About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Our media organization is growing, and strong performance at scale requires more than talented Media Buyers.
We need leaders who can build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow teams to deliver consistently as client volume grows.
The Media Operations Manager will manage Media Buying teams while owning the systems that support their performance. You will be responsible for turning a group of capable individuals into a well-run operating unit.
You will work closely with Media Buying leadership and cross-functional teams to improve execution, capacity, quality, and team performance.
What You'll Own
Build the team operating system
You will establish clear workflows, operating rhythms, standards, and accountability mechanisms for the teams you manage.
You will determine what needs to happen consistently across accounts and build practical systems that make that possible.
Manage team performance
You will lead Team Leads, Media Buyers, and Media Analysts and hold the team accountable for performance, quality, and execution.
You will create a clear feedback loop between individual performance, team performance, and client outcomes.
Improve operational efficiency
You will identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, unnecessary manual work, and gaps in communication.
You will redesign processes and introduce tools, automation, and documentation where they create meaningful improvements.
Manage capacity and resources
You will monitor workload across teams and make recommendations around account allocation, hiring, staffing, and resource requirements.
As client volume changes, you will ensure the organization has the capacity to support it.
Develop leaders
You will coach Team Leads and high-potential Media Buyers and help build the next layer of leadership within the organization.
Who You Are
You are an experienced media leader who has moved beyond managing your own accounts.
You understand that good teams need clear expectations, reliable systems, strong managers, and accountability. You enjoy finding the reason behind recurring problems and fixing the system instead of repeatedly addressing the symptom.
You have strong paid media judgment, but your primary leverage comes from making other people and teams more effective.
You are comfortable operating with incomplete information and taking ownership of problems that do not come with predefined solutions.
Experience We Value
6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
Strong e-commerce experience
Experience managing Media Buyers, Analysts, Team Leads, or similar professionals
Experience building or improving operating processes and team workflows
Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
Experience with performance management and team development
Experience managing team capacity and resource allocation
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in an agency, growth, or high-volume client environment is valuable
Why Join Advantage HQ
This is an opportunity to help build the operating infrastructure behind a rapidly growing media organization.
You will have significant ownership over how teams work, how performance is measured, how capacity is managed, and how we scale without allowing operational complexity to slow us down.
Compensation & Location

You should apply if

If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role
Tabby is the leading shopping and financial services app in the Middle East — 25M+ users, 65,000+ merchants across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. We're now building our Kuwait team.
This is a founding role. As General Manager, you will take Tabby Kuwait from a licensed entity in progress to a fully operating, onshore, regulated business — and then scale it. You'll be the face of Tabby to the Central Bank of Kuwait and to the local banking and merchant ecosystem, with full accountability for standing up the entity, the team and the growth plan from day one.
Very few people get to build a regulated consumer finance business in a market from a standing start, with a proven regional platform behind them. This is that opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Central Bank of Kuwait relationship end to end — registration and licensing, correspondence, inspections and ongoing supervisory dialogue — as the named accountable executive
Stand up Tabby Payments K.S.C.C. as a fully operating local entity, with its own team, compliance, operations and governance
Carry full commercial ownership of the Kuwait market: merchant acquisition and retention, bank and payments partnerships, local marketing and customer growth
Own the local P&L and market-level economics, operating within group frameworks for product, credit, risk, treasury and legal — and influencing those functions to get what the market needs
Build and lead the local team, starting lean and scaling with the business — defining the hiring plan and owning the local cost base
Define and sequence the market's product roadmap with group product, bringing Tabby's wider product set into Kuwait as licensing and infrastructure allow — including longer-term financing, card, wallet and payments, and cross-border transfers
Represent Tabby externally as the senior leader in-market, with banks, merchants, partners and the regulator
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a general management or senior commercial role with full P&L accountability
A track record of launching or scaling a regulated financial services, payments or fintech business in a GCC market
Direct experience as the named accountable executive in a relationship with a financial regulator — licensing, submissions, examinations or remediation
Domain expertise in fintech, consumer lending/BNPL, payments and e-money, or retail banking and cards, including financial regulation and licensing in the GCC (Central Bank of Kuwait experience specifically valued)
A proven merchant or B2B commercial track record — building a partner base from a low base, not just managing an existing one
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a small team: a builder, not an administrator of an established machine
Strong grounding in P&L management and unit economics, regulatory submissions and compliance/AML frameworks, and commercial contracting and partnership negotiation
Professional Arabic and English, including the ability to handle Arabic regulatory correspondence
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with the Central Bank of Kuwait
Prior experience inside a high-growth start-up or fintech
Exposure to local funding or bank facility relationships
Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait

Key Responsibilities
Own the CBK relationship - correspondence, inspections, information requests and supervisory dialogue
Lead the compliance workstream of our CBK registration and licensing programme
Build the Kuwait compliance framework from scratch: policies, controls, monitoring plan and risk assessments
Act as MLRO - own the AML/CFT programme, including STR filing, CDD, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring
Maintain the BNPL consumer protection framework covering dispute resolution, fee transparency and complaint handling
Track regulatory change, assess business impact and drive implementation with the relevant owners
Prepare compliance reporting for CBK and papers for the audit and risk committees
Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits, proactively identifying potential areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Provide strategic guidance and support to various departments within the organization on compliance-related matters, including regulatory changes and updates, ensuring that all business activities are conducted in a compliant manner.
Design and roll out efficient and effective compliance processes, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to streamline compliance workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to integrate compliance considerations into all aspects of business operations, including product development, marketing, and customer service.

BNPL businesses don't run on a single core system — they run on a chain of vendors: KYC providers doing identity
checks in milliseconds, bureau data feeding underwriting decisions, processors moving money at checkout, and
collections agencies chasing missed payments on our behalf. When any link in that chain fails, it isn't an internal
inconvenience — it's a customer who can't check out, a credit decision made on bad data, or a regulator asking why
a critical service went down with no warning.
As Vendor Risk Manager, you will own our third-party risk program end to end, from the first due diligence
questionnaire to the day a vendor is offboarded. You will be the person who can tell leadership, in plain terms,
which vendors carry the most risk and why, and you will make sure vendor failures never become customer failures.
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Onboarding
Run due diligence on new vendors before contracts are signed, including financial health checks, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 review, breach history, and subprocessor mapping.
Issue a clear risk rating for every prospective vendor, with conditions attached rather than a simple pass or
fail, covering KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, credit bureau, payment processing, card issuing,
banking, and collections partners.
Sit inside the contracting process with Legal and Procurement to secure the terms that matter: audit rights,
breach notification windows, data localization commitments, exit assistance clauses, and SLAs tied to real penalties.
Risk Assessment & Ongoing Monitoring
Own vendor risk assessments across our active third-party portfolio, prioritizing critical and high-risk vendors for annual deep-dive reviews.
Build and run tiered monitoring cadences — quarterly for critical vendors such as KYC, payment processing, and banking partners, annual for the rest — tracking control drift, subprocessor changes, and
adverse media.
Maintain the concentration risk and critical-vendor register, and be ready to explain single points of failure, such as one bureau covering the majority of underwriting volume, and what the contingency plan actually
is.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work with Product before new vendor integrations go live — you're in the room when a new checkout partner or fraud model vendor is being evaluated, not brought in after the contract is signed.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting for the Risk Committee and Board, translating control gaps and incident
trends into decisions leadership can act on.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process for exited vendors, confirming data deletion, access revocation, and transition continuity for anything customer-facing.
Ensure regulatory and contractual exit obligations are met and documented, particularly for vendors
classified as critical or important.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–4 years in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk, ideally at a payments company, lender, bank, or fintech where vendor failure has direct customer or regulatory consequences.
Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and standardized assessment tools like SIG or
CAIQ — you know how to read a SOC 2 report and spot what's missing, not just file it away.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape vendors sit inside: consumer credit rules, data privacy obligations
(GDPR/CCPA depending on footprint), PCI-DSS for anything touching card data, and
outsourcing/operational resilience expectations for critical third parties.
Comfort negotiating directly with vendors — you've pushed back on a processor's standard MSA, gotten a
fraud vendor to commit to a real SLA, and know when “our legal team will follow up” means the deal
needs to walk.
Ability to translate risk findings for people who don't think in risk terms, including explaining to a
commercial lead why a cheaper KYC vendor isn't worth the onboarding delay it will cause six months later.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vendor performance and control data to support
operational decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of
the organization.
Full professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
Direct BNPL or consumer credit experience — you've worked with bureau data, alternative credit scoring
vendors, or collections agencies specifically.
Hands-on experience with a GRC platform such as OneTrust, ProcessUnity, or Archer for assessment
workflows and vendor inventory.
CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM certification.

⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Are fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Are analytical and think strategically : selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market
- Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level.
- Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.
- Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential.
- Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life.
- Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective.
- Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another
- Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high-end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry.
Level considered for this position is between A0 and A2.
We're looking for someone to start in January 2027, ideally for a 6-month internship.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Indonesian speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.
- Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
- Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny.
- Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team.
- Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns.
- Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker).
- Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong.
- Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models.
Bonus:
- Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale.
- Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools.
- Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw.

About seQura
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.
We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear, Repairs and Travel.
We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR.
Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.1/5.
About the role
🤓
We're looking for a
Senior Platform Engineer
to join our Platform team and help us build the platform that lets every engineer at seQura ship safely, quickly, and on their own.
seQura is expanding into new international markets, and the platform has to grow with it without growing its cost at the same pace. At the same time, AI is changing how infrastructure is built and run. We already put AI agents to work on our everyday platform work, from reviewing infrastructure changes and explaining plans to helping engineers resolve incidents on their own. Our goal is to go much further: independent agents working across the whole scope of the platform, with engineers who decide what matters and own the outcome.
You'll work in a cloud-native AWS environment, in a regulated fintech, where security, compliance, and reliability are part of the product we offer to the rest of engineering.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
About the Platform team
🧩
Team Mission
To empower engineers with secure, efficient, and compliant infrastructure, while continuously improving through automation and collaboration.
What we own
Our multi-account
AWS
foundation and the
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters where seQura's products run
Infrastructure as Code
with Terragrunt, delivered through pull requests and Atlantis
Deployment and GitOps tooling: Helm charts, shared deploy configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
The
observability
stack used across engineering: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Security and compliance foundations: secrets management, access control, PCI DSS, and the controls required to operate regulated entities across multiple countries under regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and those still to come.
Internal developer tooling, including the AI agents and Claude Code plugins that engineers use to work with our platform on their own
How we work
We're enablers: internal teams are our customers, and we measure success by how much they can do without us
We're autonomous end-to-end: we code, deploy, observe, improve, and document what we build
Everything as code, everything through a pull request, everything reviewed, and every important decision written down in an ADR
Strong opinions, held weakly; collaborators over rock stars; blameless by default
We plan by quarter and choose initiatives by their impact on users and on the business
We work closely with every product engineering team, with Security, with the Data Platform team, and with Compliance.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
International expansion
: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires
AI-native platform
: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response
Keeping up with open source in the AI era
: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever
Scale without raising our baseline cost
: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1:
Learn the terrain 🧭
You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us.
By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what.
Month 2:
Own your first mission 🎯
We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context.
By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next.
Month 3:
Shape what comes next 🚀
With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
By the end of the month: part of next quarter's roadmap has your name on it.
What we are looking for🤝
Must have:
You've
designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production, and you've lived through what happens when they fail
: incidents, post-mortems, and the changes that made sure it didn't happen again
Proven experience
scaling infrastructure at a global scale
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
,
Kubernetes
, and
Terraform
in production
A
product mindset
: you put users and the business at the center of your decisions, and you can explain why one initiative matters more than another
Hands-on experience working with AI agents in your daily engineering work
Agency: you don't wait for a ticket. You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar)
Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows
Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams
Experience being part of an on-call rotation
