How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
We’re seeking a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to captain a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Architects and help drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers: from agile startups building towards their first launch to established brands with highly scaled workloads. This role will support the East Coast region across the Americas.
As the CSA Team Lead, you will be responsible for both people management and customer outcomes - supporting team execution while developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Supabase, CSA Leads oversee a portfolio of high-value customers by empowering their team to deliver technical excellence and long-term customer success. You'll work directly with the team to:
- Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs who serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and scale the CSA motion across the full customer journey—from discovery through adoption and renewal.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs to level up in technical storytelling, Postgres optimization, and customer success strategy.
- Ensure CSAs consistently deliver successful outcomes, unblock adoption, and drive value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts.
- Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
PRE-SALES DISCOVERY:
- Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.
- Guide CSAs in designing and presenting platform demonstrations tailored to high-value customers, helping them clearly articulate the value of the Supabase platform and team.
- Collaborate with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
PROOF-OF-VALUE ONBOARDING
- Support your team in defining and executing proof-of-value scopes that balance business outcomes with low-friction onboarding.
- Ensure CSA-owned timelines, success criteria, and engagement tactics result in a high proof-to-conversion success rate.
- Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & EXPANSION
- Help your team build detailed account plans focused on both short-term adoption and long-term expansion opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical coaching for CSAs conducting architecture reviews, schema design evaluations, and performance tuning for production workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback, share emerging customer needs with Product & Eng, and communicate roadmap milestones back to customers.
TRUST & PLATFORM ADVOCACY
- Coach CSAs to act as internal and external champions of Supabase, building trust with customers through consistency, clarity, and deep product expertise.
- Uphold a standard of excellence in customer engagement, ensuring Supabase becomes embedded in the way our customers build.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technical startup environment.
- Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1–4 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Transforming 50M+ daily events into real-time actionable dashboard insights
The Dashboards team is responsible for the systems and interfaces that define our partners' daily operations. We build the campaign management APIs, analytics engines, and high-throughput tools that allow advertisers and publishers to configure, monitor, and optimize their activity on our platform.
This is not about simple CRUD interfaces, it is about building high-performance data surfaces that drive massive business decisions. Using Go, Kafka, and Druid, we process and render real-time analytics across 50+ million daily events, ensuring accuracy and complex campaign performance reporting at scale. On the frontend, we tackle genuine engineering constraints: utilizing TypeScript and React, we have moved beyond standard library limitations to build highly optimized graph-rendering with Recharts capable of visualizing datasets that would overload conventional solutions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in a fast-paced environment. You have hands-on experience with agile development and a track record of taking features from concept to launch. At adjoe, you'll own the Advertiser Tools product end-to-end, managing a dedicated development team, driving the roadmap, and making strategic decisions that directly impact advertiser performance.
- High ownership, low ambiguity tolerance. You prioritize ruthlessly based on user and business needs, work independently, and make objective calls when requirements are still evolving. You've delivered at least one significant 0-to-1 product iteration and know what it takes to ship at pace without sacrificing quality.
- Bridges business and engineering naturally. You're as comfortable presenting a product roadmap to management and external partners as you are discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers. You close the gap between what the business wants and what the system can realistically deliver.
- KPI-driven team lead. You manage team progress with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for our advertisers and create solutions that meet their goals.
- Develops the people, not just the product. You guide and grow the individuals on your team, helping them operate at their best even as requirements and priorities shift.
- Plus: AdTech background. Experience in an adtech company is a plus, not a requirement.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Building Infrastructure behind 5.5 Billion Daily Ad Requests
The Cloud Engineering team is the core of our tech unit, the underlying infrastructure that every other team depends on to ship software and grow the business. Behind rewarded ad experience, the partner-facing dashboards, the ML pipelines, and the ad delivery systems serving millions of users daily, there is one team making sure it all stays online, performant, and cost-efficient.
400 million user events daily, traffic spikes of 150,000+ requests per second, and a data lake that feeds data scientists, BIs, and real-time ML inference across the entire ad stack. To handle this reliably and cost-efficiently, the team runs Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling and Karpenter, manages Kafka clusters for real-time streaming, and provisions everything through Terraform. Rather than defaulting to managed AWS services, the team actively replaces them with open-source alternatives like Druid, Airflow, Grafana, Prometheus, Spark, Trino, MLFlow, Jupiter Hub, Elasticsearch, and Fluentbit as part of a deliberate move toward cloud-agnostic architecture. Cost efficiency is treated as an engineering constraint, not an afterthought, including AI-based anomaly detection on infrastructure costs.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. You've designed and operated cloud infrastructure at scale, with hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes. At adjoe, you'll be working across a stack that includes Kafka, Druid, Airflow, Spark, Terraform, and Gitlab running on Kubernetes clusters across data centers.
- Deep in the AWS ecosystem. You have a strong understanding of AWS services (EKS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, IAM, Lambda) and manage infrastructure as code through Terraform. You know the tradeoffs between managed AWS services and open-source alternatives, and have opinions about when each makes sense.
- Microservice event-driven architecture is your daily context. You understand how microservices communicate: topics, queues, object storage, and can support backend teams building high-performance Go services across distributed environments.
- Reliable CI/CD is a product requirement. You build pipelines that are fast, predictable, and low-maintenance, ensuring smooth delivery without becoming a bottleneck.
- Hands-on with emerging infrastructure. You're comfortable migrating existing workloads to self-hosted solutions as well as introducing new tools boost business results.

Creating solutions that run on 13% of the world’s smartphones
The Mobile Integrations team builds the core technology that turns advertising from an interruption into a rewarded experience for 770 million users. We own the robust, lightweight, integration layer between our ad engine and the global mobile ecosystem, ensuring our technology operates with minimal overhead while reaching a massive portion of the smartphone market.
On the client side, our technology performs smoothly across 20 million daily SDK initializations. We build native Swift and Kotlin SDKs optimized for ms initialization and minimal binary overhead, with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers that provide a unified API across the entire mobile ecosystem. Behind the scenes, a high-throughput Go and DynamoDB architecture handles the real-time state synchronization of millions of concurrent sessions. When your code runs on nearly one out of every seven smartphones on Earth, every millisecond of execution and every byte of memory counts.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Documentation is your product. You have 2–4+ years in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management. You own and evolve external developer documentation end-to-end: API references, SDK guides, integration tutorials, and example applications, and treat it with the same rigor as shipping code. You drive documentation standards and consistency across teams.
- You build to validate. You create lightweight demos and sample apps in Swift or Kotlin to test and support what you document. You contribute directly to documentation tooling like Docusaurus, including Markdown, frontend components, and styling. You're comfortable with mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript to identify friction in the developer experience and fix it.
- AI-assisted, not AI-dependent. You use code copilots and LLMs to explore unfamiliar codebases, analyze SDKs, and accelerate content creation, but you validate every output for technical accuracy. You're also comfortable building and maintaining AI tools, like publisher-facing integration assistants, to reduce integration friction at scale.
- Debugging is part of the job. On the support side, you perform root cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows, working with SQL, dashboards, and logs to investigate integration health and performance issues. You collaborate with TAMs and Growth Managers on technical escalations.
- Cross-functional and cross-regional by default. You manage multiple documentation and integration projects in parallel, work across Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver documentation at launch, and optimize resources culturally and linguistically across regions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure where none exists are a must. AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK-based product experience is a strong plus.

Meet Your Team: Fraud Operations
Our Fraud Operations team tackles one of adtech's biggest challenges: fraud. As a specialized operational force within Anti-Fraud, we actively investigate, reproduce, and mitigate abuse to prevent fraud from impacting our partners' business.
At the core of our day-to-day work is rapid exploit analysis and telemetry forensics across Android and iOS platforms, dissecting device manipulation, hooking frameworks, and emulator-driven abuse. Partnering closely with core SDK and Backend teams, we query billions of daily events across our distributed data stores (Trino, ScyllaDB, DynamoDB) to isolate suspicious traffic anomalies in real time, translate complex attack vectors into actionable detection heuristics, and deploy pragmatic mitigations directly across our Go-based services. This means working hands-on with cutting-edge tech and adversarial forensics to continuously outsmart even the most creative tactics.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- AdTech & Anti-Cheat Domain Expertise: You understand the mechanics of digital advertising (attribution, publisher monetization, traffic quality) or bring experience from adjacent anti-abuse environments like gaming anti-cheat. You will act as the escalation point for BI, Product, and Support, translating complex abuse patterns into concrete technical solutions.
- Reverse Engineering & Exploit Analysis: You have an adversarial security mindset. While our core SDK team develops production client libraries, you understand iOS and Android internals well enough to decompile binaries, understand and use hooking of APIs and work with frameworks to root/jailbreak devices (e.g., Magisk, Xposed, KernelSU, Dopamine), and reproduce emulator- or bot-driven exploits in a sandbox environment to find the root cause.
- Large-Scale Telemetry & Data Forensics: You can query and analyze billions of daily events across distributed databases (Trino SQL, DynamoDB, ScyllaDB). Using data analysis tools and LLM-assisted workflows, you quickly isolate anomalous clusters, model suspicious traffic patterns, and turn raw telemetry into actionable detection heuristics.
- Distributed Systems Observability & Profiling: You are comfortable working with high-throughput event pipelines. Leveraging Grafana, Kibana, and distributed tracing, you monitor system health, diagnose bottlenecks across Kafka and SQS queues, and verify that detection APIs maintain low-latency response times under heavy load.
- Technical Leadership & Team Enablement: You will serve as the technical lead for our new Fraud Operations unit within the Anti-Fraud Solutions team. Partnering with the Product Lead, you will drive technical strategy, conduct meaningful code and architecture reviews, and mentor engineers. We value clear communication and pragmatic decision-making over years of formal management hierarchy.
- Pragmatic Engineering & Rapid Mitigation: You are a hands-on engineer who can read, debug, and review Go microservices without needing to be a Go purist. Working alongside Backend, Mobile, and Data Science teams, you will prototype detection logic, deploy verified mitigation rules, and automate responses to emerging attack vectors.
