Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Safeguards organization builds the policies, evaluations, and enforcement systems that keep our models from contributing to catastrophic harm. We are hiring a manager to lead the research engineering team responsible for biological safety: the evaluations, datasets, and classifiers that govern how our models handle biological knowledge.
You will lead a team of research scientists and engineers who design and run capability evaluations against frontier models, curate training data for our safety classifiers, train and iterate on those classifiers alongside our ML engineers, and measure how they hold up against adversarial pressure in production traffic. You will set the technical direction for that work, decide where the team invests, and own the results.
This is a hands-on management role. Most of your time goes to growing and directing the team, but you will keep enough technical depth to review an eval design, interrogate a classifier's failure modes, and represent the work credibly to Research, Product, and Policy partners.
The core tension your team owns is precision: safeguards need to be robust against sophisticated actors while staying out of the way of the far larger population of legitimate researchers using Claude to accelerate life sciences work. Getting that tradeoff right is an empirical problem, and your team is the one measuring it.
Key responsibilities
Manage, coach, and grow a team of research scientists and engineers working on biological safety evaluations and classifiers, including hiring, onboarding, performance, and career development
Set the technical direction and roadmap for the biological safety research agenda, and make the calls about what the team builds, what it deprioritizes, and when a safeguard is ready to ship
Own the quality of capability evaluations that assess what new models can do in the biological domain, and turn results into deployment recommendations that leadership can act on
Guide the development of training and evaluation datasets for our safety classifiers, working with internal and external threat modeling experts to ground them in realistic risk
Oversee the training and iteration of safety classifiers alongside ML engineers, optimizing jointly for adversarial robustness and low false-positive rates
Ensure the team invests in the tooling and pipelines that make evaluation and classifier development fast and repeatable
Establish how the team measures classifier and eval performance against production traffic, identifies gaps, and prioritizes improvements
Direct red-teaming and stress-testing of safeguards as threats, models, and product surfaces evolve
Partner with Research, Product, Policy, and government affairs colleagues to embed biological safety throughout the model development lifecycle, and serve as an escalation point for biological content
Represent the team's work in external communications including model cards, blog posts, and policy documents
Track developments in biology, machine learning, and biosecurity for their potential to create new risks or enable new mitigations
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing a technical team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
A record of setting technical direction for a team and making prioritization calls under uncertainty
Proficiency in Python, with a background in scientific programming and data analysis
A solid grasp of ML fundamentals, sufficient to critically review evaluation design and classifier development
Knowledge of modern biology across both measurement and engineering: high-throughput assays and functional characterization, as well as gene synthesis, genome editing, strain construction, and protein engineering
Experience designing quantitative experiments or evaluations and drawing defensible conclusions from noisy results
Clear analytical and writing skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with dual-use research concerns and biosecurity frameworks, such as select agent regulations, the Biological Weapons Convention, or Australia Group guidelines
Comfort with ambiguity and with shifting priorities as AI capabilities change
Motivation to prevent misuse without obstructing the beneficial work that makes up the vast majority of this field
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of people management experience, ideally leading research scientists, research engineers, or ML engineers
Experience building a team or function from a small headcount, including defining scope, hiring the first few people, and establishing how the team works
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in life sciences, with deep expertise in areas such as molecular biology, drug discovery, or computational biology
Experience working with large language models, including prompting, fine-tuning, or evaluation
Experience training or deploying classifiers or other ML systems in production, and comfort reasoning about precision and recall for rare, high-consequence categories where the base rate is very low
Experience developing ML methods for biological systems or biological data
Familiarity with adversarial robustness, red-teaming, or safety evaluation of ML systems
Experience leading complex technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst focused on Conventional Weapons, your work spans detecting and mitigating attempts to misuse Anthropic's AI systems to facilitate real-world harm, specifically utilizing conventional weapons and dangerous technology. You will be responsible for building and executing operational workflows to assess model behavior, drive enforcement decisions, and develop evals across a technically demanding range of policy areas.
Important context for this role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a violent, graphic, hateful, or psychologically disturbing nature.
Key responsibilities

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and workflow automation
Background in law enforcement, national security, defense, counterterrorism, or a relevant regulatory environment
Experience assessing the technical plausibility and real-world harm potential of content, including the ability to distinguish between general educational content and genuine operational uplift, and between protected speech and genuine incitement/mobilization
Familiarity with cross-platform threat analysis and OSINT techniques

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI — and we're now building the team that will scale how we take it to market. This is a foundational hire on our GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations team, sitting at the intersection of strategic planning and field execution.
You'll work directly with the CRO, Head of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Finance, field leadership, and our Central Ops team. On any given week, you might be refining our pipeline generation model, building a territory coverage analysis, designing a new GTM motion, or partnering with a regional leader to understand what's driving a trend in their pipeline. This role requires someone who can think rigorously, build things from scratch, and operate with speed and judgment in an environment where the playbook is still being written.
This is a rare opportunity to be an early GTM strategy and operations hire at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI infrastructure — and to help define how we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
GTM Planning, Target Setting & Market Intelligence
- Contribute to the annual and quarterly GTM planning process in partnership with Finance, including headcount modeling, ramp assumptions, and revenue target-setting
- Build and maintain coverage models aligned to 2-year growth projections, incorporating territory design, account segmentation, and capacity planning
- Support quota framework development, helping translate top-down targets into field-level plans that are credible and motivating
- Develop and maintain Baseten's segmentation logic: how we carve the market by industry, company profile, consumption potential, and AI maturity
- Contribute a point of view on competitive dynamics, regional expansion priorities, and whitespace opportunities
- Partner with Central Ops on ICP and TAM database strategy to ensure segmentation is grounded in clean, enriched data
- Translate data into a clear business narrative for leadership and the field; democratize insights so the revenue org can self-serve
Pipeline Generation & Forecast
- Contribute to the design of the pipeline generation model: coverage ratios, qualified pipeline definitions, and input assumptions
- Support the PG cadence: track actuals vs. model, surface gaps early, and partner with field leadership to course-correct
- Play an active role in the weekly forecast process, helping build the business narrative that connects leading indicators to revenue outcomes
- Build and maintain the analytics layer that powers GTM decision-making, from pipeline dashboards to cohort analyses to efficiency metrics
Field Execution & Plan Refinement
- Partner with the field to identify gaps in the business and develop structured plans to address them, supporting real-time actions as well as insights to guide QBRs, pipeline reviews, etc.
- Analyze regional pipeline health, win/loss trends, and rep productivity to proactively surface insights that feed back into refining the GTM plan
- Contribute to execution optimization projects: improving the sales process, post-sale journey, and conversion at key funnel stages
- Close the loop between what's happening in the field and what needs to change in the plan
New Motions & Experimentation
- Support the design and execution of structured experiments to test new GTM approaches: new segments, new channels, new acquisition or expansion motions
- Help build the measurement framework to evaluate what's working and create a clear path to scaling what wins
- Partner with RevOps and Central Ops to operationalize successful experiments into repeatable playbooks
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 3-5 years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related function, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models strongly preferred; you understand the difference between ARR and revenue, and how to think about drawdown, expansion, and net retention
- Exposure to a company scaling through a Series B-D inflection point a plus; you have a sense of what good looks like and what breaks as you grow
- Background in consulting and/or banking / finance a plus
Skills
- Exceptional analytical chops: you can build a coverage model, a cohort analysis, and a leadership-ready forecast narrative, and you know which one the moment calls for
- Strong business judgment: you don't just surface data, you tell people what it means and what to do about it
- Structured thinker and clear communicator: you can take a complex GTM problem, break it down, and present a crisp recommendation to a senior audience
- Hands-on builder: comfortable working in AI coding tools, spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems; you don't wait for someone else to pull the data
- Collaborative operating style: you work across functions (Finance, field leadership, Central Ops, Enablement) and know how to get things done without formal authority
- AI Fluency: you actively use AI tools to drive your own productivity, in how you analyze data, structure problems, draft communications, and accelerate your work
Mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity; you can define the problem before solving it
- Bias toward action — you'd rather ship something good and iterate than wait for perfect
- Curious about the AI infrastructure market; you want to understand what we sell, who buys it, and why
WHY BASETEN
- Be a foundational member of the GTM team at one of the most important companies in the AI infrastructure space
- Work on problems that are genuinely hard and genuinely new — consumption-based GTM at AI scale doesn't have an existing playbook
- High ownership, high visibility, direct access to leadership
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We’re looking for a
Product Manager with strong mobile product experience
to own and develop product features end-to-end — from understanding the problem and shaping the solution to launch, impact analysis, and further iterations.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, QA, and analytics, with a high level of autonomy in defining how a feature should work, what

What you’ll do:

Take technical constraints of the mobile client and backend into account when shaping solutions.
Define success metrics before launch and evaluate feature performance using product data.
Use data, competitor research, and product references to support decisions.

Manage changes, risks, and dependencies throughout delivery.
Requirements:
Hands-on product management experience with mobile products.

Good understanding of mobile development and client-backend interaction.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product metrics.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

The Role
The
Enterprise Architect – OMS Platform (Composable Commerce)
acts as the architectural anchor between the client’s Business, Technology, and ISV/Product Partner teams on a composable OMS platform program. The role is accountable for translating business intent into a scalable technical landscape, owning solution direction from discovery and architecture definition through delivery governance and production stability. The architect is expected to actively shape scope and commercial outcomes, driving decisions on what should be configured out-of-the-box (OOB) versus custom-built, while minimizing customization wherever the platform’s native capability can meet the need.
Experience
: 12+ years, with demonstrated architecture/solutioning ownership (not only hands-on delivery) across at least 3–4 years.
Engagement Model
: Client-facing. Works directly with client Technology, Business, and ISV/Product Partner teams as the architectural anchor for the engagement.
Primary Product Context
: Composable OMS platforms, with preference for Burgeon OMS. Standalone OMS product experience or OMS capability embedded within an ERP suite (e.g., Oracle EBS) are both relevant.
Location
: Guangzhou, China.
Language Proficiency
: Mandarin and English (both required).
Working Hours
: Core delivery hours, plus flexible overlap with PST for client leadership meetings, governance forums, and handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own end-to-end enterprise architecture across OMS core, extension microservices, integration layers, and downstream systems.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Architect custom microservices as OMS extension points using cloud-native and event-driven patterns.
Own non-functional requirements, including scalability, resiliency, security, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with business, technology, and ISV teams to define scope, estimates, timelines, milestones, and phased delivery plans.
Provide cost inputs and trade-off analysis (build vs. configure, in-house vs. ISV-delivered).
Evaluate requirements against OMS OOB capabilities before recommending customization.
Document OOB versus custom decisions and rationale.
Define architectural standards, coding guidelines, integration patterns, and governance processes.
Establish architecture review checkpoints and maintain architecture documentation.
Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and trade-off discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
Represent architecture decisions in client governance forums.
Domain & Technical Expertise
Strong B2B OMS domain knowledge, including order lifecycle, inventory/allocation, fulfillment orchestration, and returns.
Preference for direct Burgeon OMS experience; experience with standalone OMS products and ERP-embedded OMS modules (e.g., Oracle EBS Order Management) is relevant.
Knowledge of OMS integrations with Payment Gateways, PLM, Loyalty Platforms, Recommendation Engines, WMS, and Promotion Frameworks.
Expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices, event-driven architecture, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis, Secrets Manager, and S3.
Engineering, Governance & Support
Define and enforce Agile delivery practices, architecture governance, and CI/CD standards.
Review delivery execution and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Define observability strategies using New Relic, Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk.
Guide L3 support processes and work with L1/L2 teams to resolve systemic issues.
Proactively identify recurring issue patterns and drive automation opportunities.
Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional production issues requiring architectural judgment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
12+ years of technology experience, including architecture, technical leadership, or solutioning ownership.
Prior OMS implementation experience is mandatory; Burgeon OMS experience preferred.
Experience building custom microservices as extension points to commercial OMS platforms.
Must be locally based in China.
