RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place.
RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build.
This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale.
You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing.
RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar.
- You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure.
- You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions.
- You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque.
- Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities.
- Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition.
- Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test.
- Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages.
- Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why.
- Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet.
- Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction.
- Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment.
- Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value.
- Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area.
- Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them.
- Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone.
- Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them.
- Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area.
- Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users.
- Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)

About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

Mandatory:

and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.

About the role:
Higgsfield AI is seeking a Legal Systems Engineer to build, customize, and connect the systems behind our contracting, procurement, and revenue operations.
This role will sit within the Legal team while supporting systems and workflows that span the broader organization. You will work across Ironclad, Ramp, HubSpot, and other business-critical tools, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

- Maintain system documentation and establish scalable processes for ongoing administration and support.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage vendor escalations, and train users across teams.
Build Integrations and Automation
- Build and maintain integrations between Ironclad and HubSpot, Ramp, Hex and other business systems.
- Use the Ironclad API and other integration tools when native connectors do not meet business requirements.
- Build reliable integrations with appropriate monitoring, error handling, retries, and operational visibility.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows across Legal and other business functions.
Build Reporting and Operational Visibility
- Develop contract and SLA dashboards covering turnaround times, backlog, contract value, renewals, and expirations.
- Improve data quality and consistency across connected business systems.
- Build reporting that gives Legal and business teams clear visibility into workflow performance and operational priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure systems data can support day-to-day decision-making.
Own Release and Change Management
- Run a disciplined release process across business systems, including testing, owner sign-off, scheduled releases, and release notes.
- Coordinate system changes across stakeholders to minimize disruption and maintain reliability.
- Establish repeatable standards for testing, deployment, and documentation as systems become more complex.
Build Secure AI Connections
- Build secure AI connections to Ironclad and other business systems.
- Partner with Legal and technical stakeholders to identify practical ways to use AI and automation across business workflows.
- Ensure AI-enabled integrations appropriately account for access controls, confidentiality, and system permissions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Systems or a similar technical operations role.
- 5+ years of experience building in Ironclad
- Proficiency with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Demonstrated experience building reliable integrations with monitoring, error handling, and retry logic.
- Familiarity with contracts and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Legal, Finance, Sales, and technical teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.
