ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Agent Product Manager to own one of our core product lines and drive it from discovery through deployment.
This is not a generalist PM role. You'll go deep on a specific product area, working directly with engineering, design partners, and customers to understand what needs to be built, why, and how to ship it in a way that scales. You'll be the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution, synthesizing feedback from CSMs, TAMs, and customers into clear, actionable product requirements.
The best fit here is someone who obsesses over product longevity, not just individual customer happiness, and who can build rapidly, think in systems, and translate ambiguity into clear direction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product Line Strategy
- Own one or more product lines end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Define product roadmaps grounded in real deployment data and customer feedback, not feature requests
- Prioritize ruthlessly between customer-specific asks and platform-wide improvements
- Establish clear boundaries on what the product can and cannot do, and ensure sales and CS teams understand them
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Bridge the gap between sales promises and engineering reality, guide sales on which features to pitch, which customer profiles to target, and what realistic timelines look like
- Work with engineering to shift from one-off custom builds to iterative, productized solutions
- Collaborate with support to build self-service tooling that eliminates manual configuration bottlenecks
- Own the feedback loop: ensure customer insights reach engineering as structured product requirements, not ad hoc requests
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into structured, engineering-ready requirements
- Experience working directly with customers or design partners in a product capacity
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems, or a strong ability to ramp quickly
- Outcome-driven: you measure success in shipped impact, not process followed
- Low ego, high energy, resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience with enterprise deployments, multi-location operators, or platform infrastructure
- Eagerness to work in person with us in NYC full time
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Team
The Security Engineering team protects Anthropic's AI systems and maintains the trust of our users and society. We define the authentication architecture for our training infrastructure, design the cryptographic foundations that protect model weights and training data, and drive the developer security program that shapes how engineers build and ship software.
The team works across several areas that collaborate closely: identity and secrets management, developer security and supply chain, infrastructure security, and secure frameworks. You will own one or two of these areas and contribute to others, with your focus shaped by your strengths and the team's priorities. This is largely greenfield work, and you will help define the architecture.
About the role:
Scope, design, and build complex security systems end to end, maintaining them through production and driving through ambiguous technical challenges with minimal oversight
Identify systematic risks through threat modeling and risk assessment, then build the controls and infrastructure that address them
Mentor engineers across the security team and broader engineering organization, contribute to hiring, and grow security engineering culture at Anthropic
Enable other teams to build their own security solutions by providing design pattern guidance and expanding security ownership beyond the security team
Developer security and supply chain
Build and advance our developer security program by embedding security practices into the software development lifecycle and developer workflows
Harden CI/CD pipelines against supply chain attacks through isolated build environments, signed attestations, dependency verification, and automated policy enforcement
Identity and secrets management
Architect systems that protect sensitive assets including model weights, customer data, and training datasets
Build and operate credential issuance, rotation, and workload authentication across our multi-cloud environments
Infrastructure security
Implement and maintain cloud security controls including IAM, network segmentation, VPC architecture, and encryption across our multi-cloud and on-prem environments
Contribute to cluster security controls including RBAC policies, namespace isolation, workload identity, and pod security
Contribute to continuous cloud security posture management using infrastructure-as-code scanning, misconfiguration detection, and automated remediation
Secure frameworks
Build critical security foundations including cryptographic frameworks, mTLS infrastructure, secure serialization, and authorization systems, designed to prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities and empower engineering teams to work securely without becoming security experts themselves
Partner with product, research, infrastructure, and other security teams to ensure frameworks integrate smoothly with lower-layer security controls
You may be a good fit if you have:
At least 8 years of software engineering experience with deep security expertise, including leading complex security initiatives independently
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Strong programming skills in Python or at least one systems language such as Go, Rust, or C/C++

Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives and navigating complex organizational dynamics
Outstanding communication skills, translating technical concepts effectively across all levels of the organization
A track record of bringing clarity and ownership to ambiguous technical problems and driving them to resolution
Low ego and high empathy, with a history of growing the engineers around you and supporting diverse, inclusive teams
Passion for AI safety and the role security engineering plays in building trustworthy AI systems
Strong candidates may also have:
Designed or operated identity and secrets management systems for large-scale AI or cloud infrastructure
Built security frameworks or libraries adopted across an engineering organization
Led a developer security program including supply chain security, secure build infrastructure, and SDLC integrations
Built or secured CI infrastructure using Nix, Bazel, or Kubernetes-based deploy systems, with depth in toolchain issues, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow optimization
Implemented machine identity or workload authentication systems using SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS, or equivalent
Understanding of Linux systems internals including namespaces, cgroups, and seccomp, and how these underpin container and workload isolation
Contributed to the security architecture of multi-cloud environments including network segmentation, data protection, and access governance
Experience with network security controls including admission controllers, CNI-level policy, service mesh security, and east-west traffic enforcement
Experience building runtime security monitoring using eBPF or kernel security policies

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
Anthropic's Infrastructure organization is foundational to our mission of developing AI systems that are reliable, interpretable, and steerable. The systems we build determine how quickly we can train new models, how reliably we can run safety experiments, and how effectively we can scale Claude to millions of users — demonstrating that safe, reliable infrastructure and frontier capabilities can go hand in hand.
Developer Productivity owns the end-to-end experience of how engineers and researchers at Anthropic develop, build, test, and ship code at scale — from the source control and language ecosystems that underpin our monorepo, to the build and CI infrastructure that keeps thousands of daily builds running reliably across multiple cloud providers, to the developer acceleration tooling that deeply integrates Claude into engineering workflows.
Team Matching: Team matching is determined after the interview process based on interview performance, interests, and business priorities. Please note we may also consider you for different Infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities:
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area, translating team-level goals into concrete execution plans
Define infrastructure architecture, ensuring the hardest problems get solved — whether by you directly or by working through others
Design and build scalable, reliable distributed infrastructure and shared libraries that support high-volume workloads across all engineering teams
Own and evolve build environments, package management, and dependency systems to enable fast, reproducible builds
Define and implement language ecosystem standards, tooling, and frameworks that drive developer productivity across research and production workloads
You may be a good fit if you:
Have deep experience with build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and/or developer tooling in a large monorepo environment
Have strong proficiency in Python, Rust and/or Go
Are obsessed with developer productivity and reducing friction in the software development lifecycle
Have experience with container orchestration and infrastructure at scale
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy supporting internal partners to improve their development experience
Are excited about designing foundational systems and are comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges
Strong candidates may have:
15+ years (not including internships or co-ops) of experience in a Software Engineer role, building and operating large-scale developer infrastructure
3+ years (not including internships or co-ops) of experience leading large scale complex projects or teams as a tech lead
Experience with CI orchestration tools (Buildkite, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar) and merge queue management at scale
Experience building or operating remote build execution systems (Bazel Remote Execution API, BuildBarn, BuildBuddy, or similar)
Experience with Nix/NixOS/Docker and managing large image / package sets at scale
Experience building CLI tools, developer-facing services, and GitHub API and automation workflows
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. We’re looking for a driven, curious, and Strategic Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales organization at Wrike. In this role, you’ll engage with prospects and customers across high‑value accounts, build strong relationships, and uncover new opportunities to expand Wrike’s footprint. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving complex customer challenges, and love collaborating with a high‑performing team, we’d love to meet you.
As part of our Prague co‑location strategy, this role follows a 3‑day in‑office schedule. Being together accelerates learning, strengthens collaboration, and helps us build a consistent, high‑impact sales motion across the team.
Team Dynamics:
As a Strategic ISR, you’ll manage a defined set of enterprise accounts, partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and achieve shared booking targets. You’ll balance inbound engagement with proactive outbound prospecting, identifying customer pain points and positioning Wrike as the solution that helps teams work more efficiently and effectively.
This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, customer insight, and execution. You’ll be expected to understand complex customer environments, tailor your outreach, and contribute to account‑level planning. You’ll join a collaborative, co‑located team that values curiosity, resilience, and continuous improvement — and where will matters just as much as skill.
Your Impact:
Proactively do calling to all assigned existing customers and new prospective clients (hunting) and generating pipeline and incremental business on both
Deep understanding customer/prospect needs and spot opportunities to expand Wrike within existing accounts.
Research competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition methods to inform strategy and identify opportunities for cross-selling
Identify new prospects within targeted accounts by analyzing business workflows and leveraging insights from customer interactions to discover potential sales opportunities
Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute account strategy, ensuring alignment on goals and approaches to maximize revenue growth within current accounts
Actively seek out additional contacts and decision-makers in existing accounts through channels such as networking, referrals, and research, emphasizing the value of Wrike
Conduct research on prospects and their organizations to personalize outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, showcasing how our solutions address specific challenges faced by the account
Leverage outbounding and AI tools (ie: Lusha, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Regie) to create a strategic list of potential prospects to target outreach
Proactively build knowledge of the product, new feature releases, changes in market trends and competitors landscape to improve engagement
Partner with sales teams, including other ISRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing, to refine and perfect account-specific messaging, aligning with business workflows needs and solution selling
Your Qualifications:
Fluency in English
2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
Stronger business acumen: to interpret business models, workflows, and operational challenges to identify expansion paths that aren’t obvious.
Account strategy skills: understanding complex account structures, buying committees, and multi‑stakeholder dynamics — not just surface‑level prospecting.
Executive‑ready communication: comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and articulating value in a strategic, business‑outcome‑focused way.
You will stand out with:
Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
