HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.

📍JOIN ALAN OPERATIONS TEAM IN LYON
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Expert role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️
- Passionate about delivering & optimizing top notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes, making them clear and delightful for our operators and members
- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English as well as in French or Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry's SDKs instrument dozens of platforms and our ingest pipeline takes in billions of events every day. The Telemetry Experience team owns what happens next: the product surfaces and APIs where that telemetry turns into something a developer can actually debug with.
As a Senior Software Engineer on Telemetry Experience, you'll own that experience across the sentry.io http://sentry.io product - Python/Django and Postgres on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend. You'll work upstream with our SDK teams on what gets sent and with our ingest teams on how it arrives, then own the part customers actually touch: the APIs, the workflows, and the interfaces where it all lands. Your job is to make that feel native to every developer who uses it, whether they ship a backend service, a mobile app, or a game.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own projects end to end. Take a problem from a rough customer complaint through scoping, design, implementation across the stack, rollout, and measurement. You'll write the design doc, cut the work into shippable pieces, and stay with it until the numbers move
- Work across the full stack of the Sentry monolith. React and TypeScript in the browser, Django and Postgres behind the API. Most projects here touch both, and the interesting decisions live at the seam
- Partner closely with SDK and ingest teams. Telemetry arrives exactly as the SDKs send it and as the pipeline shapes it. You'll shape those contracts together with the engineers who own them, rather than working around what shows up
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and other product engineers. You'll bring the technical perspective that makes a design better, explain constraints in terms of what they cost the user, and sweat the details other people skip: empty states, error messages, loading behavior, the edge case that only bites 2% of accounts
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather own an outcome than a ticket. You take ambiguous problems, decide what to build, drive it across team boundaries, and follow through after launch. Nobody has to hand you a spec
- You're obsessed with making an experience smooth. Friction offends you. You notice the extra click, the confusing label, the query that takes 400ms too long - and you fix them instead of filing them
- You solve problems for customers, not for the codebase. Sentry's users are developers, so you can read their bug reports, sit in their tooling, and tell the difference between what they asked for and what they need
- You communicate well in writing. Working across SDK teams, ingest teams, product, and design in a distributed company means your docs, PR descriptions, and updates do a lot of the work
- You like being full-stack. You don't need a handoff to change an API and the component that calls it, and you enjoy holding the whole path from event payload to rendered pixel in your head
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, and with Python (Django or similar) backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL - depth in one side and real competence in the other is fine
- A track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end, including the parts that require getting other teams to agree with you
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
BONUS POINTS
- Familiarity with the application monitoring and observability space
- Experience building developer-facing products, SDKs, or public APIs
- Experience with high-volume data stores or streaming systems (ClickHouse, Kafka)
- A track record of contributing to open-source projects
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 60,844,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The salary that Sentry offers you is adjusted to the current market situation and will be above the IT-KV.
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's Compute org is in hyper growth. As it scales, the systems and workflows that keep supply and demand balanced across our GPU fleet need to get more sophisticated, and this role exists to make sure they do.
Compute sits at the center of how Baseten allocates, forecasts, and manages the capacity that powers every customer inference request. The team that supports this work, C3, runs on a mix of internal tooling, manual processes, and systems that haven't fully kept pace with the scale of the problem. This role exists to close that gap.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that give the Compute and C3 teams real leverage, automating the manual, repetitive, and error-prone parts of the capacity lifecycle so the team can focus on judgment calls that actually need a human. We want someone who can walk in, audit what exists today, identify what's missing or broken, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for an existing internal tool and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader capacity systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something existing tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for Compute and C3: build the agents and automations that give capacity analysts, ops leads, and engineers real leverage, off-loading manual and repetitive work like data pipeline cleanup, migration troubleshooting, and capacity investigation.
- Get insights in front of the team: turn fleet utilization, allocation, and demand-forecasting data into the dashboards, alerts, and recommendations that C3 and Compute leadership actually act on. A build isn't done until the team is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog: Compute runs on a mix of tooling with real overlap and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship team-productivity workflows fast: triage asks from Supply, Demand, and C3, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like an ops lead asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom: not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions: every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications across Supply, Demand, and Engineering. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems to sync events and information across disparate tools: ensuring data flows reliably between C3, the CRM, and the systems Compute depends on every day.
- Document what you build: if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in AI/automation engineering, workflow automation, or a technical operations role, ideally at a high-growth, AI-native infrastructure or B2B company
- You've shipped production agents on Vercel. Build custom internal apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar)
- Direct experience with a CRM or system-of-record platform (Salesforce or similar)
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or operations-heavy environments
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, capacity planning, or fleet management concepts
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with high-stakes, operationally complex environments where mistakes have real business impact
- Challenging work and exposure to the operational core of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Sentry is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Growth team (internally called "Value Discovery") and help expand our product-led business by helping customers discover and get the most out of our platform.
At Sentry, we do growth with an explicit bias for customer value. Our experiments are rooted in strong product sense and empathy for developers, not conversion pressure. We never surprise developers with new charges or push features they don't need. In a binary tradeoff between doing good by the customer or good by the business, the customer always wins.
You'll collaborate closely with several areas of the business including Product, BizOps, Data, Design, and GTM to identify the moments in a developer's workflow where Sentry can deliver more value, make that value easier to find, and support that your approach works with data.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
You'll lead a team of engineers, set its priorities, and be accountable for the metrics it moves. This is a new role, and the roadmap is yours to define and execute in partnership with design and data teams.
- Lead work across Sentry's self-serve funnel — signup and onboarding, first-run activation moments in-product, trial and upgrade paths, and pricing and billing surfaces in partnership with the Billing team — largely in our Python/Django and TypeScript/React codebase
- Evolve our experimentation foundations, in close partnership with our Data team — flagging, instrumentation, and readouts are real but far from finished
- Run a fast, disciplined experimentation loop where hypotheses are argued before they're built
- Hold conversion and activation alongside churn, support volume, and 90-day retention, and report all of them — including the experiments that come back flat
- Grow the engineers on your team, including the underrated skill of doing excellent work on something that might be deleted next week
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Believe Growth done well is a form of customer service, not a conversion engine
- Would rather ship one well-argued hypothesis than five cheap tests, and can tell the difference before the results come in
- Love digging into data to find insights but form your best hypotheses from empathizing with customers
- Enjoy the challenge of understanding developer workflows deeply enough to know where and when a change creates value
- Want to build the measurement foundation rather than inherit one, and have opinions about what a team should/shouldn't bother instrumenting
- Are comfortable being the person who says the result doesn't hold up
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years managing engineers, including time owning a metric-driven team, on top of a strong engineering background
- Technically credible with senior engineers — our EMs engage substantively in architecture and technical decisions, and every EM passes a technical assessment at a senior IC bar
- Strong product sense — you identify where a change will create the most value, not just where a metric can be moved
- Experience helping users get the most out of a complex product
- Working fluency with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics instrumentation
- Able to talk to users credibly about their workflows, tooling, and pain points, with genuine opinions about the developer tools you've used
- Bonus: you've worked on growth at a developer tools company, built experimentation infrastructure from a low starting point, or run experiments at volumes where significance wasn't guaranteed
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $450,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building its UK partnerships ecosystem, and we're looking for a Channel Partner Manager who can turn relationships across a myriad of industries into meaningful customer opportunities. This is a generalist role for someone who can see where a partnership makes sense, move quickly, and build momentum across a varied partner portfolio.
You'll identify how and where Ramp can create value for a prospective partner's customer base, then carry the relationship through to qualified introductions and customer adoption. You'll learn what uniquely motivates each partner and turn early success into a repeatable flywheel of referrals. Some relationships will need to be built from the ground up; others will need sharper activation and follow-through. The mix will evolve, so you should be comfortable moving between different partner models while staying focused on commercial outcomes.
You'll work closely with Ramp's UK Sales team and colleagues in Partnerships, Marketing, Events, Product, and Engineering to connect the right partners and customers and make each introduction count.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage a varied portfolio of UK partners, adapting your approach to each relationship and industry.
- Identify how Ramp can create value for a prospective partner's customer base, then prioritize relationships with the clearest path to fast execution.
- Understand what matters to each partner and shape a referral motion that gives them a compelling reason to keep bringing relevant customers to Ramp.
- Create repeatable sources of qualified introductions through partner enablement, account mapping, joint campaigns, events, and warm networks.
- Use business communities, hospitality, and executive events when they can create relevant introductions and measurable commercial value.
- Coordinate partner introductions and follow-up with Ramp's Sales team so opportunities have a clear owner and a strong customer experience.
- Track partner activity from introduction through qualified opportunity and customer adoption; use the data to refine each motion and focus time on what works.
- Run regular partner reviews, keep commitments moving across teams, and represent Ramp credibly with partner executives and prospective customers.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in partnerships, business development, partner sales, account management, or commercial strategy.
- A record of building trusted senior relationships and delivering measurable commercial results through partners.
- The ability to learn different partner business models quickly, understand their customers, and spot where Ramp can create value.
- Strong commercial judgement in prioritizing prospects, shaping warm introductions, and managing opportunities with sales teams.
- Experience executing partner go-to-market activity, such as enablement, account mapping, campaigns, events, or co-sell programs.
- Comfort using performance data to assess partner activity, report results, and adjust course.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to work across partner organizations and internal teams.
- A hands-on, organized working style that keeps multiple relationships and commitments moving at once.
- UK-based, with flexibility to travel across the UK and attend occasional evening or weekend partner events.
NICE TO HAVES
- A background in strategy consulting or investment banking.
- Experience creating B2B pipeline through partner networks, executive events, hospitality, or account-based campaigns.
- Familiarity with UK small and medium-sized businesses and the finance leaders who buy and use Ramp's products.
- Experience building a new partner motion in a growing market or adapting a successful approach to a new partner category.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Ramp has a prioritized UK partner portfolio with a clear customer opportunity and path to activation for each active relationship.
- Partners and Ramp teams know who owns each introduction, opportunity, and next step.
- Partner activity produces a consistent flow of relevant introductions, qualified opportunities, and customers.
- Partners continue to bring relevant referrals because the relationship creates value for their customers and for their own business.
- The strongest partner motions are repeatable, and the team has evidence to decide where to invest next.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building it's UK business from the ground up. We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to be the senior commercial owner of Ramp’s partner ecosystem in the UK: creating the relationships, market presence, and repeatable routes to revenue that help make Ramp a category-defining company in the region.
Reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, you will operate as a founder for Partnerships in London. You will build a focused partner strategy, develop executive-level relationships, and turn the right relationships into durable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with the UK go-to-market team and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to make partnerships a meaningful driver of market entry and long-term growth.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a mature playbook. The right person is entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating clarity where there is none. They can move from a first meeting with a senior executive to a clear point of view, an internal plan, and disciplined follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Ramp’s UK partnerships strategy, identifying the partner categories and individual relationships that can accelerate awareness, pipeline, customer value, and long-term market position
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the UK ecosystem, including accounting, private equity and venture capital firms, professional-services and consulting firms, financial institutions, technology partners, and other high-leverage channels
- Work alongside the UK Channel Partner Managers, aligning the broader ecosystem strategy with Ramp’s dedicated motions and creating leverage across shared relationships
- Develop a focused partnership plan for priority relationships: articulate the joint value proposition, define the commercial path, and create mutual accountability for progress
- Generate measurable commercial impact by sourcing and influencing pipeline, creating warm paths to target customers, and supporting strategic deals through partner relationships
- Represent Ramp with credibility at executive meetings, industry events, and partner forums, building the company’s reputation as a serious, long-term UK partner
- Serve as the internal voice of the UK partner market, translating relationship intelligence, customer needs, and market dynamics into actionable input for Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership
- Build the operating cadence for the function, including account plans, partnership scorecards, executive briefs, pipeline visibility, and clear follow-through across internal and external stakeholders
- Help shape Ramp’s broader UK and European go-to-market strategy as the market, team, and partnership portfolio grow
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, alliances, or go-to-market leadership, with a demonstrated record of building senior relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- A proven track record of owning revenue, quota, influenced pipeline, or similarly concrete commercial goals in a complex B2B environment
- Executive presence and sound judgment: you can earn credibility with senior partner leaders and represent Ramp confidently in consequential conversations
- A builder mindset. You have launched a territory, vertical, business line, or partner motion, and know how to create a plan and operating rhythm from a blank page
- The ability to turn broad relationships into specific opportunities, navigate multiple stakeholders, and maintain momentum through long sales and partnership cycles
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to decide where Ramp should invest and make a clear, data-informed case to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a compelling partnership narrative and align cross-functional teams around it
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you do not instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- Ability to work five days per week from Ramp’s London office, with willingness to travel across the UK and continental Europe as needed
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling or partnering into private equity, financial services, consulting, enterprise technology, or high-growth software companies
- Experience in fintech, financial software, payments, spend management, or the office of the CFO technology ecosystem
- An established UK network of senior commercial, investment, operating, or technology leaders
- Experience building a new market or international go-to-market motion
- Fluency in an additional European language
Why Ramp
- Own one of Ramp’s most important external-facing growth mandates as we build the UK business
- Work directly with senior leaders across Channel, Sales, Product, and Marketing, with the autonomy to shape the market strategy and the accountability to deliver commercial outcomes
- Build at the intersection of fintech, AI, and enterprise software at a company redefining how businesses manage spend

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Accounting Channel is a key growth driver for the company, and we're looking for a founding Channel Partner Manager to help build our UK accounting-partner motion from the ground up. As an early member of the team in London, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Ramp partners with accounting and advisory firms across the region; building the relationships, go-to-market strategy, and repeatable motions that fuel long-term growth.
This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership without being handed a playbook. You'll acquire and grow relationships with accounting and advisory partners, enable their teams, and generate revenue through client referrals. You'll also help us adapt Ramp's partner strategy to the commercial and cultural nuances of the UK markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with net-new accounting and advisory partners across the UK
- Sign partners and build comprehensive go-to-market plans that create a scalable referral motion
- Drive revenue for Ramp by generating and converting client referrals from accounting firms
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner firms, from firm leadership to client-facing teams
- Educate partners on Ramp's offering and clearly articulate the value we deliver to both their firms and their clients
- Enable and onboard partner team members so they can confidently identify, position, and refer Ramp
- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners; use performance data and feedback to identify new growth opportunities
- Adapt your approach to the cultural, commercial, and regulatory nuances of the UK accounting landscape
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product and engineering to develop co-marketing opportunities, onboard referred clients, and inform the product roadmap
- Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, and workflows
- Build new (and improve existing) workflows, sales motions, and partner programs that contribute to the team's continued success
- Own partner activity, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets with disciplined follow-through and CRM hygiene
WHAT YOU NEED
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- 4+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel partnerships
- Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach to uncovering partner pain points and growth opportunities
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A strong bias for action, with a dedication to tracking performance and improving efficiency every day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong listening and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior and day-to-day stakeholders, both externally and across the company
- Ability to work five days per week from our London office, with willingness to travel across the UK
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience partnering with accounting firms in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity
- Knowledge of the UK accounting and advisory ecosystem
- Background or proficiency in accounting
- Experience launching a new territory, vertical, or partner program
- Experience in a direct sales closing role
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Fintech or financial-services sales experience
