locations.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
They're a
direct-to-consumer subscriptio
n brand that has gone from
zero to a multiple nine-figure run
rate in under
three years
— completely bootstrapped, with a small, lean team spread across the globe. No outside capital, no board, no bureaucracy. We sell across our own D2C site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, with a subscription retention engine underneath it all.
They grew fast enough that structure never caught up with scale. That is the problem this role exists to solve.
The role
The CEO currently has roughly 25 people, agencies, and suppliers reporting to him across Customer Service, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance — plus a running list of ~20 ad hoc growth projects. There is no layer between him and the work. Every decision, follow-up, deadline, blocker, and loose thread routes to one inbox.
The Chief of Staff is that layer. You will own the operating system of the company: who owns what, how they're measured, what they committed to, and whether it actually happened. You'll also own a rotating portfolio of high-leverage projects end to end, and you'll handle the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting follow-up so his time goes to product, partnerships, and P&L.
This is not a coordination job.
You are expected to get into the weeds
, do the work yourself, push people, and
raise the standard
. You start reporting directly to the CEO with influence rather than formal authority — and as you prove you can handle it, you'll be given the authority to escalate, reassign, and put underperformers on a plan.
Where this goes:
if you crush this role, the path is C-suite or President within two years. That is a real offer, not a recruiting line.
What You'll Do
Own accountability and urgency across every function.
Each person and agency has KPIs, deadlines, and commitments. You track them, follow up individually, unblock what's stuck, enforce urgency, and make sure the owner knows they own the outcome. Functions include TikTok Shop (8 people), Amazon (agency of 5), Operations (3 suppliers, 3 in-house), Retention (email agency, in-house dev, media buyer), and Finance (3 in-house, 1 agency).
Build the process map of the entire business
. Every role titled and defined, every responsibility documented, every recurring workflow written up as an SOP, every doc and tracker findable, a clear reporting and ownership structure, and clear written criteria for how someone earns a bonus, earns a promotion, or gets let go.
Triage everything currently flowing to the CEO
. For each item: handle it yourself, route it to the right manager, automate it, or kill it. The goal is that it stops reaching him.
Own high-leverage projects end to end.
You'll be handed ad hoc projects — growth initiatives, new channel tests, vendor negotiations, systems builds — with a goal and little else. You scope them, run them, hire or coordinate whoever is needed, and report meaningful progress in a weekly check-in without being managed step by step.
Turn conversations into tracked action
. Sit in on calls, capture decisions and action items from meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp, assign owners and dates, and chase them to done.
Run the CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting prep.
Full ownership — scheduling, prioritization, prep material, follow-up.
Raise the bar on the people around you. Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their own teams accountable rather than
doing it for them forever.
Requirements
Must-Have
Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently. If we hand you ClickUp on a Friday and say "know it by Monday," you find YouTube tutorials, book a consultant call, and figure it out yourself in a few hours. We don't care what tools you've used — we care that you can teach yourself anything.
You're smart and hands-on. You need to reason through complex business problems and handle people well enough that they want to deliver for you.
Genuine humility. Zero ego. You take direct feedback well, ask for more of it, and are never "above" the work. If a spreadsheet needs cleaning at 11 PM, you clean it.
Willingness to do the work yourself. This role manages and executes. Delegating without getting your hands dirty is a disqualifier.
Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership. Given a problem in a domain you know nothing about, your reaction is excitement, not fear.
Directness. You give and receive blunt feedback without it becoming personal or political.
Real work capacity. This is a 50-hour minimum role with frequent nights and weekends. We're a startup that moves quickly and we're honest about what that costs.
Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM ET window.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-have
A track record of excellence in a competitive environment. Top marks academically, a strong university, high-level competitive sports or esports, elite early-career roles, a company you built — something that shows you've been in a room full of winners and held your own.
E-commerce experience — D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop especially.
Subscription or retention business experience.
Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background.
Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch.
Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors.
Note on weighting:
soft skills outrank hard skills here. A candidate with less e-commerce experience but smart, hands on, humble, faster learning speed, and a stronger record of excellence beats a domain expert who's rigid or ego-driven. Hire for the athlete.
Benefits
Base: $6,000 – $8,000 USD/month, depending on experience (negotiable for the right fit!)
Bonus: 20% of base annually, tied to project completion and KPI attainment
Structure: W-2 or 1099 — your choice
Remote: Work from anywhere, as long as you cover Eastern hours
Growth: Direct, stated path to C-suite or President within two years for the right performer
The Culture
They move fast, communicate directly, and don't sugarcoat feedback. There are no politics, no vanity titles, and no tenure — you don't get status here for having been around. You keep what you kill: results drive promotions, bonuses, and authority.
Everyone here holds absurdly high standards for themselves and the people around them, and the standard keeps going up. Good is never the finish line. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit. If it sounds like the environment you've been looking for, it's rare that you get it at this scale with this little bureaucracy.
