Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We're proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an
Engineering Manager
to lead Creatio's Platform & Cloud Operations domain - 17 engineers across four teams who own the foundation the entire engineering organization runs on and our customers live on:
the CI systems and development environments that set the pace for every product team
the automation behind the cloud environment hosting our product servers and customer instances
the upgrade pipeline through which every release reaches customers
the internal tooling that multiplies the output of all our engineering teams
This is one of the widest spans of ownership in our engineering organization. CI speed is product release speed. The reliability of our cloud is what Creatio looks like to customers every day. The quality of the upgrade pipeline determines how quickly the value of each release reaches the market. Decisions made here scale across the whole company.
Your customers are Creatio's engineering teams and the customers running on our cloud. Success is measured in build reliability and CI lead time, cloud availability and cost, upgrade success rate and time-to-upgrade, and how much faster our engineers ship because of what your teams built.
You will work at the system level: growing Team Leads, holding the architectural integrity of the domain and the quality bar on every release, and deciding where four teams put their focus. Planning, decomposition, and day-to-day delivery stay with the teams - your leverage is in making those teams stronger.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and commitments
Own delivery timelines and timeline trade-offs across the domain, and partner with engineering leadership team on scope and priorities
Own ways of working across four teams with genuinely different operating models - two infrastructure teams carrying on-call duty, one release and upgrade team carrying direct customer risk, one internal-product team whose users sit two desks away
Architecture and technical quality
Be accountable for the architecture of the domain and for its critical architectural decisions, working alongside Architects who drive the design
Own the domain's technical debt strategy - what gets paid down, when, and at what cost to delivery
Step personally into complex and critical technical problems
Release and operational quality
Be accountable for release quality readiness , you assess it, and you hold the authority to block a release when the quality risk warrants it
Own post-release quality analysis, and the operational health of the customer cloud: incident ownership, on-call practice, and the discipline that has to follow an outage
People and organization
Line management, performance management, 1-on-1s, development plans, and onboarding for 17 engineers
Workload, capacity, and resource allocation within the domain
Hiring and exit decisions, compensation recommendations, and building the Team Lead bench
Coach Team Leads on leadership and systems thinking in a domain this size, that is the primary lever, not a side responsibility
Requirements:
Experience managing software engineering teams, including working through Team Leads
Strong engineering background in platform, infrastructure, or cloud operations: CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, cloud architecture, observability, and release engineering
Experience running production infrastructure under availability commitments: incident management, on-call practice, and post-incident follow-through
Proven ability to drive delivery, engineering quality, and organizational effectiveness across more than one team
Comfort making timeline trade-offs under pressure and defending them with data
Experience partnering with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and people management skills
Ability to make pragmatic decisions and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
What You Should Expect From Us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.

We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial services group, founded in July 2022 with the vision of building the best credit-led, technology-centric bank in Southeast Asia. We chose the Philippines as our first market and are now a licensed bank — Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. — and a consumer-lending group.
Salmon was founded by three co-founders who built and held senior leadership positions at Tinkoff, a highly successful tech-enabled bank that reached a market capitalization of more than US$20B. We're backed by world-class investors including the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group), Lunate (an investment vehicle affiliated with Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund), and other prominent technology investors from the US, Europe, and the Philippines.
About the role
- You'll join Group Finance, working across fundraising, investor relations, financial modeling, and corporate development projects.
- You'll operate at the center of how Salmon tells its financial story — to shareholders, prospective investors, and internal stakeholders.
- This role matters because Salmon is scaling fast, and the quality of our financial modeling and reporting directly shapes the decisions investors and leadership make about our next stage of growth.
What you'll do
- Support fundraising, corporate development, and ad-hoc projects, including corporate structuring, commercial partnerships, and M&A.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc business statistics and financial performance reports for shareholders, prospective investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain financial models covering business forecasting, valuation, and unit economics analysis.
- Conduct and maintain macro market research and competitor analysis.
- Support and help oversee special projects as they arise.
What we need
- A degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity — or financial advisory at a professional services firm, or a similar capacity in a corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Solid grounding in finance and accounting principles.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good judgment under ambiguity.
- High precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, with a strong appetite for growth and rigorous self-review.
- Fluent in English.
Good to have
- Experience working with or within a technology company.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- CFA designation or progress toward one.
- Financial modeling certification or specialized training.
What we offer
You'll work at the center of Salmon's growth story, with direct visibility into how the business is funded, valued, and scaled. You'll be backed by a global team of finance and technology professionals and work alongside leadership on the decisions that shape Salmon's next stage. We follow a hybrid-first working arrangement.

As an MVNO Networks Manager at Airalo you will be responsible for establishing and managing the host operator partnerships that allow Airalo to operate its own networks locally. You will own each new market from the first conversation with a host mobile network operator through commercial negotiation, regulatory approval and technical integration to commercial launch, and you will remain its commercial owner once it is live.
You are someone who owns a market from its business case through to its commercial performance in operation. You are equally at ease negotiating terms with an operator's executive team, scoping the integration with their technical team, and running a service management review once the market is operational.
You will work in close coordination with our legal, finance, product, engineering and core network teams, as the local networks you establish need to interoperate with Airalo's existing platform and services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Represent Airalo as the ideal interface to host mobile network operators on a global level
Identify, approach and secure new host network partnerships across target markets
Assess and recommend full MVNO or light MVNO constructs per market, including the commercial, technical and timeline implications of each
Build the business case for each new market together with Finance, and present it to Airalo's leadership team and to host operator executives
Negotiate terms and conditions of MVNO, wholesale and reseller contracts with host mobile network operators
Support Legal on the regulatory approvals required per market, including entity and licensing, numbering allocation and number portability, and provide information to product management
Work with the Delivery team on the implementation of regulatory obligations such as mobile number portability, lawful interception and emergency calling
Coordinate the technical integration of host mobile networks with Airalo's OSS and BSS platform together with our product, engineering and core network teams
Prepare and run the rollout of new markets, from launch readiness through to first commercial traffic
Hand over each launched market to our NOC and operations teams, and run regular service management reviews with host operators covering network quality, SLA compliance and incident performance
Perform escalations in case of network quality issues and availabilities
Define and perform reconciliation processes between host operator invoices and Airalo's own usage records
Define and run traffic, revenue and cost analytics per market, and report performance against business case
Renegotiate commercial terms with host operators as volumes grow and market conditions change
Develop and maintain a repeatable market entry playbook, and methods to assure unification of conditions and agreements
Must-haves:
5 years minimum relevant experience in the mobile telco industry, in a commercial, wholesale or business development role
Having personally negotiated and closed at least two wholesale or MVNO agreements with host mobile network operators
Proven ability to build a market business case, including subscriber lifecycle assumptions, traffic forecasting, wholesale cost modelling, margin and payback, in close cooperation with Finance
Proven ability to present and defend a business case and its assumptions to a leadership team and to host operator executives
Experience owning commercial performance against forecast after launch, including contract renegotiation as volumes grow
Ideally having served within an MVNO, MVNA or MVNE, or on the operator side selling wholesale to them, with hands on mentality
Working knowledge of full MVNO and light MVNO architectures, including core, HSS/HLR, IMSI ranges, numbering and interconnect, and of the commercial trade-offs between them
Good overview in Telecommunication Network technologies like Mobile Core (PGW, IMS, Voice GW, HSS), OSS & BSS, and eSIM provisioning
Understanding different Mobile Network Generations like 2G, 3G/UMTS, 4G/LTE, 5G NSA and 5G SA and how they influence customer experiences
Ability to lead technical scoping and service management discussions directly with host operators, covering integration scope, launch dependencies, SLA definition and ongoing service reviews
Understanding the regulatory requirements on providing mobile services, including numbering, portability, emergency calling and lawful interception, and familiar with KYC processes for mobile subscriptions
Experience in a fast moving environment such as a startup, scale-up or challenger MVNO, with the ability to run several markets at different stages in parallel
Excellent English skills; in writing, speaking and reading, business fluent
Willingness to travel internationally occasionally to meet host operators
Good-to-have:
Having taken an MVNO from signed agreement through to live commercial traffic and first subscribers
Established working relationships with host mobile network operators and national telecom regulators
Experience selecting, contracting or managing an MVNE platform vendor
Prior ownership of a P&L or a country level budget
Master Studies and/or MBA highly preferred
Additional languages alongside English

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

This is an opportunity to help strengthen the data integrity, controls, and employee experience that support Ramp as we scale. You'll bring a solutions-focused, collaborative approach and strong systems thinking to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, understands how People data flows across systems, and looks for ways to streamline processes as they build them, staying flexible as priorities evolve along the way.

- Support system releases and enhancements, including testing changes, documenting outcomes, and triaging issues as they arise
- Train and enable team members and system users on existing and new processes and functionality
- Build and maintain SOPs and job aids that make recurring HRIS processes accurate, scalable, and easy for others to support
- Support AI transformation initiatives involving Workday, partnering with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and production support
- Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
- Strong attention to detail and track record of managing employee data with sound judgment, accuracy, and appropriate controls
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, IT and business stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation post-production stabilization
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, integrations, or security concepts
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted workflows

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe crypto will help reshape the future and contribute to greater individual freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions of customers access to crypto trading and decentralised applications. OKX is also trusted by institutions seeking secure access to crypto markets and is supported by its Proof of Reserves programme.
Across our global offices, we are united by three core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These values shape how we work and help us create a collaborative, rewarding and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Team
The Compliance function is responsible for promoting a strong compliance culture and supporting the safe, sustainable growth of OKX. We are a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on regulatory obligations, conduct expectations and enterprise risks.
OKX Europe Markets Limited operates within a significant EU regulatory perimeter as a MiFID II investment firm authorised under the Investment Services Act (Cap. 370), providing dealing on own account and execution of orders on behalf of clients on a matched-principal basis, together with trustee, custodian and nominee services, across the EEA on a cross-border services passport. Our product range includes crypto-asset perpetuals and expiry futures, single stock and ETF-linked futures, commodity futures and crypto-asset options, and is expanding into money market fund and structured product offerings.
About the Opportunity
As the Senior Compliance Analyst for OKX Europe Markets Limited, you will deliver the day-to-day operational compliance work of a fast-growing MiFID II investment firm: financial promotions review, complaints administration, regulatory and trade reporting support, monitoring testing and the firm's regulatory registers.
This is a high-volume, execution-focused role. The function reviews in the order of seventeen pieces of marketing and promotional material each week and handles around five new complaints each week, both scaling with a client base that is growing towards 100,000 users, alongside recurring regulatory reporting, token-listing and licence-extension assessments and compliance monitoring testing. You will be the person who keeps that machinery running accurately and on time.
You will gain broad exposure to MFSA supervision and EU financial services regulation, and direct visibility of how a MiFID II derivatives business is controlled in practice.
The position reports to the Deputy Head of Compliance, with a secondary reporting line to the Head of Compliance and MLRO, OKX Europe Markets Limited.
What You'll Be Doing
You will:
Review client-facing marketing material and financial promotions for compliance with MiFID II fair, clear and not misleading standards and the MFSA advertisement rules, across paid and organic social, email, landing pages, banners, push notifications, video and KOL briefs, and prepare them for approval by the Deputy Head of Compliance or the Head of Compliance.
Maintain the advertisement and marketing approval register, tracking each item from submission through amendment to approval, and supporting notifications to the MFSA where required.
Administer the end-to-end complaints process: logging and triage, investigation, preparation of customer responses within regulatory deadlines, remediation follow-up and escalation of significant or recurring issues to the Deputy Head of Compliance.
Produce complaints management information, root-cause and trend analysis to support the function's reporting to senior management, the Risk, Compliance and Audit Committee and the Board.
Support trade and transaction reporting obligations, including data collection and validation, regulatory return preparation, review and sign-off coordination, submission and evidence retention.
Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc testing under the Compliance Monitoring Programme, document findings, track remediation actions to closure and maintain the monitoring calendar.
Prepare token-listing and licence-extension assessments and supporting documentation for review, and support new product and feature compliance reviews and local launch sign-off.
Maintain the firm's core regulatory registers — regulatory correspondence, breaches, advertisements and the regulatory obligation register — ensuring an accurate, audit-ready flow of information to the MFSA and internal stakeholders.
Draft and update compliance policies, procedures and entity-specific addenda for review and approval, in line with regulatory developments.
Support regulatory-change horizon scanning, recording applicable changes against the obligation register and flagging implementation requirements.
Handle first-line queries on compliance and AML/CFT matters, escalating appropriately, and support responses to legal, regulatory and law-enforcement requests.
Support the retained AML/CFT work of the entity, including quality assurance sampling, high-risk onboarding and client-classification approvals, and internal and external audit support.
Support the preparation of compliance reports and Board and committee materials, and other materials required by internal stakeholders.
Work closely with teams such as Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product and Risk to embed an effective compliance framework aligned with MFSA and EU standards.
What We Look For in You
Prior experience in a compliance, legal, regulatory or regulatory-operations role within financial services, investment firms, fintech or the crypto-asset sector.
Sound understanding of the MFSA regulatory framework, MiFID II conduct-of-business requirements and EU financial services regulation.
Demonstrable ability to handle a high, recurring caseload to deadline without loss of quality, and to prioritise between competing regulatory deadlines.
High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready records and registers.
Strong analytical ability, with the capacity to assess regulatory obligations against material or a process, identify gaps and produce well-reasoned written analysis.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey compliance requirements to non-specialist colleagues and to draft customer-facing responses.
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet regulatory deadlines.
Comfortable operating with limited supervision, exercising judgement within a defined framework and escalating appropriately.
A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience reviewing or approving financial promotions or marketing material in a regulated firm.
Experience administering a regulated complaints process.
Experience with trade or transaction reporting, or with compliance monitoring and control testing.
Experience working in Malta or with the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Familiarity with derivatives conduct topics such as leverage and margin, appropriateness and suitability, client categorisation and best execution.
A relevant professional qualification from the International Compliance Association, ACAMS or an equivalent body, or progress towards one.
Knowledge of and genuine enthusiasm for the crypto and digital-assets industry.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package.
Learning and development programmes and an education subsidy.
Team-building programmes and company events.
Wellness and meal allowances.
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants.
Additional benefits that we would be pleased to discuss during the recruitment process.

Workplace: Remote
RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization, you'll join a small product and engineering team building RevenueCat's next generation of monetization products for app developers.
Ads at RevenueCat are early, but we’re no longer starting from zero. We’ve launched ad revenue tracking and rewarded-ad infrastructure, with strong early adoption. Our next chapter is helping developers earn more from ads: building products that connect publisher inventory with demand, improve monetization performance, and make ad monetization easier to adopt and operate.
You'll report to our product lead for Ads and become the primary IC product owner for ad monetization. You'll own significant parts of the roadmap end-to-end: understanding customer problems, identifying opportunities, forming hypotheses, working closely with engineering and design, shipping quickly, and using what we learn to determine what comes next.
This is still a fast-moving initiative with significant strategic latitude. We're specifically looking for someone who has built ad monetization products for mobile apps, ideally at a mediation platform, ad network, SSP, or similar company serving app publishers. You should already understand the ecosystem well enough to contribute a strong point of view while remaining willing to challenge your assumptions as we learn.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of experience owning product decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked.
- You've built and shipped publisher-facing ad monetization products for mobile apps, and have firsthand experience solving the product, technical, and business problems involved in helping developers monetize ad inventory.
- You deeply understand the mechanics of mobile ad monetization, including how publisher inventory, demand sources, auctions, pricing, mediation, and measurement interact.
- You understand the incentives of the different participants in the ad ecosystem and can reason about both the technical and commercial implications of product decisions.
- You are excited about RevenueCat's mission to help developers make more money and about expanding that mission beyond subscriptions.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to take an initiative with early traction and help turn it into a significant product area.
- You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on SDKs, APIs, integrations, data flows, and other technical product decisions.
- You have demonstrated the ability to ship and learn quickly, including finding pragmatic solutions to hard problems with many constraints.
- You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, making decisions under uncertainty, and taking responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions.
- You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Build a deep understanding of what's live today, including ad revenue tracking, rewarded-ad infrastructure, and virtual currency and entitlement flows.
- Spend significant time talking with customers using these products to understand what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities may be.
- Build strong working relationships with your engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market counterparts.
- Develop context on our existing strategy, customer research, technical architecture and the hypotheses behind our current roadmap.
- Begin contributing your own perspective on where RevenueCat should invest next.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Take ownership of a meaningful portion of the ad monetization roadmap.
- Work closely with engineering to identify the fastest and most effective ways to validate our next set of product hypotheses.
- Ship or meaningfully advance your first product bets.
- Establish a strong understanding of the opportunities, constraints, and tradeoffs that should shape our roadmap.
- Effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders on priorities for the area.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Independently drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across your areas of the ad monetization roadmap.
- Have shipped meaningful improvements for customers and developed clear signals about what we should invest in next.
- Have a documented point of view on where RevenueCat should be headed in ad monetization over the longer term and what capabilities we'll need to get there.
- Have materially improved RevenueCat's understanding of the ad monetization vendor ecosystem, customer needs, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.
- Be recognized internally as a domain expert who can help the broader company reason about advertising and monetization.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Be the primary IC product owner for RevenueCat's ad monetization products.
- Have shipped products that create measurable monetization value for our customers and establish a meaningful new growth opportunity for RevenueCat.
- Have a credible, evidence-backed view of RevenueCat's longer-term opportunity in ad monetization and a roadmap for pursuing it.
- Have shipped enough meaningful bets that you've also stopped, changed, or deprioritized something when the evidence showed it wasn't delivering the value we expected.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity
