Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team
To sustain the company's growth, Ledger is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Wallet team. This team is responsible for the backend services that power blockchain account management, transaction processing, and on-chain data aggregation across all Ledger wallet surfaces, from Ledger Live to the Ledger Enterprise platform. We believe in the power of functional programming to build robust and scalable platforms. We take time to share, challenge, and grow together through bi-weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, conferences, and open source contributions.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and grow your team. Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and the professional development of your engineers. Run regular 1:1s, support career growth, and build a high-performing, engaged team.
- Drive technical delivery. Own the team's roadmap and PI planning commitments. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across the team's service portfolio and ongoing architectural initiatives while coordinating across dependencies with Coin Integration, Ledger Enterprise, Ledger Live, and Infrastructure teams.
- Maintain operational excellence. Own SLIs/SLOs for team services. Lead incident response posture and observability standards for production-critical systems.
- Architect for scale and reliability. Partner with tech leads and staff engineers to drive sound technical decisions on a polyglot stack (TypeScript, Scala) handling high throughput, multi-chain complexity, and strict reliability requirements. Review ADRs and ensure architectural coherence.
- Champion engineering practices. Drive strong standards on CI/CD, testing (including end-to-end on testnets), code review quality, technical debt management, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Contribute to org-level initiatives. Participate in cross-BU architectural working groups, PI planning, and engineering efficiency programs.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with:
- The Blockchain platform team for data model alignment, indexing and event streaming
- The Coin Integration team for coin module ownership and new blockchain integrations
- The Ledger Enterprise team for enterprise wallet features and operational alignment
- The Ledger Live / Wallet XP teams as consumers of the team's backend APIs
- The Infrastructure and SRE teams for platform reliability and scalability
- The Product team for roadmap prioritization and customer-driven requirements
- The Security team for vulnerability analysis and compliance
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing backend engineering teams in a product-driven, distributed environment
- Strong technical background in backend systems. You can credibly challenge architectural decisions, review design documents, and unblock engineers on hard technical problems
- Experience operating services at scale and familiarity with high-availability architectures, event-driven systems, and observability tooling (RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Flink, NATS, Datadog or equivalent)
- Comfortable with polyglot stacks. The team works across TypeScript and Scala; you don't need to be an expert in both but need enough depth to lead effectively
- Track record of navigating complex multi-team dependencies and influencing across organizational boundaries without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bonus points: exposure to blockchain or crypto infrastructure (account indexing, transaction lifecycle, UTXO vs account-based models), and a genuine interest in the Web3 space

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt are building the open data infrastructure that powers AI agents you can trust.
Fivetran is looking for a Staff R&D Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Fivetran AI team. Your data stack was built for humans — but agents are the new primary data consumers, and they have fundamentally different requirements. Agents can’t intuit context; it must be explicitly codified, governed, and traceable. We’re building the governed context layer that solves this problem: Agents Schema, an open standard for storing agent-ready context directly in the customer’s own data warehouse, and Context Builder, the managed service that keeps it filled and fresh.
This role goes well beyond standard engineering. You’ll research emerging techniques in the fast-moving AI landscape and bring real product and market understanding to decide which ideas are worth pursuing — and then you’ll take what you’ve learned and ship it as production software. We’re looking for a true generalist who is willing and able to wear whatever hat the moment calls for: prototyping a new retrieval technique one week, hardening a backend service the next, then doing SRE or QA work when the team needs it. At this level, you’re expected to be a trusted expert beyond your own team — defining technical direction that other teams build on, taking high-level direction and turning it into concrete plans with a high degree of independence, and using sound judgment to decide what deserves your attention. Fivetran AI operates like a startup within Fivetran, and we need engineers who thrive on that range and ambiguity rather than staying in one lane.
Fivetran is the epitome of data-driven development — our engineering team is focused on building a world class product that:
Builds Infrastructure Agents Can Trust
— join our mission to deliver the governed context layer that AI agents depend on: accurate semantic definitions, traceable lineage, data contracts, and auditable history baked in from the start.
Embraces Open Standards
— help build portable, interoperable data infrastructure: Agents Schema, open formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), MCP-native interfaces, and connector skills that work with any model and any compute.
Scales Without Breaking
— work to make Fivetran AI efficient at agent scale, where unit costs deflate as volume grows and context retrieval is fast, accurate, and cost-controlled.
We emphasize using no-nonsense tools and take great pride in the simplicity and effectiveness of the systems we build. Our back-end is built on Java, Python, Postgres, and Kubernetes, and our front-end is built on React and TypeScript.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python, Java, SQL, dbt, LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), vector databases, BigQuery / Snowflake / Databricks, MCP protocol, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes
What You’ll Do
Research emerging techniques in retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI, and decide what’s actually worth pursuing for Fivetran AI’s roadmap — then convince others
Prototype new ideas quickly, then take the ones that prove out and turn them into shipped, production-grade features
Define technical direction that spans multiple teams within Fivetran AI, ensuring architecture decisions made in one area don’t create problems in another
Build and maintain both back-end and front-end systems for the Fivetran AI product — from Agents Schema pipelines to the Context Catalog UI
Drive the AISQL capability forward: natural language to SQL grounded in dbt metric definitions, executed natively against the warehouse
Take ownership of production reliability across the platform: on-call rotation, incident response, and SRE work to keep the system trustworthy at scale
Set the bar for testing and QA practices, and do hands-on QA work yourself when it matters most
Use coding agents to automate the repetitive parts of the job, freeing up time for the research and design work that needs a human
Take high-level direction from product and leadership and independently define and execute the concrete plan to get there
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the Fivetran AI team
Contribute to hiring by participating in and helping shape the interview process
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of programming experience across Python and/or Java, with the ability to move fluidly between back-end and front-end work
Considered a trusted expert beyond your own team, able to exert influence and define technical direction across multiple teams
Comfortable reading AI/ML research and turning promising findings into working prototypes, then production systems
Strong product and market awareness — able to judge which emerging techniques are worth building versus which are hype
Track record of taking ambiguous, high-level direction and independently defining and executing the concrete work to deliver it
Experience with SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
Genuine willingness to work across the full stack: research, backend, frontend, SRE, and QA, as the team’s needs demand
Writes well-structured, performant code and can dive into unfamiliar codebases to suggest improvements
Experience using coding agents or similar AI tooling to speed up day-to-day engineering work
Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and influence technical decisions beyond your immediate team
Thrives in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of ownership
Bonus Skills
Experience with LLM-powered applications — RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation frameworks, or agent frameworks
Familiarity with semantic layers — dbt, LookML, Sigma, or similar
Experience with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem or building AI agent integrations
Background in site reliability engineering — monitoring, alerting, incident response
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or building data connectors
Experienced working in a cloud environment utilizing AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or Docker
Contributions to open source AI or data projects

We emphasize using no-nonsense tools and take great pride in the simplicity and effectiveness of the systems we build. Our back-end is built on Java, Python, Postgres, and Kubernetes, and our front-end is built on React and TypeScript.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Austin, TX office.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The European cloud landscape is undergoing a massive structural shift. Specialized GPU cloud providers, alternative infrastructure platforms, and sovereign cloud consortiums—collectively known as
NeoClouds
—are scaling exponentially to fuel the generational demand for enterprise AI/ML training and inference.
As an Account Executive for the NeoCloud market in Europe, you will own MinIO’s commercial footprint across this hyper-growth sector.
This role is open as a remote role in any Major European AI Hub for a qualified candidate.
You will be selling a revolutionary AI data infrastructure portfolio, headlined by:
MinIO AIStor:
Our exascale AI data store purpose-built for massive concurrency, sub-10ms latency, and high-throughput training pipelines.
MinIO MemKV:
Our purpose-built context memory store that eliminates the inference "recompute tax" by turning NVMe flash into a shared memory tier that GPU pods access at microsecond speeds over RDMA.
Why this role matters:
AI infrastructure cannot achieve true efficiency using legacy storage frameworks. By positioning MinIO at the foundation of European NeoClouds, you will directly enable cloud providers to maximize GPU utilization (95%+), collapse time-to-first-token latencies from seconds to milliseconds, and drastically lower operational costs for their enterprise tenants.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Market Share:
Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
Value-Based Portfolio Positioning:
Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments involving S3 over RDMA, PCIe Gen6, and NVIDIA reference architectures (e.g., Spectrum-X Ethernet, BlueField-4 STX).
Ecosystem Amplification:
Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers (e.g., NVIDIA, regional data center developers) to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven Infrastructure Sales Record:
10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem: AI Factory architecture and experience selling with NVIDIA field teams is a huge plus.
Deep AI/ML Infrastructure Literacy:
Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks. You can confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs, and modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
Strategic Deal Architect:
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts, building deep trust with everyone from infrastructure engineers to executive decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of AI Infrastructure).
European Landscape Expertise:
Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics) and the data sovereignty requirements reshaping the continent's infrastructure policies.
Entrepreneurial Engine:
A proactive, self-motivated operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-innovation spaces and enjoys building a market segment from the ground up.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)

About the job
As part of the Technology Distribution team of Tether Data, we are seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the implementation of AI-driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. The role focuses on orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.
This position combines client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure successful onboarding and execution of AI use cases, ranging from edge AI deployments to privacy-preserving inference systems. The Engagement Manager plays a central role in aligning client objectives with product capabilities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving implementations from initial scoping through production rollout.
Responsibilities
Client & Partner Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners during AI implementation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and structured execution.
Guide clients in translating business requirements into AI deployment strategies leveraging QVAC capabilities (local inference, delegated compute, privacy-preserving architectures).
Support Expansion team in shaping AI-related opportunities by providing input on feasibility, integration complexity, and delivery approach.
Identify opportunities to extend implementations across additional use cases, geographies, or Tether technologies.
Implementations Oversight
Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment.
Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual product capabilities, avoiding scope drift or mispositioning.
Track progress across multiple concurrent AI deployments, ensuring timely delivery and readiness for production environments.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap evolution.
Facilitate integration between client systems and QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
Work with legal and compliance teams where required, particularly in sensitive AI deployments involving data locality or privacy constraints.
Maintain structured communication flows across all stakeholders involved in the implementation lifecycle.
Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain governance frameworks including implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.
Produce executive-level updates summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Ensure documentation of implementation architectures, deployment patterns, and key learnings for reuse across future projects.
Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of technical or operational challenges.
Core Experience
5+ years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles within AI, data infrastructure, or complex technology environments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional implementations involving multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, external partners).
Strong ability to operate at the intersection of technical and business domains.
Technical Understanding
Familiarity with AI/ML deployment concepts, including model inference, edge/local AI, and distributed compute architectures.
Understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and system architecture patterns.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams while maintaining business-level clarity with clients.
Communication & Execution
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with enterprise or government entities.
Structured approach to project tracking, documentation, and governance.
Ability to manage ambiguity and operate in fast-evolving, early-stage environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with decentralized technologies, blockchain, or privacy-preserving systems.
Exposure to AI infrastructure tooling or MLOps workflows.
Experience in regulated industries or public sector projects.
Basic familiarity with programming or scripting environments (Python, APIs, CLI tools).
