Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.

About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our IDEs are built on a massive scale: a 14 GB monorepo with more than 500 developers committing code every day and hundreds of thousands of automated tests running to keep everything stable. Delivering regular, reliable updates across this ecosystem without blocking engineering teams is a massive infrastructure challenge.
That’s where you come in. You’ll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You’ll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and make sure changes flow smoothly from local development all the way to release. That's where you come in. You'll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You'll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and work closely with engineering teams to keep changes moving smoothly from local development through to release.
Day to day, you will:
Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to keep releases reliable and repeatable.
Manage branching strategies, coordinate code freezes, and handle hotfix releases.
Diagnose pipeline failures and resolve build bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
Automate repetitive release tasks and improve YouTrack workflows for better issue tracking.
Gather requirements from development teams to turn pain points into smooth tooling improvements.
Communicate process changes to stakeholders and support teams through transitions.
Lead retrospectives after incidents to continuously refine our release process.
What you’ll bring
Curiosity and a systematic approach to solving complex infrastructure problems.
Clear communication skills to collaborate with multiple engineering teams.
A strong drive to automate manual tasks and remove friction for fellow developers.
Comfort taking ownership of release decisions and managing trade-offs under deadline constraints.
Pragmatism when prioritizing build stability, release speed, and developer experience.
What you’ll need
Proven hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Fluency in Kotlin or Java.
Practical experience working with Gradle or similar build systems.
Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
Proficiency Experience using issue tracking tools like YouTrack or Jira to manage workflows.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience with large-scale monorepo builds, the JetBrains toolchain (TeamCity, YouTrack), plugin compatibility testing, or multi-product release pipelines are pluses.
What success looks like
You earn the trust of our engineering teams by making releases predictable, smooth, invisible, and stress-free. Pipelines run efficiently, failures are diagnosed quickly, and repetitive tasks are continuously automated away. Developers across the IDE department can focus on building great features, confident that the delivery pipeline behind them is rock-solid.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a front-line manager for a team of Sales Development Representatives, responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Ramp’s SMB segment.
You will lead and evolve the SMB sales development motion by providing 1:1 coaching, onboarding, training, and mentorship; setting team strategy; and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive pipeline and business outcomes.
As a member of the Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing SDR talent, scaling effective outbound practices, and continuously refining Ramp’s SMB go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set and maintain a high-performing culture by overseeing daily SDR activity, pipeline generation, and quota performance to ensure key performance metrics are met.
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs on Ramp’s products, buyer personas, competitive landscape, prospecting strategy, and tools through hands-on methods including role-plays.
- Develop and execute career-growth and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentorship and coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, active listening, and pipeline creation.
- Coach SDRs on effective multichannel outbound prospecting, including account research, relevant messaging, call execution, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Partner with AEs and Sales and Marketing counterparts on pipeline-generation, territory, and prospecting initiatives that support SMB business objectives.
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by identifying opportunities to optimize systems, processes, enablement, and AI-supported workflows.
- Establish and maintain a library of prospecting resources, best practices, and training materials for the SMB SDR team.
- Represent the SMB Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
- A passion and excitement for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (ie. Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms
- High proficiency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.), with the ability to incorporate tooling into prospecting, coaching, team workflows, and process improvement to drive greater SDR productivity
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, demonstrated through excellent communication and presentation skills

Today, we're a team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used by travelers every day. We've grown quickly, but we've worked hard to keep what matters: trust, ownership, and the freedom for people to do great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.

As an MVNO Networks Manager at Airalo you will be responsible for establishing and managing the host operator partnerships that allow Airalo to operate its own networks locally. You will own each new market from the first conversation with a host mobile network operator through commercial negotiation, regulatory approval and technical integration to commercial launch, and you will remain its commercial owner once it is live.
You are someone who owns a market from its business case through to its commercial performance in operation. You are equally at ease negotiating terms with an operator's executive team, scoping the integration with their technical team, and running a service management review once the market is operational.
You will work in close coordination with our legal, finance, product, engineering and core network teams, as the local networks you establish need to interoperate with Airalo's existing platform and services.

- Train and enable team members and system users on existing and new processes and functionality
- Build and maintain SOPs and job aids that make recurring HRIS processes accurate, scalable, and easy for others to support
- Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday, partnering with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support
- Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
- Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data with sound judgment, accuracy, and appropriate controls
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues with minimal oversight

Across our global offices, we are united by three core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These values shape how we work and help us create a collaborative, rewarding and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Team
The Compliance function is responsible for promoting a strong compliance culture and supporting the safe, sustainable growth of OKX. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on regulatory obligations, conduct expectations and enterprise risks.
OKX Europe Markets Limited operates within a significant EU regulatory perimeter as a MiFID II investment firm authorised under the Investment Services Act (Cap. 370), providing dealing on own account and execution of orders on behalf of clients on a matched-principal basis, together with trustee, custodian and nominee services, across the EEA on a cross-border services passport. Our product range includes crypto-asset perpetuals and expiry futures, single stock and ETF-linked futures, commodity futures and crypto-asset options, and is expanding into money market fund and structured product offerings.
About the Opportunity
As the Senior Compliance Analyst for OKX Europe Markets Limited, you will deliver the day-to-day operational compliance work of a fast-growing MiFID II investment firm: financial promotions review, complaints administration, regulatory and trade reporting support, monitoring testing and the firm's regulatory registers.
This is a high-volume, execution-focused role. The function reviews in the order of seventeen pieces of marketing and promotional material each week and handles around five new complaints each week, both scaling with a client base that is growing towards 100,000 users, alongside recurring regulatory reporting, token-listing and licence-extension assessments and compliance monitoring testing. You will be the person who keeps that machinery running accurately and on time.
You will gain broad exposure to MFSA supervision and EU financial services regulation, and direct visibility of how a MiFID II derivatives business is controlled in practice.
The position reports to the Deputy Head of Compliance, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Compliance and MLRO, OKX Europe Markets Limited.
What You'll Be Doing
You will:
Review client-facing marketing material and financial promotions for compliance with MiFID II fair, clear and not misleading standards and the MFSA advertisement rules, across paid and organic social, email, landing pages, banners, push notifications, video and KOL briefs, and prepare them for approval by the Deputy Head of Compliance or the Head of Compliance.
Maintain the advertisement and marketing approval register, tracking each item from submission through amendment to approval, and supporting notifications to the MFSA where required.
Administer the end-to-end complaints process: logging and triage, investigation, preparation of customer responses within regulatory deadlines, remediation follow-up and escalation of significant or recurring issues to the Deputy Head of Compliance.
Produce complaints management information, root-cause and trend analysis to support the function's reporting to senior management, the Risk, Compliance and Audit Committee and the Board.
Support trade and transaction reporting obligations, including data collection and validation, regulatory return preparation, review and sign-off coordination, submission and evidence retention.
Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc testing under the Compliance Monitoring Programme, document findings, track remediation actions to closure and maintain the monitoring calendar.
Prepare token-listing and licence-extension assessments and supporting documentation for review, and support new product and feature compliance reviews and local launch sign-off.
Maintain the firm's core regulatory registers — regulatory correspondence, breaches, advertisements and the regulatory obligation register — ensuring an accurate, audit-ready flow of information to the MFSA and internal stakeholders.
Draft and update compliance policies, procedures and entity-specific addenda for review and approval, in line with regulatory developments.
Support regulatory-change horizon scanning, recording applicable changes against the obligation register and flagging implementation requirements.
Handle first-line queries on compliance and AML/CFT matters, escalating appropriately, and support responses to legal, regulatory and law-enforcement requests.
Support the retained AML/CFT work of the entity, including quality assurance sampling, high-risk onboarding and client-classification approvals, and internal and external audit support.
Support the preparation of compliance reports and Board and committee materials, and other materials required by internal stakeholders.
Work closely with teams such as Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product and Risk to embed an effective compliance framework aligned with MFSA and EU standards.
What We Look For in You
Prior experience in a compliance, legal, regulatory or regulatory-operations role within financial services, investment firms, fintech or the crypto-asset sector.
Sound understanding of the MFSA regulatory framework, MiFID II conduct-of-business requirements and EU financial services regulation.
Demonstrable ability to handle a high, recurring caseload to deadline without loss of quality, and to prioritise between competing regulatory deadlines.
High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready records and registers.
Strong analytical ability, with the capacity to assess regulatory obligations against material or a process, identify gaps and produce well-reasoned written analysis.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey compliance requirements to non-specialist colleagues and to draft customer-facing responses.
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet regulatory deadlines.
Comfortable operating with limited supervision, exercising judgement within a defined framework and escalating appropriately.
A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience reviewing or approving financial promotions or marketing material in a regulated firm.
Experience administering a regulated complaints process.
Experience with trade or transaction reporting, or with compliance monitoring and control testing.
Experience working in Malta or with the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Familiarity with derivatives conduct topics such as leverage and margin, appropriateness and suitability, client categorisation and best execution.
A relevant professional qualification from the International Compliance Association, ACAMS or an equivalent body, or progress towards one.
Knowledge of and genuine enthusiasm for the crypto and digital-assets industry.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package.
Learning and development programmes and an education subsidy.
Team-building programmes and company events.
Wellness and meal allowances.
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants.
Additional benefits that we would be pleased to discuss during the recruitment process.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is scaling the Sales Development org, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help build it. SDR hiring is its own discipline: the bar is high, the volume is real, and the strongest candidates rarely have a track record long enough to read.
You'll work with our Sales Development recruiter, owning full-cycle SDR hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer close. It's a foundational seat with real autonomy. You'll work as a team to build the playbook. The SD team you're hiring for moves fast, with consistent quota beats and frequent promotions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages, keeping data clean, and flagging what's stuck.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
- Run clear, timely candidate communication and a consistently good candidate experience, even at high volume.
- Keep scorecards and business case materials up to date and consistently applied, so hiring managers test the same way every time.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're looking for a Staff level Engineer to lead the design and development of a next-generation Data Platform at Vercel. This is a unique opportunity to architect a foundational system that will power data across our products and business, supporting everything from real-time analytics to AI/ML initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for our data ecosystem, work across the organization to align engineering strategy with product goals, and build scalable, reliable systems using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting high standards for design and data governance, and mentoring a team of engineers as the organization grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building scalable data systems that drive product innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Design and implement a next-generation data platform that supports diverse requirements, including batch and real-time integrations, advanced analytics, and multiple data types, leveraging Kafka, Kafka-based tooling, and additional streaming technologies to power real-time data movement and processing.
Work with engineering, product, and senior leadership teams across Vercel to architect solutions that address business needs, aligning technical strategies with product goals and ensuring seamless data availability and usability.
Define and maintain guidelines for data ingestion, creation, enrichment, and storage, while overseeing data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to achieve low-latency analytics and scalable storage.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the tech stack, setting the example for engineering excellence, and provide mentorship and direction that fosters continuous improvement and innovation in the team.
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to data protection standards, and champion high availability and fault tolerance through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that ensure efficiency, scalability, and high performance, and evaluate build-vs-buy trade-offs, integrating vendor solutions where appropriate.
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning teams to evolve infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and AI initiatives, serving as a key contributor to strategy, tooling, and platform enhancements for ML-related workloads.
Act as a key decision-maker for discovering, vetting, and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's success, and establish multi-phase strategic roadmaps that align with overall business objectives and drive data platform maturity.
What you need
8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles, with at least 5 years at the Principal Engineer level.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures at high scale in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance and security, and adept at ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting sensitive information.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across varying organizational levels.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices across the organization.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus.

The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.
What You'll Do
- Build payment infrastructure that works across multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory regimes
- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)
- Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets (international payment rails, FX, multi-currency ledgers)
- Familiarity with financial concepts: multi-currency accounting, reconciliation, cross-border compliance
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs or international banking partners
- Interest in or exposure to international regulatory environments and compliance requirements
