Position Summary
We are looking for a Financial Reporting and Control Manager to own group reporting and the monthly close across Hex Trust's legal entities in Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. You will run the group consolidation in Workday, our new ERP, and own the numbers that go to the Executive Committee, the Board, our auditors and our regulators.
Our finance team is deliberately small. Workday and AI tools handle most of the transaction processing, reconciliation and first-draft analysis, so your job is to run the close as a controlled process, check what the systems produce, and stand behind the result. The role suits a qualified accountant who wants more ownership than a large finance team would offer, and who is comfortable reviewing work that a machine has prepared.
You will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with the Group CFO.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the monthly group close as a controlled process: set the close calendar, run the review gates, and sign off entity results with the Director of Finance.
Run the group consolidation in Workday, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation, and review the system output rather than assembling it by hand. Catch the cases where a system-generated elimination or translation is wrong.
Produce the monthly Executive Committee reporting and the quarterly board reporting for the Group, Singapore and MENA, delivered through our live financial dashboard. Turn the automated variance analysis into clear commentary that you can defend.
Review the closes of the material legal entities, and own intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
Deliver the statutory audits across the group with the Director of Finance: prepare schedules and workpapers, manage auditor requests, and challenge proposed adjustments where the treatment is wrong.
Account for digital assets, staking and validator income, stablecoin activity and trading results, with treatment and documentation that are ready for audit.
Prepare regulatory financial returns, including monthly reporting to VARA in Dubai and returns to the MAS in Singapore, for sign-off by the Director of Finance.
Coordinate tax compliance with our local advisors across jurisdictions.
Keep the finance procedures and our finance knowledge base current, so that the automated tools and AI agents work from accurate instructions.
Work with the finance operations team to extend the automation of the close and of our reporting.
Requirements
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with three to five years of experience, ideally including audit at a Big Four or mid-tier firm.
Hands-on experience of group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency reporting across several legal entities.
Experience with a modern ERP; Workday is a strong advantage. We value ERP experience over advanced spreadsheet consolidation skills.
Sound technical accounting under IFRS or HKFRS. Experience with digital assets or crypto accounting is an advantage but not a must.
Comfortable working with AI tools and automated workflows. Much of your first draft will come from a system, and your job is to question it. Examples of where you have used AI tools in finance work are a plus.
The judgement to say a number is wrong, to push back on an auditor, and to explain results clearly to senior stakeholders.
Experience with regulatory financial reporting in Hong Kong, Singapore or Dubai is an advantage.
Strong written and spoken English. Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on GitLab's Security Factory: Code Security team, you help developers find and fix security issues. Those issues live in the code they write and in the open source components they depend on.
Your work spans complementary parts of a complete security analysis. On the dependency analysis side, you teach the analysis engine what a project depends on. You parse dependency manifests, lockfiles, and SBOMs so the engine knows which libraries and frameworks are in play and how the code uses them. You also extend the service that turns security advisories into automated merge requests that update vulnerable dependencies. On the vulnerability detection side, you grow GitLab's security analysis engine with hybrid analyzers that blend rule-based detection and AI reasoning. You build and apply the tooling that develops, evaluates, and ships those analyzers, and you measure how well they find real problems. That work also expands coverage of the libraries, frameworks, and AI agent tooling that real-world applications are built on.
These threads reinforce each other. What a project depends on, and how its code uses those dependencies, are parts of one picture, and this team works across all of it. We make thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools in our daily work. We expect you to use them effectively and with good judgment.
What you do
Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for team initiatives from design through delivery, shipping with minimal guidance in partnership with the technical lead
Bring systems built by one engineer to team ownership through documentation, tests, and shared review
Design and ship analyzers that pair deterministic analysis capabilities with AI-driven analysis, and build the evaluation harnesses that measure their false positives and missed findings against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities, raising the bar for what counts as a trustworthy result. That includes detection rules mapped to CWE and the test fixtures that prove they work.
Package those analyzers for every place GitLab runs them, including CI jobs, AI agent workflows, and command-line tools, with findings reported in GitLab's standard security report formats
Design and ship the manifest, lockfile, and SBOM parsing that tells the static analysis engine what a project depends on, and extend it to new ecosystems and formats
Ship features across the automated remediation service that turns security advisories into dependency update merge requests, from sandboxed updates to merge request creation
Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity, actively seek out difficult impediments affecting the whole team, and advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance with Product Management, Engineering stakeholders such as Frontend and UX, and partner teams such as Code Scanning and Composition Analysis
Mentor Intermediate engineers through code review and pairing, and maintain our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices through review
Participate in on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues
What you bring
Experience building your own LLM tooling, such as a harness, an agent pipeline, or evaluations, with the judgment to know when output is trustworthy and when it isn't
Substantial professional experience writing and testing production code in a systems language, particularly Go and/or Rust, with depth in at least one. We use both, plus Ruby on the remediation side and Python for some analyzers, and value willingness to work across them.
Familiarity with package managers and dependency management in one or more language ecosystems, such as npm, Maven, pip, Bundler, or Cargo. Experience building tooling around them is better still.
Demonstrated application security experience, such as vulnerability research, secure code review, or writing detection rules, and fluency with vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE) and the software supply chain
A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and shipping with minimal guidance, with the self-motivation and organizational skills suited to a remote, largely asynchronous environment
Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly and concisely about technical problems, and to write design proposals that bring a team to a decision
Helpful experience
Experience evaluating AI-driven detection against labeled data, including measuring false positives and missed findings
Experience with performance optimization at scale
Hands-on program analysis experience, such as parsing, ASTs, or data-flow analysis
Familiarity with popular web or mobile application frameworks and how they handle input, data, and configuration
Experience with containerized workflows and CI/CD (we use Docker heavily)
About the team
The Security Factory: Code Security team builds GitLab's code-level security scanning capabilities, spanning static application security testing and dependency scanning. We help developers find and fix security issues in both the code they write and the open source components they depend on, as early as possible.
We work closely with the Static Analysis team on GitLab's SAST engines, with Composition Analysis on the broader software supply chain, and with other groups across the Sec Section. We rely heavily on asynchronous work across time zones.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Backend Engineer on GitLab's Security Factory: Code Scanning team, you help developers find and fix security issues. Those issues live in the code they write, and you set the technical direction for the static analysis engine that finds them.
Your work spans two complementary parts of a complete security analysis. On the engine side, you shape how the static analysis toolkit models a program: parsing source into intermediate representations, resolving symbols, building call graphs, and tracking tainted data across files and languages. You define the architecture and specifications the team builds against, and you delegate component specifications within them to engineers and to the AI agents that implement them. On the evaluation side, you build and apply tooling that tests, measures, and validates what the engine finds against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities.
What the engine can model and how we measure what it finds are parts of one picture. As a Staff engineer you hold that picture, shape the long-range technical goals of the team, and raise the bar for every engineer on it. We build the engine with AI agents that write and review code from written specifications, under human direction. We expect you to direct that work effectively and with good judgment, and to help the team do the same.
What you do
Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for the team's highest-scope initiatives from design through delivery, shipping large features with minimal guidance and shaping the long-range goals of the team
Bring systems built by one engineer to team ownership through documentation, tests, and shared review
Set the technical direction for the AI-assisted tooling that implements, reviews, and validates engine changes and findings, design the checks that decide whether an agent-written change or generated result is fit to merge, and measure detection quality against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities, raising the bar for what counts as a trustworthy result. That includes static application security testing (SAST) rules mapped to CWE and OWASP, and the test fixtures that prove they work.
Own the architecture of the program model (parsing, symbol resolution, intermediate representations, call graphs, and taint and data-flow analysis) and of the pipeline that turns source code into findings, and define how both extend to new languages and frameworks
Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity, actively seek out difficult impediments affecting the whole team, and advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance with Product Management, UX, and partner teams such as Code Security and Composition Analysis
Mentor all engineers on the team through code review and pairing, remove blockers to their autonomy, and shepherd the definition and improvement of our internal standards through review
Participate in on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues
Define the overarching architecture and specification documents for the engine, delegate component specifications within them, and drive their implementation by AI agents and engineers working independently through phased plans, small reviewable units of change, and specifications kept in lockstep with the code
Build and maintain the harness, agent instructions, and agentic skills that keep agent-written code trustworthy, including separate coding and reviewing agents, rules and tests the coding agents cannot change, independent review panels of agents from different model providers, and performance, API, and dependency gates, with risky changes escalated to human review
Stay current with research in program analysis and security, run AI-assisted research and spikes, and turn the findings into prototypes, proposals, and upstream contributions, including responsible disclosure of findings in open source projects
What you bring
Experience building your own LLM tooling, such as a harness, an agent pipeline, or evaluations, with the judgment to know when output is trustworthy and when it isn't
Extensive professional experience writing, testing, and reviewing production code in Rust, Go, or a comparable systems language, with depth in at least one. The engine is Rust, the analyzer wrapper is Go, and the monolith integration is Ruby, and we value willingness to work across them.
Experience with performance optimization and with containerized workflows and CI/CD (we use Docker heavily)
A deep program analysis and static analysis background, such as parsing and ASTs, intermediate representations (SSA, control-flow and call graphs), taint and data-flow analysis, type inference, incremental and fixpoint computation, or writing detection rules, with the ability to read, evaluate, and apply the research literature
Deep application security experience, such as vulnerability research, secure code review, or writing detection rules, and fluency with vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE)
Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems, and to write architecture and design specifications that bring a team to a decision
A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous, team-wide problems and shipping them from concept to production with minimal guidance, with specific, regular async updates on progress, blockers, risks, and next steps
Experience defining a system's overarching architecture, delegating component specifications to engineers and AI agents, and getting them implemented reliably
A track record of mentoring engineers, raising a team's technical bar, and influencing technical direction by achieving consensus with peers and leadership
Helpful experience
Familiarity with popular web or mobile application frameworks and how they handle input, data, and configuration
Experience designing guardrails for agent-written code, such as mutation testing, fuzzing, and CI gates the coding agent cannot modify
A record of engaging with the research community, such as publications, tool papers, or upstream open source contributions in program analysis or security

An overview of this role
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own work the whole go-to-market organization relies on: the policies and processes that govern how we sell and book deals, our global forecasting process, and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) operating cadence. You'll report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, and work closely with sales leadership, other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and Data.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll bring experience running a forecast process day to day and a practical understanding of how a sales organization works. You'll work independently to take a problem from "something looks off in the numbers" to a fix that sticks.
GitLab is all-remote, and most of our work happens in writing. Clear, concise documentation is a big part of this job.
What you’ll do
Own the policies that define how deals are booked, credited, and forecasted, including bookings rules, opportunity netting, and sales stages and exit criteria. Write them, get them approved, and make sure the field understands what changed and why.
Identify process problems before they affect the numbers. Validate and size the problem with data, find the root cause, and drive the fix with the right team, whether that's Revenue Systems, Deal Desk, Enablement, or compensation.
Partner with Revenue Systems to build policy into system rules, validations, and alerts, reducing manual reviews and after-the-fact corrections.
Improve forecast methodology by tracking actual results against the forecast, explaining variances, and changing processes that aren't working. Partner with Finance and Revenue Analytics to reconcile the field forecast with the finance outlook.
Own the weekly forecast readout for the CRO and sales leadership, keeping it short and focused on decisions. Bring the forecasting and policy perspective into annual planning.
Coordinate the CRO organization's weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, metrics, and follow-ups. Measure their impact on pipeline hygiene, data quality, forecast accuracy, and bookings, and change the cadence where it isn't working.
Work with other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams, Finance, Product, Data, and Enablement to deliver changes from the first draft through field adoption. Keep cadence documentation current so the organization knows what happens when, who owns it, and what's expected.
Mentor others on the team and improve how we document and run our processes.
What you’ll bring
Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, or a similar role, including running a forecast process day to day in a business-to-business (B2B) subscription business.
A practical understanding of how a sales organization runs, including pipeline stages, deal bookings and crediting, bookings and annual recurring revenue (ARR) definitions, and how compensation influences sales representative behavior.
Strong data and analysis skills. You're highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, can build a model from scratch, and check your own numbers before sharing them.
The ability to work independently, identify what needs to be done, and work with stakeholders to get it done. You involve your manager when you need a decision or hit a blocker.
Clear, concise writing. You can turn a complex issue into a short document or Slack message that a senior leader will read and act on.
Comfort working with senior leaders, including taking feedback from a CRO and turning it into a better process or a more useful readout.
Systems thinking and the ability to learn new tools and domains quickly. You understand how customer relationship management (CRM), quoting, billing, and compensation systems connect, and how a change in one affects the others. How you think matters more to us than which forecasting tool you've used.
Helpful, but not required: experience rolling out bookings, crediting, or deal policies; forecasting consumption or usage-based revenue; using tools such as Clari and Salesforce reporting; or a consulting, strategy, or structured problem-solving background.

Alvys is building modern infrastructure for the logistics industry. Our cloud-based TMS (Transportation Management System) powers freight operations with intuitive workflows, real-time visibility, and deep automation—helping carriers and brokers scale faster and operate smarter. We’re a fast-growing startup backed by top investors and are passionate about solving real-world problems for an essential industry. We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on
Accounting Manager.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for establishing scalable processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and enabling operational excellence as we grow.
Role overview
Alvys builds the transportation management platform that carriers and brokers use to run their businesses. As we scale, we’re building a finance function that is rigorous, hands-on and increasingly automated. We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting engine behind that growth and work closely with the Head of Finance as the senior accounting lead on the team.
You’ll own the full accounting cycle — month-end close, general ledger, revenue, AP, payroll, tax and audit readiness — with responsibility for producing a clean, accurate and defensible set of books. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the ledger deeply enough to explain what changed, why it changed and what needs attention.
You’ll run the close end to end, review the work prepared by the team, own the areas that require judgment, and step into the details when needed. You’ll also help develop the team, strengthen our processes and continue building the automation layer behind the finance function.
Key responsibilities
Month-end close and general ledger
Own the close calendar end to end — task assignment, deadlines, review, and the close results package delivered to the Head of Finance.
Review and post the journal entries prepared by the team, and prepare the entries that carry judgment — commission and bonus accruals, payroll true-ups, and period-end reclasses.
Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations covering cash, AR, deferred revenue, prepaids and accruals.
Run flux analysis (MoM, YoY) across the P&L and balance sheet, and write variance commentary that explains the movement.
Maintain the chart of accounts and product master lists, and keep reporting mappings current.
Revenue reporting and billing oversight
Review and approve the monthly revenue close prepared by the billing analyst — the reconciliation of subscription and non-subscription revenue across Stripe, Salesforce and QuickBooks Online, and the entries that come out of it.
Own revenue recognition policy under ASC 606 and make the judgment calls: usage overages, multi-element contracts, contract modifications, concessions and early terminations.
Own annual recurring revenue reporting (ARR and CARR) — the monthly build, the roll-forward of new, expansion, contraction and churn, and the tie-out of that roll-forward back to booked revenue in the general ledger.
Connect recurring revenue reporting to Salesforce pipeline and contract reporting, reconciling bookings, billings and recognized revenue with the billing analyst.
Oversee invoicing, collections and the dunning cycle. Approve concessions, credit memos and refunds, and review the deferred revenue schedule against the billing system.
Accounts payable, expenses and payroll
Oversee vendor bills, payment runs and employee reimbursements in Ramp, in partnership with People Operations.
Partner with People Operations on domestic and international payroll — review the runs, journalize them, and reconcile the clearing and benefits-payable accounts.
Review commission calculations and book the corresponding accruals and true-ups.
Financial reporting and expense forecasting
Update the monthly expense forecast off closed actuals — run rate by department and GL account, vendor and contract commitments, headcount and compensation roll-forward.
Maintain the amortization and accrual schedules that drive forward-looking operating expense, and carry the changes into the forecast as they’re booked.
Explain spend variance against budget at the account and department level, and keep the supporting detail current for leadership reporting.
Tax, compliance and audit
Coordinate with our external advisors on federal, state and franchise tax filings.
Own sales tax, 1099 and entity registration compliance.
Run audit readiness and execution: PBC lists, supporting schedules, and auditor questions.
Team and process
Manage and develop a small analyst team covering AP and expense operations, and billing and AR.
Serve as backup across the team’s work, and as the Head of Finance’s delegate on accounting matters.
Own the accounting SOP library, the close checklist and the task repository, and keep all three current.
Find manual and inefficient processes and eliminate them as we target an “autonomous close.” Our close, billing and reconciliation processes already run on a growing set of automations, and this role is expected to extend them.
Minimum qualifications
Experience
6+ years
of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of a full close cycle and hands-on balance sheet reconciliation.
Solid full general ledger background — you’ve prepared and reviewed entries across payroll, accruals and revenue, can defend a balance, and understand how accounting activity flows through the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Revenue recognition experience under
ASC 606
in a subscription business.
Experience managing, reviewing and developing other accountants.
Systems
QuickBooks Online — required.
Daily hands-on experience: chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation, reporting.
Stripe — required.
Subscriptions, invoices, credit memos, disputes, payouts, and reconciling subscription billing activity into the general ledger.
Advanced Google Sheets. Pivots, lookups, nested logic, data validation.
Salesforce
is a significant plus.
AI fluency and automation — required
Demonstrated, current use of AI in your accounting work. Be ready to tell us what you’ve automated, what it replaced, and how much time it gave back.
Comfort writing prompts, iterating on output, and knowing when not to trust it. Everything AI produces is reviewed before it touches the ledger.
Our finance function runs on a library of custom AI workflows built in-house. You’ll use them daily and be expected to build on them.
Preferred
CPA or active CPA candidate — someone committed to a career in accounting and finance.
SaaS or technology industry experience.
Prior exposure to a modern expense, HRIS or close-management platform.
Personal attributes
Hands-on by instinct. You review the work, and you prepare it yourself when the cycle calls for it — working a reconciliation, chasing a variance or covering a teammate’s queue during close week.
Comfortable operating on a small team where the person who owns the number also understands and builds the schedule behind it.
Growth mindset. This role is deliberately scoped to expand, and we’re looking for someone who wants that.
Clear written communication. A large share of this job is explaining a variance or accounting issue to someone who does not work in finance.
Why Alvys
Ownership.
You’ll run the close and monthly financial reporting, with direct review from and partnership with the Head of Finance.
Modern stack.
A cloud-native finance stack — QuickBooks Online, Stripe and Salesforce at the core — with an AI tooling layer we build ourselves.
Proximity to decisions.
You’ll work directly with leadership and have real influence on how the accounting function is built as the company scales.
Growth.
This role is designed to expand in scope, with a path toward Controller as the business and finance organization mature.
Collaborative culture.
Mission-driven people building the future of logistics technology, grounded in trust and transparency.
Alvys — Join our Team
If this sounds like your next challenge, we’d like to hear from you.
Equal Employment Opportunity
Alvys is an equal opportunity employer and as such, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
We are dedicated to growing a diverse team of highly talented people. We’re dedicated to building a workplace where we give each other the strategies, support, and space we each need to thrive—believing in and bringing out the best of everyone.

Tableau Developer, People Analytics (6-Month Contract)
Remote (Preference for CST)
About the Team
At PlayStation, we're not just building the Best Place to Play — we're also building the Best Place to Work.
The People Analytics team within Sony Interactive Entertainment's (SIE) People & Places organization partners with leaders across the business to transform people data into meaningful insights and smarter decisions. We're a small but mighty team passionate about making data more accessible, actionable, and engaging for the people who use it.
We're currently on a mission to level up our entire portfolio of People Analytics dashboards — reimagining how we visualize workforce and workplace data, expanding access to insights, and empowering more leaders to make informed decisions through intuitive, self-service analytics.
We're looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join us on a
6-month contract
and help bring this vision to life.
About the Role
As a Tableau Developer on the People Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in modernizing our dashboard portfolio, combining exceptional data visualization skills with the technical expertise needed to make people data more accessible without compromising security.
You'll focus on two key priorities:
Dashboard Modernization:
Transform existing Tableau dashboards into visually compelling, intuitive, and high-impact analytical products. Improve aesthetics, functionality, usability, and content to help our stakeholders find the insights they need and understand what actions to take.
Expanded Access & Row-Level Security:
Design and implement scalable row-level security solutions within Tableau, enabling us to safely expand dashboard access to new audiences while ensuring users see only the employee data they're authorized to access.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building exceptional data products, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in creating solutions that people genuinely want to use.
What You'll Be Doing
Dashboard Design & Development
Lead the redesign, development, and enhancement of existing Tableau dashboards, incorporating modern data visualization best practices, intuitive navigation, and engaging user experiences.
Partner with People Analytics team members and stakeholders to understand business questions, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into effective dashboard solutions.
Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and maintainability, ensuring solutions are scalable and deliver a seamless user experience.
Incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements, balancing visual appeal, analytical accuracy, and practical business needs.
Build dashboards that empower stakeholders to independently explore data, answer business questions, and make informed decisions.
Row-Level Security & Data Access
Design, implement, test, and maintain robust row-level security (RLS) solutions within Tableau to support expanded access to sensitive employee data.
Develop scalable security models that dynamically restrict data visibility based on user identity, organizational hierarchy, role, or other defined access permissions.
Collaborate with People Analytics and relevant technology/security partners to ensure security implementations align with organizational data governance and privacy requirements.
Validate security configurations through comprehensive testing, including different user roles, access scenarios, and organizational changes.
Document security architecture, configuration, and maintenance procedures to enable reliable ongoing administration by the People Analytics team.
Data Integration & Technical Excellence
Develop and optimize Tableau data sources, connections, and underlying data models, primarily leveraging Snowflake.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for dashboard development.
Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues across dashboards and underlying data sources.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize dashboard development and maintenance processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure knowledge transfer, thorough documentation, and sustainable solutions beyond the contract period.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Significant hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining complex Tableau dashboards in a professional environment.
Advanced Tableau expertise
, including dashboard design, calculated fields, parameters, filters, actions, data modeling, performance optimization, and visualization best practices.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining row-level security in Tableau
, including user-based access controls, entitlement/security mapping, and dynamic data filtering.
Strong understanding of Tableau's security architecture and how permissions, data sources, and row-level security interact.
Proficiency working with relational databases and querying data using SQL or comparable technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges independently.
Experience translating business requirements into intuitive, high-quality analytical products.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with sensitive or confidential information.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage priorities, deliver high-quality work within defined timelines, and document solutions for long-term sustainability.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience with Snowflake
, including querying, data modeling, and optimizing Tableau connections to Snowflake datasets.
Experience with
Alteryx
or similar ETL/data preparation tools for automating data transformation and integration workflows.
Experience working with HRIS or People Analytics data, particularly employee records, organizational hierarchies, and workforce metrics.
Familiarity with enterprise Tableau environments, including Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration, permissions, and governance.
Experience implementing dynamic row-level security based on organizational hierarchies or complex business rules.
Experience modernizing existing dashboard portfolios, including establishing reusable design patterns and development standards.
Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise HR systems.
Who You Are
Design-minded:
You believe a great dashboard should be as intuitive and engaging as it is analytically rigorous.
Technically curious:
You enjoy untangling complex data and security challenges and finding elegant, scalable solutions.
Impact-driven:
You care about more than delivering a dashboard — you want to know whether people use it and whether it helps them make better decisions.
Collaborative:
You're an approachable partner who welcomes feedback, shares knowledge, and helps others succeed.
Detail-oriented:
You understand that accuracy, privacy, and security are non-negotiable when working with people data.
Pragmatic and adaptable:
You balance innovation with practical execution, recognizing that delivering sustainable improvements matters more than chasing perfection.
The Impact You'll Make
By the end of this 6-month engagement, you'll have helped transform how leaders across PlayStation access and interact with workforce insights.
Your work will contribute to a modernized, more intuitive dashboard portfolio, a scalable foundation for secure access to people data, and a more self-sufficient People Analytics team equipped to maintain and expand these capabilities into the future.
Most importantly, you'll help us turn people data into better decisions — and better experiences for the people who make PlayStation extraordinary.

Look past the surface of a request to find the real problem, then recommend and build solutions that are durable, scalable and easy to support. Partner with People Technology Analysts on configuration, testing and releases, and with Information Security, IT and AI Engineering on security and standards.
Raise the bar for how automations are architected, documented and maintained, learning from and contributing alongside our Lead People Systems Engineer.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience building automations or integrations, ideally with human resources or business systems.
Experience writing and maintaining code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript, and a willingness to learn Ruby if you haven’t already.
Hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable integration platform as a service (iPaaS) in a production environment.
Experience working with APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP, and an understanding of how data moves between systems.
Proficiency with Git for version control and code review; you treat automation code like production software.
A forward-thinking, AI-forward mindset: you use AI tools every day to automate tasks, speed up development and improve processes, and you’re energized by what AI makes possible next.
The ability to work independently, solve problems with curiosity, come with options and a recommendation, and collaborate openly. You protect highly confidential information and take ownership of code quality, reliable outcomes and the end user’s experience.
Additional relevant experience includes Workday integrations (WWS, Reporting as a Service or Workday Studio), Slack apps or bots, CI/CD pipelines, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services, Docker or Kubernetes, building with LLMs, AI agents or MCP frameworks, SOX ITGC controls, Greenhouse, Serval, Google Workspace, or all-remote and asynchronous work. An overview of this role
At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and this role will be at the center of it. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, you’ll work alongside senior team members and partner closely with People Operations, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to keep our People systems running at the speed of a fast-moving, innovative tech company. No two days will look the same. One day you’re running recurring processes and answering questions from teams across the organization, the next you’re preparing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit evidence, building reports, writing test cases or delivering quarterly and annual changes and system upgrades. Using cycle-time analysis, best-practice research and AI tools, you’ll find better ways to operate and create streamlined, delightful experiences for the people using our systems, while growing your career in an all-remote, async-first environment.
What You’ll Do
Keep pace with the daily rhythm of a high-growth company by owning recurring processes, monitoring system health, resolving issues quickly and serving as a go-to resource for teams across the organization, especially People Operations, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
Protect data integrity by administering system security, assigning and maintaining security roles, and running regular system and security audits.
Configure, test and deploy day-to-day enhancements as well as quarterly and annual changes, including annual People programs, so every update lands cleanly and on schedule. Support upgrades and releases by reviewing new features, running regression tests and helping stakeholders get ready for what’s changing.
Write and run test cases, and keep clear documentation of configurations, business processes, and reporting and integration schedules. Load mass datasets and distribute policies and documents with confidence and thorough testing.
Prepare and maintain SOX information technology general controls (ITGC) audit evidence and internal controls documentation, following access, security and change-management standards with care.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make decisions. Use cycle times and process data to find friction, then recommend and make configuration changes and measure their impact.
Help team members get the most out of their tools through training and enablement. Research best practices and new capabilities, and use AI every day to automate manual tasks, speed up analysis and share what you learn.
Support senior team members on cross-team projects and implementations, owning your workstreams and delivering quality results on time.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on HR technology experience, including exposure to Workday configuration, testing or system support.
Exposure to public company operating procedures, such as SOX ITGC controls, audit evidence and change management.
A curious, puzzle-loving approach to problem-solving, backed by experience investigating issues, analyzing process data and finding the “why” behind a problem.
An AI-forward mindset, with experience using AI tools in your daily work to automate tasks, speed up analysis and improve processes.
Experience validating system changes and documenting findings clearly, along with close attention to detail and sound discretion with highly confidential information.
Independence and an ownership mindset: you take accountability for outcomes, move work forward with confidence and follow through on commitments.
A collaborative, customer-focused approach. You partner openly, design with the end user’s experience in mind, and bring polished options and a recommendation when you raise a problem.
A love for turning complex processes into simple, delightful experiences that let people focus on their best work.
Helpful but not required: experience with Serval, Greenhouse, Slack or Google Workspace; building reports and dashboards; supporting implementations, upgrades or releases, including regression testing; or working in a fast-paced, all-remote or async-first tech environment.

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in Mexico, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
5+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

Arcadia is the most trusted healthcare platform powering outcomes. We transform complex healthcare data into trusted intelligence, helping providers, payers, and life sciences organizations act with clarity, make confident decisions, and achieve measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Built on a comprehensive data foundation spanning tens of millions of patient lives, Arcadia combines advanced analytics and responsible AI to surface meaningful insights, coordinate action, and improve performance at scale. Our approach to AI and automation is governed and transparent — designed to strengthen human expertise, not replace judgment or obscure responsibility.
Hundreds of organizations rely on Arcadia to improve cost, quality, and outcomes. Backed by Nordic Capital, we continue to invest in our platform, AI capabilities, and people as we pursue our purpose: helping healthcare deliver better outcomes for every person, every community, and every generation.
What You'll Be Doing
Medicaid policy analysis
Interpret state and federal Medicaid program rules, eligibility and aid-code structures, benefit and coverage design, and program guidance — translating them into precise, testable analytic logic (cohort definitions, code sets, exclusions, stratification criteria) and documenting the interpretation so decisions are auditable
Advise senior customer leadership on what the data can and cannot support — whether a proposed definition is measurable, what the volumes look like, what a threshold does to caseload, cost, or provider capacity — and anticipate how policy changes (fee-for-service transitions, waivers, provider network rules) affect the data and the questions ahead
Technical analytical delivery
Turn ambiguous policy and operational questions into member and provider data marts, cohort and stratification logic, and registry extracts — in SQL (and Python where needed) on Foundry and Redshift/Athena
Deliver them in the format the customer needs — dashboards, recurring reports, Excel, and leadership decks
Root-cause data-quality issues — reconcile counts across sources, trace bad fields to the source, and agree definitions for undocumented fields and codes with the customer's data staff
Customer presence and engagement
Serve as the senior analytic voice for state program leadership, policy and data staff, prime contractors, and vendor partners — participating in recurring working sessions and translating between policy, operational, and technical audiences
Set priorities, scope, and timelines with Customer Management, and hold real authority to push back on what is and isn't feasible or worth building
Create client-facing materials — leadership summaries, detailed methodology decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to audiences from highly technical data counterparts to policy and executive stakeholders
What You'll Need To Have
Working knowledge of how health programs and managed care plans work, and the ability to turn policy documents and program rules into analytic logic. Direct Medicaid or managed care plan experience is a plus
Clinical code and claims fluency — ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and revenue codes to build clinical cohorts; claims, eligibility, and provider/NPI data (NPPES, enrollment files); and judgment about claims timing and completeness
Hands-on, demonstrable fluency with AI coding and analysis tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as the core of how you work. Picking these tools up quickly and using them heavily is central to how you will onboard and how much you can deliver in this role. Be ready to show us what you have built with AI assistance, how fast you turn work around, and how you review and validate it
Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance on large claims and eligibility tables) and data modeling, to a real engineering standard
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a BI tool (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and Excel, plus executive-ready decks
Direct customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders — comfortable scoping ambiguous requests, navigating competing priorities, and exercising sound analytical judgment about what to build and what the data can support, on short timelines and without close oversight
A track record of leading an analytic program end to end for senior customer or executive audiences — setting your own priorities, and operating without a project manager or close direction
Sound judgment with sensitive data and PHI
What “Principal” means here
This is the most senior analytic role on the Customer Insights team. It is expected that you can:
Set your own priorities and make the call with incomplete information
Act as the senior analytic voice with agency and partner leadership
Raise the bar for the analysts around you — through standards, review, and example
Don't need a project manager or close direction
We are hiring for the combination of policy fluency, customer presence, and technical skill — we understand candidates may be strongest in one or two of these areas and will build the rest quickly, and speed of ramp matters more to us than any one credential. Tell us where you are strongest and how you have ramped before.
Would Love For You To Have
Direct experience with a state Medicaid agency, a Medicaid-serving prime contractor or consultancy, or a Medicaid managed care plan — California Medi-Cal experience is a real plus
Familiarity with population health concepts: risk stratification, registries, care management, network adequacy, and access and equity analysis
Experience with Python and dbt; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its analytics tools (e.g., Athena, Redshift, QuickSight); comfort with orchestration tooling, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub-based workflows
Experience mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several facets of the role — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive Compensation, Amazing Benefits including Unlimited FTO
The opportunity to:
Be the senior analytic and policy voice on a high-visibility state Medicaid program serving millions of members, at a pivotal moment for the program
Build the practice — the methodology standards, playbooks, and data assets a growing team will inherit — on problems where analytic choices directly shape which members get reached and how care is delivered and funded
Protect Yourself
If you have concerns about the authenticity of a job offer or recruitment-related communication claiming to be from Arcadia, verify it by calling us directly at (781) 202-3600 and selecting option 3. You can find more information at Arcadia Careers.
In this role, you are responsible for following all security policies and procedures to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship, as well as Arcadia intellectual property. For security-specific roles, the hiring manager defines any additional responsibilities.
Arcadia does not discriminate based on race, color, sex (including pregnancy and related conditions, sexual orientation, or transgender status), national origin, religion, age (40 and older), equal pay, disability or genetic information (including family medical history or genetic tests or services), and retaliation for filing a charge, reasonably opposing discrimination, or participating in a discrimination lawsuit, investigation, or proceeding.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Program Overview
Many of the questions that will shape our future have no single checkable answer. Reasoning well about them, whether in law, policy, philosophy, economics, cognitive science, or AI safety itself, takes the kind of judgment experts spend years building. We believe frontier AI, developed safely, can become a real partner on these questions, but getting there means working closely with the people who know these fields best.
This fellowship brings researchers and experts from
philosophy, cognitive science, economics, policy, and law
into Anthropic for four months to work alongside our research teams. Fellows pair deep domain expertise with our frontier models and internal tooling to evaluate, improve, and apply Claude's capabilities in their field.
What to Expect:
A concrete, scoped project matched to your background, with mentorship from Anthropic researchers.
Access to frontier Claude models and internal evaluation tooling.
A cohort of incoming Fellows to collaborate with and a connection to Anthropic's broader research community.
Compensation:
$100,000–$167,000 USD for the four-month fellowship (equivalent to $300,000–$500,000 USD annualized), and other benefits.
Key responsibilities
Identifying key open problems in your field, assessing approaches to solving them, and using Claude to make progress on them.
Identifying grand societal challenges which the expertise of your field is crucial for addressing, and assessing Claude’s strengths and weaknesses in tackling them.
Designing evaluations and RL environments that test models in your field systematically, turning your expertise into working tests of how well Claude reasons in your field.
Team up with other Fellows in your field to build environments that push Claude on the hardest, most judgment-heavy problems your discipline has to offer.
Minimum qualifications
Are excited about the potential for AI to reason well about hard questions in their field where expert judgment matters.
Hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Code in your day-to-day workflow.
Hold (or are completing) a PhD in philosophy, cognitive science, economics, policy or law, or have equivalent research experience.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-agency atmosphere for a few months and delivering concrete results.

Logistics - Fellows
The program runs from
January 12th to May 8th 2027
, and is full-time for the duration; some fellowships may be considered for an extension.
Applications are open until October 28, 2026
, and we plan to make offers by November 20th. Later stages will typically include a take-home exercise and conversations with our research team and potential mentors about your research interests and possible project directions.
We ask that all Fellows attend a one-week in-person orientation in San Francisco.
The default location is in San Francisco. We will consider remote engagements within the United States and fellows working in the United Kingdom in certain circumstances.
We are
not
currently able to sponsor visas for fellows. To participate in the Fellows program in the United States, you need to have or independently obtain full-time work authorization in the United States.
This is a fixed-term contract position. Fellows are engaged through an employer of record, rather than employed directly by Anthropic.
The below are Anthropic's policies for full time roles. These do NOT apply to the Fellows Program.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
