About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic exists to ensure the world safely navigates the transition through transformative AI. That work is funded by commercial revenue — and every dollar of it runs through Billing Platform. We build and operate the infrastructure that turns product usage into revenue across everything Anthropic ships:
Claude.ai
, the Developer Platform, Claude Code, and whatever comes next. The faster we can price it, charge for it, and account for it correctly, the faster Anthropic can fund the mission.
We’re looking for a software engineer to join Billing. Depending on where you land, you might be building the integration contracts product teams plug into so they can launch a paid SKU without becoming billing experts, automating the quote-to-cash lifecycle so enterprise deals don’t bottleneck on manual ops, or building the reconciliation and data foundations that keep every revenue number trustworthy at audit time. This is production-critical infrastructure where correctness is non-negotiable — a rounding error here is a revenue discrepancy somewhere else — and you’ll work closely with Finance, Product, Sales, and Accounting to build systems that scale with the business.
What you’ll do
Design and ship billing capabilities end to end — pricing primitives, payment flows, contract and entitlement models, revenue data pipelines — depending on the surface area you own.
Build for correctness first. Billing data is financial data; you’ll develop the instincts for where idempotency, reconciliation, and audit trails matter and where they don’t.
Own the interfaces. Whether it’s the billing API a product team integrates against or the revenue dataset Finance closes the books on, you’ll design contracts that hide the complexity and hold up under change.
Make build-vs-buy calls. We lean heavily on third-party billing, payment, and tax platforms, and you’ll decide where to extend them and where to build our own primitives around them.
Own the payments stack. Authorization rates and retry logic so a good card doesn’t silently decline, processing cost as a real number you drive down, automated dispute response, and fraud controls that stop bad actors without blocking real customers.
Drive down the manual work. Enterprise contract amendments, pricing config changes, billing support escalations — a lot of it is still human-in-the-loop, and closing that gap is a direct line to scale.
Operate what you ship. You’ll own SLOs on customer-facing flows, instrument the revenue pipeline so discrepancies surface before month-end close, and be on the hook when it pages.
Partner across the company. Growth wants promotional mechanics, Sales wants quote flexibility, Finance wants GAAP-clean data, product teams want it yesterday — you’ll help thread that needle.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years building backend or platform systems in production, 3+ years leading large scale, complex projects or teams as an engineer or tech lead
Have a track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where the requirements shift under you and you still land something correct and maintainable.
Care about correctness and data integrity as first-class design concerns, not afterthoughts — and know how to build systems that are easy to reason about when money is on the line.
Enjoy cross-functional work. Billing sits between Product, Finance, Sales, and Legal, and a lot of the job is translating between those worlds.
Strong candidates may also have
Built billing, payments, subscription, or fintech systems before — and know firsthand how a small pricing change ripples through the whole stack.
Direct experience integrating or extending third-party billing and payment platforms, and opinions on where they fall short.
Worked on revenue reconciliation, financial reporting pipelines, or systems that had to survive an audit.
Experience with enterprise commerce — CPQ, quote-to-cash, contract management, or the operational side of B2B billing.
Owned payments optimization in a self-serve or PLG environment — authorization rates, payment cost, fraud, chargebacks — and know what it takes to move those numbers without breaking the good customers.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic player coach – a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to tackle complex UX challenges and elevate our product to new heights. If you’re excited to dive deep into intricate design problems, raise the bar for design quality, and design and build a complex interface to data.
You’ll shape the workflows that empower technical users to seamlessly explore and understand their data. You’ll dig into user needs, collaborate closely with product and engineering on product strategy, and help foster a culture where design is seen as crucial to our success.
You will largely own both the design and much of the implementation of a cloud hosted offering. Experience in data interfaces, especially business intelligence, SQL and data exploration interfaces is a giant plus.
We value curiosity, humility, ambition, and designers who understand the technical underpinnings of data, and can even implement their own designs. If this sounds like you, send us a hello with a link to your portfolio. We’d love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you’ve made!
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with your stakeholders to shape roadmaps and product direction, align design strategy with business goals, and champion user-centered projects from concept to release.
Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Confidently challenge and influence cross-functional partners to embed user considerations in product decisions and ensure the user voice and UX vision remain at the forefront of our product strategy.
Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust, clearly articulate design rationale in terms of business value and technical feasibility, and effectively align teams around your cohesive design strategy. Champion user-centric ideas with your stakeholders and ensure daily design work actively supports strategic business objectives.
Promote design excellence by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team with your expert guidance, actionable feedback, and championing of best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Actively explore new tools, methods, and approaches to elevate the design process and raise the bar for UX quality across teams.
Conduct and utilize user research to deeply understand our technical users. Proactively identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Inform design decisions with insights from your research and validate your concepts through testing and feedback.
Deliver with grit and urgency and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate resilience in navigating ambiguity, proactively unblock challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
Extensive AI tool and development experience
Proven track record of leading major design initiatives.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers.
Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and simplify highly technical workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and executives.
Comfortable balancing strategic vision with practical, hands-on execution.
Experience working in data integration, analytics, developer tools, or related technical fields is strongly preferred.

FlySto is a startup project with a small, distributed team. We have a server, web client, and Android and iOS apps – all written in Kotlin and supported by JetBrains.
Modern aircraft, even small ones, are equipped with sophisticated avionics systems that measure various flight and engine parameters and record them to internal storage or memory cards. The resulting log files contain enough data to literally “replay” an entire flight, displaying the aircraft’s precise position and orientation, along with all instrument readings available to the pilots. Our product allows pilots to store and analyze their flights from different perspectives on the web and mobile devices.
We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team!
In this role, you will:
Guide a small team of product designers, ensuring team productivity and high-quality results.
Own the design direction and lead large-scale initiatives from vision and strategy through execution.
Take ownership of the design process hands-on – from research and problem framing to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as delivering a polished UI.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to define problems, align on goals, and ensure design solutions meet user and business needs.
Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and the team to promote alignment and understanding.
Conduct and analyze usability testing and user research to create design solutions based on real user needs and behavioral data.
We will be happy to have you on our team if you:
Are proficient in Figma.
Can apply an existing brand’s visual language consistently within product interfaces.
Are able to clearly articulate design decisions, explain thought processes, identify issues, and justify proposed solutions.
Have a realistic understanding of your strengths and areas for growth.
Can participate actively in product discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
Are able to guide tasks end to end, from design solution through implementation and user feedback.
Feel comfortable working in a highly iterative environment and adapting solutions as the product evolves.
We would be especially thrilled if you:
Have experience designing mobile applications.
Are interested in aviation, or even a pilot!

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.
