Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Department overview:
The Senior Solutions Architect shapes the technical approach for moving employee technology support from reactive response toward predictive detection, safe self-healing, and higher value enablement. The role turns service needs into cross-platform architecture, reusable patterns, and clear implementation guidance. Working with engineering, operations, platform, security, and architecture partners, this individual makes technical tradeoffs visible and helps teams deliver solutions that can be operated and improved over time.
What you’ll be doing:
Architecture and technical direction
Lead technical discovery for complex, cross-platform employee technology opportunities and define target architectures, integration patterns, and implementation options.
Design the flow from service and endpoint signals through detection, diagnosis, approved remediation, escalation, and outcome recording.
Set reusable standards for APIs, identity, data handling, observability, testing, rollback, and operational ownership in automation solutions.
Assess build versus buy options and emerging AI capabilities against employee value, technical feasibility, security, and supportability.
Platform architecture and integration
Define how
ServiceNow, Moveworks, Jira, Slack, Nexthink,
Jamf
, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and related services exchange signals, context, actions, and outcomes where those platforms are in scope.
Create reference patterns for API integration, event handling, identity and access, data minimization, workflow orchestration, and reuse across employee technology services.
Partner with platform owners to align solution designs with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and operational standards;
identify
dependencies and ownership before delivery.
Guide designs that combine endpoint telemetry, service history, and employee context without
assuming that
a signal alone proves an
issue
or that automation always
warrants
an action.
Predictive support and AI
Design a portfolio of use cases spanning proactive detection, guided
self service
,
assisted
support, and controlled
self healing
, with criteria for choosing the
appropriate response
.
Define safeguards for AI assisted workflows, including source quality, evaluation, human review where needed, auditability, and paths for uncertain or failed outcomes.
Establish measurement approaches with service owners that separate automation execution, resolution, employee impact, and any verified change in support demand.
Evaluate
new technology
through focused proofs of concept and recommend where it should be adopted, improved, or deferred.
Technical engineering
Design or review advanced Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and API based components when architectural risk or reuse
warrants
direct involvement.
Set expectations for code quality, version control, testing, performance, resilience, and documentation across automation solutions.
Engineering leadership and partnership
Review high-impact solution designs and resolve architectural tradeoffs with platform owners, security partners, and delivery teams.
Provide reference designs, decision records, and guidance that engineering teams can use in delivery.
Prototype selected high-risk elements to validate feasibility and guide production implementation of critical integrations.
Mentor engineers and contribute technical input to the employee technology roadmap.
What we are looking for:
Required
Significant experience
designing and delivering enterprise integrations or automation across multiple teams and platforms.
Evidence of making sound architecture decisions and guiding solutions from concept through production operation.
Strong knowledge of APIs, scripting or software engineering, security controls, reliability, and operational design.
Ability to explain technical tradeoffs and work effectively with engineering, operations,
platform
, and business stakeholders.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience developing reference architectures and guiding multi-platform engineering without formal line management authority.
Ability to assess AI enabled automation for safety, quality, maintainability, and measurable service value.
Preferred
Digital workplace and service platforms such as ServiceNow, Nexthink, Moveworks,
Jamf
, Intune, Microsoft 365, Jira, or Slack.
AI
assisted
service workflows, cloud services, and enterprise architecture methods.
Benefits:
Discretionary bonus opportunity
Private Medical Insurance
Dental Scheme
25 days holiday per year
On Site Gym
Subsidised Café
Free soft drinks
On site bar
Access to cycle garage and showers

An overview of this role
As a New Business Solutions Architect, you’ll be a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects in the EMEA region, helping them understand how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle. You’ll guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy. Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect manager and partnering closely with New Business Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll own technical evaluations (including proof of value initiatives and workshops), shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. In your first year, you’ll focus on driving successful platform adoption, influencing revenue growth through solution selling, and building long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab’s differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you’ll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation (including proofs of value) to show how GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers’ technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the Directly Responsible Individual, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with New Business Account Executives and regional sales teams in EMEA to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven digital transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.
What you’ll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team
We, the Solutions Architect team, are part of GitLab’s Sales organization and serve as the technical counterpart to Account Executives, with this role focused on opportunities and reporting into a regional Solutions Architect Manager. Our mission is to help customers realize the full value of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through their digital transformation. We work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, collaborating asynchronously across regions to share best practices, create reusable technical collateral, and act as the voice of the customer. We are focused on helping customers modernize end-to-end software delivery, adopt GitLab at scale, and navigate a rapidly evolving AI and DevSecOps landscape.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Evaluation is how we decide which models, checkpoints and recipes ship. As a Research Engineer on the Eval Platform team, you will build the infrastructure every science team relies on to measure model quality, and make it reliable, reproducible and fast.
You don't need to have designed benchmarks before. You do need to care about what a score means, and about when a difference between two runs is real.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build systems that keep eval results reproducible and comparable over time, as models, benchmarks and code evolve.
- Run evaluations at scale across our GPU clusters, from model serving to scoring.
- Make eval results easy to access, explore and trust, through APIs and dashboards that researchers use every day.
- Catch broken or noisy evals before they mislead research decisions.
- Support evaluation of agentic, multi-turn and tool-using models.
- Work closely with researchers to turn new evaluation needs into robust, shared tooling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years building production-grade software, ideally large-scale ML codebases or distributed systems.
- Excellent Python and strong software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- Experience running workloads on GPU clusters (Slurm, Kubernetes, Ray or similar).
- Familiarity with LLM inference and evaluation.
- A product mindset: researchers are your users.
- Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or maintaining evaluation harnesses or benchmarks.
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM or SGLang.
- Experience with agentic or RL environments.
- Statistics for experimentation: variance estimation, significance testing.
- Open-source contributions to ML tooling.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.
