At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ClickUp is hiring a Majors Account Executive to grow and expand our footprint across larger EMEA customers. This role is built for a seller who can take strong product adoption, identify real whitespace, and turn it into broader, multi-team commercial growth.
This is an especially important hire now because ClickUp’s international business already matters materially, and larger customers increasingly want to consolidate scattered tools, improve execution clarity, and understand how AI can create leverage across teams. We need someone who can run strong discovery, build a credible business case, and guide more complex stakeholder groups from interest to expansion.
Mission
- Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and positioning ClickUp as the platform that helps larger teams work with more clarity, speed, and operational leverage.
Key outcomes and responsibilities
- Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in your region, with a core focus on larger organisations in the roughly 1,000–2,500 employee range.
- Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting account signals, free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities.
- Run structured discovery that uncovers workflow pain, stakeholder priorities, buying friction, and the business case for broader ClickUp adoption.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect ClickUp’s platform value to customer priorities, cross-functional workflows, and executive-level outcomes.
- Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, executives, procurement, and other decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and adjacent GTM teams to improve lead quality, regional account coverage, and conversion.
- Maintain strong process discipline across forecasting, pipeline inspection, next steps, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.
- Identify recurring patterns across segments, objections, and account behavior to help sharpen the majors expansion motion in EMEA.
- Support more formal buying motions when needed, including RFIs / RFQs and procurement-heavy evaluations.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with clear ownership of full-cycle deals, account growth, or expansion motions.
- Track record of exceeding quota and managing a disciplined pipeline in commercial, strategic, or larger-account environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort communicating with both practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Clear consultative selling instincts, with the ability to connect customer pain to value, urgency, and practical next steps.
- Strong process rigor and attention to detail across forecasting, deal planning, and follow-through.
- Experience completing or leading RFIs / RFQs, or operating in deals with more structured evaluation processes.
- Ability to work in our Dublin / London office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, CRM, CX, or adjacent horizontal SaaS platforms.
- Experience in an expansion-heavy, cross-sell, or land-and-expand motion rather than a purely transactional new-logo model.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups in larger customer environments.
- Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics, regional complexity, or distributed territory ownership.
- Comfort selling a broader platform and AI productivity story instead of relying on feature-by-feature comparisons.

The Ecosystems Team
OpenZeppelin's libraries and standards are the trusted foundation of onchain development across Ethereum, Stellar, Canton and beyond, powering the majority of the world's most valuable protocols and a new generation of institutional-grade financial infrastructure. The Ecosystems team builds the long-term partnerships behind that position: we work directly with L1 and L2 foundations, protocol teams and technology providers on security audits, secure development, reference implementations and strategic open-source programs that help entire ecosystems grow securely. As tokenization and institutional adoption accelerate, the team sits at the center of some of the most consequential projects in the industry. You will report to our Ecosystem Development Lead and work alongside senior sellers, our CTO office, and our solutions and delivery teams.

You will deepen relationships with some of the most important foundations and protocol teams in the industry, and open doors to new ones.
Own and grow a portfolio of ecosystem accounts (L1/L2 foundations, protocol teams, infrastructure providers) through renewals, expansion into new services, and multi-year partnerships.
Win new business through targeted, research-driven outreach to foundations and protocol teams, typically six to seven-figure engagements.
Lead the full sales cycle, including technical discovery: scoping security audits, secure development engagements and open-source partnership programs, and translating protocol roadmaps into compelling proposals.
Build and maintain strategic account plans for your portfolio, staying close to your customers' roadmaps and identifying opportunities early.
Partner with our CTO office and solutions teams on strategic proposals, and help shape the institutional-grade solutions emerging from our largest partnerships.
Represent OpenZeppelin at ecosystem conferences, technical workshops and community events worldwide.
You have
6+ years in sales or commercial roles, including 3+ years owning and exceeding revenue targets for technical products or services (Web3, security, developer tooling, or infrastructure).
A track record of closing six and seven figure deals with blockchain foundations, protocol teams, or technology companies.
Real technical fluency: you understand smart contract development, EVM architecture and blockchain infrastructure well enough to lead technical conversations, read documentation and EIPs/ERCs, and earn credibility with engineering audiences.
Full-cycle ownership: you prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate and close, and you run your pipeline with discipline.
An established network across blockchain ecosystems, foundations and protocol teams.
Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
Nice to have
A background as a developer, solutions engineer or security researcher before moving into sales.
Experience selling security audits or security services.
Familiarity with ecosystem funding mechanics: foundation budgets, grant programs, treasury-funded partnerships.
Exposure to financial institutions, tokenization or RWA projects.
Experience with onchain analytics (Dune, Nansen, block explorers).

About the job
This position is needed to help our platform engineering observability team. Twilio is undergoing a large-scale observability transformation—and you can help shape the foundation. Observability is a strategic pillar and a key enabler for faster incident response, deeper customer-centric insights, and more cost-effective platform operations.
As a Software Engineer on the Platform Observability team, you’ll play a critical role in re-architecting how telemetry flows and is utilized through Twilio—making it structured, accessible, affordable, and actionable. Over the next 3 years, Twilio is rebuilding nearly every component of our observability platform, from data collection to real-time analytics. You will drive core initiatives that shift Twilio from fragmented tooling and wasteful data sprawl to a unified, OpenTelemetry-first observability stack built for scale.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of key observability platform components, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and usability.
Drive consistency and quality across all observability signals—logs, metrics, traces, and continuous profiling—building intuitive workflows for engineers.
Serve as a technical advisor and mentor across the platform org, guiding design decisions and aligning cross-team efforts with long-term architectural goals.
Go deep in one or more problem areas (e.g., high-cardinality telemetry, distributed tracing correlation, compute cost insights), while ensuring the platform scales horizontally.
Collaborate with product teams, SREs, and developer experience groups to deeply understand telemetry needs and integrate observability into core engineering workflows.
Design and build developer-friendly tooling and APIs to support incident response, performance analysis, and platform debugging at scale.
Leverage (and optionally contribute to) open-source standards like OpenTelemetry to ensure interoperability and extensibility.
Champion a pragmatic approach to observability—balancing performance, cost, and user value across diverse engineering teams.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
Proven expertise in building and scaling observability systems (e.g., logging platforms, metrics pipelines, tracing infrastructure, or profiling tools).
Lead technical execution for major components of Twilio’s observability overhaul, including our shift to centralized S3-based data lakes, OpenTelemetry instrumentation, and ClickHouse-backed query engines.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java).
Familiarity with high-cardinality data challenges and telemetry correlation techniques.
Experience designing high-scale telemetry systems (e.g., Prometheus, ClickHouse, OpenTelemetry, Kafka, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of distributed systems and the challenges of observability in complex, microservice-based environments.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Provide architectural guidance and thought leadership across teams, helping to establish clear telemetry standards, efficient usage patterns, and scalable platform abstractions.
Ability to make forward-looking technical decisions and lead others through ambiguity and chan
Desired:
Familiarity with ClickHouse, Grafana Mimir, Athena, or equivalent systems for log and metrics querying.
Contributions to open-source observability tools or communities.
Experience building cost visibility or FinOps tooling for cloud compute and telemetry pipelines.

The Role
As a Software Engineer in Test at Nex, you will own stability and reliability testing for the Motion Development Kit (MDK), firmware, and hardware modules that power Nex Playground's AOSP-based motion-sensing device. You will build automated test frameworks, stress/soak testing infrastructure, and validation tools that catch instability, regressions, and hardware-integration failures before they reach production. You will work closely with the Framework Engineering and firmware/hardware teams to embed testability across the full Android stack, from low-level sensor drivers and HAL layers up through the MDK APIs that game developers build on .
This role sits within a small, highly technical team that values both specialization and collaboration, with clear ownership of quality across core technology areas .
The Mindset
You are drawn to solving hard reliability problems in systems where hardware, firmware, and Android software all have to work together flawlessly, day after day. You care deeply about long-run stability, not just passing a test once, but proving a system holds up under sustained load, edge cases, and real-world conditions. You thrive in environments where deep systems debugging, Android/AOSP internals knowledge, and rigorous testing discipline directly shape what the platform can confidently ship .
What You'll Do
Design and build automated stability and reliability test frameworks for the Motion Development Kit (MDK), firmware, and hardware modules on an AOSP-based platform
Develop soak testing, stress testing, and endurance testing pipelines to surface memory leaks, crashes, thermal issues, ANRs, and long-running failures
Build test harnesses and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) rigs to validate sensor, camera, and motion-tracking hardware under real and simulated conditions
Create regression suites for firmware, HAL, and MDK releases, integrated into CI/CD to catch stability issues pre-release
Investigate, reproduce, and drive root-cause analysis of field failures, crashes, kernel panics, and intermittent hardware/firmware defects using Android bug reports, logcat, and kernel logs
Define and track reliability metrics such as MTBF, crash rates, ANR rates, and failure recurrence across hardware revisions and firmware/AOSP builds
Partner with firmware, hardware, and platform engineers to define quality gates and exit criteria for new hardware/firmware/AOSP releases
Write clean, well-tested test code and tooling that raises the engineering bar across the team
Build dashboards and reporting for test coverage, defect trends, and release stability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared tools, infrastructure, and cross-role projects (20% Time)
Work with the dual-leadership model (Engineering Manager and Tech Lead) to align on quality priorities and technical direction
Document test strategies, systems, and findings to support team knowledge sharing
What You Bring
3+ years of professional experience in software test engineering, reliability engineering, or QA for embedded/firmware, Android, or hardware-integrated systems
Proficiency in Python, with experience in at least one systems language (C++, C#, Java, Rust, or Go)
Hands-on experience with stability, stress, soak, or endurance testing methodologies
Experience testing Android/AOSP platforms, HAL, embedded firmware, device drivers, or hardware modules (sensors, motion tracking, cameras, or similar)
Strong debugging skills across hardware, firmware, and software layers, including logcat, kernel logs, bug reports, logic analyzers, or serial/hardware diagnostics
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated regression suites
Preferred
Experience with AOSP build systems (Soong/Make), Android Test Harness, or Vendor Test Suite (VTS)/Compatibility Test Suite (CTS)
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test rig design and automation
Familiarity with embedded Linux, Android kernel internals, and Treble/HAL architecture
Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE) used in sensor and firmware integration
Experience with reliability metrics and frameworks (MTBF, FMEA, fault injection testing)
Familiarity with motion sensing, IMUs, computer vision, or signal processing validation
Experience working in small, high-performance technical teams
Background in consumer electronics, robotics, or Android-based hardware products
Passion for pushing reliability standards and deep root-cause problem-solving

But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As Marketing Counsel, you will be an essential legal partner to OnePay’s fast-growing marketing organization — turning ambitious, creative go-to-market ideas into launches that are compliant, ddefensible, and fast. This role will impact OnePay’s vision by providing the legal foundation for a marketing function that is a sophisticated, high-velocity engine for growth and brand awareness.
You will be the go-to counsel across a wide range of subject matters, advising the business in real time while partnering with legal teammates to draft and negotiate the agreements that make marketing run. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Design, Paid Media, and Product teams.
It is well-suited for a strategic legal operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate intensity, ambiguity, and imperfect processes with steady judgment.
This role is responsible for
- Advising across the marketing lifecycle. Serve as the primary legal partner to marketing, brand, design, paid media, and product teams, providing practical, real-time counsel that keeps creative and campaigns moving.
- Ad tech, privacy, and consumer data. Guide the responsible use of advertising technology, tracking, and consumer data — advising on the state privacy law patchwork (CCPA/CPRA and beyond), PII, targeting, and required disclosures across the ad stack.
- Social media, creators, and influencers. Structure and paper creator, influencer, and brand-collaboration relationships, advising on FTC endorsement and disclosure rules, usage and content rights, and platform terms.
- Rewards, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions. Design and review rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions, including official rules, registration and bonding, and multi-state regulatory compliance.
- Affiliate marketing. Advise on and paper affiliate and partner-marketing programs, including disclosures, tracking, and payout structures.
- Production and content development. Support production and content development end to end — talent and releases, music and licensing, rights clearances, and production and vendor agreements.
- Claim development. Partner with marketing and product on claim development — substantiation, puffery, comparative claims, and disclaimers — to keep messaging both compelling and defensible.
- Scaling with AI and better systems. Bring hands-on fluency with AI tools to accelerate contract review, marketing review workflows, knowledge management, and issue-spotting, while maintaining appropriate controls and confidentiality. Build lightweight, stage-appropriate processes and self-serve guidance that let marketing move fast and stay compliant as volume and complexity grow.
- Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
You bring
- J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- 8+ years of legal experience, including at a leading law firm and/or in-house, with at least 6 years focused on marketing, advertising, and/or ad tech law.
- Deep, hands-on command of the marketing-legal landscape: advertising and consumer-protection law (FTC Act, UDAAP), promotions and sweepstakes, endorsement and influencer rules, affiliate marketing, and advertising-related privacy (CCPA/CPRA, the state privacy patchwork, PII, and ad tech/tracking).
- A demonstrated history of working directly with C-suite and other executive leadership — influencing decisions, earning trust, and communicating clearly at the highest levels.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across agency, vendor, talent, and marketing-partnership agreements, with a strong eye for detail.
- AI-forward: proficient with AI tooling and genuinely excited to use it thoughtfully to improve the team’s velocity and quality.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
- A practical, business-first mindset with the ability to weigh legal risk in the context of product, brand, and commercial realities, and to drive toward creative, business-oriented results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Clear, concise communication across creative, technical, and non-legal audiences, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and energized by dynamic change. Low ego, high ownership, and strong collaborative instincts — no task is too big or too small.
Preferred
- Prior tech, fintech, or financial services experience, and familiarity with marketing in a regulated industry.
- In-house experience at a high-growth consumer brand or platform.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1

This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who has been through at least one real estate development from land acquisition to entitlement and is excited to apply that experience to the data center industry.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support site entitlement efforts, including zoning, platting, land use approvals, and other local governmental approvals required to advance data center sites.
Serve as the company's primary point of contact with municipalities, counties, city councils, county commissioners, and other public officials on assigned projects.

Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders — leadership, legal, engineering, and construction teams — on project status, risks, and timelines.
Develop working knowledge of data center development requirements (power, fiber, water, site criteria) and apply that knowledge to site selection and entitlement strategy.
Travel within the Lubbock region and broader Texas market as needed to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.

Experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in at least one completed development project from acquisition through entitlement (commercial or residential); OR equivalent experience as a landman.
Demonstrated experience entitling property and working directly with municipalities, city councils, county commissioners, or other public officials.
Comfortable and experienced presenting to public bodies, boards, and internal leadership.
Working understanding of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they can affect a real estate transaction or site.

Mentor and uplift junior engineers (L1–L2), onboard new team members, and foster a collaborative environment through constructive code reviews, tech talks, and technical guidance.
RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE:
Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities within team services. Fully own on-call responsibilities, driving incident resolution and following through with durable root-cause remediation.
WRITE IT DOWN:
Articulate technical designs, system trade-offs, and operational runbooks clearly to your team and cross-functional partners through high-quality design documents, RFCs, and thorough documentation.
Qualifications

designing and developing highly available, high-scale, secure, mission-critical cloud-native enterprise distributed systems.
Strong Proficiency
in Java or Go, with solid knowledge of AWS ecosystems (Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, Kafka).
Cloud-Native Architecture:
Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS preferred), microservices patterns, and building highly resilient systems.

Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate software delivery. You should be comfortable discussing how you use LLMs for debugging, code synthesis, and prototyping.
API Design:
Experience building and maintaining high-volume public-facing APIs with a focus on developer experience.
Data Proficiency:
Experience with high-throughput data processing and storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL, Redis, Kafka, or Spark).
Infrastructure as Code:
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD paradigms.
Collaboration & Influence:
Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions within your team through strong communication and technical credibility.

About the Opportunity
As a Staff Engineer, y
ou'll own the
build-out of our security engineering
and DevSecOps capabilities: designing
and developing the security
products, platform services, and
SDKs/Agents that embed protection
directly into how code is
written, built, shipped,
and run.
This is a
role for someone with
real depth in security,
broad coverage across the
stack, and the engineering
muscle to ship. Just as important is
the ability to drive
adoption — security that
lands in complex,
fast-moving business environments
rather than sitting in a
policy document.
What You’ll Be Doing
Architect and build our end-to-end DevSecOps platform
and the SDKs/Agents behind our security products, covering code, build, artifacts, images, deployment, and runtime.
Lead runtime protection through RASP and Java Agent
— bytecode instrumentation, runtime hooking, and detection/interception engines using ASM, ByteBuddy, and Instrumentation, with continuous tuning for performance, stability, and compatibility.
Integrate and productise scanning capabilities
across SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, code scanning, and image scanning. You'll embed tools like SonarQube and Coverity deep into CI/CD and close the loop from detection through blocking, remediation, and re-test.
Go deep on application security offence and defence
— designing detection, remediation, hardening, and counter-measures for XSS, SQL injection, SSRF, deserialisation, command execution, authentication/authorisation flaws, and API security.
Bring AI-native security engineering to life.
Apply LLMs and AI Agents to vulnerability analysis, rule generation, false-positive attribution, remediation guidance, security knowledge capture, and engineering automation — and build a coherent view of the architecture, mechanics, and security implications.
Embed as the security technical expert inside engineering teams,
driving security standards, onboarding specifications, release gates, risk tiering, and remediation mechanisms that measurably lift the security baseline and delivery quality.
Partner across engineering, architecture, SRE, QA, and business teams
on priority projects, solving the genuinely hard security problems and turning the solutions into reusable platform capability and repeatable practice.
What We Look For In You
Strong computer science and security fundamentals
— deep understanding of operating systems, networking, compilers and the JVM, distributed systems, application security, cloud-native security, and supply chain security. Both breadth and depth.
Expert-level Java,
with hands-on depth in the JVM, ClassLoader, Java Agent, ASM, ByteBuddy, bytecode instrumentation, and performance profiling and tuning. Plus working proficiency in Python or Go.
Substantial production experience with RASP, SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, image security, and code scanning
— enough to design a capability, integrate the engine, build the platform around it, and take it to scale independently.
Real offensive and defensive experience.
You understand the root causes, exploitation paths, detection logic, bypass techniques, and fixes for common web, API, and microservices vulnerabilities — and can design from both the attacker's and defender's point of view.
Fluency with LLMs and AI Agents,
including a considered view on model capability limits, agent architecture, tool calling, context engineering, evaluation methods, and how AI is reshaping both security engineering and the attack surface.
Strong engineering execution paired with product instinct
— able to lead the design and delivery of security products, platform modules, and SDKs/Agents while balancing security outcomes against performance overhead, integration cost, and long-term operability.
Exceptional ownership,
cross-team communication, and the persistence to move security governance, rule enforcement, and remediation through to a clear result.
Nice to Haves
Security engineering experience at a top-tier internet company, cloud provider, or leading security vendor
You've led the build of a DevSecOps platform, application security platform, RASP, code scanning platform, or cloud-native security platform
Background in security product development, SDK/Agent engineering, vulnerability research, red team exercises, or purple team work
Shipped AI + Security work — security copilots, intelligent rule generation, automated analysis, or remediation recommendation systems
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
