Location: Santa Clara, CA
Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.

In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.

Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
As the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for the Americas at Cohere, you will own the US and Canada commercial Solutions Architecture function. You will lead the team that turns enterprise interest in agentic AI into deployed, production systems, and you will be accountable for the technical win in the most competitive AI market in the world. The United States and Canada are our largest commercial opportunity, and this seat owns how we win them.
You will take an established, distributed team of strong technical people and raise what it can do — setting the bar and establishing the operating rhythm that lets a team of generalists run consistent, industry-fluent plays at enterprise scale. You will set direction for the function, sit on the Solution Architecture leadership team alongside the regional leaders for EMEA and Asia Pacific, and contribute to company-wide decisions with your peers across Sales, Product and Engineering.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead and Scale the Organization: Build, coach and develop a high-performing Solutions Architecture organization across the US and Canada, and grow the senior technical talent within it.
- Own the Technical Win: Be personally accountable for the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic pursuits, and be in the room for the ones that decide the year.
- Own the US Market: Lead how Cohere positions, proves and sells into US enterprises — our largest commercial opportunity, and the market this seat is measured on.
- Extend Our Reach: Grow the share of the region’s pipeline the team is technically leading, and make sure we are engaged early on the opportunities that matter most.
- Own the Number with Sales: Partner with regional Sales leadership as a co-owner of the region’s number, not as a support function to it.
- Set Direction for the Function: Define the vision, strategy and operating model for Americas Solutions Architecture, and hold your leaders accountable for delivery and execution against it.
- Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates.
- Architect Enterprise AI Solutions: Guide customers in designing secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, VPC and on-premises environments.
- Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback and market needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Attract Talent to Cohere: Bring senior technical field talent with you and continue to attract it. Building the bench is part of the job, not a consequence of it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop the Americas commercial Solutions Architecture team through coaching, hiring, performance management and career development.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities across financial services, healthcare, energy, technology and other key verticals.
- Own the region’s technical coverage model, and ensure the team is engaged early and consistently on the opportunities that matter most.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations and technical deep dives with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps and technical proposals that align customer objectives with Cohere’s platform.
- Guide customers through the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, governance and operational readiness.
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks and best practices that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution, and contribute to decisions that reach beyond your own function.
- Serve as the voice of the field by capturing customer feedback and competitive insights that influence product strategy.
- Own and report on the region’s operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage and team performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, and a record of developing people into senior and leadership roles.
- People Leadership: A proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, and of building or transforming an organization rather than inheriting a healthy one.
- Executive Presence: You command a room. You are credible in front of a CEO and their business leaders, the people who own the problem and the budget, and equally credible in front of a Chief Information Officer, a Chief AI Officer or a Chief Information Security Officer. You can move between the business case and the architecture without losing either audience.
- Hands-On Technical Credibility: You are technical enough to be believed by a strong engineering bench. You work with models and agents yourself, you can pressure-test your team’s architecture, and you can be the most useful person in a design conversation when it matters. This is a player-coach seat, not an overlay.
- Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales leadership, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. You have carried a number and can point to deals you personally moved.
- Consulting Mindset: Experience leading complex enterprise solution engagements, developing business cases, implementation plans and executive-ready recommendations.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security and governance.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments.
- Cross-Functional Influence: A record of contributing to decisions beyond your own function, and of working effectively with Product and Engineering leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building or turning around a regional technical field organization, and evidence of what changed as a result.
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or applied AI consulting organizations.
- Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, energy, or the public sector.
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies and helping generalist technical teams operate at a consistently high level.
- A network of senior technical field talent you can attract to Cohere.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and cross-functional collaboration are critical.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. About the role
Descript's script-based editing features are at the heart of why creators trust us for their highest-stakes content. Product launches. Client interviews. Marketing campaigns. Content that represents them to their audiences.
As Lead Product Manager of the Narrative Editing team, you'll own how users capture, edit, and perfect their stories. You'll shape the script-first editing that makes video as simple as a document, the recording and writing tools that let users create without leaving Descript, and the AI regeneration features that make edits feel seamless and natural.
This is an opportunity to shape features that professional creators depend on while working with cutting-edge AI, a product users love, and a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible.
What you’ll do
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their creative goals, and the evolving AI video landscape — and use those insights to guide the editor roadmap
Bring Descript's taste for great video into interactions and defaults, so creators naturally produce polished, professional work
Continuously expand our editing capabilities with frontier AI technology by partnering with our AI Research team, launching features like video regeneration and automatic speaker identification
Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that help users achieve their end-to-end video workflows directly in Descript
Ensure Descript scales reliably for larger teams and more complex workflows
Who you are
You’ve built deceptively powerful tools:
You have 5 or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple enough for everyone, but scale to handle sophisticated use cases. You are a systems-minded product thinker who excels at designing intuitive experiences for complex, end-to-end workflows.
You start with the customer
: Plenty of “AI products” start with the technology and they all suck. You care deeply about understanding customers, and have experience in doing customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems.
You are a fog sculptor
: There are aspects to our editor and its design that do not have real competitors yet. The product intuition and design conventions have not been decided. You are attracted to ambiguous problems, know how to ask smart questions, and translate ideas into action.
You care about craft:
Our product is not a hype machine that runs on empty promises and vaporware. We think our product will be successful because people love to use it. That means you sweat the details. But without the sweat, because you aren’t stressed out.
You are funny, creative, maybe kind of weird
: Ok, this isn’t a hard requirement but Descript is kind of a quirky place and the people who love it tend to
like
that about working here. So, just want to drop a hint early on. Also, the sense of humor is important because even though we take our work seriously it’s still just, like, video creation and editing. We aren’t flying rockets into space so let’s all have a good time.
The base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.
About Descript
Descript is building a simple, intuitive, fully-powered editing tool for video and audio — an editing tool built for the age of AI. We are a team of 150 and the backing of some of the world's greatest investors (
OpenAI
,
Andreessen Horowitz
,
Redpoint Ventures
,
Spark Capital
).
Descript is the special company that's in possession of both product market fit and the raw materials (passionate user community, great product, large market) for growth, but is still early enough that each new employee has a measurable influence on the direction of the company.
Benefits include a generous healthcare package, 401k matching program, catered lunches, and flexible vacation time.
Our headquarters
are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles. For those who are remote, we have a handful of opportunities throughout the year for in person collaboration. For our hybrid roles, we're flexible, and you're an adult—we don't expect or mandate that you're in the office every day. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person.
Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We believe in actively building a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions to better allow our employees, products, and community to thrive.

Mentoring and upskilling Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams on best practices for writing user stories, functional specifications, and traceability from regulation to implementation.

7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry.
Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
Highly skilled in writing clear User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets that an engineering team can execute against.
Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and the nuances of varying global telecom markets.
Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts.
Experience coaching and mentoring members of the team
Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
Familiarity with Lawful Interception (LI) and regional compliance reporting.

If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in your technical craft, and want to help shape how .NET developers worldwide view our tools, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
Developer tools are changing fast, and how we talk about .NET tools needs to stay grounded, credible, and clear. We need someone who can take ownership of technical product marketing across Rider, ReSharper, and dotUltimate, ensuring our messaging cuts through industry noise and focuses on genuine developer needs.
In this role, you’ll dig into products and developer workflows yourself, identify the stories worth telling, and help determine how we bring them to market. You will work closely with Product Managers, software engineers, Developer Advocates, Research, Growth, and other Marketing teams. Decisions here live close to the work – you’ll have the autonomy to generate ideas, test new campaign approaches, and shape product messaging without needing permission at every step.
Day to day, you will:
Develop clear positioning, messaging, and product stories around Rider, ReSharper, dotUltimate, and related .NET developer experiences.
Turn complex technical capabilities and developer workflows into clear content, including launch stories, product pages, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, and campaign assets.
Own product and feature marketing for key capabilities, working from product priorities and product manager input to shape developer-facing stories.
Coordinate selected release marketing workflows, including planning and producing What’s New content and ensuring release stories are accurately represented.
Build a deep understanding of .NET developers, their workflows, customer needs, market trends, and community conversations to shape priorities and campaigns.
Develop and execute developer-focused campaigns around important product bets, defining the audience, message, channels, assets, and measures of success.
Extend product stories beyond release day through follow-up content, campaigns, customer stories, and amplification.
Measure the performance of launches, content, and campaigns, share what we learn, and adjust our approach when needed.
Help tell the evolving story of professional developer tools as AI changes how software is built, including workflows involving agents and code intelligence.
Contribute hands-on by writing articles, testing features, building briefs, editing landing pages, and capturing product visuals directly on demo projects.
What you’ll bring
High technical curiosity and a deep respect for developer workflows and software craft.
Comfort taking ownership, making decisions independently, and carrying ambiguous opportunities through execution.
A habit of asking good questions and challenging assumptions constructively before building a campaign.
Clear, direct communication style with an ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and credibly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate smoothly across distributed teams.
A pragmatic approach that balances strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll need
Practical experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or a comparable role for a technical software product.
Ability to understand software development well enough to work directly with engineers and translate technical capabilities into developer benefits.
Proven track record of bringing software products, features, or releases to market within frequent release cycles.
Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, and campaign measurement.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling technical content and collaborate effectively with global teams.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
Have worked on developer tools, IDEs, APIs, SDKs, cloud or developer infrastructure, DevOps, or another product built for software developers.
Have hands-on development experience or regularly work with code and developer tooling.
Know C#, .NET, Rider, ReSharper, Visual Studio, VS Code, or related developer ecosystems.
Have marketed AI-assisted development tools or are familiar with modern coding agents and AI developer workflows.
Have created technical content such as case studies, tutorials, product videos, demos, technical articles, or developer-focused campaigns.
Have experience working directly with developer communities or technical customers, including through webinars, interviews, or customer conversations.
What success looks like
Success means crafting clear, credible product narratives that help .NET developers understand the value of our tools, earning the trust of product and engineering teams, and continuously improving how we bring releases and campaigns to market.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and marketing is one of the biggest drivers of it. We're building out our business systems team to make sure the systems behind every campaign, list, and lead can keep up. You'll work directly with Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Events, Sales Development, and Sales to own the systems that turn marketing programs into pipeline. You'll own HubSpot and how it connects to Salesforce and the rest of our GTM stack.
What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel marketing systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them, and their operational health
- Run HubSpot as a system, not just a tool: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, and the permissions and naming conventions that keep it from sprawling
- Run campaign operations end-to-end: program and campaign structure, campaign membership and status, event and webinar lead capture, and launch QA, so Marketing can ship quickly without creating data debt
- Own workflow management in HubSpot: build, document, and audit nurture, enrollment, and suppression workflows, and retire the ones that no longer earn their place
- Build and govern lists: ICP segmentation, inclusion and suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation between a Growth request and a send. Every list should be reproducible and explainable.
- Own privacy and opt-out management: subscription types, consent capture, unsubscribe and opt-out handling across HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA in a regulated fintech environment
- Design and maintain UTM tracking and attribution architecture: UTM taxonomy and governance, hidden-field capture on forms, lead source and original source logic, and how campaign touches flow into Salesforce, so the attribution reporting is something the business trusts
- Build the Salesforce automation behind marketing handoffs: record-triggered flows, validation rules, fields, and permission sets
- Use AI to automate the work where it holds up: enrichment, list QA, data quality checks, and request triage
- Prioritize incoming requests by ROI. Decide what gets built, deferred, or declined, and show the numbers behind each call.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in marketing operations, business systems, or revenue operations at a fast-paced B2B company
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows built and debugged, and list, form, and property architecture you designed rather than inherited
- Hands-on campaign operations experience: you've built campaign structures and owned the lists and sends behind real programs
- A working command of email privacy and consent: subscription management, opt-out handling across systems, and the regulations behind them
- UTM and attribution architecture you've owned in practice: taxonomy, capture, lead source logic, and the MQL-to-SQL handoff
- Salesforce Admin experience, including flows you built and debugged when they broke (certification is a plus)
- A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec: you take on ambiguous requests, make the decisions, and ship
- You dissect a problem, drive it to completion with little supervision, and can explain the tradeoffs to any audience
Nice to Have
- Enrichment and routing tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, LeanData and Chili Piper
- Sales engagement and automation platforms such as Outreach and Workato
- Deliverability and list hygiene at high sending volume
- Paid media and ad platform integrations, including conversion tracking
- Lead scoring and MQL model design
- Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI and warehouse tools
- Linear or similar project management software
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

ABOUT US
Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we’re building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale.
We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 130-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our GTM org has a lot of questions. Most of the questions we care about can’t be answered by spinning up a cute dashboard. Is branded search creating new customers or capturing demand that already existed? Did the homepage redesign improve conversion, or did our traffic mix change? If we’ve got some wild ideas for our next bet, where should the money go?
These kinds of big-picture questions require someone who can interrogate the metric, trace it through the warehouse, understand the business context, and turn it into action. This person will be our first Staff GTM Analyst. You’ll work alongside GTM leadership to make consequential decisions while still staying hands-on in the nitty gritty of all the data.
The best part: the way we answer these questions is changing. Effective SQL is just a few tokens away, dashboards can be Claude-ed in minutes, and teammates increasingly expect to find their own answers. You’ll build the semantic layers, context, and guardrails that make self-service possible, even trustworthy, then determine where an analyst’s expertise is indispensable.
YOU ARE
- An experienced analyst. You have roughly 8 years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience. Most importantly: you’re backed by the pattern recognition that comes with having seen all sorts of hairy problems. You’re at the point in your career where you can take an ambiguous business question, dive head-first into the data, turn your findings into a decision, and bring everyone else along with you.
- A bridge between the technical and the business. You can build a model in dbt, work directly in Snowflake, and translate it into something actionable. You’ll partner closely with our Lead Analytics Engineer but you need to be willing and able to dive in and self-serve.
- Fluent in the quirks of GTM data. Attribution, channel definitions, UTMs, bots and broken tracking are known quantities. You don’t need to have been a dedicated GTM Analyst, but you should certainly know your way around this part of the business.
- Pushing the boundary of what AI means for analytics. AI is writing your first-draft SQL, analysis, and reporting and you’ve shifted that energy to bringing analysis into the future: building the semantic layers, context, and guardrails that let the team self-serve trustworthy answers.
- A trusted cross-functional leader. Teammates across functions and levels listen to you. You immerse yourself in the context of their needs and bridge gaps in understanding.
- Fiercely independent and accountable. You welcome a vague ask with aplomb. You’ll scope the problem, find the dependencies, bring in the right people, and drive the work through the analysis, recommendation…all the way to a fix.
- More concerned with impact than output. A polished dashboard is useful only when it changes what we do. You prioritize the questions that can materially improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
YOU WILL
- Make our GTM data trustworthy. You’ll define metrics, model the funnel from first touch through paid conversion, and reconcile discrepancies across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and our ad platforms.
- Explain what we’re seeing. Why are trials up while paid conversion isn’t? Why are Snowflake and Amplitude disagreeing? Which channel is driving volume but producing low-quality customers? You’ll dig into the data until we understand what changed and why.
- Help decide what to do next. Are we on track to hit our goals? What would another investment in paid media produce? You’ll forecast, model the tradeoffs, and empower leadership to make the best possible decision.
- Own the outcome. Whether you uncover something small like broken campaign tracking or you’re focused on moving a major business metric, you’ll bring in the right people and shepherd the team to the data-driven outcome.
- Define the next era of Data at Close. You’ll help us move from a queue of reactive requests to a system where an agent spots changes, assembles the context, and gets the right insight to the right person at the right time.
BENEFITS
- Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus
- Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. You'll earn 2 extra days for every year you're with Close.
- 80% Work Option: Work with your manager to choose between a standard 5-day week or a 4-day week at 80% pay
- Parental Leave: Paid leave for primary and secondary caregivers
- Sabbatical: A 1-month paid sabbatical every 5 years with the team
- Healthcare (US residents): Two medical plans with Close covering the majority of your premium, plus Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and company-paid Long-Term Disability
- 401k (US residents): We match your contributions up to 6%, vested immediately

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We ask a few role-specific questions as part of our application process. These questions are designed to help us learn more about you from the start, so please answer each one thoughtfully. We see this as an opportunity to get to know you beyond your resume.
We use AI tools daily at Close and expect candidates to do the same. In evaluating your application, we aim to get a sense for you - the way you think, how you communicate, the work you've done. Applications that read as fully AI-generated will not be considered.
Regardless of fit, you can expect to hear back from our team with an update on the status of your candidacy.
If you progress to the interview process, you'll receive a full outline of the role-specific steps in your first touchpoint with us. We do our best to make the hiring process clear and human.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
ALAN IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL BRAND EVENT MANAGER TO TURN EVENTS INTO A DISTINCTIVE, SCALABLE EXPRESSION OF THE ALAN BRAND. THE ROLE COMBINES EVENT STRATEGY, BRAND EXPERIENCE, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING, AND COMMUNITY BUILDING.
You will own Alan’s yearly flagship event, building on the success of Alan 10, and help make it an even stronger moment for brand, community, customers, prospects, partners, and the wider healthcare ecosystem. Beyond the flagship event, you will build the operating system that enables commercial and local teams to run high-quality events repeatedly and consistently.
It is a senior individual-contributor role that owns the global event system and makes other teams more autonomous and effective.
You will lead the global strategy and execution of Alan’s major Brand events, while owning the execution of local Brand events in France. You will create the playbooks, standards, templates, and measurement frameworks that allow teams across markets to deliver high-quality events without reinventing the wheel each time.
You will also contribute to the Brand team’s global community-event strategy, identifying the formats and moments that can make Alan more visible, credible, and memorable to the communities we want to influence.
You’ll equip local teams with the right local approach and assets, and support them as they adapt and run events in their markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own Alan’s yearly flagship event
- Participate in the definition of the event’s purpose, audience, positioning, narrative, and success criteria.
- Build the event roadmap, budget, and production plan.
- Manage agencies, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate content, creative, production, guest management, press, influencers, Sales, and local market teams.
- Design a high-quality guest experience before, during, and after the event.
- Connect invitations, registration, CRM tracking, attendance, and follow-up.
- Run rehearsals, speaker preparation, run-of-show management, and on-site execution.
2. Build Alan’s recurring event playbook
- Define the main event formats and their intended purposes, such as owned events, executive dinners, round tables, speaking opportunities, trade shows, and partner events.
- Create practical templates for briefs, timelines, budgets, approvals, execution, production, and follow-up.
- Help define the role of commercial teams before, during, and after the event.
- Create reusable content, event assets, checklists, and quality standards.
3. Support local teams on local events
- Help local teams choose the right format and define the desired outcome.
- Review briefs and plans, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar.
- Identify successful local formats that could be scaled globally.
4. Help shape and execute Alan’s community-event strategy
- Contribute with the Brand team to the Community building strategy
- Design recurring event franchises and formats.
- Build partnerships with relevant organizations, experts, customers, and opinion leaders.
- Run test-and-learn initiatives that can start locally and scale globally.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years of experience delivering events end to end, ideally in a Brand, B2B marketing or agency environment.
- A track record of creating original event concepts and formats, not only executing a brief.
- Strong editorial judgement: the right angle, speakers and content to make an event memorable.
- Brand creativity: a clear point of view on how an event expresses a brand.
- Experience running complex events with multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and speakers (including profiles with special logistics and security needs).
- Strong production skills: planning, budgeting, vendor and risk management, rehearsals and on-site delivery.
- Experience building repeatable processes, playbooks or templates.
- A strong understanding of how events drive brand, community and commercial outcomes, and comfort with CRM, registration, lead capture and follow-up.
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, PR, Creative and local market teams.
- Fluent in French
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, and willing to travel across international markets.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
