adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The adjoe Demand Partnerships team connects advertisers with engaged users from our exclusive global supply. These are hundreds of millions of people who already live in finance, shopping, food and mobility apps every day. You’ll be the senior person driving our apps business. It’s a new category, and you’ll shape how the market sees it. You won’t be handed a book of accounts. You’ll open doors to the consumer apps that will define rewarded advertising beyond gaming, and turn them into long-term partners
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years selling to consumer apps. You have a track record in sales or business development, selling mobile advertising, performance marketing, retention or loyalty solutions to consumer apps. At adjoe, you’ll build and lead our consumer apps business across EMEA, from first conversation to long-term partnership.
- A true hunter. You enjoy opening new markets, selling a new idea to sceptical buyers and closing complex deals. You’ll identify, onboard and launch campaigns across verticals like utilities, dating and subscription apps.
- Fluent in app marketing KPIs. You talk CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV and incrementality confidently with senior marketers, and know how to sell a new channel to sophisticated growth, UA, CRM and loyalty teams.
- Connected across EMEA. You bring an active network of growth, UA, CRM and performance marketing decision-makers at consumer apps and brands, and a deep understanding of the mobile consumer app landscape. You’ll represent adjoe at industry conferences and turn conversations into partnerships.
- Shapes the story, not just the pipeline. Together with Marketing and Product, you’ll build the storyline, pitch materials and case studies for non-gaming advertisers, and work cross-functionally to help internal and external stakeholders hit company goals.
- Organized and self-driven. You’re methodical and consultative, with excellent written and verbal English and a “make it happen” attitude. You’re experienced with Salesforce and Google Workspace and thrive in a fast-growing company.
🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Own systems: own and maintain internal and partner-facing systems and tools (for example business manager integrations and partner portals) and ensure clean data flow.
Lead compliance and audits: ensure all processes comply with X (Twitter) program guidelines, contractual terms and regulatory frameworks; maintain documentation and lead internal audits.
Enable access to information: make sure all teams have the tools and information they need.

Leadership and team management: you coach and develop the CSM team, set clear priorities, and build a culture of accountability and client focus.
Strategic client solutions development: you translate client business objectives into tailored solutions, value propositions and ROI cases.
Account and QBR management: you prepare and lead executive-level reviews for large accounts and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Cross-functional collaboration: you work effectively with Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, Legal and Tech to remove blockers and speed up delivery.
Data-driven insights and reporting: you turn performance data (spend, margin, campaign results) into clear recommendations.
Operational excellence and process improvement: you standardize and scale processes, playbooks and tools, with strong attention to detail and compliance.
Client-centric mindset: you put client outcomes at the center of every decision, with excellent partner-facing skills.
X platform expertise: you are a subject matter expert on the X (Twitter) advertising platform
Why Join Aleph

Room to grow: lead the X CSM group, work directly with the Global Partner Director, and present in global QBRs and planning sessions.
A collaborative team culture: partner with Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, Legal and Tech in an environment built on accountability and client focus.
A multilingual regional hub: Riga offers a growing digital advertising and technology community, strong international connections and hybrid working.
An inclusive workplace: we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, genders, ages and abilities.

Senior Specialist, T2 (Target2) Payment Operations
Location: Remote in Netherlands, Spain, Cyprus or Poland
The role
We’re moving from indirect to direct participation in TARGET2 (T2), and we need someone to own the operational side end to end. You’ll design and document the Payment Operations processes, validate them in the August UAT, cut over BIC by BIC, and then run them as business-as-usual. You’ll be the operational contact for the T2 scheme, DNB and our partner banks.
What you’ll do
Own core payment processes: SCT / SCT Inst recalls, investigations (including pacs.028), SWIFT enquiries (MT199/MT999, RFIs), missing or incoming funds, and rejects, returns and refunds.
Run the T2 platform day to day: work in the T2 GUI (U2A/A2A), maintain CRDM reference data, and set up four-eyes controls and the manual-vs-automated split.
Manage the migration: move traffic from BNP Paribas to direct participation, with every payment traceable by BIC and path, and define when each BNPP-dependent step can be retired.
Cover reconciliation and liquidity: be the Payment Ops link to the reconciliation team (funding and defunding stay with Finance Ops/Treasury).
Handle incidents and contingency: build the incident process around DNB, FIS and TARGET escalation routes, own Payment Ops’ role in DNB reporting, and define the ECONS II contingency approach.
Coordinate with others: work with the Eurosystem, DNB, SWIFT/NEXI, FIS and correspondent banks, and partner with Product and Engineering to specify how the platform should behave.
What success looks like
Every direct-participation process has an owner, documented procedures, and passing UAT evidence.
The migration causes no impact on customers, and Customer Support has clear guidance.
After go-live, T2 runs as stable BAU with no remaining BNPP operational dependency.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience with T2 / TARGET Services (RTGS, TIPS), including the GUI and U2A/A2A actions
Around 2-3+ years in payment operations at a bank, EMI or PSP, ideally with SEPA schemes (SCT, SCT Inst)
Familiarity with investigations, recalls, returns and SWIFT / ISO 20022 messaging
Experience writing SOPs and controls, or the ability to pick it up quickly
Comfort working with regulators, partners and technical teams
Enough ownership to make sign-off and escalation decisions with support from the team
Fluent English
Nice to have
Experience with CRDM reference-data maintenance
Involvement in a direct-participation onboarding or sponsor-bank migration
Knowledge of DNB / TARGET-NL conditions, IPR, PSD2, or ECONS II contingency processes
