At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
Engagement Management is a new and fast-growing practice at ClickUp, and it's quickly becoming central to how we serve our enterprise customers. Our EMs bring program leadership, service delivery and change management together in one role. As a ClickUp Senior Engagement Manager you will lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for the company’s largest and most strategic clients. We're looking for someone hungry, who excels in building, and who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work.
Here, Engagement Managers are the single point of accountability for outcomes. You own everything between the contract being signed and the client seeing measurable results: what was sold gets delivered, on time and on margin, and we can prove it worked.
You'll lead enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping scope in pre-sales, mobilizing the team and delivery, go-live, stabilization and a clean handover to the account team. You'll run work-stream programs with Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product and Engineering, and the client's own project team, and you'll be the trusted advisor to the client's executive sponsor.
Simply put: you are the single point of accountability for delivery, the client's partner in getting value from ClickUp, and a thought leader for how we deliver.
YOUR ROLE
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for delivery
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring delivery remains aligned to client objectives and contractual commitments.
- Build trusted relationships with client executive sponsors and program leads at VP and C-level, acting as their primary point of contact for delivery.
- Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments and competing priorities across client functions (IT, PMO, business sponsors, procurement) and broker alignment when they conflict.
- Project Delivery Oversight
- Deliver engagements against agreed scope, schedule, hours budget and quality, using rigorous change control to protect timelines and delivery margin.
- Translate customer business requirements into internal deliverables and milestones
- Own engagement governance, including kickoffs, weekly working sessions, sponsor check-ins and SteerCos, and provide clear, concise status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing delivery culture while providing coaching, direction and support.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies through the RAID log, and act as the primary escalation point.
- Manage engagement financials, including hours burn, forecasting, utilisation and margin, flagging overrun risk early and agreeing recovery plans.
- Drive AI adoption
- Guide clients from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agent-driven operations, and own post-go-live adoption outcomes.
- Drive Value and Business Outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities through delivery and co-sell with Account Executives, bringing the delivery credibility that secures follow-on work.
- Establish a value baseline before configuration begins, track benefits through go-live, and produce the value assessment that underpins renewal and expansion.
- Governance
- Design and run governance mechanisms
- Track delivery efficacy, timelines, value realization and customer experience
- Create continuous-improvement mechanisms
- Change Management & Communication
- Own communications around delivery status, risks and outcomes
- Manage escalation and communication across customer/internal teams
- Assess change readiness and resistance across impacted teams; build sponsor and champion networks to carry the rollout.
- Design the communications and enablement plan with the client, and sequence go-live to match the organization's capacity for change.
- Role Development
- Contribute to building the Engagement Management practice by iterating on templates, playbooks and AI workflows that make every engagement faster and more consistent.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience, with at least 2 years as the accountable project, program or engagement lead.
- Proven track record taking enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and into adoption, ideally in work management, PSA, CRM, ITSM or collaboration platforms.
- Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals: workspace and data architecture, permissions and SSO, integrations, data migration, change management and enablement. No coding required, but you can challenge an unrealistic technical scope.
- Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery, and knowing which one the client actually needs.
- Commercial acumen: you've managed engagement budgets, SoWs, change requests and margin, and you know when to push for expansion vs when to stabilize.
- Executive presence: you can run a SteerCo, deliver bad news early with a recovery plan, and hold a line on scope with a CIO in the room.
- Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams you don't directly manage, across client, partner and internal resources.
- Strategic judgment to separate genuine product gaps from client process or training gaps.
- Hands-on with AI: you already use AI to work faster, and you can credibly advise clients on where agents and automation fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Status reports people actually read.
Nice to have: Experience in work management or SaaS software, professional services firms, agencies or regulated industries. PMP Certification.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE
- Impact: Lead high-visibility enterprise engagements with global brands, and see the result in their day-to-day work.
- Build something: Engagement Management is a new function. You'll help define the methodology, tooling and AI workflows that become the standard.
- AI at the centre: Work on the frontier of AI-driven work management, with ClickUp Brain and Super Agents in your own delivery toolkit.
- Career growth: A clear path from Engagement Manager to Senior or Principal Engagement Manager.
- Community: Learn alongside Paid TAMs, AI specialists and delivery leaders across EMEA and NA.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Head of IT to build and own the systems that enable everyone at Modal to work effectively and securely.
You’ll own our employee technology environment end-to-end, including identity and access, devices, internal systems, SaaS applications, and day-to-day IT operations. You’ll work closely with Security and Engineering to build an environment that is secure by default, easy to operate, and scales with the company.
This is initially a hands-on role. You’ll build systems, automate workflows, and solve problems directly. As Modal grows, you’ll define how the IT function should scale and eventually build a team around it.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
Identity & Access
- Own employee identity and access across internal systems and SaaS applications
- Build scalable onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle workflows
- Improve SSO, MFA, least privilege, and access management in partnership with Security
Devices & Endpoints
- Own the lifecycle and security of employee devices
- Build and maintain device management, configuration, patching, and endpoint security
- Automate provisioning and make onboarding as close to zero-touch as possible
Internal Systems & Automation
- Own and improve the SaaS applications and internal systems we depend on
- Build integrations and automate workflows across identity, HR, finance, and other business systems
- Evaluate and deploy new internal capabilities, including AI tools and integrations
- Use APIs, scripting, and internal tooling to solve problems that don’t fit neatly into off-the-shelf products
IT Operations
- Own employee support, hardware, asset management, procurement, and relevant vendor relationships
- Build reliable, maintainable processes rather than scale through manual work
- Identify recurring problems and solve them at the system level
Build the IT Function
- Define the technical direction and operating model for IT at Modal
- Establish the systems and processes we’ll need as the company grows
- Determine when and where additional IT capacity is needed, and build the team over time
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’ve owned IT or corporate technology in a fast-growing technology company
- You have a strong understanding of identity, device management, SaaS administration, and endpoint security
- You have strong technical skills and are comfortable working with APIs, scripting, automation, and system integrations
- You’ve designed and automated employee lifecycle and access-management workflows
- You have good security judgment and experience working closely with Security and Engineering
- You can independently identify problems, make pragmatic technical decisions, and drive them through implementation
- You’re comfortable being hands-on today while building the systems and team needed as the company grows

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Data Engineer II to join our Engineering team, with a high sense of ownership who is excited about our mission, eager to learn and teach others, and can deliver across the tech stack. The ideal candidate should have experience with a modern data stack and implementations of data pipelines using Python and SQL in AWS.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that power our business
Define and build out abstracted reusable data sets to be used for Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Data Science Research
Design, build, and evangelize a federated data validation framework to be used to monitor potential data inconsistencies
Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices
The ideal candidate has:
2+ years of software/data engineering experience (distributed data processing, data warehousing, data governance, Big Data, data variance, data privacy, and data quality).
Expertise in SQL and Python
Expertise in building scalable data pipelines, query optimization, data modeling, and defining reusable datasets
Experience working with orchestration tools (especially Airflow), databases (especially PostgreSQL), data warehouses (especially Snowflake)
Familiarity with SQL tuning, medallion/event-driven architectures, and telemetry.
Familiarity with healthcare or insurance
Familiarity with data security and HIPPA compliance
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:

You lead rollouts, monitor health and usage, and keep stakeholders informed. You bring the technical fluency to guide deployment and adoption decisions, connect technical priorities to business outcomes, and engage specialists when deeper expertise is needed. You partner with Sales on expansions and renewals, and with Solutions, Support, Product, and Engineering on implementation, issues, and feedback.
What you’ll do here
- Own onboarding and rollout plans for new customers; coordinate with Sales and Solutions for a smooth, successful implementation of Coder’s platform.
- Remove barriers to adoption so customers achieve their desired outcomes expediently.
- Engage with customers to understand goals, challenges, and use cases, and provide tailored guidance and recommendations.
- Own the account’s technical success plan: translate customer goals and deployment context into adoption milestones, technical priorities, and a roadmap for broader use of Coder. Align owners and timelines, and track progress against agreed outcomes.
- Guide customer admins and platform teams on deployment readiness, configuration best practices, and ongoing adoption. Lead technical discovery, facilitate admin enablement, and troubleshoot common adoption blockers; coordinate Solutions, Support, or Engineering for architecture design, complex implementations, and deeper troubleshooting.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and partner with Sales on upsell and cross-sell motions.
- Oversee renewals and forecasting, ensuring timely, successful commitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations, and collaborate with Coder teams to resolve them.
- Monitor and report on customer health and usage, including technical risks and progress toward adoption milestones.
- Develop deep expertise in Coder’s products to provide global customer coverage.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in customer success or a technical customer-facing role, with experience independently managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, coding agents, platform engineering, CI/CD, and the SDLC; ability to discuss how these fit into a customer’s environment and inform their adoption strategy.
- Experience guiding customer onboarding and deployments in SaaS or self-hosted environments. Able to understand a deployment architecture, ask informed questions about infrastructure and security, investigate common issues using logs and documentation, and turn findings into clear next steps.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other industry-standard CS platforms.
- History of building strong relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Consistent internal advocacy for customers and ability to provide actionable feedback for Product and cross-functional teams.
- Habit of staying current on industry trends, CS best practices, and the competitive landscape.
- Startup experience.
- High EQ with strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
- Self-motivated with a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Bonus tacos if you have
- Customer success or sales experience focused on developer tools.
- Renewal management experience.
- Experience with Totango or a similar Customer Success platform (e.g. Gainsight, Pylon).
- Tinker with AI and the developer tools ecosystem (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).
- Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), or infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.

AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
